12 Classic Seattle Sports Bars

"Fremont’s family and pup-friendly sports bar advertises itself as both a Seahawks and Green Bay Packers venue — which sounds like a recipe for trouble. NFC rivalries aside, there are 15 TVs, boozy slushies, an outdoor patio, and lots of bar game distractions on hand." - Eater Staff, Harry Cheadle

Seattle Bars With the Best Football Traditions | Eater

"A dog-friendly bar built for game-day viewing with 12 TVs, an outdoor patio with screens, beer pong tables for halftime entertainment, and Build-Your-Own Mules (Jameson, lime juice, and ginger beer); it’s a lively spot for fans, though it also hosts watch parties for University of Oregon Ducks." - Vox Creative

This is such a fun venue full of delicious food, great staff, and tasty drinks. Security is super friendly and it’s always a fun time with great music. They host Fremont Friday and I as well as countless others are so stoked every year this comes around

Google
Absolutely one of the best bars in Seattle! LTD Sports Bar is my go-to spot for weekend block parties during the summer— there’s always a lively atmosphere, great food, and plenty of TVs for catching the game. The staff here are incredibly professional and friendly, making every visit enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, welcoming sports bar in Fremont!

Google
Classic sports bar with classic bar food. They are a known GB Packers hang out spot with stuff all over the walls. Besides the sports affiliation and awesome screens for watching, they have awesome food. Very impressed by the wings: solid size, solid cook with a good crunch, and great sauces. We had the buffalo and sweet chili which were both great. Ended the meal with a cheeseburger with added egg and bacon. The burger was delicious and classic old school drive in burger style. Subbed tots for fries and loved them.

My partner and I visited this establishment durning the Summer Solstice. Drinks made wrong, and very rude service. Said partner tried to explain the experience in another review and was told by ownership “take a breath” and “the world isn’t over”. Seems immature and unprofessional to disregard feedback that wasn’t aggressive and tried to genuinely address an issue. Maybe your customers wouldn’t resort to emailing ownership directly under throw away accounts if you took accountability for your crew when they are wrong. The customers ARENT always right, but no matter the volume- you are a bartender. This is your job. Be. Professional. After reading your response, and looking at the responses to literally any negative review- are you twelve? Have you just put a petty upset teenager in charge of responding to your reviews? Yes it was three weeks ago, that doesn’t change my experience. Not that you care, or how any one who might have a bad experience at your bar may feel.

Was there for Fremont Fridays. Drinks were good and not overpriced. Service was good and staff was friendly.

Google
Came here for Fremont Friday yesterday. If you are looking for a sports bar, the place is popping, and the vibes for the Michigan game were high. Unfortunately, my taco wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't disgusting. Considering how busy the bar was, I felt for the bartenders as there were only two of them working when I came in. I can't speak for the alcoholic drinks as I didn't have any, and my husband didn't complain about the beer or whiskey. The second Coke I got tasted a little off, but it was okay because I never got charged for my sodas. If you're looking for a place to watch a sports game, I would say this is a great place to go. If you are going to Fremont Fridays, you will enjoy your time there. If you are going there to hang out with friends and chill, I wouldn't recommend going here as the place is really loud, and it doesn't matter where you sit; it is like one giant speaker.

Google
Went here to watch USA'S match in the World Cup on Monday. We got there right at the start of the match, parking was pretty good on a mid Monday morning. We were able to get a table right away and we're facing 3 large TV'S. The service was fast and friendly. Even the bartender checked up on us a couple of times. I ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer and my boyfriend ordered the BLT with fries. The volume on the TV's were loud too, so even if the crowd chatter got loud, we could still hear the match. It was my second time here, the first time was for an NFL game, I definitely want to come back again and highly recommend it.

Google
They were hosting an event called “The after party day party” Super lit!! More people start to arrive a little later in the evening but the DJ plays your favorite jams.

Yelp
A great place to visit if you're looking to watch a sports game. The food is also pretty good! Got shrimp/chicken/al pastor tacos that were tasty and a decent price for each. Our bartender/waitress was very attentive and sweet. Def recommend!

