Only one of 2 Luby’s still open in Austin. Luby’s has been an iconic restaurant in Texas for over 75 years and it has stayed consistently good all that time. This Luby’s is especially well kept and their pride shows!! I would go there every week if I could. If you’ve never been take your family and make a great memory.

Shannon Kelley

Google
This was a place on our bus tour and turned out to be a fine choice. There were plenty of food choices, and the buffet was well stocked. Staff was courteous and attentive to our requests. And the desserts! Omg, so many choices. I went with the beef tops over white rice, fried okra, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, a roll with jalapenos, and coconut cream pie. Staff helped some of the guests with getting the trays to the tables and were great about filling drinks and taking trays. They easily accommodated our bus loads with their regular guests too.

Luby’s is one of those places that just makes you feel like home. The food is always warm and the service is always friendly. Prices are reasonable for what you get. This establishment especially boasts some wonderful people that come to the tables to offer you refills. I’m a fan of really anything that gets served off the line. Never had a bad meal here. Come give Luby’s a try if you’re in the area!

Salad, sweet potatoes, Mac n cheese meatloaf and all the fixings. Homemade ranch was delicious 😋 I live by myself and come here often for dinner the waitresses are very kind and the food is always good. Lilly is very sweet, she’s is the best.

Google
No. Horrible. They leave the food out to serve all day, so everything gets really mushy and not as fresh as everyone thinks it is. The Macaroni was watered down and had weird particles and the noodles were mushy due to how long it’s been sitting out. The steamed spinach tastes like actual dirt. Earthy. And dry. The desert it good. I honestly don’t know why it gets so packed. Disgrace. Is a way too pricy for this cafeteria food.

Google
Solid food, service, and prices. A cafeteria-style restaurant that is worth every cent. Huge options, they will have something everyone likes. This isn't a fancy place, but I have enjoyed every meal I have ever had. I have never had a bad plate. They have delicious desserts too. If you want good food, for a good price, and enjoy yourself, then you should go to Luby's at least once a week. Its a Texas tradition.

Yelp
Luby's is straight nostalgia for me. It's been around for so long, managed to survive the pandemic, and though there are very few locations left around San Antonio and Austin, I do enjoy a drop in once in a blue moon. I grew up enjoying Luby's as a kid on Sundays with the family. It's inexpensive and filling and you just can't find the old time cafeteria vibes anywhere else. Is the food great? Not by any means. But it's southern comfort food, it's served hot and ready, you can choose whatever weird combination of mains and sides and desserts and breads you want, and 2 people can eat a feast for less than $35 - which is rare nowadays. My go-to items are the carved turkey, fried okra, broccoli cheese casserole, and their mac and cheese. You can't go wrong with the fried fish, either, or a slice of one of their old fashioned pies. Service is self-serve and very casual.

Yelp
Title: Classic Comfort Food Delight at Luby's Cafeteria Step into Luby's Cafeteria, and you're transported to a realm of classic comfort food done right. Recently, I had the pleasure of indulging in their liver and onions dish, and it was a symphony of flavors. The liver was fried to perfection, boasting a golden crust that yielded to tender, flavorful meat. The onions, caramelized to perfection, added a sweet yet savory dimension to each bite. Accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes smothered in rich brown gravy and a side of vibrant spinach, every element on the plate was executed flawlessly. The mashed potatoes were velvety smooth, the gravy luxuriously savory, and the spinach provided a refreshing contrast to the heartier components of the meal. The chicken fried chicken, another standout from Luby's menu, was seasoned and fried to perfection, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality and flavor. One of the highlights of the experience was discovering that this particular Luby's location had not fallen victim to the closures that have plagued many others. It's heartening to know that amidst changing times, there are still bastions of culinary tradition like this one, ready to serve up homestyle goodness to loyal patrons. The cafeteria was clean and bustling with activity, which was expected for a beloved establishment like Luby's. Despite the crowd, we were able to pick up our order efficiently, further adding to the overall positive experience. Luby's has truly earned its place as a Sunday go-to when the thought of cooking feels daunting. Whether you're craving a taste of nostalgia or simply seeking a satisfying meal, Luby's Cafeteria delivers every time.

Yelp
We always enjoy the lunch combo and have found the items to be of good quality and available. And the prices point is very reasonable. With Lubys closing around the city, this location seems to be holding up. There's plenty of parking, which is nice, and it's easily accessible from the road. Currently (12/2023) windows have been broken and are boarded up. That's concerning.

