Google
Lucky Baldwinds Pub has always been a favorite spot for me, thanks to its fantastic beer Belgian selection and great food. However, there are a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the beer selection is simply awesome. So many varieties, you'll find something to your liking. The food is consistently good, with hearty portions and great flavors. However, it's the only place I've ever been where an order of chicken strips doesn't come with fries. The pub is both people and dog friendly, making it a welcoming place for everyone. The usual staff members Molly, Lisa, Crystal, Stacie, and the cooks, especially Josie, are amazing. They create a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Unfortunately, since the new manager Teresa took over, the service has declined. Teresa isn't very attentive, and this has had a noticeable impact on the overall experience. I've seen people walk out because of the slower service and lack of attention to customers. It's sad to see the sense of community and the lively atmosphere diminish. I hope that management addresses these issues soon so that Lucky Baldwinds Pub can return to its former glory.

I’ve been going to LBs for about two decades and usually don’t write reviews but the food has just been inedible the last few times I feel compelled to write one. They used to have the best fish and chips around as well as the steak and mushroom pie. The fish is still ok but the chips taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in awhile. The hamburgers used to be great but the quality has drastically declined. I figured this last time just ordering soup would be ok but it’s the worst french onion soup Imaginable served in a large plastic bowl. Please see picture to judge yourself.

Google
Lucky Baldwins Delirium is the perfect local pub for beer lovers in Sierra Madre. They pour a wide-range of Belgium beers and have a great ambiance. They also offer some great pub grub for those looking to eat. I went with the Homemade Pasties one of each to share with my wife. I was not disappointed. Zach gave us great service with great suggestions when we asked. Highly recommend dropping by for a drink or 3👍🍻

Google
The selection of craft and imported beers is impressive, and the classic pub fare never disappoints. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whether you're here for a casual drink, a hearty meal, or just to enjoy the relaxed vibe, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommended! 🍻

Google
Lisa and Lindsey were awesome. Our beer (follow the PINK ELEPHANT WOOO!) was perfect and our food was delicious. Fish and Chips= Fish huge and perfectly battered and fried. We will always be back.

Google
After being seated, waited for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our order. No body ever took our order. Someone finally asked us if we would like something to drink. We ordered decaf coffee and were told it would take 2 to 3 minutes to brew. The coffee never showed up. We left after 30 minutes of no service. Wouldn't recommended this establishment to anyone.

Google
Nice place. Tried the fried fish and chips and the fish was severely undercooked. It tasted wet, like water. The fries and onion rings were good. 5 stars is what they get cause it was just one meal and everything else was good, but customers should check their fish is fully cooked. The batter on the inside should not be soggy.

Michael S.

Google
Lucky Baldwin’s has gone downhill fast since Lisa left. I can’t imagine I’ll ever go there again. Service is terrible, everything is forgotten or incorrect. We saw problems at every table not just ours. The fun vibe that once was is no more.

Yelp
Good beer, good sandwiches. Friendly staff. Huge selection of ales and imported potables. Classic rock played all day but not so one cannot converse.

Yelp
Blackened Chicken Caesars Salad was decent but the chicken tenders was mostly all fried breading than the chicken, and some fries were so fried that they were dark brown in color. I'd pass on the chicken tenders and fries. Servers were sweet and nice. Great spot to watch a soccer game.

Yelp
I have been to all of the Lucky Baldwin's EXCEPT Delirium. My friend from out of state came to meet me in the area so I figured I would take the time to go. And Boy am I happy that I did! We were there early so we decided on breakfast. I arrived first and noticed that they had outside dining which was well cordoned off from the sidewalk but I decided to go indoors. The bench table seating along the wall was comfortable. The service was well done and they didn't mind me waiting for my friends. The place was clean and reminded me of the other Lucky Baldwin's in decor and food selection. When my friends came we all were presented with menus and coffee and real hospitality. The food (I got the corned beef, potatoes and eggs) was OFF THE CHART GOOD for being something so simple! I really enjoyed it and will absolutely go back again. 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
I've been a customer of the various locations of Lucky Baldwins since around 1999. I prefer this location because it's usually a chill crowd, not packed like the old Pasadena Pub or filled with the hipster College crowd of the Pasadena location. Anyways, beers are cold and the food is great. Check it out.

