How Las Vegas restaurants in the southwest neighborhood are handling the most devastating week in dining history - Eater Vegas

"Lucki Thai Bistro had takeout dishes, Omoide continued to offer its menu of noodle soups, poke bowls, and other Japanese fare for takeout, and YuXiang Korean Chinese carried on." - Susan Stapleton

The parking spaces for the restaurant could be tight. It seems parking is limited in the shopping center. The decor of the restaurant is nice. It even has a liquor bar. The service was very good. The pork eggrolls was good but small. The beef pad thai was good. The Thai tea was very good

Google
Absolutely the worst service in Las Vegas. I’ve ordered the food, I kept waiting for someone to bring the soy sauce and the sauce tray and nobody bothered! I had to go and pick it up myself. the staff was giggling at the bar instead of checking on their customers. And the prices are definitely high for the food quantity AND quality you get. Just stay away from this place if you want a good service. I had to go to the bar and pay because they even didn’t bother to check on us.

Google
The best food with the BEST customer service ever. Everyone here is so thoughtful. We always order delivery and they remember who we are, and always bring our son a treat. They go above and beyond every single time and the food is fantastic. This will be our favorite place for life!

Google
I really wanted to give this place a 5 star because their shumai is my favorite, and their food was really good. But their service is bad. We've been seated already for about 20 mins and we still haven't gotten any drinks. The server took our orders and we never saw him again 🙄. Never did once check on us and asked if everything was ok. My friend had to get up and go by the bar area just to ask for soy sauce!! We'll probably go back to give it another chance but hopefully they'll improve their service. So disappointing 😞 😕.

Google
I placed a To-go order for a papaya salad today and upon opening it at home, I was shocked at the poor quality and presentation of the food I received. As pictured, the papaya salad looked extremely soggy and was soaked in the sauce. I'm honesty not sure whether if this was sitting out all day or scrapped together with other customers"leftover. The papaya salad didn't look or smell fresh and the green beans were completely smashed. Ended up having to throw the dish away. I've been here many times, but this is by far the worst experience I've had. I don't plan on returning, the service and quality has gone downhill. What a shame.

Google
I don’t give many 5 stars but the food here was quite the pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and prompt. The ambience was “Quiet elegance.” The Tom yum soup with shrimp had the best, robust flavors of any Thai soup I have ever had, (*I have been to Thailand many times.) All the dishes were presently very nice and the flavor profiles were very, very authentic. *The have Thai Chefs cooking the food unlike Wera Thai which has non-Thai Chefs. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Tasty food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Food had generous portion too.

I'm a Maryland man living in California. Whenever I'm in town, I'm so eager to get dinner from here. I can expect quality food, big portions & bomb ingredients. Just placed a bigass order this time for dinner. Fire as usual. Rough day too 🏥, so I'm really grateful. Walked inside and the vibe is chill. Staff is sweet, families looked pleased. I always forget the name of this place, then search up 'fried soft crabs' to track it down lol. God bless, I'll be back as much as possible.

Yelp
Lucki Thai Bistro offers an exceptional dining experience that effortlessly blends authentic Thai flavors with modern presentation. This charming bistro welcomes guests with its warm ambiance and attentive service. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by the tantalizing aroma of freshly prepared Thai dishes. The menu boasts a wide array of options, from traditional favorites like Pad Thai and Green Curry to more adventurous choices like Crispy Basil Duck and Pineapple Fried Rice. Each dish is expertly crafted with fresh ingredients and bold spices, delivering a burst of flavor with every bite. It deserved 5-star rating for its impeccable cuisine, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service.