Yelp
A solid choice for cheap southern comfort food with a big group! Kids eat free on Wednesdays and Saturdays. One free kids meal with each purchase of an entree. I enjoyed the saucy chicken tetrazzini as a half entree, with mashed potatoes and okra. Don't skip the gravy! The jalepeno cornbread was pretty unique, but I'd be interested the garlic bread next time, since I'm not a big jalapeño fan. The Mac n cheese was a good texture and cheesiness. not too salty like Chick-fil-A's. There are so many sides to choose from, with a mix of healthy and unhealthy choices. Would be interested in their cut fruit next time! The hardest part is passing on their $3-5 desserts! Without dessert, we spent less than $20 to feed three people- amazing!

Yelp
Where I grew up in TX, they've since closed all of the Luby's. So to have this cafeteria in ATX makes my nostalgic heart happy. They've updated the decor. They've expanded the menu. And they've given me more reasons to still love my Luby's beyond Mother's Day meals and school celebrations. Only thing that knocks down a star is where is my strawberry cake?!? Not the shortcake. The three layers of pink deliciousness with that sweet buttercream?! Bring it back! Even if seasonally. I loved it as a kid and would be pleasantly surprised to see it again!

Yelp
Stopped to get lunch for my elderly in-laws. Two liver & onion plates with gravy, cabbage, mashed potatoes, okra, a roll, cornbread, chocolate cake and pecan pie and it was hot & freshly prepared and perfect order with all the condiments! Kudos to the To Go staff, they were prompt and courteous! My only complaint is ordering and paying on line, but your cashier had to re-enter my order in his register before I could pick up. Why doesn't your technology connect so it can do what it's supposed to do and reduce some labor so it can be used elsewhere. Not effective process.

Yelp
We haven't been to Luby's in awhile. I love the LuAnn baked chicken. It was so good. The sweet potatoes and spinach were delicious. The chicken was really, really tasty!!
google avatar

Yelp
Recommended for nostalgia and having eaten here with my grandmother leaving me with many memories. Mac n cheese is still good. Tartar sauce still bountiful and good. The fried fish is now more breading and a barely recognizable sheet , yes no slab, of fish. A touch of fish flavor. Green beans over cooked from a can and served up cold. Jello salad- portion has shrunk considerably. Bread still good and served Luke warm- not warm enough to soften your butter. I guess things can't be served hot because it would be under hotter heat lamps so long it would dry out as the number of offerings is so grand. Luby's does have something for everyone. Service is fast. But now days there is no cart or someone refilling your drink.

Alfred M.

Yelp
What can I say, when you are feeling blue, seek this comfort. Its like thanksgiving dinner year round.

Yelp
Had lunch with my wife at Luby's on Friday. Not a terrible location. Not easy access coming from freeway. Seems to be busier at lunch than any other time. Food displayed was nice and looked good. A gentle reminder that this is a cafeteria and not a 4-star restaurant. I had expectations since the Luby's in Houston were terrific. I wasn't very excited about my meal here. They have a lot of food to choose from but neither one of them had much flavor. Thank goodness for the A1 Sauce. Service was great! I look for that interaction from the staff. That was the plus while we were seated. In a pinch dining here is great for bringing children or hungry groups. Prices aren't that bad so it's decent all around.

Jip Z.

Yelp
Most disgusting food I've ever had! I spent over $70 on this horrendous food and left it all behind with only a few bites taken. The chicken is absolutely gross, and you can tell it was frost bitten before they fried it! The mashed potatoes were lumpy, the macaroni was watery and tasteless, the rolls were crusty and dry. This place was absolutely horrendous and needs to be closed down! There was many many broken windows covered by wood. It was a mess.

Yelp
Stopped by Sat Oct 8 for pickup dinner because husband wanted beef liver combo with corn, new potatoes, cornbread and brown gravy which was excellent and not available at other places. Daughter got salmon with mashed potatoes, green beans, white roll and brown gravy devoured quickly@ home and yummy. I had Angus chopped steak, corn, green beans, cornbread and brown gravy very tasty and juicy.
google avatar

JR F.

Yelp
They have a great country cooking if you like cafeteria style food. The lunch combo is a great deal and I highly recommend it.
google avatar

Yelp
I love luby's. Mainly because the quality of their food and the consistency of their prices. You can always count on them for good quality food and portion sizes for a nice price. Especially these days. The only bad thing is the lack of good pace ordering in their drive thru. They are slow AF at times. Also if you order a big order online or to go, you better check your food. Other than that they're great and nice people.

