Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel

I went here just to try a restaurant. I liked that they had security checking people at the door and checking bags. The security guard was friendly. The restaurant had great service and food! The biggest downside I experienced was that the restaurant I went to (Crafthouse Wood Fired Pizza) was right next to the smoking area and it didn't smell the best. It lingered in the restaurant and then of course sits on your clothes and hair for awhile. It really did taint the experience. A lot of casinos have gone smoke free since covid so it was sad that this one wasn't the same.

Excellent service and food. I enjoy getting to play for a decent amount of time. Great wins,great benefits. Best benefits of all the casinos- especially top tier players. I feel I got the most benefits being gold here then any other casino

Hi fellow TA. Just got back from visiting my daughter. Stayed 6 nights at Lucky Eagle Hotel. Standard King Room. Hotel an room was very nice, clean . Had Micro , coffee maker, refrigerator . Large would say 55 inch TV . Everything about the room hotel was excellent . EXCEPT the sheets. Smaller loose sheets . Come loose on top below you. Tough to tuck in !They just didn't fit mattress. Again we loved the stay, the people, the hotel. Wife an i made due with them an they work. But found it a little strange. Again hotel was great ! As for casino. Was nice but smokey. Food was good but little pricey. Wife an I not big gamblers but do like Video poker . They had two machines and frankly I never seen video poker machines like them . Terrible pay out also . Again very nice inside. People work there hotel an casino very nice. Would i stay again ? Sure would . NOTE !! They had dog runs an RV parking sites also

***SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE The rooms are far from clean, and only a handful of the rooms have mattresses that are tolerable(as far as comfort). Despite getting a room with literal feces on the floor and having to go to a supervisor to get a new room because the front desk refused, claiming they didn't have any available, surprise, they actually did. Despite numerous occasions of getting rooms with an infestation of ladybugs and rooms that clearly hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned properly in some time. Despite this continuing to happen even after complaing to hotel management, my host, floor supervisors and any employee that would listen. I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review, until today. I'm a Gold Plus Member, and the way I was treated and talked to by Shawna Ridgebear today was completely unprofessional, and honestly, appalling behavior coming from a marketing director! You mail out a promotion exclusively for your top-tier players that have pull tabs and expect it to NOT get beaten up. Then you refuse to honor it, accuse me of tampering with it (which you can clearly see it wasn't tampered with, but obviously just beaten up from the mailing process), state that you can "easily see the numbers under there," but when called out on it and asked what the amount is, you wouldn't answer and had the audacity to look at me and say, "I'm not going to argue with you. We're not doing it" Excuse me, but you came over here with the very poor attitude being rude and arguementitive, not me. As a marketing director, do you believe that's an appropriate way of handleing a situation or talking to customers? Especially your top teir customers who spend the most money at the establishment.. Disappointing

This place is a joke. The slot machines are garbage — they don’t pay out at all. You can drop hundreds and not see a single decent win. Feels like one big scam made to drain your wallet. On top of that, there was no diversity whatsoever. I was the only person of color there, and it was uncomfortable. The whole vibe was off — not friendly, not welcoming, just bad energy all around. Save your time and money. There are way better casinos in Washington that actually make you feel welcome and give you a fair shot at winning. Between the poor payouts, the one-sided atmosphere, and the overall lack of energy, I’d say this casino is not worth the trip. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it or go back.

I was somewhat surprised at the quality of the rooms and the hotel in general, based on the affordable cost of the room. The service was top notch as well, and the food at the craft house was very good as well (delicious clam chowder). Great experience all around.

Gave this place another chance after my first review…What a joke! Wasted time and money! Do not gamble here! Again can’t even finish a beer before you lose over $200 on a $1.00 bet! Not even fun! 2 bonuses in over 2 hours and they paid crap! Again, not fun. Only thing good about this place is some of the staff. Food isn’t bad. DO NOT GAMBLE HERE!!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I know it’s gambling but almost nothing after over $200 is a little ridiculous!

We had a very good suite. No room service available. Extremely expensive cancellation policy. Especially since the hotel was it about 10% capacity. One would expect them to encourage you to stay more. The pool really should have been warmer and the hot tub was okay. The casino was a disappointment. No one armed bandits available. The fair at the casino was mediocre at best.