Yelp
Not sure if I would return to this place for good food. The fried rice was kind of saggy. The chicken curry, the chicken meat itself was fairly dry. Grilled octopus was probably the only delicious dish. The flavor profiles aren't there for other dishes and the Thai ice tea tasted super weird. I eat Thai food every week, this is probably my least favorite

Yelp
Ambiance is clean, bright, welcoming. The service is great, attentive and friendly! The food is outstanding! Large portions and deliciously Thai spiced! Panang salmon was perfection with a large piece of salmon, many veggies and hot, red curry. Second dish was a salt and pepper Cornish hen, full bird deep fried with crispy skin served on a bed of lettuce .. wow! A generous bowl of rice (about four good sized scoops) to accompany our plates; and perfect Thai tea, hand mixed in a generous tall glass .. gotta be one of the best teas I've had in Vegas! Beautiful place and experience! You gotta give them a visit!

Yelp
I've been to Lucki Thai Bistro a couple of times and it's always a pleasant experience. From the food to the service, they always do an amazing job. The restaurant is located in the Southwest of Las Vegas and we there is are couple of Thai food locations on Rainbow and Lucki Thai Bistro is one of my favorite places to go. It's a nice spot to take your family to even a first date. My go to order is the Tum yum soup and Pad sew Shrimp. Don't forget the mango sticky rice for dessert. Another great thing about this place is they even have a happy hour. I was impressed and ordered a ton from it. I recommend this Thai restaurant.

Yelp
This thai resturant was recommended by my sister with high reviews and she was so right! I love thai food and Lucki Thai is definitely now one of my favorites! Lets start with the reviews! Interior: 5/5 when you enter the restaurant, you'll be welcomed with their lovely decor and the smell of something floral. The ambiance is very lovely and the decor makes you feel relaxed. Perfect for date nights or family nights! Service: 5/5 Our server was friendly and quickly gave us our water. The food was ready in less than 10minutes and we came around 7:30pm. Food: 5/5 we ordered calamari which was crispy and juicy! The shrimp fried rice and basil fried rice was nicely blended. And the beef noodle soup was savory and delicious! The portions was excellent as well! Overall if you are in the southwest area and feeling like eating thai food, I highly recommend lucki thai!

Yelp
I have been eating here for years, never disappointed! Excellent food, service and ambiance. Highly recommend! Love the spicy basil chicken!

Yelp
I honestly love this place, and I think it's a gem. Cost efficient and super good We got too much food for the three of us, but all of this costed a little bit over $100 including tax It's been a while since I came back, but it looks so much cleaner and modern. Looks like they might have gone through renovation recently!

Yelp
I ordered online so while I didn't get to experience table service, I was greeted immediately. The restaurant had a fun vibe and felt like it would be nice to eat in. As for the food, I got the pineapple fried rice which had a nice flavor but was quite mushy. The beef had minimal flavor and was a bit grey. The pork Eggrolls were nicely fried and crispy. The flavor was however not overwhelming prominent. Of the Thai restaurants that I've tried in Vegas, this was among the bottom rated ones. I will however try to visit for dine in to ensure my review is accurate overall.

Yelp
Sadly, we're going for the full downgrade on this one. It wasn't just a Thai restaurant we liked. It was our favorite spot in town. The economy is bad and people have less tolerance now for places that they liked and trusted who have fallen off considerably. If a place that I like a lot serves me a bad experience, I usually assume it's an anomaly and give them more chances because they've earned them. So it was with Lucki Thai. My wife has had bad experiences the last five times she has visited. It's been at least three for me. The last straw came on Saturday when we visited to celebrate her birthday. We both wanted Thai food and we don't really have a plan B....yet. We've been eating here for nearly four years and the other places we've tried locally weren't as good as this was or were out of our proximity that evening. This place is within five miles of our home. We ordered a few of our favorite dishes and settled in to eat. My wife also ordered a second serving of rice which never arrived. We requested it again and the server apologized but still never got it. We watched her wander around and chat with other employees but the rice never came. We would have pursued it but by this point, we had other problems. We realized when the rest of the food came that the server had never asked us what spice level we preferred when she took our order. We didn't even think about it because this is a question we've been asked every time we've ever ordered food at any Thai restaurant. Our food didn't just lack spice though, it completely lacked flavor. I don't think I've ever been served such flavorless Pad Thai or Panang Curry at any Thai restaurant ever. It was just bad. Even my beef noodle soup was weak. I made mention of this to the person I assumed was a manager and he offered no solution or discount. Just a very weak apology. We basically paid over $60 for a terrible meal and experience. I would have a hard time letting that go if the economy was good and my money was less tight but if we're eating your food these days, you've probably previously earned our trust. My message to Lucki Thai is, you blew it hard. We won't be back and we'll be sure to let our friends, many of whom we have introduced to your restaurant know.

