"This Escondido-based farm was founded by a Korean family who was previously in the flower business and purchased a farm to grow flowers. It turned out the land was terrific for growing specialty produce that appeal to numerous LA chefs. The Lucky Ssam box should spruce up a classic Korean barbecue meal at home, with crisp lettuces, sesame leaf, and seasonal peppers." - Matthew Kang

I enjoyed my experience at the store. The quality of the jeans was superb and I like them better than Levi’s. The Lucky Brand “Vintage Straight” Jean were my favorite fit and I really liked how light and stretchy they are. The customer service I received at the Escondido store was even better. The two female employees helped me pick out the perfect fit jean and were very patient with me. I’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future.

I was super pleased to stop by the store. I was looking at buying stuff from lucky online. I wasn't sure. Anna Lee helped me figure out which pants was fit me best with super helpful and pleasant to work with. I'm so glad I didn't order off the internet. It was nice experience for a change, great products and great service!

I tried on few jeans but they were a bit too thick and not flattering on me so I said to the sales lady that I was looking for a thinner denim hoping she would have something. She responded: Our jeans are premium Italian denim. Oh well sorry I’ll go to topshop where jeans are comfortable and make me look pretty though not Italian denim. I ended up purchasing a T-shirt on sale and another lady at the register wasn’t very friendly.

Alexis is super amazing! Almost too friendly; towards me , to me I was slightly confused because I’m complicated. Super helpful, super beautiful, super everything! Aside from that, they have great deals on quality products.

This was a nice store with friendly staff. Unfortunately I went to the mall tonight to shop there, and a sign on the door said they were permanently closing due to unforeseen circumstances. Staff were already packing up the merchandise. Westfield North County has even less that appeals to me now.

The sales individual / cashier was pretty awesome and she just looked at us and guest our sizes and she was correct. Bought some jeans and a belt and spent about $100

This is my favorite store that has the style that I really enjoy and that I think looks the best on me, however, the guy helping me today wasn't as good as the woman who normally attends to me

Yelp
Can I just say, I got 5 pairs of jeans and 2 shirts for under $300?! I had to do an exchange because my husband decided to buy a whole bunch of oversized jeans online. Needless to say I had to return them all. I got them in a smaller size an extra pair and 2 shirts all less than what he paid for online. They had a sales rack that had an additional 40% off the sales price. They also give you 15% off military discount. Liana H assisted me with the return & purchase and she was able to find the same jeans in the correct size. She was so friendly and made great recommendations.

Yelp
The young lady who was working here went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair of jeans. I wish I had asked her name to give a shoutout but I didn't. She was petite and had a mask on.

Yelp
I had such a great experience at Lucky today. It's so hard to find jeans that fit right, but the knowledgeable staff were so eager to help and I ended up so extremely satisfied with the pairs I ended up buying. My usual problems are that jeans are too short and that there's a gap between the lower back and the jeans, but after helpful recommendations I found the process of picking out my jeans so much easier than ever before. Thank you to the Lucky Brand ladies! Such high quality, cute stuff in that store. Here's a pair of the jeans I got, styled.

Yelp
Lucky Brand Jeans spawned out of the vision of former Bongo owner/designer, Gene Montesano and his long time school buddy, Barry Perlman. Initially this was an exclusive designer brand which popped up occasionally in trendy boutiques. They soon opened up their own shops and now have blossomed into a premiere mall shop. I love the clothes here and the jeans are luscious. Catering to both men and women the price tags have stayed up in the boutique range. Very rock n' roll grungy, hippie influence here. Generally a good vibe in all the shops except when you try to take a photo. Check out screaming manager in photo.

Yelp
This is a high end shoppe. If you are looking for cheap clothing, go to Target. The jeans are expensive but great fit and they offer longer lengths! As a tall gal, they get my business because of that! Beautiful tops as well. Kelsey helped me. She is awesome. I really hate shopping and she just pulled things for me that were perfect. I ended up buying everything and a necklace at the register, too. Terrific store!

Yelp
Popped into the Lucky store and met the manager Jenna. She was super helpful and really really kind. I was looking for something very specific and she had such a wonderful outgoing personality and she was really patient with my needs. She helped me choose the perfect dress and skirt. I highly recommend this store and if you get a chance work with Jenna.

Yelp
My friend and I were looking for some jean shorts about a week ago, so we headed into this store. The customer service is horrible! The moment my friend and I were in the doorway, the two saleswomen glared at us! There was no, "Hello," or a polite smile, just glares! My friend was so shocked by the treatment that she grabbed my arm and wanted to leave immediately. We went to the sales section, saw that the shorts weren't the kind we wanted and left. The saleswomen ignored us and didn't even say goodbye. I'm never shopping here again, which is sad since I saw some bracelets I probably would have bought.

Yelp
Wow....I am very mixed on this store, but hear me out, I would go to one of the other local Lucky Brand Jeans Stores. I went in about a month ago, looking for some jeans. I was blessed with a sales lady who spent at least an hour helping me determine which jeans would work best for me. She was amazing! They were having a sale so I bought three pairs, with her help. She told me if I decided I didnt like a style I had picked I could exchange them. Excitedly I wore one pair the next day. All day I kept thinking, what is that smell!? And at the end of the day I realized it was the jeans! They smelled like a mix of terrible breath and moth balls. I called the store the next day, and whoever I spoke with told me, Oh, just bring them in, and we will exchange them, we want you to be happy! I asked if I could take them back to the Carlsbad outlet store and she said, no, has to be a regular luck store. I mentioned I lived a bit out from Carlsbad and might not get there right away. No problem, she said! So a few weeks later, I have a Friday afternoon off and take my two little people over to the store with me. The very nice lady took my jeans (and a second pair I had decided to exchange because I liked the style of the 1 pair I had been able to wear) and helped me pick out two new pairs (one similar to the smelly ones, and another like the other style I had). She had to get her manager to ring me out and much to my surprise, she said I owed $130!!!!! I explained the situation, and she said, Sorry, I am doing you a favor to take back the stinky pair (they had the tags off) and that she wasnt running the sale anymore. To me, that is the WORST customer service EVER. She didnt offer any middle ground, just keep the pairs you have or fork over $130. Needless to say, I wont be returning, and I will be letting my friends know about my experience. I called another store who was happy to help me out with my exchange. Do not go to this Lucky Store and watch out for stinky jeans that smell like moth balls!!!!!