We were planning to go as we always do throughout the year to go to the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. We like the shows and of Course Gambling. We always get to stay at the Venetian Resort. But this year, I wanted to try somewhere close and being it was also our 37th Wedding Anniversary on 08/20/2025. That is when we came across The Lucky Eagle Casino And Hotel. We live in Monroe Wa. and this is also, the first time we ever stayed at any other Casino Resort anywhere other then the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. We were going to stay from 08/20/2025 - 08/24/2025. But being our daughter who always stays with our dogs had to leave state on 08/22/2025, so we had to find some place more local to stay. That is when and how we discovered The Lucky Eagle And Hotel in Rochester, WA. Read the reviews and it was only 2.5 hours from our house. So, we decided to try there. I sure wish we found this Hotel/Casino a long time ago, and i also know we will be coming back. The Experience was Very Top Notch. From the Experienced Staff all the aay to the Casino Machines. It may of been just one night there this time but, after the service we got in that Hotel and Casino, "The Lucky Eagle Casino And Hotel" has just gained our business, that's for sure. Plus, we don't have to go all the way to Las Vegas to get the same type of service. The Hotel Room we got is as good if not better than any rooms that we have ever stayed at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Our Room we had was a Large 750 or higher in square feet if space in our room. Our room had a Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee, and a Sink in the Front Room or Living / Kitchette Side of the Unit. There is also a Really Nice Fireplace too. Then, you go through the door to the bedroom. I was shocked at how big and huge it was. It had to be it least 14 feet wide by 20 plus feet long. I mean it wasnl Really Big with a King Size Bed too. Then now,the Bathroom. Very, very nice.There is a Stand Up Shower Toilet and Vanity of course too. But, what Blew Our Minds was that we had a Large Jacuzzi Tub. I mean Huge. It could fit 4 people easy. That is how big it was. But, now the downside I saw and being I am a General Contractor for almost 30 years now, I see things most people don't see. And to be honest, not a big list at all. I would say to me, I would Reccomend only A Complete Paint Job to the Walls And Ceilings. Use More Bright Colors. The paint in our room was just older and the paint is not bright at all. It was Dark. I would Re paint with Brighter Colors to show off the Great Room. And then The Tile in the Bathroom. We do a lot of Remodeling in our company, as well as mostly, Water and Fire Damage Insurance Claims. But if they just Brighten the Room with a New Paint Job With Brighter Colors, that will for sure make the room more Bright and Alive. But overall I would say the room was great. Their Restaurants are really good too. Then the Casino, my favorite place. I like playing games and for the first time, I played Electronic Roulette. Did pretty good to for my first time. And we love playing the Dollar Slots. Not those Penny Slots. Too long to make any money I feel. But over all our Entire Experience there at "The Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel", I would rate it a "5 STAR EXPERIENCE" and we will be back there for sure for longer stays in the very near future too. The Lucky Eagle Casino And Hotel, It is now our new closer and much closer "Little Las Vegas". I am so sorry this became a book and not justa quick review. But I wanted to make sure the word gets out about The Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel. We had a lot of fun and we are sorry it was not longer. But next time it will be, we promise. The room is spacious and clean. I've stayed before and there have been many updates to the lighting and decor. Very nice. Soap, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel dispensers are nice additions rather than those soap bars and tiny bottles of product. Less packaging waste. Hair dryer has a soft night light which helps in the dark room at night. The TV is a nice big screen TV with plenty of channels on cable. We had been traveling for a few days so it was nice to find that there is a guest laundry on site. One washer and one dryer was plenty for the light load we had. How nice to find that it is free to guests, so no quarters required! Only a couple of things to mark down: 1) no liners in the trash cans. 2) The bed frame has corners that stick out and we kept hitting our shins. It is, apparently, a known issue because the corners have "bumpers" on them to protect against bumps but they didn't really help. They just need to cut off the corners and angle them. 3) there wasn't any info in the room informing us of wi-fi info, when the room would be freshened up, or check out time/policy. (Yes I do read all those things) All in all I will stay here again when I'm in town to visit family and friends.

ROOMS fan don't work for the price we pay for a room should be a little more fashion, gambling is not the lay it was when first open, every time you go in to another part of floor still in the same floor your alway having to take your driver's license out are friend lost hers by having to do it over and over you must have bad crime there,the swimming area not clean to small no towels only 2 food places 188steak house reservation so we ate. At cedar good food great service, that's the place I give a 10 rest of casino 0 will not be back casino has turned trash!

Went 6 nights in a row dropped 5k not once did I double my money dropping a $100 in slots never experienced that with any casino atleast give my balls a tickle to keep me entertained.

So my parents and I went to this casino to have dinner and a good time. Unless you like a heavy side of second hand smoke with your food and while you gamble avoid this casino like the plague. There is no divide from the smoking area into the Craft house so you spend your entire meal smelling and tasting smoke. On the gaming floor you can smell smoke all the way to the cafe at the front of the casino, so this place obviously don't care about making all their guests comfortable.

