The good is really good, and the tender a HUGE! As a grown adult, I could barely eat 2 tenders and 1/3 of the sweet potato waffle fries. The waffle fries were done extremely well; super crispy, which I prefer. We ordered 7 tenders and a large sweet potato waffle fries for 1 adult and 2 kids (7 and 9) and left with 3 tenders. The service is a bit slower, but literally everything was fresh and extremely hot. The guy working super personable but he did what he was supposed to do.

Google
Food was great! Service was okay just nothing special. I’m so used to extroverted happy people in the service industry- it seems like a lot of the establishments within the Market have immigrant workers which are hip on the “people” part of the service industry… they are more just workers there to do a job- which hey- finders workers hard these days so I get it. But being personable can be trained and established as expectation from Managers and Owners… outdoor patio and view were great. I got the blue cheese buffalo chicken wrap 10/10 good!

I was just driving through and the sweet potato fries pulled me in (and summit scoops). Blue bird is a warehouse with a bunch of different places in it, including Lucky Bird, and there are a lot of community events/movies here. The place looks sort of deserted, even with people in it. The menu is on the wall, and you self-order on a tablet, which dings for the employee upon payment. The woman at the counter was nice and prompt on getting the food out. It looks really clean in the kitchen, but the dining room is self-clean, so there’s food leftovers on all the tables and the space looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since lunch, and it was 330p. Kindof a mall cafeteria feel. There was only 1 other customer in the restaurant when I got there, and 4 new people when I left 20min later. The loaded waffle fries are Massive. They are DROWNING in ranch dressing and come with even more ranch on the side, which could be a win or lose for you. I think I’d ask to sub for honey mustard, like the regular order comes with, next time and/or get it on the side, as I’m not that much of a ranch person. They’re also pretty greasy like hangover food, and their fryer not being hot enough, so it absorbs into the food a lot. I couldn’t handle finishing them, but took it to go. The place smells like old oil and all the restaurants smells mix, so I sat outside along the road on their patio. The door was locked from the outside, but one of the garage doors was raised a couple feet so I crouched under that to get back in and return their tray. The fryer is shared for everything, so the fries are not GF like their website said. They didn’t have the roasted chicken available either (apparently it comes and goes), so gluten free options, although listed on their website, are not really available other than the slaw and 3 bean salad.

Google
For a place that specializes in chicken tenders these are really quite bad. Flavorless, overcooked, and the fry batter is chewy and weird - I can’t even describe how strange this tender is. Avoid.

Google
Food pretty good, Family of 4 we covered just about all their flavor profiles and everything tasted great and we ate every bite. Price is minimum 25% above realistic. We can eat in any and i mean any chicken tenders resto for half the price. I paid 100 bux and sorry but i can't be a repeat customer at those prices.

Google
I came here for a quick lunch in the area. I ordered their buffalo chicken wrap. I wanted the roasted chicken instead of fried, but they were out of stock. I still ordered the wrap with the fried chicken and it was delicious. It was very large, enough to eat or take leftovers home. I’m glad I didn’t order a side with it, it would’ve been too much. The spice level was perfect. Lucky Bird is hidden inside the food hall, but you can easily find it if you follow the signage for it.

Google
Photos are deceiving. The food looks good but my chicken “sandwich” was really three tenders on a bun with cold cheese. The breading was tough and borderline inedible. Waffle fries were fine.

Google
This place is great we come here for the waffle fries but everything else looks amazing too. The location is really cool I love the atmosphere here

Yelp
I returned here because I enjoyed the buffalo & blue wrap last time. This time it was different. It was not cut in half. I really enjoyed the spice last time. This time it was lacking. The chicken was better, but overall it was just lacking this time.

Yelp
food came quickly and staff were pleasant! I went with basic lucky tenders and waffle fries. so salty it hurt my stomach. will not eat at a lucky bird in the future.

Yelp
The chicken was weirdly cooked. Hard to tell if it was really cooked or not. Also, the breading was not consistent and there were tough spots where there was no breading. The potato waffle fries didn't seem to be fully cooked. The sweet potato waffle fries were the only bright spot. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Yelp
We have tried Dave's Hot Chicken Shack & we came in thinking it would be similar but no , nothing like it. Chicken was not the freshest made , flavors were mid. The sweet potatoes were good for sure ! Thankful for the meal but nothing crazy to come back to.