Yelp
Ok, LucKi Thai is officially my favorite Thai restaurant! Their Panang curry is top! As everyone mentioned their spice level doesn't play around so go mild if you can't handle the heat! They serve their curry dishes with rice which is perf bc rice is a must. Some other favorite dishes are noted below. The restaurant isn't huge but it's nicely decorated. The servers are friendly. I'll be back next week ;) Cashew nut Tom Kha Mango sticky rice Beef jerky Sticky rice Beef noodle Yellow curry

Yelp
Very Americanized Thai food. Far too sweet and got too much ( and too heavy ) sauce. Overall food was not great. Nice and comfortable ambient.

Yelp
The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy, feels like home. The service, food everything is perfect. TY Lucki Thai for making my experiences enjoyable & memorable! Will come again .

Yelp
Customers beware. This was in our pad Thai tonight. My husband bit into something hard and spit it out and he said it felt like glass. There were 2 shards of this in our food. This is unsafe and unacceptable and we will never eat here again. He is lucky he did not swallow this. The last time I ate here I got sick, but my mom has still ate here and picked up take out for us so I gave it another shot. Never again! If you are the manager you need to look into this. I only put 1 star because it wouldn't let me write a review if I didn't.

Adfunture T.

Yelp
We ordered spicy basil for the lunch special. Server never asked what spice level and we got a plain bland basil dish. We then asked about it and they said WE (as in the customer) has to tell them what spice level. Not the servers job! Wow. Not coming back. Guessing if you don't tell them a spice level or mention it, they're going to give you a bland dry dish. Clearly not spicy basil. Change it to plain basil if that's the case. WAY BETTER Thai restaurants nearby.

Yelp
I've been looking for a great Thai place here in the SW and LucKi is the one! The menu is full of surprises and the options are plentiful. LucKi Thai is soooo much more than curry and pads. Grilled Squid was our favorite. It was spicy and perfectly grilled. It had so much flavor just the right bite.
google avatar

Elsie D.

Yelp
We went here on the recommendation of a fellow parent from Hula class. She says its her favorite and we wanted to check it out. We ordered the egg rolls, papaya salad, chicken pad thai and shrimp green curry! The pad thai was way too sweet and the noodles were a bit rubbery. My 3 yr old grand baby loves noodles but she had a hard time consuming the pad thai. We couldn't give her the curry because it was too spicy. But she ate up all the egg roll's! We enjoyed the papaya salad but my fave is the green curry!! Just enough heat! I could eat the sauce with rice and I'm happy!! We will be back!!

Yelp
Ordered takeout. Had the pumpkin curry, wide flat noodles, potstickers, and egg rolls. The pumpkin curry is the best I've had in this town! The pumpkin is fresh! You can taste the quality!!!! Egg rolls were nice and crispy. The only complaint I have is that even though the potstickers came fried, and they weren't crispy, they were soggy. The container also came with holes that were clearly cut out in it?

Yelp
This is my favorite Thai. Everything is good. The people here are very friendly and helpful. It's a small dining area. Must check this place out.

Yelp
Great lunch specials and the pad Thai had a great flavor to it. You can alter the spice level and they take their spice seriously I loved the hotness and great service here!

