Lucha Loco - Mexican Cocina Y Mezcaleria

I had an amazing experience at Lucha Loco in Singapore! I’ve been there three times now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m in the area. The food and atmosphere are always on point—great energy, great flavors, and consistently good service. A special shoutout to George, who was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for our table. Every visit has been a great time, and it’s definitely a place I plan to keep coming back to. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Singapore and looking for a fun spot with great food and excellent service!

Lucha Loco has never disappointed us. Food is appetising, fresh and so yummy that we want to eat more! The ambience is fun and chill too, they even let us put on sombrero for photos! And the service from the staff, impeccable! George is a gem. He made us feel at home and made really good recommendations for food, finding out first we have food allergies and then recommending the yummiest food in the house. Throughout dinner, he kept checking in on us to see if everything was alright and when he saw i could handle the spice, he brought out even spicer sauces just so I'll feel the kick and satisfaction. George's food recommendation even include the sequence of eating so that one dish wouldn't ruin the other- thats top notch service excellence! We had the blue crab tostada, followed by elotes (a must have!) and then the pork cochinita which is a DIY taco. We then finished with churros. Seating is limited so recommend to make a reservation. Parking at the open air is very limited so it will be better to park at Craig's Place and exit at level 2 to the pedestrian street where Lucha Loco is on.

Delicious food, attentive service, nice vibe. Frozen margaritas were surprisingly strong for the price - $10++ during Happy Hours (3-7pm). Good deals for the other alcoholic drinks too. But do take note that drinking water was chargeable at $1 per person.

On our last day in Singapore, we were wandering around looking for something nice to eat. We found Lucha Loco and were instantly met be George who served us. The food and drinks were fantastic, a little spicy but not overwhelming which was a nice change I must say we received the best service I have experienced. George gave us a run down of the menu, didn't upsell and treat us with great respect mixed with solid banter. We will recommend to our friends in Singapore and when back in town, we will revisit. One of the best mexican food in Singapore. Their chicken is oh so tender and beautifully marinated, really tasty! Love the spicy sauce that came with the shared pork dish, which was also delicious. Beef quesadillas sauce was a tad sweet though. Will be back to try more dishes!

Had a great time here! The outdoor ambience was lovely, and I’d recommend making a reservation since dining time is limited. The food was tasty and unique – though I would have preferred the fish in the tacos to be a bit crispier. Service was warm and friendly, and George went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special. Overall, it’s a must-visit if you love Mexican cuisine, with fair prices and good portions.

We came last week on a quiet afternoon and took our time with our lunch. The waitresses were super helpful and friendly. And the food was amazing too. I loved the tortilla soup and tamales.

Had a nye dinner here. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. Loved my fish taco. All portions were also generous! The chicken was sooo tender its unbelievable. Great vibes and friendly staff too!