Yelp
The chicken here is pretty good, lots of options. The salt and vinegar fries were amazing. I wish they would change two things. 1. The chicken sandwich is really 2 tenders in a bun. 2. Compared to the deli and other places in Bluebird, it is hard to customize an order.

Yelp
Summary - yummy chicken spot that hits the spot if you're craving a juicy chicken sandwich with solid sides. They do a lot of things well, albeit I do feel like they're kind of pricey for something that lands in between fast food/fine dining. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, some chicken tenders, and a side of large sweet potato fries. This landed somewhere close to $40 after tip. This felt a bit on the higher side considering it feels very much like a fast food place. There's a kiosk/computer screen where you place your order from (pretty easy to use even for those that aren't as tech savvy). Chicken Sammie was around $14, tenders were around $11 for 3 pieces, and potato fries were $7 for a large. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good. The chicken was cooked perfectly with a great crisp. They have a spicy sauce that incorporates gochujang, but it was a bit lost on me to be honest. I don't know that gochujang necessarily fits the flavor profile of a chicken sandwich, but I was down to try; it's not bad, but not my cup of tea. The chicken tenders were also cooked perfectly. Opted for the honey mustard sauce which was delicious. Kind of disappointed because they only give you a small dipping container and charge you extra for any additional sauce. Sweet potato fries were also very good. Crispy, good flavor, with a soft inside. Everything you could really want in a good fry. No real interaction with staff because everything was done via the kiosk. All in all, solid experience dining here within Bluebird market.

Yelp
I am not having good luck whe veering off my regular burger path. I tried Lucky Bird Cafe today. I ordered the bacon ranch wrap and loaded sweet potato waffle fries. I did not notice any bacon in the sandwich, which may be due to the tough dry chicken in the wrap. Not what I expected for $22. The fries were mushy and the flavorings were not well distributed. I don't think they will see me again.

Yelp
Lucky Bird isn't bad, but it's not awesome either. The food is good, but it doesn't really stand out. The southern sandwich advertises Nashville hot chicken. They have the hot down, but forgot the flavor which makes the sandwich forgettable. Plus, they use huge tenders for the sandwich which makes it difficult to eat. The chicken was juicy, but would've been much better. Had it been a single piece rather than several. The other disappointing element was the claim that the food is made to order however, our order of fries was stone cold. It wasn't crowded so there really isn't an excuse for that. When you have such a limited menu, which I don't mind, everything has to be top-notch.

Yelp
Good service and HUGE chicken dishes--either the tenders or the sandwiches. Definitely make sure you come here hungry or someone to split things with.

Yelp
I got the bacon wrap and sweet potato fries, so good!!!! A great little spot if stopping through town.

Yelp
THIS PLACE SUCKS. Everything was dry and was re-heated after being pre-cooked. The chicken was like cardboard. Absolutely terrible. Same with the waffle fries- cold, dry and weren't even the whole waffle fry - they were the pieces of potato that you get from the bottom of the bag. Also, pre-cooked, dry and terrible. The slaw is drenched in mayo and doesn't resemble anything like slaw - more like some cabbage in a bowl of mayonnaise. Very stingy with the pickles - 2 thin sliced, nickel-sized pickles for the whole sandwich. THIS PLACE SUCKS! You've been warned.

Yelp
Ordered the spicy chicken and extremely spicy with no other flavors. Not worth bearing through the extra spice. Maybe they should have let us know that it's extremely spicy. Some may enjoy that kind of spice. My son did not.

Luke W.

Yelp
Chicken was dry and tough. Mustard slaw was too much mustard, not enough slaw. Ketchup provided in packets even for dine-in (and no one likes those ketchup packets). On the plus side, the waffle fries were very good, and even the regular size was a large portion. Won't come back.

Yelp
This is my third time to come here and every other time I meant to review. I love the Asian chicken wrap and they are the only place in Blue bird market that has free refills on fountain soda so even when I grab a burger or bowl I get my drink here. They are always really nice. Even more importantly, I just saw the person in front of me order and when he rang her up, she only had cash...None of the restaurants in Bluebird market take cash. You will need a card, tap or Apple Pay. She looked like she maybe is down on her luck or traveling...the worker very kindly, discretely and with dignity told her to just take her food. He didn't make a big deal out if it and it was the most kindness I've seen out of anyone in a long while. Go here for yummy food, but also because they were so kind when they didn't have to be!