Yelp
It's your friendly neighborhood authentic Thai restaurant! Tonight's our fourth or fifth time dining at the Lucki Thai Bistro. I'd say it's a lot more authentic than lots of the Thai restaurants at the strip. It's also more affordable. The service is good. They welcome you, have you seated, give you the menus and deliver glasses of water right away. The drinks and food come without waiting for a long a time Their happy hour tequila based drink is great. It's strong enough and tastes fine. The appetizers we got this time were just ok. The papaya salad was good. The pad see ewe noodles was thoroughly enjoyed by one of the people in our group though. She rated it as a 5/5. She said it's the best she's had in a while . The tamarind duck was fine but the seafood curry was phenomenal and again rated 5/5 by another member of our group. It's savory and not overly spicy he said. They have good sized portions so be there hungry to leave without any leftovers. The place is clean which includes their furniture, their utensils, the restrooms and the outside of the restaurant. Inside you'll find Thai decorations at the entrance, and on their ceilings and walls. It feels like being transported back to Thailand. It's in a shopping center with a big parking lot so you won't have a problem finding a spot for your car. I think they tweaked their menu a little bit so I couldn't find the ones I really liked the first and second time I went there. Either way, it's a good Thai place to check out if you're in southwest Vegas.

Yelp
I live super close to LucKi Thai Bistro and decided to give it a try. First off, I thought I made it to order lunch specials, but I was 11 minutes late! Their hours for lunch specials are 11am - 3pm. I then decided to order combination pad Thai and Thai tea. The lady asked how spicy and I asked what's their spicy level, she said between 1-10. I should have been more specific and asked her to compare the spicy scale to something more relatable to me (e.g. like sriracha, like chili oil, etc). My silly self went with 5 thinking it's medium spice. My tolerance has gone up over time so I was feeling pretty confident. My Thai tea arrived first and at first sip I knew this place was pretty special. It was the right amount of sweetness and tea flavor and I just kept drinking it. I had to stop to make room for my noodles. Pad Thai was served and it looked amazing. So amazing that I went straight to mixing it and later realized I didn't take a picture for this review! I was gonna ask for a side of sambal in case it wasn't spicy enough, but boy was I wrong. It was spicy, but in a way that it didn't overpower your tastebuds. Spicy that it felt warm going down to your belly and you can feel the fire in your chest. It was good, but I definitely took on too much (I should have started with 2!) Thankgoodness I had that Thai tea next to me. It was a lot of noodles for one person and definitely shareable with another person. I would definitely come back here and try out their other dishes. Now that I know how spicy they really get, I'll be better next time. The place itself looks chic on the inside. It had a modern Thai home feel with little knick knacks and had a cute neon sign. I would say it gave a traditional chic vibe. Service was just ok but I wasn't expecting a lot either since I was one person. They were nice and attentive enough. I didn't give a full 5 just because it's hard to gauge after one visit, but for what I had it was great. I just wish they explained the spicy level a little better next time.

Yelp
Though it's been years since I've last stepped into the restaurant as the notorious Pin Kaow, LucKi Thai didn't lose one step, serving up some of the best Thai food in Vegas. When in and around lower south-west on Rainbow Rd, it's definitely worth stopping in.
google avatar

Lianni L.

Yelp
First time at this location and it was just as good as the other location! All the dishes we had were delicious! My favorite Thai restaurant in all of Vegas! And now it's my family's favorite Thai restaurant too! This location is much larger than the other location I been to but both as just as great! The service was great and the food came out fast. Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Nothing but satisfied with my dinner at LucKi Thai. The restaurant itself it beautiful and inviting, and the service was exceptional. I did not have to wait for anything; my water was filled shortly after I drank it all, and the check came out when I was ready for it. All of which I appreciated. The food was tasty as well. The crab rangoon could have used a touch less cream cheese, but it was still delicious. The yellow curry was just as good. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area craving Thai food.

