"Chef Juanlu Fernández, a fan of slow cooking over a wood fire, defines his style as “rearguard avant-garde”, an expression that highlights his personal, somewhat crazy interpretation of cooking which is based around classic French cuisine but which also showcases the best Andalucian ingredients. In his attractive restaurant, designed by Mexican architect Jean Porsche, he aims to personalise the experience by involving guests in the creative process (the kitchen is visible from the dining room) through two tasting menus that define his cuisine to perfection: “Duxende”, which is described as the restaurant’s soul, and “El Festín”, a journey across the senses, enabling guests to discover the region’s history and recipes. As a result, seemingly humble dishes (such as the Atlantic sea bass stew “a la roteña” and the cuttlefish “a la cochambrosa”) are transformed by stellar technique and premium ingredients. Such a wonderful lunch and the dirty cuttlefish was simply out of this world as well as the very interesting combination of sardines with carrot and cumin. Great food and wine pairing with wonderful service. Highly recommended and I am so happy the chef is coming with new projects to Poland.

Delish and well crafted 9 course meal. I worried it would be too much food but it was perfect. Our server, Jose, described it a culinary “journey” and that is exactly what it was. All food from less than 30km of Jarez.

Michelin star very well deserved!! Everything was excellent, the food was really great with a mix of tradition and research, the service really impeccable! Only small downside having the open kitchen in the middle of the dining room is great but smelly. Congratulations and hoping to come back

A great culinary experience that takes place in front of your eyes. I loved the location, with the kitchen stove and working area right in the middle of the dining room. The chef is very talented, the staff well trained, every dish is a performance, a little show. The flavors are harmonious… a Michelin star experience!

Amazing from start to finish. The hosts were welcoming and did incredible work to accommodate some requests we made. The food was elegant, surprising, well crafted and delicious.
