The bowl portions were so small and the tune tasted very gross and rancid tbh. The rice wasn’t even fried it was doused in soy sauce and it was just so gross I didn’t even finish eating it. The chicken came with like 5 pieces and some weird sausage piece or something ? Idk it was all disgusting and NOT worth 51$ ordered through uber eats and never will again. Very tasteless

Don’t order the teriyaki sauce unless you want your mouth on fire. Their menu doesn’t say it contains hot sauce in it and the workers won’t tell you either. Employee would not fix it and said I’d have to buy a whole new meal. They need to be more specific what there items come with.

I ordered multiple items including 5 different poke bowls through Ubereats from Lucky Cat Poke Co. I was shocked on the portion they offer for poke bowl... I had never ate a such small portion poke bowl for around 18$ dollar per bowl ever in my life. The Tokyo chicken bites came with only one-third of the picture that they advertised. Every other poke store I went had so many different choices and have a lower price. I feel Lucky Cat is scamming customers because the ingredients they used are so cheap and so little I probably won't spend more than 10$ on. The base only offer white rice or udon and I can't even imagine how they prepare the udon. They are straight up flavorless, hard, and scattered in pieces. You can't even call this udon anymore. I will never order again from this place....

Located in the food court next to Budlongs & Le Macaron. Was greeted by a delightful cashier (Keniah) who was super helpful with the menu items. I got the Music City & Edamame. The Edamame was good. The bowl a good portion, perfect for lunch. Well seasoned with tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken fried just right, and a plentiful amount of rice. The meal took about 7 mins. Everything was fresh.

Honestly super hard to find healthier options when you're shopping at the oakbrook mall, so this is truly a breath of fresh air. The staff is incredibly friendly and gets the food out quick! On top of that, I didn't feel sluggish after I ate, huge plus for a busy day!

Miso soup was awful. Rice was not good quality. And warm rice. Warm rice does not go with a refreshing poke bowl awful

I visited a few weeks ago with my family. I forgot to leave a review. I had the Maui bowl which was so good! I love spicy food and it definitely had a nice kick to it. The ingredients were so fresh. I can’t wait to come back and try something else off the menu! Everyone else loved their food as well.

My wife and I were working near the Oak Brook Center and decided to stop by the location in the food court. I had the Spicy Yuna and my wife made a Create-Your-Own with Ramen, Roasted Chicken, Pineapple, Sweet Onions, and Teriyaki. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious. I felt that portion size was very well suited for a late lunch. I would highly recommend Lucky Cat to anyone in the are looking for a healthy option!

Yelp
Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. For a $20 bowl, I was surprised to find thickly cut onion slices instead of scallions. There was barely any salmon, and the rice was bland and unseasoned--most places typically use sushi-style rice for better flavor. Sadly, I ended up throwing the bowl away. I wouldn't recommend it, though I hope they take steps to improve in the future.

Yelp
I wanted so badly to like this establishment. I love the concept and the dishes all sounded unique and tasty. I had such a great experience at the sister-store next door that I was hoping for another home run. Sadly, we didn't get that. We ordered the Oakbrook Bowl because of the salmon and wow, it was possibly one of the worst poke bowls I've ever had. The toppings were sparse and the flavor was all over the place. I'm used to poke companies adding tons of different sauces, but for some reason this combo was overly salty. I have seriously eaten better pre-made bowls from the grocery store. My daughter did not enjoy the dry chicken in her Kids Bowl. It made her not want to try the restaurant again. Maybe it was a bad day, so I'm willing to go back and try something else. The other bowls sounded delicious too and the appetizers were intriguing. I just can't recommend this place without a guilty conscience. Hopefully I can come back and update this review soon.

Yelp
I payed 20 dollars for one bowl and waited over 45 mins and no one even started on my order the workers put out one bowl in 45 mins ! Yep! Thats right you just lost a customer and my tip! I will never be coming back. The ambiance was also ruined by the music they decided to play over the music oakbrook already had playing. I would rate the food but I never got it.

Yelp
Horrible. I paid over $20 for my bowl, and extra for avocado... There's practically NO toppings and only two small slivers of avocado (which I paid around 58¢ for). The Pineapple isn't even ripe, I also asked for nori and there is none on my bowl. The white/sweet onions are much too chunky, and this is coming from someone who LOVES onions! I should also mention I ordered online from the Rockwall TX "location", and the name of the restaurant on the bag/receipt was different than this establishment, even though I ordered through them on Uber Eats. It said Genghis Grill. (Just looked it up and yup, they have 55 active ghost kitchens. Would have been nice to know that! No indication that I could find prior to ordering) I ordered a bottle of soda but apparently they didn't have any? So they gave me a cup, meaning I paid full price for less soda (since it included ice), which normally wouldn't be an issue but a small/medium fountain soda cup for well over $3? No thanks! I will not be returning, and I would love a refund, but I probably wont get one since Uber for whatever reason wont even let me rate my order right now, even though I just received it not even 10 minutes ago. Keep in mind, their toppings are extremely limited for the Build Your Own Bowl, and they don't even put hardly any of what you ask for on it! Bowl was already soggy even though I had just ordered it. Save yourself your time and money. Extremely dissatisfied, to the point I finally made a Yelp account!

Yelp
In reply to a poster above, of course the shrimp is raw. Poke is basically raw seafood, akin to sushi. I ordered the salmon bowl today for lunch and I found the ingredients to be fresh and tasty. It may not look like there isn't any activity on the Poke side, my order was completed in a timely matter. Get your omega nutrients at Lucky Cat!

Yelp
I ordered delivery and when it arrived my poke bowl had raw shrimp!! Completely raw!! They didn't do anything to correct my order. Terrible, unsafe food, terrible customer service. I cannot say just how bad is was. Order with caution!!! Only if you are are looking for a trip to the ER!!

Yelp
Got a build your own bowl. I felt like the topping choices were pretty limited for this option, and the amount of toppings given was really low. Positive was the salmon seemed good quality. I am not inclined to try again.
