Accidentally ripped the tongue on my Jordan 1's. Decided to take them by Lucio's to see if they could repair them. They got the job done and I'm happy with how they turned out! Will be back if I need more repairs👍🏾

The Lucio's crew does a great job repairing my old boots. They also have a great selection of new boots and other merchandise. Their pricing is much better than the big chain stores too.

My husband and I unexpectedly went mudding in our dressy suede boots and thought they were ruined. Brought em into the shop and they fixed them up good as new. Thrilled with the results and the very reasonable cost to save 2 pricey pairs of boots.

First time using Mr. Lucio, he put new Vibram Soles on my Red Wing 877 and 8138 and they turned out great! Quick turn around and awesome price! Thank you Mr. Lucio I will definitely coming back to you Sir!

Honestly - didn’t even have work done. Emailed pictures. Was told the problem could be fixed at this business. Drove 30 minutes across town. To be told “he can’t repair this” - But for me to buy inflatable expanders and repair myself. The man builds boots. He CAN fix it. Just say “I don’t want do this” rather than waste half a day driving across town and calling “he can’t repair this”. Beautiful things for sale in the store front. Which is why I am giving a 3 on a visit I had NOTHING done.

Gabriel took care of my Red Wing Boots with the same care and attention he gives the western boots. After 8 years of wear I needed a new sole, he ordered it for me and had them fixed, cleaned, and shined. My jaw dropped, they look brand new, better than new. Thanks team, bringing all my Red Wings and western boots here from now on.

Took a pair of Tecovas in for a repair I wasn’t even sure that could be fixed. I had absolutely messed up my boots in a motorcycle accident and had given up! For a great price and and a weeks time they came back better than before! 100% recommend

Amazing family owned business doing incredible work. Retail store with beautiful boots, both new and reconditioned. Repair prices are very reasonable.

First time ever used a boot repair place. Had some Ariat's that needed new rubber heels. They replaced them and did a shine up, that I paid for as well. Priced seemed decent. Expect to drop off and get them back following week, 7 day turnaround is policy seems. Would definitely give them a try!

This business is awesome! I've taken several things needing repair, a boot and a purse and each came back in better shape than ever!

They wanted to charge me $34 to replace my boots' 1/2" heel caps. This is what happens when a company forgets that customers have options. Look for a new Boot repair shop soon to open in the Tyler area. Lucio needs competition to make them honest again.

I haven't picked up my shoes yet, but they have bigger repair demands than mine, but such nice, professional & friendly customer service in leaving my shoes with them.. It reassures me that the rest of the experience will be just as great!

Awesome repair place! The owner of the shop brought my favorite black suede wedge knee high boots back to life and like almost new! The only dress shoes I have that won't hurt my back, I thought that their time with me had run its course, but the owner saved them with quality repair and cleaning, a very fair price, and were repaired in a week' Thank you and God Bless

Horrible repair work! Looks like a 2nd grader repaired my $300 boots. I will NEVER let this company come near my boots again!

I have been using this shop for about 15 years and have always been pleased with the work done. They have fixed or re-soled dress shoes and boots for me, even repaired a belt. Friendly and fast service.

I was in desperate need of having some flip flops altered to fit me for my son's wedding. I was no longer able to wear The beautiful shoes I originally had planned to wear due to a severe foot injury. I have a very small foot and had purchased the smallest size available in this very pretty, bling flip flop. And I was out of time to find anything else. Not only did Lucio's have a great idea on how to make this shoe fit, they executed it perfectly and did it in a few days. I can't thank them enough. I will bring any shoe repair needs to them for sure and I recommend them highly!

I went in with a pair of my favorite boots, and I wasn't sure what to expect- this was my first time having a pair of shoes repaired. After a quick inspection by the owner, I was quoted a price and a pickup date. Not only was the price extremely affordable, but the quality of the repair was astounding! I will definitely bring any shoes I need repaired to them in the future. SO STUNNED with the high quality. I think my shoes will last much longer with the materials they used to repair it :) It was well worth the one week turn around time.

Had my boots repaired and they did an exceptional job!! They fit like a new pair! Now Here's the Great Service Part..... my card was accidentally charged twice and they asked me to return with my receipt. I had thrown the receipt away and when I returned they remembered our conversation, saw that I was wearing the boots they repaired and with just a copy of my bank statement they gladly refunded the overcharge. They were super nice about what I thought may be a difficult situation that turned into a great experience!! Great business, great work, great people! I highly recommend!!

This place is wonderful. Extremely nice customer service. Had a pair of boots that was in much need of repair once I purchased off eBay. Sent them to to this place, and they took a week to make them look brand new. Worth every penny! Highly recommend these guys for any shoe or boot repair.

He couldn't help me, but the main man was friendly and helpful. I had a heck of a time locating the shop, but I'm not from here. They were really busy!

5 pairs of shoes for $60. Not one shine on and 3 pairs of leather Kenneth Cole boots. 2 repair jobs one went horribly wrong and he didn't seem to care to return such a shoddy job to me. Oh well I won't be going back there again. Must I go to Dallas just to find a good Cobbler? p.s. I will try and attach a picture of the messed up shoe.
