Lucina Care

I attempted to utilize Lucina for my replacement pump parts order through my insurance benefits. However the customer service rep was quick to tell me that I was not able to use insurance until next year. She did not listen to my request and we went back and forth about whether my insurance would cover the parts. I confirmed with her that my insurance indeed would cover the parts and she continued to tell me to place my order online. I informed her that the online form was not working for me and she proceeded to say goodbye and hung up. I ended up calling another vendor provided my insurance and ordered my pump parts without any issues. I am thankful that I did use this company as they do not value their customers.

I bought the Most Ordered Breast Pump from Lucina Care exactly 6 months back for my wife to help her feed our baby while she juggles perfectly between her personal, work and social commitments. The Breast Pump has been the best gift for my wife and our baby since her birth.

My insurance gave me a huge list of companies that were in my network that I could receive a breast pump from. It was hard for me to choose a company with so many options. I finally chose Lucina Care and I regrated it after 2 minutes on the phone with the customer service lady. She did not speak good English, she had no clue what I was saying the whole time. Every time she asked me a question I had to answer it at least three times and spell all of my answers multiple times. I was getting very frustrated. I hope that my address is put in correctly.... We will see I guess.

very fast service. I was a little skeptical since I had never heard of this company, but I received my pump after a week of placing my order online (insurance paid). Very nice considering I waited until I was 37 weeks pregnant. They also send extra accessories too, which is awesome. I will def. recommend to anyone in need.

Lucina Care is a great website for all mothers-to-be. It has all the Best Breastpump available in our country at affordable prices. They also have a Breastfeeding Essentials Package which makes it easier for to-be-mothers to buy the best for their little one.

I have tried to contact them twice about a week apart, has been 3 weeks now and have no heard back from anyone. Will not be utilizing their services because of this.

I want to cancel my order but they not cancelling it, I m very upset.very fraud company.

They sent me a breast pumps with missing parts.