Yelp
We moved to this area about a year ago and have seen this Thai restaurant many times. My hubby says funny/dumb stuff like... the name has "bistro" it could be overpriced, too fancy, and/or it may not be authentic. I still wanted to try their food and am glad we did, nothing he said was true LOL Their prices are decent, portions are large and the flavors are authentic. We ordered: *Shrimp Pad See Mao, we asked for a 7 out of 10 spicy, and whoaaa the heat is there, but perfect for us! We can eat pretty spicy. Drunken noodles are his fave noodle dish. Spicy, savory, semi-sweet, and the texture of the noodles were cooked perfectly. *Hubby needs his Crab Ragoons, honestly it's hard to F these up! *Duck Pumpkin Curry, ordered a 6 out of 10 spicy. I was shocked that the duck was juicy and not dry like a lot of other places. They also gave a lot of duck and pumpkin. The pumpkin made the curry a little thick which was perfect over rice. *Beef Noodle Soup, I love Thai beef noodle soup! It's nothing like pho, the flavors are stronger and the broth is thick. Every dish we ordered was up to par! I did order everything to go, next time I'll definitely need to eat in and try other dishes!

Yelp
The chicken noodle soup I had was overcooked. The pork egg rolls were excellent. My partner enjoyed the salmon meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Potstickers, Penang Curry, Curry Fried Rice, Satay and vegetable Pad See Ewe Noodle were all so flavorful. The staff was very pleasant.

Yelp
Yummy Tom Kha soup!!! If you're in the south west area craving Thai food, this is the place to go. We usually get curry with fried tofu and some kind of soup. We came here around 8pm on a Friday night and there weren't too many people. We ordered a Panang curry, large Tom Kha with chicken, and two sides of rice. The server gave us a huge bowl of rice? Out of the ordinary because they typically serve it in smaller bowls... but maybe it's night time and they needed to get rid of them? Either way, it was a generous amount that we had to take home. The ambience and interior is nice with lots of seating. Definitely recommend if you're on Rainbow!
google avatar

Sally F.

Yelp
We came here and tried out their lunch special. The lunch specials come with an egg roll, egg drop soup, side salad and wonton. We ordered the pad thai and the pineapple fried rice. The pad thai came out super sweet for some reason and the meat for both dishes was quite dry. The lunch special sides were just okay overall (wonton was just a fried wonton skin), but I think we would skip it next time since it just wasn't worth it quality-wise. Service was great, but the Thai food itself was just overall so-so in the end.
google avatar

Laura S.

Yelp
This place is nice good energy The employees are very welcoming and friendly This place is not near me so it was a special occasion for my bestie birthday She is a regular here We ordered Pineapple fried rice with the fried tilapia Grilled squid Spicy eggplant with tofu Pork eggrolls Fried shrimp with the turmeric sweet and sour sauce All the dishes were good The food came out promptly the squid was tasty I love the chard flavor very tender I love the eggplant tofu that was my favorite dish did not care for the pineapple fried rice to spicy for me Overall it was a beautiful experience for my best friend's birthday definitely recommend this place if you're in the area
google avatar

Yelp
Their food is consistently delicious. I've been going to this location for a long time and have always been satisfied. Service is also always excellent.
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent experience. Chicken satay was awesome. We had the Pad See Ew (Wide Rice Noodle Stir-Fry)) with Shrimp (a generous serving), Curry fried rice, and a Chinese dish of Orange Chicken - All excellent. Sweet Rice Mango topped off a great meal. We are making this a regular stop .
google avatar

Lynn C.

Yelp
Food is so tasty! You get so full and you just can't stop eating because of all the amazing flavors dancing around in your mouth! Usually I'll order delivery to go so this was our first time dining in. Great service. Our waiter was elderly but his energy was so nice and welcoming. Recommend this place for sure 100x!
google avatar

Caitlyn M.

Yelp
I've only ordered takeout so I don't know how the service is, but I LOVE this food!! It is my go-to Thai place and has yet to let me down. Everything tastes delicious and fresh, I would recommend a lower spice level than you usually order though. The first time I got drunken noodles at a 6 spice level I was sweating. Things I've tried: Drunken Noodle Pad Thai Silver Noodle Panang Curry Fried Rice Egg Rolls Veg & To
google avatar

Jocelyn S.