Yelp
The best place to watch Liverpool football club play, best fans here, welcoming atmosphere

Yelp
Decent British pub style place in Sierra Madre. Its a bit crowded and the area is a bit bustling so the service can be laggy. I had a good fish n chips but the fries weren't crispy as I would want and the fish was one piece. I guess that is normal? I dunno I think a standard fish n chips should have two pieces. I think it was around 18$ too. I had an excellent pour Guinness with it and that helps wash down the worries. I am not that hungry though and the one piece of fish was ok I guess in the end. I ordered a glass of water with my beer and that never came, also it was so busy or erratic for service I just did what I could to get the bill paid so we weren't there too long. When service stagnates it does hurt. The decorations and patio are nice though and the place has some Pasadena history so that's cool. If they step the service up to meet that hustle bustle I think it'll pay off in the end with more turnover. We were there way too long to just eat but getting service moving was the issue.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this place is so popular. Maybe because it's a bar and it specializes in liquor. I guess if you want to sit down at a table and get served food, you'll be disappointed. We came for lunch on a Saturday right after a vintage car show in the heart of old town Sierra Madre. And the place only had two servers on duty. One of them also served as the Bartender. And I believe they both also did hostess and bussing duty. We decided to sit outside and it took a while to get noticed because we finally decided to seat ourselves and arrange the tables on our own. It also took them a while to take our order and almost an hour to finally get our food. And the food was just bleh for the price. They weren't overall crowded, just sorely understaffed for a Saturday lunch crowd. It was just an overall disappointment and I would never go back again.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I are locals. Today he ordered the fish and chips and we were both surprised when the server set down his plate and there was one small piece of fish. We expected the standard two. We hate to complain at a restaurant, but we felt the need to mention this because we thought the menu should specify it's one piece. We were as friendly as we could be because we know it's not the server's fault. We were not expecting any money off our bill and we told him that we understand there's not much he can do about it. He told us that we are not alone in feeling that way and that he would let his manager know. The conversation ended on a good note and we thought it would end there. We asked for the bill. A few minutes later I saw the manager pointing at us and talking about us from across the bar. She then came over and said "I heard there was an issue with your meal." My boyfriend explained the same thing that he explained to the waiter. She said it's the server's fault, and that he was supposed to tell us it's only one piece and offer us a second for $7. My boyfriend suggested specifying that it is one piece on the menu. She had a horrible attitude with us and started telling us why we were wrong. I had to cut her off to tell her that we were not expecting anything and that we would pay the bill. I did not understand why she came over just to disagree with us and start a scene. After a few minutes of telling us why we were wrong, she ended up walking away without apologizing and we were left bewildered. I didn't catch her name but she was a redhead, which is very disappointing as a fellow redhead. We tipped the server 20% because it must be rough having a manger that throws their employees under the bus.

Yelp
First time coming here and it was a good experience. I ordered their famou fish and chips and it was around $18. Good size pieces of cod dipped in ale batter. My friend got their steak and guinness meat pie which I tasted and it was quite good. Overall service was good. Had to wait awhile to wait for our drinks to be refilled. They even have Happy Hour which is on Monday-Thursday from 2-6pm and I have seen their menu items and it looks deliciouis. Can't wait to come back and try it.

Art A.

Yelp
Cash preferred. Love this place. So many choices of beer. Stopped for quick snacks loved the "cash preferred" sign. As you can see from my other reviews, I don't like places that are cashless. This was nice to see. Service was prompt and pleasant.

Yelp
Ordered for pick up and was excited to try for the first time. Unfortunately the website stated the fried chicken sandwiches came with onion rings and there were none to be found on the two sandwiches I ordered. However food tastes good and willing to try again.

Yelp
Went here last weekend (right before going to the Sierra Madre Playhouse) and we had a fantastic time! My friend had the fish and chips (which we both agreed were the best we've ever tasted) and I had the steak and mushroom pie and it was unbelievably delicious! Steak fries were excellent although they could've used more salt (not an issue since obviously, they have salt on the table). The service was friendly and efficient - we loved our waitress. She was a doll! My only complaint is that my friend's food came out at least 15 minutes before mine. (I hate when restaurants do that). The waitress explained that the steak and mushroom pie takes a long time to cook but if they know that, then they should've timed the delivery of both our items better. In any case, I'll definitely come back here again soon and try all the other things because everything on the menu looks great!