Yelp
i would give it 5 stars if there was A/C inside, but in the summer it gets extremely hot. the bartender was very polite and attentive and overall had a good vibe about him. the drinks were well poured! didn't eat here though, so can't speak to the food. the outdoor area is really nice despite the heat, too. could use fans though.

Yelp
First time coming here and looking forward to going back. We wanted to watch the Storm game and needed a place that was dog friendly. Not many patios have tvs but this one did. I arrived and for the sake of not being long winded, the bartender Chris is lit. She is really good at setting the vibe. Super accommodating. She knew all the regulars by name too! Our pup loved her. We lost the game but between the korean style cwings and dope bartender and good company we had a fun night!

Yelp
*this review and score is based on and relative to the sports bar genre. TLDR: The staff here is absolutely amazing and by far the best service I have ever experienced with my times at these types of bars. Food: - Breakfast burrito: A - Get this! Vibe: Listen - it's a sports bar, so you know what you're getting. One thing that floored me was how attentive and friendly the staff were. Several people would come check on our table to make sure we had what we need. And everyone working there seemed to be happy and genuinely enjoying their job. What can be better: This place is amazing, and they have nailed their formula. I would love to see them experiments with a unique rotating food or drink special to offer food forward people who don't usually visit these sorts of places often. But honestly, they dont need to change anything. To The Business: Thank you for selecting an amazing group to work of you and for keeping them happy. Everyone here seemed to genuinely enjoy their job, were having fun, and smiling. Their attitudes resonate to your customers and made this place a blast to attend. We will be back!

Yelp
I went to LTD yesterday to watch Thursday Night Football. It was a Green Bay Packers game and this is a Green Bay bar so it had a very lively atmosphere. They were appropriately staffed for the crowd and getting happy hour food and drinks was easy. They allow dogs which is why we chose this bar. The patio is covered and has fire pits and there are lots of TVs.

Yelp
Really loud, terrible service. Definitely a "dude bro" bar. Wear a baseball cap backwards to fit in.

Yelp
Went here for a big ten block party in November and it was not really my scene. Lots of young/recent college grads and it was rowdy. The servers were all really nice but the food and drinks left much to be desired. I am a big packers fan so I hope to come back during a packers game to see if the crowd varies in age more and if it's more fun when more people are rooting for the same team. It also looks like it would be more fun in the summertime when you can really enjoy the patio. Will give it another shot someday!

Yelp
I've always wanted to come here and finally did tonight! it was super busy, but sonny took such great care of us. even with the crowd, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. glad we found this spot in fremont :)

Yelp
Nice bartenders. can be very busy, but a fun place to watch a game or ufc fight. Lots of seating and they throw big special events sometimes. Solid bar food, good fries
google avatar

Orlando M.

Yelp
Went just for an event so it was mostly dance bar vibe. Drinks were great fries were a lot of food for a side. Server was fast & attentive.
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
Pure college bar, NOT a sport bar. Lots of college bros. Bartenders were nice and liquor pours are decent but do not go in the colder temps. Go during patio season and embrace the college vibes. (Coming from a 40yr old)

Yelp
Green Bay native here. We came in to watch that very disappointing playoff game against SF. It's hard for me not to like a Wisconsin-themed bar with a sea of mostly green and gold. They have a large patio area and plenty of TV's everywhere, so you can catch the game wherever you're at in there. Can't speak for the food as we didn't order any, but everything the servers whizzed past us looked really good. Service was friendly.
google avatar

Brad R.

Yelp
Best Green Bay Packers bar in Seattle! My girlfriend and I went here for the first time for a Packers playoff game and it was a fantastic experience. Super friendly staff, tasty food, plenty of TVs and a great bar. What more could you want? Oh yeah and there must have been about 150 cheeseheads rocking the place as well. The bar blasted "Bang the Drum all Day" every time the Packers scored. It almost felt like we were at Lambeau! Plus it's definitely a step up from a dive bar. They even have a nice little outdoor area. Located in the always fun Fremont neighborhood. I Love this place!
google avatar

Crystal H.

