"This elegant restaurant occupies the first floor of La Gemma hotel, right in the heart of artistic and monumental Florence. For Argentinian chef Paulo Airaudo, this is almost a homecoming as his ancestors were Italian. Responsible for restaurants around the world, this Michelin-starred chef has appointed Olivia Cappelletti and Tommaso Querini as his capable resident chefs here in Florence. Although the choice is limited, the cuisine is exciting, with some truly memorable dishes on the menu. The experience was absolutely fabulous. We were greeted warmly, and the whole staff made sure every moment was satisfactory. Their cocktails are wonderful , chose non alcoholic which they have lots of options and the four course tasting menu is an incredible option, a must try . Everything was bursting with flavors.

A truly unforgettable dinner at Luca's by Paulo Airaudo in Bangkok. Every dish on the tasting menu was a masterful blend of flavor, technique, and elegance — modern Italian cuisine at its finest. The ingredients were exceptional, and the wine pairing perfectly curated. Service was warm, attentive, and highly professional. You can feel the passion and precision behind every detail. Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences in Firenze.