Yelp
I just left from dinner with my dad and daughter. Hes been going there for the past 25 years but I don't go often. The food was good we were in and out within an hour. However this review is for our server. He said he had never seen her before so maybe she's new, I don't know. But my dad is the nicest guy and we've lived in sierra Madre the past 30 years. We have great relationships with a bunch of the servers and bartenders around town because of how often we go for dinner. The server was just very snarky. We exchanged a few words over the course of the dinner and both times she said something snarky to my dad. First was we ordered a few drinks and she came and delivered everything. Gave me a drink glass with ice but not my soda. Which is fine not a big deal. She comes back with a straw and my dad says oh my daughter's Diet Coke it's on your tray. And she replies it's not like I'm doing 25 things. And hands it to me. Ok? That's your job correct? You're a server. Also need to note it was not busy. The inside was almost completely empty. When we go to leave he asks for a box she comes with 4 so he just goes well just take the one thank you (we had multiple plates that were left unfinished) and she replies yeah...there's another table that needed a box. I just find the comments to be unnecessary. I have also worked in the food industry and I get it can be a lot. I just think her snarkiness was unnecessary and my dad is oblivious to it so it makes it worse. May not sound so bad but if they're the only times your server spoke to you, you can kind of understand where I'm coming from.

Yelp
Fun British pub in Sierra Madre, right in the heart of its downtown! Nothing beats drinking a cold Guinness out on their patio, watching the activity on Kersting Court! Nice and relaxing! Their fish and chips are very good, so is their mushroom and steak pie, with a great crust! Love their fries. Nice service. They have a Happy Hour, sounds fun, but it's from M-F and I live far from the area. But if you're local, stop by! Take advantage! Fun British pub!

Yelp
Overall, the food was good, beer was cold, service was quick and it felt a little like a pub. We both ordered the fish and chips. The food came out very fast. The fish had a light batter so you could really taste the fish. I wish the fish to chips ratio was a little higher by adding more fish. The chips were tasty but were not the same temperature as the fish, like they were done before and waiting for the fish. I tried the Delirium beer as the banner said it is the best in the world- I haven't been all over the world but this isn't the best in the world - drinkable but I'd make a different choice next time. I'm not a vinegar guy and the tartar sauce was good and had an element of sweet to it that was nice! It was a nice night so many of the patrons were outside but after being in the hot sun all day the air conditioned pub hit just right. The music was kind of loud so you could have your own interactions at your table without feeling like you were joining others conversations. I'd say stop in and give it a try if you are in Sierra Madre.

Julian H.

Yelp
We had a great afternoon here. Really eclectic and delicious selection of beers. Teresa was our beer advisor and she was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Lovely atmosphere, great beer specials that change week to week. What an awesome selection of Belgian beers. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Erik C.

Yelp
This is the spot honestly. Kind of a mix of a dive bar and locals bar. The service was great though and the lady that served us (Lisa) was hilarious and really nice. Parking is kind of hard to find around Sierra Madre but there's a lot with plenty of parking around the corner. I had a triple ipa that was tasty and easily drinkable. Definitely want to come back when they have happy hour!

Yelp
Our first time here tonight and we had a blast!! The drinks were great and our server Lisa was so fun and upbeat!! It's full of charm and we really enjoyed ourselves!! We did not order any food but the food menu looked delicious! We will come back and order food next time!! Thank you Lisa!!

Yelp
Background On Visit: Decided to visit this shop to celebrate St. Patty's Day. Credit Cards: Cards are accepted. Don't mind the sign outside of the pub saying that cash is preferred. Restroom: 1 single restroom available for each gender. Age Demographics: A little older crowd, but are oldies but goodies. Wait Time: Wait time can be long depending on the time you go. As for us, we waited around 15 minutes. Location/Parking: Located next to Mother Moo Creamery Parking can be found in shared parking lot in front (Kershing Ct.), but you can find parking along Sierra Madre Blvd., North Baldwin Ave, or in a public parking lot on Mariposa Avenue. Ambiance/Decor: Neat british pub. You might feel a bit claustophobic inside, but there is a decent amount of seatings in their outdoor patio. Service: Service was pretty good for the most part. Our waiter checked up on us through out the dinner service. The only thing that was a buzz kill was that I think they forgot about the corn beef and and cabbage that we ordered. When it was out of sight for 40 minutes, we contacted the waiter and he said that it'll be out soon. All the other food came out at a decent time. Food Of Choice: 1) Corned beef and cabbage: Surprised with this one. I really appreciated how the corned beef (quite tender) and red potatoes wasn't really salty. The bechamel sauce was good also. 2) Fish and chips: Quite impressed with this one also. Battered fish wasn't heavily battered (a bit crispy) and fries didn't have salt. Very goood! Lucky Baldwins For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back to try other food items and washing it all down with a cup of either Guiness or Harp.