Yelp
Great bar to watch the game. Classic bar food from nachos to fries to burgers. There's multiple tvs and can be changed upon request. Bartenders were nice and attentive when you need serve but also gave us space to watch the game. I had the carpi-fun, and adult carpi-sun and it was pretty delicious. It came in a fun pouch and tasted like a sweet drink but not like loaded with sugar.
google avatar

Wendi K.

Yelp
Cool dive bar in downtown Fremont. Grabbed some beers here before going to a show across the street! Kitchen was closed but they let us grab some food truck food and bring it in with our beers. The menu looked great though! The bartender was SO cool, wish I got her name.
google avatar

Yelp
Bartender was extremely rude despite polite request for a couple of drinks and generous tip. Enjoy paying full price for a 12 oz draft.

Yelp
LTD is easily one of my favorite sports bars in the Fremont area! It's a super laid-back, fun vibe and has a heated outdoor patio. I pretty much watched the entire NFL post-season here with friends and the energy is always great for any sports game! It usually fills up inside on a game day, so would recommend coming earlier. They have a ton of TVs both indoors and outdoors, too. The drinks and food (especially HH specials) are decently priced and taste good -- highly recommend the 'totchos' (aka tater tot nachos) to share with a group!
google avatar

Corinne G.

Yelp
Those of you who read my reviews know I RARELY hand out five stars. And, truthfully, I wish I could say 4 3/4 stars because I was disappointed by the Caesar Salad. BUT...so very minor... One word: TOTCHOS! Yes, it's a thing and LTD did a bang job of it. Super crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Covered in cheese, green onions, sour cream, guac...the perfect blend of tots and nachos. Hubby and I came for Thursday Night Football, and after looking at every Yelp review for anything remotely sports-bar-ish in our area, I picked LTD. And, was NOT disappointed. There is something for everyone here. Plenty of screens, a great variety of seating, dog & kid friendly zone (I even got some dog hugs in while we watched the game...bonus!) We were served promptly with a smile and made to feel super welcome. We ordered our first drink during Happy Hour and asked the waiter to put the order for the 2nd round in at 6:59pm. He was super accommodating and our drinks ARRIVED at precisely one minute before the end of Happy Hour. The Totchos arrived, hot and ooey, gooey and then....there was the salad. Just cut up Romaine, in pieces really too small to eat easily, with virtually no dressing and these weird chunks of dark crouton. No. It's so nice to be able to sit on couch-style seating in the patio and watch the game. It started to rain while we were there, but we stayed dry. They have heaters in the patio area, but we didn't need them. Our tab was more than reasonable, the wine and beer choices worked, and the atmosphere was chill and fun. I could see where it could get pretty danged loud inside the bar area during a game, but the patio was just right. Can't WAIT to go back....I have more things to try. But, not the Caesar. Sorry, LTD. You can do better with this one.

Yelp
Place was packed and poppin during the event. Hip hop was played majority of the time. However, DJ kept on stopping the music cause there were too many people on stage who weren't supposed to be in. It could've been prevented if security didn't let them on the stage. Overall grade 9/10. Great music, packed and poppin.

Yelp
Heads up if you're here to watch the football game, this is a Packers Bar and those games will take priority over Seahawks games. Came here because they're a dog-friendly sports bar and our friends had a dog they wanted to take out to watch the Seahawks game. Patio was nice but very hot in the summer, as it has clear roofing that creates a greenhouse effect. It's a very average local sports bar that you'll find in any downtown area. It gets the job done if you have nowhere else to go. I personally didn't have a great experience but maybe you might have better luck. Bar service is good, they get your drinks quickly. Our friends had some burgers, but it's just average bar food, so my girlfriend and I passed and had lunch before coming. Keep in mind it is a Green Bay Packers bar in the Seattle area, and there was a conflicting Packers game at the same time. Unfortunately for some reason they put ALL the speakers on the Packers game, and only 1 TV had the Seahawks game (which we had no audio for). Environment is a bit crazy, there may be conflicts between parties just for a seat as it is open seating. Two stars for the excellent bar service and allowing our friends' dog out on the patio. It's a fun high-energy sports bar where single people in their 30s can blow off steam, but if you wanna watch the Seahawks game and you don't have a dog, then try going somewhere else.