Adele L.

Yelp
We like Lubys healthy and homemade a little high price now but gumbo is only $7 and very good.
google avatar

Yelp
Luby's IS NOT A Buffet! We had never been there before so when we looked up buffets, Luby's kept popping up We were misled, and a bit disappointed.
google avatar

Fine Dining P.

Yelp
My cohost Michael introduced me to this Texas staple, and I will definitely hit up Luby's every time I'm in the state going forward! Everything tastes homemade just as Bob Luby intended, and I was very surprised to find the friendliest wait staff at a cafeteria style buffet. Everyone in the building does their best to make you feel like you are at home or at your grandma's for thanksgiving dinner. I am thankful that Luby's survived the pandemic and is still going strong!

Steven G.

Yelp
I'm so very sad that this business closed in Waco. It had excellent food and was a great gathering place for post church meals on Sunday.
google avatar

Pax S.

Yelp
Although the price point is quite high when some of the food is sold at Walmart in the frozen section for cheaper, I always enjoy my time at this location. I used to go to lunch here with my driving instructor when I was training with the United States Postal Service. Now, I go here with Highway Patrol colleagues and they treat us just as well. The tea refills are prompt and overall, the experience doesn't feel like the Luby's vibe I'm used to. I was so afraid when I heard that Luby's was shutting down a bunch of locations because I couldn't imagine this place shutting down. Keep it up!

Debbie T.

Yelp
This is not your momma's Luby's. Don't even bother. I grew up in the 70's when you could count on Luby's to serve homestyle cooking. I am very disappointed in what Luby's has become.
google avatar

Laura D.

Yelp
I ordered the turkey Luann plate the food was so cold I sent it back... I got charged $3 more to replace my own meal. The 2nd plate was fried chicken. The chicken by the bone was raw and had blood. The manager offered to replace the meal. Not acceptable! Disgusting and I will not be going back there because after I left I was literally sick to my stomach and was thinking about going to the hospital to check my gut.
google avatar

Bill L.

Yelp
It's better than I was expecting. I used to go to the Luby's off of I-35 at Hester's Crossing in Rpund Rock and it was such an awful experience. Everything was so bad. But, this Lucy's was so much better. The Tilapia was really tasty. The atmosphere here was much better as well.
google avatar

Mike D.

Yelp
I have always liked Lubys. It is good for a good, quick and inexpensive meal. I especially like their fish and meatloaf. And a good assortment of veggies. I will continue to dine at Lubys
google avatar

Megan C.

Yelp
I have always been a Luby's gal, until now. I dont know if its new management but the food and the tea is just awful now. I ALWAYS get the fried fish and now, it its just dry as cardboard with the thickest driest batter EVER! I thought the airfryer would help spunk it up..boy was I wrong. So long Luby's. It was delicious once upon a time!
google avatar

Alysha M.

Yelp
One of the only Lubys open in Austin right now and it was well worth the drive for us tonight! We were so sad to hear about the franchise potentially fully closing in the near future... We hope this place somehow remains open! Childhood nostalgia fried fish and red potatoes all the way baby.
google avatar

Bruce C.

Yelp
I ate at this Luby's today for the first time in a long time, well it should have been longer. All the food I received was cold, not fresh at all, and the location had just opened up at 11:00 AM. I was one of the first in line at the restaurant. The only thing I wanted cold was my ice water, but lucky me everything else was cold too. I've heard that the business hasn't been doing so well, I wonder why? The staff was friendly and attentive, but all that can't fix COLD FOOD! I like eating at cafeterias, always have, but I'll have to skip Luby's from here on...

Yelp
Over the past years of a family "staple" for dine-in; this location has always been a very convenient, fair prices, family friendly with ample parking for any/all occasions. Even has served our family well over the years for our Holiday Meals purchase. We have even been regularly going to this particular store since it used to be at the ole Highland Mall location before it was changed finally into an ACC campus with housing. We have seen various workers come and go and familiar with many a server who have always been so welcoming and versatile. I know the workforce has gone through so many changes and the restaurant has tried different ways of maintaining quality and service as time continues even adding a drive through for quick convenient pickup. I applaud the servers and waitstaff for adjusting so well; for it is a treasure central Texas does not want to lose.
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
Atmosphere very run down. Was not expecting to hear Guns n Roses from the speaker system!!! Liver was very doughy. Not fully done. Could not eat. Roll was stale. Carrot salad was the best thing about my meal. Very disappointed.
google avatar

Emily R.