Yelp
Do not call an order in. They won't honor the prices on the minor and you'll pay more than what's posted. They would rather argue I wasn't on the wrong menu than update the menu. I won't be back

Amrit N.

Yelp
Great food and great portions. Food is authentic and delicious. We ordered the spicy eggplant, panang curry and pad see ew. I loved all three but the eggplant was my favorite. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Adriana M.

Yelp
Very good, had the pad see ew and the pineapple fried rice. Also love the mango sticky rice
google avatar

Aaryanna N.

Yelp
Update to my previous review: I consistently go to Lucki Thai. It feels like home. Service is quick and I finally started going in person haha. Papaya salad - laos style, spice 10 is my go to The BBQ chicken, papaya salad and sticky rice combo is my jam Crab fried rice ...I dream about it. The young coconut seafood curry was SO SO good. ..I swear i could eat any and everything off their menu.

Edmundo S.

Yelp
I'm giving a five star: great atmosphere, clean, excellent service, which all makes a good cuisine at this location even more pleasant to the taste. Good variety menu. We will return.
google avatar

Zachary H.

Yelp
It was quite good. It was nothing that completely WOW'd me, but it was an above average Thai meal, clean inside, nice staff, good food, decent portion size, and a nice coconut mango dessert. I would definitely return again.
google avatar

Isee W.

Yelp
Been a while since we pick up our order here. Food was good but salty even I mentioned not to add too much salt or fish sauce.
google avatar

Oliver L.

Yelp
This is a really good Thai place! I went to a friend's house where they had take out from Lucki Thai Bistro and we all loved it. Few weeks after, I decided to order take out for my family, and everyone loved it as well! The yellow curry is delicious, and my all time Thai favorite is the spicy basil! I liked pretty much everything I ordered: chicken yellow curry, spicy basil beef, garlic fried rice, coconut shrimp, crab rangoons, beef pad see ew. I have not dined in the restaurant but when I picked up my order, it looked really nice inside and something that stuck to me was how nice and welcoming the man behind the counter was. Customers will always remember great welcoming service and to top it off with delicious food, it becomes a memorable experience/place. Surely will return. Kudos!
google avatar

Genevieve M.

Yelp
Picked this place randomly when family came to visit and it did not disappoint. Great service here and large portions of food. We had to take a lot of it home. Large amount of meat in the wonton soup and I found myself wishing there were more vegetables in it. Side salad was very large though I felt the ginger dressing was a bit sweet. Family ordered calamari, lettuce wraps, Salmon, and a few other dishes for their first time trying Thai food. Everyone was happy and said I chose a good place for dinner.
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Amazing Thai food ... super picky eater here. And this is my go-to Thai spot. The spice levels are no joke!!! A 1 is spicy ... a 2 is super spicy !! A 3 ...Really Crazy spicy and so on .... B E W A R E !!! But they are the BEST Thai food in the Southwest!!! Hungover and need a helping hand? Tom Kha is your bff ... other dishes we absolutely love: Panang curry, pad see ew, basil chicken, everything is delish!!
google avatar

Kiana T.

Yelp
Never disappoints! It's been my favorite go-to Thai restaurant for more than 4 years! I absolutely love their egg-rolls and thai tea as my must add ons, and usually I go for their duck chinese broccoli, or their fried tofu with eggplant. I decided to try their drunken noodle with beef, and it was so good! This time, I got it delivered through postmates and it was the perfect temperature when it got home- still warm and steaming! They have so many options from seafood to non-meat entrees and I know anything they make will always come out good. To add, the staff is always so nice to me whenever I come to pick up and order over the phone too! I couldn't recommend any other better place to eat at whether it's lunch or a quick pick up for dinner!
google avatar

Lynn M.