Yelp
QR code only menu. I leave my phone behind when I go out to eat so.. guess I won't be back

Yelp
Great dive bar in the heart of Fremont! The chicken Caesar wrap is super tasty. I also love the tater tots. The drink prices for cocktails is a little spendy for a dive bar but taste great.

Yelp
This is a great bar in the Fremont area. I've been several times, and admittedly some of the bartenders are better than others - no surprise there. The first few times the bartender was exceptional - very accommodating, great recommendations on food and drinks, and attentive. That's not always the case, though, but I also give this high ratings based on their food. Everything is cooked to order, and they don't seem to mind making small adjustments to the food order (for example, I order the Cesar salad wrap without the dressing, and they're happy to accommodate every time). I also get the shoestring fries, which are the best in the area IMHO. Parking can be a bit challenging - like every place in the area - but the location is great. They have an open-air feeling, thanks to the many doors and windows that open, which is especially enjoyable on nice days. They also have games inside and outside (shuffleboard, Jenga, etc) which are good for hanging out. It's also a great place to watch sports since they have many big screen TV's. It's also kid-friendly during the day, which is nice on the more mellow days.

Yelp
Pros: Good prices and decent bar food (recently stepped up in spring of 2020). Tons of TVs. Arguably the best location to watch a football game in Fremont. Lots of energy. Great, outdoor seating with TVs. Cons: Can be pretty busy. Food isn't amazing, but decent. Service is mediocre unless you're going straight up to the bar (which is now the only option with COVID, sooooo)... Pro/Con: Lots of younguns. Early 30s, and I've gotta get into the post-college headspace to hit this bar. Can be a plus or minus depending on your perspective.

Yelp
I came in by myself on a super busy football sunday and the bartenders killed it! Excellent service and patience with the big crowd. They made me feel very welcome. The cauliflower wings were super good too. I will definitely be coming back here!

Yelp
Went here for the NBA Finals Game 6 (congratulations to the Toronto Raptors) and this bar was packed to the brim with every seat inside and outside filled. LTD may have been a bit understaffed with only 2 bartenders and a waitress making rounds by the tables, serving 80+ customers in the bar. Ordered a bodhizafa on tap, burger with sweet potato fries, and had 5 buffalo wings, leaving me with a price of about $25 after tip and tax (gotta love happy hours). Our burgers took nearly 50 minutes to come out, but they were relatively faster with the beer and wings. The burger was meh, very ordinary. A juicy thick patty, but no lettuce or tomatoes? The amount of raw onion inside made it slightly unbearable at the end - I was feeling the spice run through my nose. The wings are really good though - they're bigger than your average bar's wings, freshly fried and not too saucy. The bodhizafa was the beer with the highest alcohol content (6.9%) but still an enjoyable drink. I highly recommend going to this place for their happy hour, Mon-Fri 4-7PM. The food is more like a 3 out of 5 but I gave the business a holistic review because the ambience was great and prices were very fair.

Gretchen L.

Yelp
Just came here with some friends to watch the fight on tv! Their patio is open, full bar, and their kitchen is open as well for folks to dine in. The bar food here is SOLID and so is their HH menu. The bartenders provide super quick service. Come here if you want some good vibes, sports, and great service first thing out of quarantine! I also feel safe dining here since the servers are all wearing masks and the tables are constantly wiped down.
google avatar

Rachel L.

Yelp
Fun place! I came here to watch a football game and the vibe is fun and the building looks good. They are doing a good job of distancing people during Covid. The drinks I had were good but probably not out of the ordinary. The only con was that it was a little busy so service wasn't always as fast or attentive as it could be. Overall, a great spot.
google avatar

Katy C.