Yelp
We've never been to Luby's and this location had very rude employees behind the serving line. They weren't helpful or friendly either. Our table service person was nice, helpful and friendly but we definitely wouldn't come back here. The food was mediocre and pretty bland.
google avatar

Timothy G.

Yelp
Hermila the register lady was super rude. Then when I told the manager about her, he acted like he didn't care. Maybe you guys should sell off Lubys to a family like the Papas or close down. I guess that's why Lubys is a dying breed.
google avatar

J G.

Yelp
Everything we ate was very good fresh n hot. We go to this Lubys because it is close to our hotel , and is well maintained , consistent. Staff are always helpful and respond quickly when ask for tea, butter or condiments. My wife and I enjoy the variety of fresh vegetables and meats but especially different deserts , one of the best coconut meringue and pecan pies from any restaurant we have experienced. Hopefully Luby's can remain open in all areas during and after the COVID crisis pass.
google avatar

Kenisha D.

Yelp
This was pretty good for "cafeteria food." There were a lot of options which can be overwhelming for some people. The food is really flavorful though. Also, the prices were really good. I had the tilapia with two sides (mashed potatoes & vegetables) and it was outstanding! Service was also great, everyone was really helpful and friendly. Great for groups!
google avatar

Yelp
Lubys is my go to place for home cooking. I always order the fried fish but have had it all. Love this place. Texas tradition. Yum

Sharon T.

Yelp
Awful food tonight. Now I must say we got there just before closing so cooks were consolidating food/dishes, ie...green beans were over cooked (could mashed them to purée for a toddler to eat); cheese steak cold, medium well, a little too pink, Mac & cheese, watery cheese colored over cooked macaroni! Ughhhh! Black eyed peas overcooked, cornbread hard/ super dry! We talked to the manager on duty. He didn't say anything, we think she didn't understand English. Never going going back there. We were told that not all Luby's are all the same and don't have the same menu day to day! Ughhhh.
google avatar

Wes O.

Yelp
Holy Mackerel. I've never written a review on the Luby's right by my office. As a kid, I wasn't a huge Luby's fan -- except for the Jell-O. Yep, Luby's is one of the few places out there that have Jell-O as a dessert. As my taste buds matured, I thought I'd outgrown Luby's. Truth be told, Luby's has a niche. Several of my office colleagues eat here pretty regularly and sometimes, we'll have office lunches here. There are some definite positives here. First, you get to pick exactly what you'd like for lunch or dinner. Second, it's relatively close to Texas home cooking. And third, it's healthier than fast food. If the line isn't too long, you can get in and out pretty quickly. And the ladies who wait on you in the dining room are friendly and efficient, ensuring you have plenty to drink and that to-go drinks are ready and available. But all of these good things come at a price. Namely, the price. Especially since Luby's was bought out by Pappas Brothers, the prices have steadily gone up. And the menu rotates somewhat daily, which makes it hard to know what's available - especially since Luby's website doesn't give much insight on the menu. But if you have a group of office colleagues who want lunch, there's something to be found here, even for picky eaters like me.
google avatar

Rick Sr. T.

Yelp
We wanted to try some good old fashioned Texas cafeteria style food and heard Luby's was a good spot. We were pretty disappointed as there were a lot of selections but the entrees that we got were not that great. We were expecting more hot and fresh dishes and most seem to be sitting under the warmer for awhile to long. I think we were expecting a lot better meal but this just was not. I don't think we will be back.

Sue T.

Yelp
Their food is so salty I could not eat it. Stay clear of the roasted chicken.
google avatar

Jennifer L.

Yelp
This Lubys has consistently good food. I love the turkey dinner here as well as meatloaf, fried fish, chopped steak , all the sides, I could go on and on. Super comfort food at its best ! And we always get great service from Lily

Hector L.

Yelp
You have to go inside and order. The food is incredible but the ToGo staff is awful. This is my 3rd time in a row ordering my meal and not getting my correct order. 1/10
google avatar

Bobbi M.

