On December 12, 2021 I purchased hot sauce, chili oil and jalapenos from the website and selected the day to pick up my items from Side Biscuit. Side Biscuit was not open the day I selected so I called Lucha's owner and emailed him. He responded to my email was a couple days to get my items, however they did not work for me. I then emailed him another 6 times (over a month) to try to find another time. He finally responded he would contact me the following week. I waited another 2 weeks and no response. I then emailed him several more times and he has refused to give me my products, a refund or even respond to my emails. I always try to support local, but this business obviously does not care about its customers.

Tried their chili crisp on a visit home and had to have some. Was excellent on pizza and breadsticks. Blew the crisp I was used to out of the water! Pick some up if you have a chance.