Great service friendly people, my Daughter and I come every weekend. Very good food, had Fish and chips last night was so good. Picked up our free shoes last night their nice. Played our free play also did really well for awhile. Your Hosts are very caring. Love the new games. Thanks for everything. Lucy

Not really a big gambler but stopped by with the wife and brother in law to make a bet on the Super Bowl and had a few drinks. It's about what you'd expect of a casino for the most part, but what did surprise me was the self serve beer area!!!! Id definitely come back just for that alone as I'm a big beer snob! Overall I'd give it a 9/10!

giving one star is generous let's start with the hotel at $260 a night. Parents going to Casino leaving their kids alone in the room above they were jumping off the bed onto the floor. very noises night with all the drag racing in the street. let's talk about the continued Casino experience when you walk in you have to show ID or if you don't have either of those, then you get an and security detail to the restaurant only then we can talk about all of the smoke from vaping to knows what when you your eyes are burning your throat hurts then dining is no buffet. They said they were which I believe the only other places were a cheesy diner type and the craft craft was very overpriced for what you get then steakhouse that has even worse prices. we have come here for 20 years and will not be back.

We go there occasionally, and played the slots enough to "earn free items" that they "give away" to players that have earned enough points, like us. But, they only give out the "gifts" on certain days, at certain times. We went there for one such giveaway, that was to occur between the hours of 12pm and 8 pm. We drove 45 minutes to get there, arriving at 2:30 PM. NO GIVEAWAY! A SIGN WAS UP SAYING THEY WERE OUT! THAT'S BS! ALso, hardly ever do you get awarded any freeplay. One of the worst casinos of the several We go to from time to time.

Listen I'm biased cause I smoke cigs and this is the last hotel around the area that offers smoking rooms that are clean and updated lol Staff were super friendly upon check in, everyone was nice, check in was super fast. The hotel is a walkway away from the casino tucked in a small town. We got the king smoking room and it was nice and clean. There's a microwave and mini fridge that doesn't work well. You can log on to your Netflix, cable is limited, you can't download shows. There's no room service so you're stuck with vending machines or have to go to the casino to eat. There's a convenience store down the road so If suggest going there or shopping before going if you stay long. We tried the craft house and steakhouse and both were really great. Wish they offered room delivery cause that would be a game changer. The little coffee stand down stairs was convenient but the poor barista was Solo on Saturday morning so wait times were long. Overall I had fun and had a nice hotel stay , minus a star cause their slots are a little too tight for me and no baccarat.

Well it was another wild time at the lucky eagle. People were winning all around me but not me. Dropped over $500.00 in a matter of 3 hours. Never ever really won. Parrish the bartender was super cool. I liked the chicken pizza they have there. We stayed in the hotel this time. The room they had for us was 434. It was a handicapped room and it was still really nice. I do like they card people who come and go from the casino. I walked outside for a few minutes and they still carded me even though it was the same security guard who saw me leave but still asked for my identification when I came back in. For the most part this place is ok. I must be unlucky as I never ever win anything here. I know I know, you're asking yourself why do you continue to go if you never win. Well, my wife likes to gamble and she usually does pretty good.

Spent a night here on the way to California. It's about 15-20 minutes from Hwy 5. I would definitely return to this place again. We have a truck camper and parked at a very minimum site with electric and water hookup, but it's walking distance to the beautiful hotel and casino. They also have a full hookup RV Park outside of the Hotel and Casino. I can't tell you enough how clean the hotel is and their facilities. Right as you enter you can just smell the cleanliness. They have a small slot area in the hotel and across from the hotel is the main casino. They have smoking and non-smoking area.

Only one blackjack table open on Saturday and Sunday?? The parking lot was FULL and the only table open was FULL. Come on

Dirty bathrooms and slot machines. A lot of flies. Food isn't the best for price. Lots of workers standing around talking not helping customers or keeping the place clean. Smoking section is pretty smelly for a smoking section compared to other casinos in the area.

This place had a very slow check in process, someone got helped in front of me after waiting for 15 minutes to even get addressed. Girl was nice but not trained. Security accused us of stealing and knocked on my door at midnight telling me I needed to leave my room to pay for items I already paid for. I was traveling with my two minor daughters. They also charged me $65 after I left, I have no idea what for and they will not answer thier phones to explain. Sadly all is this made me feel unsafe, unwanted and I'll probably not want to return. Update, 08/09/2025 I had to file a complaint with my bank about the charges because no one would call me back after 3 weeks. The casino/hotel continued to accuse me of stealing when I have a receipt for the $10.89 breadsticks from Little Ceasars. I also have the charge on my credit card as proof. I finally got someone to answer my phone call this morning and although she was extremely kind she was not able to assist me and assured me a supervisor would call me back. I've never gone through something like this and never been made to feel like a worthless criminal. I am bummed because I have events in this area often and would have a need to stay at this resort again but feel like that's not an option anymore at all. Hopefully someone calls back.