Yelp
A few friends and I stopped in to LTD to watch the Michigan State football game on a Friday afternoon. There were lots of people in green and white and the atmosphere was fun and loud, great for watching football. We got a table near the shuffleboard table and had a great view of several TVs. Our server was nice and kept up with our group even as the bar got pretty busy later on. They had a happy hour menu on the table, but when we asked, we were told they weren't doing any specials. Drink prices were lower than I was expecting which was great. We ended up getting a basket of fries and some wings to snack on while we watched the game -- both were good and I would order them again. Nothing super special, but the food was hot and cooked perfectly. I noticed some other Big Ten fans coming in later so I assume this is a great place for watching other games as well. The outdoor area looked really nice and I ended up wishing we sat out there! This bar seems to be dog friendly as there was a super cute dog inside the whole time we were there.

Yelp
Pretty solid sports bar with a particular keen-ness to The Packers. My friend and I came with intentions of snagging some happy hour beers and junk food while watching the Seahawks. Obviously it's a sports bar and being that it was Sunday it was packed. At first, we were just standing with our beers due to lack of seats. But 15 minutes later we were able to seat ourselves right next to our friend. Everyone was very friendly and understanding of the high energy, ebbs & flows of the excitement. Dogs are welcome and met one sitting at the bar. The bar food was mediocre, nothing to write home about and easy to spend a lot of money for a football game filled day. The atmosphere was loud and energetic. We were able to meet super nice people who did not care if you rooted for the other team - very important. Nothing is more frustrating than going to a sports bar and meeting some aggressive people that are die-hard fans. If I had to choose another spot to watch a game in Fremont, I would choose LTD. It encompasses the label sports bar completely.

Yelp
Jack Came through with beers and food at his fine establishment. The beers and food were nothing short of excellence. The atmosphere was glorious with plenty of games going . Nothing but top notch service from this place and all employees were very friendly. Please take the time for a cold one or even there great food .
google avatar

Stephanie B.

Yelp
I went here with some friends on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't too crowded, but not awkwardly empty. We were able to grab a few tables outdoors on the patio. It is a laid back sports bar, so the sound was on for a football game which is slightly annoying if you dont care about the game. The floor was also a little sticky. That being said, I loved the food! It was way better than i expected for a sports bar. I got tacos, but also sampled some of the food my friends bought.
google avatar

Owen E.

Yelp
Service is ass. Would loved to have given them more money if they would have taken our order...

Mackinzy S.

Yelp
We love LTD! Great energy and amazing staff. Jack is the best! Fun bar especially on game day! Great day parties in the summer!
google avatar

Ozzie L.

Yelp
This place is starting to become one of my favorites in Fremont. The drinks are great and service is even better. But my favorite thing here is absolutely the music! They play old school hip hop and R & B from the 90's. Highly recommend make sure you take care your bartenders
google avatar

Tran L.

Yelp
I love to come here with my fur kids. I often come here in Happy hour time and play some game.

Yelp
Great place to watch the game! Really enjoy the atmosphere, food and cocktails. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

Yelp
Kind staff, reasonable prices & spacing! Outdoor area on the side of the building with large door openings to provide plenty of airflow. Beer on tap was tasty too.

Yelp
Night out in Fremont during my trip to Seattle and we found ourselves here... Packed. College vibe. Didn't love it, didn't hate it.

Yelp
Great burgers for happy hours had a moscow mule, ian was an excellent bartender very friendly and knowledgable staff. Will most definitely visit again
google avatar

Jesy B.

Yelp
I'm waffling between a 2 and a 3 here. Two for the drink prices - coming from Beervana PDX, paying $6 for a pint of beer just isn't my thing. $8 for a vodka redbull, what are we in a GD club downtown!? I think I just figured out what rubbed me wrong about this place - it's a sportsbar with club drink prices. There are a ton of TVs and since we were there during March Madness it was pretty hopping. The bartender was fairly fast in his (somewhat sullen) service so some stars for that. They did have an OK draft selection as well. Plenty of places to sit and toss back some drinks with friends and some pool/shuffleboard as well. I guess basically is I wouldn't come back to Seattle and think "Gee, I really want to come back to LTD!" but wouldn't have to be cowtied and dragged inside either. Three stars.
google avatar

Daniel H.