Yelp
The waitress was courteous and honest which I can appreciate. I ordered the 10 pieces wings and asked if I could have 5 BBQ and 5 buffalo, the waitress responded, "they don't like to split them like that". I also ordered the fish and chips. The wings were tasty and a fair price. The fish (1 piece) and chips were tasty but expensive. My wife and I won't be coming back to Lucky Baldwins Pub.
google avatar

Solomon J.

Yelp
Food was amazingly good but portions could be bigger! The hard cider was excellent as was the service!

Jerry C.

Yelp
A cozy neighborhood establishment, Lucky Baldwin's Pub is a good place to go if you are looking to relax and chat with friends while enjoying English food, which is what draws me to come back since there isn't many English restaurant around my neighborhood. However service can be slow when business is good, so if you arrive when the restaurant is packing orders can take some time to arrive.
google avatar

Adam C.

Yelp
The ambiance was excellent & very mellow. The bartender was friendly and served promptly. She seemed to know many of the customers and had friendly chats. The food was good. The onion rings were nicely breaded. The fat friend rivaled fat burger. The Guinness and steak pot pie was delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
It was my second visit to this establishment. And both times, the visit was on St Patrick's Day. I ordered the same dish and both times it was awful. You'd wonder why anyone would do such a thing. Well, the dish was corned beef and cabbage. I actually like both. What went wrong? The place did not have soda bread. The waitress told me that they had only regular bread. I never got any. The food was served at room temperature. Cooked meat with some cream sauce, half a small potato, four baby carrots, and a boiled wedge of cabbage were on the plate. I ate at the bar because the place was hopping. I won't complain about it being noisy because it's St Patrick's Day. The most horrifying aspect of this meal was the beverage. I was not offered water. I ordered hot tea. The tea came in a metal tea pot with a single bag floating in the pot. I was able to touch the surface of the teapot with the palms of my hands. Do you know what that means? It means that the water used to brew the tea had never come to a boil. It was swill. Maybe some cultures eat meat or cooked vegetables at room temperature. It's not the way I eat cooked foods. But an Irish establishment that can't brew a proper pot of tea is loathsome. Even though I pushed the tea pot and full cup of tea away from me, the waitress/barmaid made no comment about it. She was also quite slow in attending to my service. I'm sure there are people who like the wide variety of tap beer that is dispensed in the pub. I don't drink, so it is not the highlight of my visit. The food was disappointing, and I would never recommend that anyone go there to eat.
google avatar

Wilson A.

Yelp
We were in the mood for a pub/tavern. So, a quick search led us here. It wasn't very far from us, so it was a very easy trip. The other locations are differentiated by the type of beverage in their name. Definitely pricier than what I would have expected, but there are probably a million reasons why. Economy? The area? Cost of business? High rent? Who knows? Service was top-notch. Zero complaints in that aspect. Parking: Not tough to find. Mainly street parking, no dedicated lot. Plenty of residential, if need be. FYI: - Outdoor seating is available and remains a mainstay option for dining. - TV available for live sports. - The pie takes a while to prepare, so don't expect instant readiness. Good food takes time.

Yelp
Amazing selection of beers. Relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I have been going to the DT Pasadena location since 2001. It was a bloody pleasure happening upon this one for lunch, where I had DELICIOUS fish and chips yesterday. Very highly recommended. This place is an entire vibe
google avatar

Kimberly I.

Yelp
This is a great local spot for beer. They have an array of IPAs and the bartender Lindsey really knows his stuff! He knows a lot about the beers that are crafted specifically for this bar which is something you don't hear very often. I will definitely be coming back soon!
google avatar

Elizabeth F.