Yelp
Had lunch here with the family! The decorations are so nice, authentic and welcoming that you almost feel like you're walking into a restaurant in Thailand, not in the middle of the desert! The entire place was TIDY and CLEAN, even the restroom! We ordered the following: Lunch special chicken Pad Thai- comes with egg drop soup with veggies, egg roll, & salad. Beef Pad See Ew $10.95 $1 extra for beef Crab Fried Rice $14.95 Beef Noodle Soup $9.95 Thai tea $4 (no free refills) Dr. Pepper (can) $1.50 Water is free and is served immediately after you're seated. The pad thai was ok, as well as the side soup it came with. The egg roll was good as well as the salad. The beef in the pad see ew was tough and hard to chew, that's the reason why I took off a star, also because there's no free refills for the Thai tea. I find it insane how most Thai restaurants in Vegas charge for refills when a can of Thai tea at the Asian market cost no more than a buck fifty-even cheaper when on sale. I mean you already charge a lot for it, and no free refills?! The only restaurant that q know who doesn't charge for Thai tea refills is Thai BBQ. Overall, the food was ok as well as the customer service. If you're in the area and craving for Thai food, I'd recommend coming in for the lunch special to save some $$$, as in my opinion the food was just ok. Perhaps, it may just be what we ordered? Maybe their other options are good? From our experience, I can't say that I would definitely recommend this place, but maybe just for the lunch specials (Monday-Friday 11a-3p)

Yelp
Do not sleep on this Thai restaurant! The food is delicious, authentic and fresh. They also have happy hour daily from 3:30-9pm!!! The Pad See Ew and Massaman Curry were so perfect and the happy hour appetizers like the fried tofu and crab Rangoon were the kids' faves. The best part- they have Honey Toast!!! You have to order it early as it takes 25 minutes but it's worth it! And of course the mango with sticky rice! This is my new favorite Thai restaurant!

Yelp
Today I felt like ordering Thai food to-go, so I called in an order to this location. The gentleman on the phone told me the order would be ready to pick-up in 20 minutes. I head in and speak to the gentleman that took my order, he told me my total would be $55. I was a bit surprised because the total was far higher than what I figured it would be. So I asked to see the menu to add up the prices. The items I had ordered came to $40 but he was charging me $15 MORE! I asked why the prices were different and he stared at me with no response. I gave him another second and he said the menu (that was at the counter and ALL TABLES) was old and they have new menus with new prices coming in. So I politely told him I would expect to pay the advertised prices on the current menu. Reluctantly, he spun the iPad towards himself and applied a $4 discount. I then politely declined the discount because I don't want a discount. I just want to pay the advertised prices on their menu. This man started to argue with me over it. I thought it was obsurd that I was even having to have this conversation so I just smiled and said I was not interested in the food then. Walked out and would never eat here again. This place has lost all trust. Their antics are very untrustworthy. Stealing money from their customers and hoping they wouldn't notice. Honesty and trust goes a lot further and would build a strong loyal group of customers. If you eat here be sure to itemize your order and total it yourself.

Yelp
Got the food pretty quickly, great staff and service. There was a lot of food for what we ordered, so definitely will have 2nd and 3rd leftover; ordered for 2. The pad see ew was flavorful and had a good level of spice; the spicy eggplant was cooked well and thoroughly; the Panang curry was good too, but have had a little more spice and I think the amount of vegetables soaked up the flavor if I am being technical. Will definitely be coming back! The restaurant is also decorated appropriately and clean as well!

Yelp
Since the era of Covid began, I have ordered from LucKi Thai Bistro a couple of times for delivery. Each time I ordered, my meals have arrived warm and packed securely. I have found that many restaurants do not transfer over well during delivery, but LucKi Thai Bistro does a great job. On my most recent delivery, I ordered the chicken wings and pad see ew with beef. Both were delicious and tasted great the next day too. The chicken wings were quite big and very crispy. It came with a spiced cream sauce that complimented the wings well. The next day, I put them in my Air Fryer and they tasted just as good. The pad see ew I ordered it at a spicy level 5, which was milder than what I usually order. It was still tasty and had a good kick to it. I am not sure what the dining experience is like inside LucKi Thai Bistro, all that I know is that the delivery is terrific!