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch on the way to Breck. It's in the Bluebird Market building with lots of other restaurants (food court style) and is kind of in the corner but I'm so glad we found it! Food is delicious and comes in fairly large portions. The chicken is served piping hot straight out of the fryer. I had the Asian Wrap and it was absolutely delicious. Their waffle fries are to die for (dare I say better than Chik-fil-a).

Kristy S.

Yelp
This was mediocre at best. The service was good. I would probably not return here. We had for different sandwiches and all said the same.

Yelp
Have the asian anything! Sweet and spicy sauce, juicy and crispy chicken. One of the newer arrivals to Blue Bird Market, they do quick chicken sandwiches, wraps, salad, and chicken strips. Great chicken, good sides, nice people. Try them!

Bella F.

Yelp
What a weird experience. Ordered the tenders and sweet potato waffle fries. Pretty good but nothing super special. It got strange when we wanted a box for our food to go. The tall, blonde gentleman with a goatee responded with "those are for salads, they're expensive." Okay - totally get that. So we stacked two paper trays on top of each other and he offered us a paper bag. I thanked him and as I started to put the food in the bag, he walked away and said frustratingly, "why do people always f*cking want boxes? What's the f*cking difference?" I'm standing there just shocked. We asked for a box kindly and didn't complain when we couldn't get one. This is unacceptable. Keep your thoughts to yourself and if you can't have a good attitude, don't work a customer facing job. No music in here and overall just bad vibes. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

Yelp
First time here, ordered the buffalo blue crispy, chicken wrap. Really good, has a kick to it. Good size could only eat 1/2. Made fresh right in front of me... yum!

Capn B.

Yelp
This place is in a food hall, just as a heads up. They fried things fresh. That counts for a lot at a place like this. But, the slaw on the southern spicy chicken sandwich is kind of the only source of sauciness. The white meat chicken was not overcooked, but also not ridiculously juicy. The slaw could really use some looking after to make it a better saucy conveyor. I found myself pouring buffalo sauce on each bite to enhance the juiciness and the spice level.

Yelp
A quaint & cute little place with simplicity and charm. I don't know why this isn't advertised more. The food was absolutely excellent and the service was insanely good for one person running the show. I didn't get his name, but he was wearing a Colorado Rockies hat. Give him a bonus.

Yelp
Great food, service, and ambiance. Alejandro is the man! Manager is a top chef making good food fast. Loaded sweet potato waffle fries wit chicken is d jawn

Aidyn D.

Yelp
First off let me say I love chicken sandwiches, I've definitely had my fair share. But when it came down to lucky bird it felt like the potential was there, but execution within the kitchen was missed by a long shot. I had gotten the Southern style sandwich with the description of a hot Nashville sandwich with ranch coleslaw on top. I have personally been to Nashville and had plenty of there HOT sandwiches and this was the farthest from it I've ever came across. The overloading amount of chili power or spice mix on the chicken was unbearable, no attention to flavor or detail just absolutely annihilated with spice. It took away from all the flavor at hand leaving me with flavorless slaw and zucchini. I truly cannot understate how terrible the sandwich was because of this simple mistake in cooking. With the proper amount of seasoning I'm sure it would have been amazing, but the lack of experience with simple cooking overwhelmed my experience tenfold. And if I really really dive into my food, the chicken was definitely left in the fryer longer then intended, leading to a dry and flavorless interior. I hope this review reaches those who have authority, because this was a disaster of an experience with the potential of being a quite pleasant one.

Duane H.

Yelp
Stopped here on a whim to try their Chicken Strips and am very glad we did. Had both the regular fried strips along with a couple of Nashville Hot and was extremely satisfied with both the service and taste. We will definitely come back for more in the future.

Max P.

Yelp
I was expecting a friend chicken sandwich to be a chicken breast. No it is just two chicken fingers on a bun. They don't sell that kind of chicken sandwich, only chicken fingers, of chicken fingers on a bun. So 2 chicken fingers thrown on a bun for $14.