Yelp
The food is fresh with experience in the kitchen as well as knowledge of their beers on tap! Staff is fun and pleasant and efficient-tv is sports! Making friends with locals is fun!
google avatar

Ali E.

Yelp
BRING BACK THE MOTZ STICKS!!! They were the best and the reason why I patronized the restaurant.
google avatar

Jessica A.

Yelp
This is the spot when you're craving an ice cold beer and some fish n chips. Love the cute outdoor area. Really pretty ambiance in the evenings. The hubby and I both had the fish n chips which were great. Huge pieces of cod, deliciously flaky. Steak fries and tarter sauce. Honestly the 1 piece is pricey at 16 bucks you can get a 2 piece for 20 bucks. Service was ok but they were busy and it seemed one waiter was serving the entire outdoor area. Anyways, decent experience and we would come back.

William T.

Yelp
I just had a surprisingly bad experience here today with my girlfriend. I want to start by saying that I am not the type to complain at restaurants. I told my server that I was surprised about the small serving size of the fish and chips considering the price. I was not asking for a discount or anything, just wanted to express my feedback. He said he would let the manager know. I was then approached by the most unprofessional manager I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Like I said, I was not asking for anything, just expressing a frustration. This manager (she had red hair, didn't get a name) decided to come to our table and argue with us. I work in the service industry myself and know how to talk to people. She had a childish, argumentative, and abrasive attitude and talked down to me like I had personally attacked her. It was a simple issue that needed no conflict nor resolution. I paid my bill and tipped 20% no problem. Even though she tried to blame it on the server, it wasn't his fault. The way she handled this situation was an embarrassment to customer service. An establishment should have a manager that is trained on customer service and conflict resolution. She obviously has never been trained in either. Hire someone who can do their job properly and without a snarky attitude.

Yelp
Went into this restaurant to order some Takeaway I had to get my own menu was not even acknowledged by the person working. I sat there for good 10 minutes before I was acknowledged and then I was asked if I wanted to order to go I said yes and she goes OK then you're good for now. Another couple came in. She sat them down was very cordial. Gave them menus and water. I was totally overlooked when I was there. I will certainly not be coming back to this establishment. I'm a local here in Sierra Madre and I expect patrons in the small little town to be treated much better. I've heard till about this restaurant having a rude server, but my goodness to not even take my order. Acknowledge me. I waited for 20 minutes. Finally got up and left. I don't know how this woman's managed to keep her job.
google avatar

Monica G.

Yelp
The service was great and fast. The fish and chips were delicious and authentic. They were extra crispy ND flaky.
google avatar

Jill M.

Yelp
Meh, no really, meh. We sat on the small patio, which was nice. Everything else was kind of downhill from there. Took the server forever to take our drink order, then forever to get our drinks, and he seemed to forget that we ordered food. I had to flag him down and ask him where was our order. He thought he was amusing, but far from it. Bad service can't be covered by "humor". The food was also meh. I won't be going back when I'm in the area.
google avatar

Liz C.

Yelp
Today, I had breakfast 1 pm. Fish and chips, coleslaw, coffee and cider. Best brunch I ever had. Not sure why this place isn't packed for lunch. Great hometown friendly service and real quality food. Great music and it's not too loud. Options for inside and outside.

Alesha P.

Yelp
Went Memorial Day, was not busy at all. Nice outside ambiance. Service was really slow and the lady messed up the drink order it was only 2 drinks a Diet Coke and a beer. Was served a regular coke and cherry beer not the chocolate with cherry beer that was on the menu. Ordered the Irish nachos with high hopes. They were extremely disappointing. They were a slap together in a basket mess. It states it's topped with steak and all sorts of toppings. What was received was a ladle full of mush that's was taco meat/chili at best with carrots, celery and onions. It lacked any actual flavor besides the jalapeños which were the only plus for flavor. It was greasy and seemed like something you'd get from a cheap side of the road cart and not an actual sit down restaurant/bar. I personally will not be going back.
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
After reading the rest of the reviews, seems to me that Staci and her attitude might be the main problem." I've learned along the way the way that most businesses do not have the discipline to get rid of marginal employees" Hire good people and you'll have good customers!
google avatar

Stephen C.