Yelp
Every time I come to Luby's I'm never disappointed. People are always friendly. Cashier runs both registers swapping back and forth. Getting 2 people seated quickly. Best of all Ms. Lily. She is amazing. She takes care of you as if you are her own. The food is fresh. At first they would prepare each dish and put it on a pan. I went today 6/19/19 after work and this time they have upgraded. They have big pots on a warmer which keeps the food hot. It was tastier, seemed fresher; I was impressed. Granted Luby's isn't for everyone but for me, I love coming here, especially for a variety of different main courses to choose from and plenty of side dishes to choose from. The rolls are amazing, the deserts look delicious but I don't get them. I can't finish what's on my plate to begin with so I always have to take it home. I think I'll start going every week or every other week. The one's leaving a bad review were probably having a bad day to begin with; I don't know but speaking for myself. I've never had a bad experience. My favorite is the beef tips over white rice and 2 choices of sides. I get the rolls with butter because those rolls are amazing. The main course is very flavorful. Yum makes my tum very happy. And I have lunch for the next day... I save money rather than spending more the next day. Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself!!!
google avatar

Tom P.

Yelp
This is about quality and value match. In the case of Luby's, they match. The food is okay, and you cannot beat their prices. There are always specials but the Luann platter that is available daily is the way to go. Currently, the Luann plate, with an adequate size entree with two sides and bread, is priced at $7.99. I've had a lot worse food for a lot more money. Of course, it is a cafeteria, the food is in desperate need of spicing and even salt and pepper, but it's a cafeteria. And, if you are reading this on a computer or some sort of smart device, there is a good chance you will be the youngest person in the restaurant.

Yelp
I see why Luby's is struggling to stay open...We came to grab dinner for my Mom, myself and my nephew. The website and drive-thru menu say kid's eat free with an adult purchase. We had two adult meals, pulled up and they charged for the kid's meal. We asked why, and he said it's only free for dine-in. Well, then say that on your menu in the drive thru and online. Then we asked for a manager and he said that the it's for 12 and under only...the kid is not in the car. So he said the kid has to be with us. So, we asked the meal to be removed. Then my Mom ordered a side salad, mentioned to the girl taking the order 3x...they didn't put it in there. We ordered three pieces of Jalepeno cornbread, they gave us super dry, regular corn bread. They also gave my Mom the wrong beans. The food we did receive was hot and seasoned well, but the customer service was just horrible. When we were pulling off the guy working the window used a petty and sarcastic tone "have a good niiiight." We will, and when Luby's closes down or your lack of customer service results in your lack of employment (whichever happens first)...good luuuck!
google avatar

Allie G.

Yelp
Tina is the worst. I come here often as it is near my work and she is always rude to me. If I ask for extra condiments I get attitude and I sigh. She never greets me with a smile and just acts like she'd rather be somewhere else. I'm sorry you hate your job but what did I do to you?? If I didn't love the food so much I'd quit going all together but it's convenient and better than Wendy's. Maybe she needs to not work with customers...

