Was passing through on my drive back north from AC. I googled “breakfast” and this spot came up. I said, why not? It’s your classic local spot. I absolutely loved the ambiance as soon as I entered. Staff are super friendly. Food was exceptionally delicious. The French onion soup hit the spot, so perfect. I don’t know when I’ll be back down south but if I’m ever in the area. I will 1000% be back with friends!

We drove 40 mins to get out here, and it had awesome prices for food that's really good. I got Lucille's Meatloaf sandwich, and it was so interesting because it's not like my mother meatloaf lol. I feel like it was mixed with stuffing it was so light and delicious. The pies and soup was delicious. Small but cute with very good food. Love the Jersey Devil nods to the area. I would definitely go back when I am in the area. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this place. The food was excellent and the staff was kind and friendly. It’s a classic! It’s authentic! And it’s welcoming! We were driving on the way to Cape May, and the moment I saw it I decided to turn around and stop for a quick lunch. It did not disappoint! My husband forgot his cross shoulder bag there with his wallet in it. They kept it safe until we returned and opened the restaurant after their working hours to return it to us. We very much appreciated it! We will be back for breakfast! Highly recommended!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The corned beef hash was delicious. Crispy and not greasy Biscuits and gravy were yummy Grits were slightly bland and could have been more creamy. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area Our server was very friendly and helpful. Never rushed us, and answered all our questions. We felt like regulars. Kudos to the staff

Great, small eatery with friendly staff and amazing food. Definitely worth the stop, or the trip, to this hidden gem! Try the toasted sticky bun, you won't be disappointed! Will definitely be going back here for sure, which seems to be what happens with many who eat here - the restaurant has tons of regulars which is always a great sign!

Last visit here was just horrible. Asked for a Greek omelette and was served cold with no cheese. Waitress not very attentive and food was horrible. By the time she came around I was already halfway through the meal. Then we got soup to go and it was all broth and chile was mudd !! We won’t be coming back here anymore. There’s plenty other places to get good food, is that asking too much ?

Living in coastal southern New Jersey we have tons of breakfast options. Which one tops our list? Yup. Lucille's! We love the food, we love the atmosphere, we love the staff, and we love the sense of feeling like we're a part of something really special. It's our favorite breakfast place by leaps and bounds. But wait! There's more! There are insanely good pies that are freshly baked daily! I love coconut custard pie, and without a doubt, Lucille's coconut custard pie is the very best that I have ever had. Lucille's is a bit on the small side, and it tends to get crowded. So shhhh. Let's keep Lucille's our little secret. Expert level server Kim is awesome.

My wife and I had breakfast at Lucille's for the first time and we can't wait to go back. The service was fantastic. They really make you feel like family. Anyone can do eggs and toast, but if you come here you must try the biscuits and gravy. We also took home a peach pie and it's the best pie I've ever had in my life. So do yourself a favor and stop here for breakfast or lunch. Don't let distance be an excuse, we live an hour and a half away. This place is legendary.