Yelp
I would like to say that the customer service in this place is exceptional and the ambience does give the vibe of a British pub, but that's where the similarities end. The food is okay, but nothing that amazing, with the only stand out beign the fish and chips, but that's a very low bar once you get into the tavern space. Honestly it's a lot more like chicken tenders in the sense that once you get to an amazing chicken tender, there's not really anywhere to go. It's simple and good. The cheese and onion pastie was okay, but it wasn't heated evenly so the bottom was burnt (they remade it without me even asking, which is five star customer service), but the second one was similar in that it wasn't evenly heated which is not something you can have with cheese and onion because the texture turns into something akin to soupy cheese with raw onion. Cook the onions prior to mixing with the cheese and then chill the dough so you can bring it up to temperature without rushing. Beer selection was good, but with how many breweries we have in the area, I don't know that I would make this a regular stop.
google avatar

Rodolfo M.

Yelp
It used to be good but it was bought by someone else. The burger was nasty. The manager came to are table to talk to us but we couldn't understand a word he said.
google avatar

Joey M.

Yelp
WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!?!?!?!?! Seriously, what is going on? Is this just a classic case of the owner is absent and/or has passed and no one cares about what goes on here? The service (the one single person working here--the poor lady) is HORRIBLE. I mean, give her 30 minutes just to take your credit card and go charge it. Then mosey on back with not a care in the world. All the while acting terse, angry and disgusted that you even considered walking into her establishment. Over and over again. Don't get me started on the "food". I have had better food at a crackhead bowling alley in the middle of absolute nowhere. The food SUCKS. I mean, the food is complete and absolute garbage. And the beer? Warm and flat. Disgusting. Top to bottom: a disgusting and horrible experience. Won't see me back here--and the lady serving won't be upset. She hates the patrons.
google avatar

Cynthia H.

Yelp
I haven't been to Lucky Baldwin's in 6 years. Skip to 2024 was I disappointed. The Sheep Herders meal was absolutely horrible! Won't be going back!

Maria D.

Yelp
Very hectic...a street fair happening in the town, poorly staffed and planned. Waited 45 min for an order of onion rings. Beer orders 15 min. Not the staff's fault. It's the manager who had a awful attitude, poor planning on staffing appropriately for such a busy time. We've been coming for at least 10 years and have seen it decline each time we come. They got rid of the original staff /manager that had this place, once upon time running so smoothly and made you feel like family....no longer ..
google avatar

Chu A.

Yelp
It is a excellent restaurant, all the food is taste wonderful . I highly recommend to come here again. And again, don't miss fish and chips.

Thomas C.

Yelp
We stopped by for a beer on the patio with our pups. No hello or acknowledgement, by anyone for 15 minutes. We got up - walked around the corner to Casa Del Rey and had a great time.

Robert O.

Yelp
How do you screw up a scotch egg? A $14 scotch egg? The server manager did her best to make it right for us and comp'ed it, but it was late so we passed on a replacement dish. Thank you for trying. The beer was good.

Yelp
It was a Sunday two weeks ago I went . It was perfect weather to be outside . I will say they are taking the precautions with Covid. Kaylee was our server. She's so engaging. She just made the complete dining experience. I asked questions about the food and I got passionate answers from her. She had really good recommendations, even for beer . I'm not a beer drinker , and I liked my brothers !! I love to go somewhere where the workers know what they are talking about and enjoy the food themselves. Their prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking on the streets.

Yelp
No condiments, no utensils, no service whatsoever and no flavors. look at the picture. Is that appetizing? You just throw everything in the box! Go somewhere else seriously. Charged me $14 for that? He didn't greet, i walked and to counter and he just show me the menu that's it. What's going on...

Yelp
Lucky's is one of those hometown spots where they remember locals and sling good brew all hours of the day with a fresh beer menu almost weekly. The waitstaff is attentive, kind, and working their asses off. If the service is slow, it's because food is fresh made and handled by a single waitress to your table -- I love it! If you haven't tried the custom sandwich with soup of the day, I highly recommend! And add a Kwak to the meal for a true experience. The breakfast egg sandwich is also amazing and I hope they increase breakfast hours. Don't be afraid to ask for a mimosa!
