Just thinking about this restaurant makes me happy. Every time we go the service is effortlessly faultless, the food is incredible and they definitely know their wines. There's a reason why you cannot book a table for a Saturday night easily unless you book at least a month ahead, it's a great place. Very elegant, without being pretentious. The staff are also very attentive to allergies. They even had a gluten free bread!

Whiskey selection : meh Disclaimer : this review is only relevant if, when it comes to fine cuisine, you're in over your head, like me. 4.5/5 => First of all : everything was great from start to finish. The staff was impeccable, wine pairing was splendid, restaurant itself is beautiful with well spaced tables so that each table sound ecosystem is untampered by the others. Regarding the food, it's fair to say that it was delicious from starter to dessert. So why 4 stars? Precisely because it's the only thing I could say about the food. For me it lacked the "Wow" you're supposed to get in that kind of place