Yelp
I don't know where to start with THIS Luby's! I come here a lot since the location on Oltof (which I loved) closed. This location on Anderson Lane is kind of touch-and-go and really inconsistent. I never have any issues when I eat inside, everyone is usually very nice. The food is usually seasoned good although sometimes it tastes like there is NO salt, butter or any seasoning in the macaroni. I continue to patronize Luby's because you just can't beat the convenience for real food when you can't or don't want to cook. However, the drive-thru and to-go portion continues to have major issues! If you get your food to-go, ESPECIALLY if you go through the drive-through, MAKE SURE you check it because they constantly mess the orders up. Today I went through the drive-through and ordered two baked white fish combos with macaroni & cheese, green beans and an extra side of black-eyed peas. When I got to the window, the cashier, Leslie, asked me if I ordered the almondine fish. I let out a sigh because this same girl is constantly working the window when I go to the drive-through and she ALWAYS messes up my order. No, I told her, I ordered BAKED WHITE FISH. Then she says, Yeah, but you had two, right. I'm thinking, oh my god. Yes, I told her then I repeated my whole order to her as she punches it in the cash register and I'm thinking well, what the hell was she doing when I placed my order at the speaker? She repeated everything back to me at the speaker like she was typing it in. Whatever. Then I hand her my card, which she snatches and slams the window shut. Damn, I'm thinking. After a few minutes wait, she hands me my card back, I say "thank you" though there is no response from her. She slams the window shut again. In a few minutes she comes back and hands me my food. I take and say thank you. Again, no response from her. I pull up a little bit so the car behind me can pull up to window as I check my bag before pulling off. And, true to fashion, my two orders of black-eye peas are missing so I pull around to the take-out door and go inside. There are no other customers and no one at the window but despite that the two cashiers inside don't acknowledge me. The drive-through girl looks at me so I say to her "you forgot my black-eye peas." She presses the mic on her head and says "do you have black-eye peas back there." The other girl that is working the take-out (not the drive through) goes to get it while Leslie, the one who made the mistake turns back to the window. The other girl puts the peas in a bag and I tell her there are supposed to be two. So she goes to get another one while, Leslie, the drive through girl, looks in the bag and plays with her headset as the other girl comes back with the peas. They are both so non-chalant like they make these mistakes all the time, no acknowledgement, no apology. So I say to the girl, "like, that's it, no apology" so she says "I'm so sorry about that." While Leslie, the drive-through cashier who made the mistake looks on. So I said YOU don't have to apologize, SHE made the mistake while the other girl just looks on casually (she has messed up my order(s) on at least four separate occasions, one time she gave me baked chicken when I ordered fish, another time she did not not include two desserts and twice she did not give me the iced tea I paid for). Fed up with Miss Drive Through Mistake Leslie, I walk into the dinning room to talk to the manager (which I had not done on previous occasions when my orders were wrong). After which I go to retrieve my food and I say to Leslie on the way out that she should be more courteous and apologise for making so many mistakes. She then starts yelling (oh my god, she CAN talk) that I came in there DEMANDING black-eye peas. Like, WTF?!!! OMG. All I said was "you forgot my black-eye peas" and she continues to rant as I stand there dumbfounded. So I went back in the dinning room to tell the manager about his crazy drive through girl and to let him know that the other girl working the take-out was very nice and seemed to be taking all the heat while doing two jobs fixing Miss Drive Through Girl's mistakes. This Leslie girl has NOT ONCE, EVER acknowledged a mistake, said I'm sorry, thank you or you're welcome but she sure can run her mouth to argue! If she doesn't know how to politely deal with people at the drive through, then she should be in the back, cooking the food where the public doesn't have to be subject to her rudeness!

Yelp
Very clean, establishment, food is fresh, staff is super nice and friendly. I was highly impressed with the large portion/servings everything tasted great! Highly recommend this location for a home cooked meal.

Yelp
Well the other day as I was cruising to work two hours early my tummy told me I need to pull some goodies into it. The Batmobile suddenly turned into Luby's parking lot. Due to unforeseen forces over which I had no control the inner workings and hidden mechanisms of my stomach were so in discord with the great spherical movement of the earth that I could not with any degree of accuracy tell how hungry I was so I said OK Luby's it is. I entered at noon and the line was long but I had no problem waiting. I did notice that the line alone the food area was moving very slowly. As I neared the salad area which was at the beginning of the food line section I realized why it was taking so long. I think they have a small flaw in the serving line. They now have a salad bar that allows patrons to choose what they have but a server handles the salad and if a person in line has problems deciding what they want the whole line was held up waiting for that one person to decide on his salad parts. I timed two people getting a large salad in line it was 9 minutes, mean while the food line from the salad area to the cash resister area was totally empty. I heard a lady behind the bar speaking in Spanish. I finally figured out she was asking people to move around if they were not getting a salad by watching her hand jesters. I guess no one in line understood Spanish because no move moved around. I ordered the turkey and dressing with corn and mashed potatoes and a roll. As for my liquid I got tea. I was pleasantly surprised the meal tasted very good, even my cherry pie desert. Would I go back? Yes I think I will and try to eat a more balanced meal instead of hamburgers all the time. Note; They have a drive thru!

Yelp
Luby's is ok cafeteria food. They're definitely trying to satisfy the health conscience crowd these days. Kudos! But I'll stick to the fried fish with tartar sauce, Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with a roll. The iced tea is good and plentiful. Next time I'm in ill try the tilapia and some healthy veggies. Mmmnmmm, maybe.

Yelp
STAY AWAY! Not following high standards of precautionary health measures. During this pandemic time, you want to be careful of the food handling and the food package handling. It's very disappointing that manager says mask aren't required and you see employees not wearing mask and employee not wearing gloves. By the behavior of the management, health and safety of their customers and employees is not Luby's priority.

Yelp
Truly horrible service during the pandemic. I think they should of just stayed closed. That's all I will say.
