Well balanced fine dining that perfectly represents a two star Michelin rating. Food is of exceptional quality, really creative and reminded me quite a bit of Jean-Georges in New York. The menu is rather fish-heavy and quite Japan inspired, which is great, but could use a little variety in "inspiration" from other food cultures than Japan.
Atmosphere is really relaxed and comfortable, but the restaurant seems a little underappreciated in the hotel setting. It is basically in the basement, really difficult to find and not well advertised in the context of the hotel. Dining room doesn't feel as grand as the food and could use a little design diversity compared to the rest of the hotel (everything looks rather similar although it is the flagship restaurant). I would love to see this restaurant in the Summit room (on the same property), for example.