Yelp
Best Jalapeño poppers ever! Made with care and natural ingredients! Fresh bacon, fresh jalapeños and delicious cream cheese. Service is great. Prices are really good.
google avatar

Kate C.

Yelp
Waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food order. The only reason we didn't cancel it was because we were playing trivia. The owner David happened to pass by us, so we asked about our order (this was after 45 minutes of waiting). Instead of promising to find out about our order or apologizing for the delay, he spoke to us in a rude manner. "Did I take your order?? Then I don't know!" Of course he didn't take our order, as there was only one poor server. When the order finally arrived for our group, it was terrible. The wedge salad was just a chunk of a head of lettuce covered in a mayo-like dressing and the burger was burnt. Not what we wanted or expected after such a long wait.
google avatar

Brian L.

Yelp
Good place if you're nearby, like within 5 minutes. Otherwise it's not really worth a special trip. My only experience here was for the world cup, the place was jam packed but everyone was freeloading and half the people didnt even buy a drink. It's got a dive/sports bar vibe and the spectacle was entertaining with all the people there. The staff is awesome! My group knew them pretty well. We were lucky that some of my group got a table early on (usually you should be able to get a table easily) and they would call over some of the staff by name. One of them (Mike) came over and had drinks and talks with us after. They had a "soccer food" menu (presumably for quick turnaround) but I thought it was good. The menu items and drinks are cheap. I wouldn't make a special trip out here, but I enjoyed it.
google avatar

Austin T.

Yelp
LTD seems like a typical sports bar: A couple of tables with standing room, a nice bar, unhealthy food, and a ton of TVs. They have trivia on Thursdays, but the day we came, it happened to be the first game of the NBA Finals, so trivia was cancelled. All of the TVs were playing the game, which was pretty overwhelming, but the crowd was definitely really exciting and energetic. Every weekday, they have happy hour from 3(?)-7, and we had just made it in time! Their beers are $4, and they have a couple of food options for $6. Like I said, it's typical bar food like poutine, mac and cheese, wings, burgers, salad. The prices are nice because they include tax, so $6 is what ends up on your check! I didn't get anything to drink, but the bar did look like it had a lot of beer on tap, and just seemed lively the whole night! Overall, this is a good place to hangout with some friends and catch a game (and hopefully trivia). From their website, they seem to play all of the major sporting events and a lot of Seattle sports, as well. It's pretty close to downtown Fremont, so if you're in the area, definitely give it a shot!
google avatar

Michelle S.

Yelp
Came here for the Rockets/Jazz game and they were playing it on like 80% of the TVs, with a baseball game and movie on the other few which was a nice variety. They have a ton of food and drink options, and a huge open space. The patio is also really nice! I was cold so they turned on the outdoor heaters for us even though we went in April so I appreciated that. They also had giant jenga and we saw a group playing beer pong so you can come socialize in other ways too!
google avatar

Katya L.

Yelp
Went out for a friend's birthday on a Friday night. It seems like it'd be a decent sports bar during the week but on the weekend it appears to have fallen prey to the same crowd of bros that descend upon Fremont because Belltown has become too busy. A few of my friends got there before it became packed (which, according to them, happened in the blink of an eye) and saved us a couple of seats. Unfortunately, it was at the island in the middle of the bar and we spent an hour being jostled and elbowed in the back. The bar was three-deep and we couldn't hear ourselves think, much less hold a conversation. The crowd was college-y and bro-y. After an hour, we escaped to Dad Watson's, where we could actually sit, talk and get drinks in a timely manner.
google avatar

Yelp
C'monnnn Man! This place has so much potential, and even though we had a great night, there wasn't too much I could attribute to LTD. By the time we came in on a Wednesday Night we were ready to have a good time. That energy was slowed down by the bartenders taking there sweet time. There were two of them serving us, seeming impatient but not sure how to readily serve our group. Shuffleboard was a doozy and this added value to a much needed dismal time. The beers were ok and the service not so much. This place seemed to teeter totter on a good and bad experience throughout the night.

Yelp
Horrible service... the 2 young bartenders chatted and looked at their phones the whole time.