The smoke smell is overwhelming even in the restaurant and non smoking section. My nose and eyes are still burning. Won't be back

Hello, I'm writing this message in response to the promotion event that occurred yesterday. I'm sure you've already heard the complaints but I'm hoping some change will happen if you hear it from more players. First off, I arrived at 12 and noticed that the line was wrapped around the small room next to Legends Sport Bar. We had to walk around to locate the end of the line. It was clear that there was no plan on how to deal with such a large turnout as I noticed your employees were also in shock as to how long the line had gotten. It was clear that there was no direction given to the employees to help players navigate the line. The wait: the promotion started at 12 but we were seeing no movement in the line after 30 mins. So I walked up to the promotional counter to see if there was a delay with the start of the event. What I noticed was something that was obviously not planned for. The process to get a player checked in, given a bag, opening both outer bag and inner bag, opening the ticket envelope and filling out the form took anywhere from 2-4 minutes per player. I stood there and watched this in disbelief. I walked back to my spot in line which had only moved a few feet forward from when I left. I told my friends that it's not worth the body and back pain to stand in line which I would estimate to be another 3 hours until we reached the front. We decided to leave the line and play some slots. This promotion and other past promotions have left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope appropriate actions are taken to improve player experience for future promotions. This includes staff that could help with coordinating lines for a large turnout and staff who can walk the line and communicate with players to provide updates if there are delays and kept players engaged during long waits. I'm sure the goal is to improve overall player experience to gain new and repeat customers. This promotion did the opposite. I do enjoy going to Lucky Eagle but now I'm hesitant to attend a future promotion based on my past experience.

The hospitality was amazing and we loved our stay. The bartenders were amazing and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We will be coming back!

casino is bad, some ahead workers are rude a mouse ran across my foot at a slot machine. not good

We stopped in Lucky Eagle to play for a bit and to get a bite to eat. Didn't too too well in the casino but the food was good! The croissant club was packed with goodies... ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato. The croissant was fresh, the fries were fresh and hot. The chili cheeseburger was yummy! Loaded with chili and served at the perfect temperature.

I live near the casino and have been going there since 1999. The last year the security people are rude. Everytime I go through security one of the bald security guards stops me to look in my wallet. I only carry a wallet but it has a metal emblem on the outside. So tonight I left my wallet in the car. Went through security and that guard said I need to look in your purse. I said what purse. He said oh you don't have one. I said every time I come through you stop me. I wish Little Creek was closer they have the nicest security. Last year my 89 year old mom got hit in the face with a menu got a black eye. The guys that filed the report were great. But when I tried to contact someone at the casino to talked to them about going to the doctor I never to get ahold of anyone. And no one returned my call. No on checked to see if she was okay. Horrible management.

Review is for hotel- **TIP- grab snacks and drinks before coming here** This place is worth it if you're able to get a deal on the room. There is limited places here you can get food (which kinda sucks) and if you get doordash, 90% chance no driver will take your order just because how far the hotel is from the main area. There's Crafthouse in the casino which is the only main restaurant open. An espresso shop in the hotel but I rarely see that open. Yes, when you walk into the lobby you get a whiff of cigarette smoke due to a casino being in the lobby. It's gross but it's just like being in Las Vegas lol. Staff has been nice for the multiple times we've stayed here. The employees do need to let you into the swimming pool area, this is due to Covid and that they have more control over how many people are in there. Rooms are always clean! Large room, extra sink in the living area and separated sink from the bathroom area- very convenient with 2 large well lit mirrors on both sides. Water bottles are placed in the mini fridge for you to enjoy and they do provide some free streaming services on the TV. Some services you can use, as long as you sign into your own account. Bed sheets and blankets are pretty thin, one of the downfalls of this hotel. A thicker blanket would be nicer- can ask front desk maybe they have something. Sadly no weed/cannabis allowed anywhere on this property. Honestly this is another downfall since it's legal in the state and some people (*me lol) can't enjoy an alcoholic beverage. So I'd be having to enjoy the hotel and casino sober, gross lol. Also, cannabis smoke smells a lot more pleasant than tobacco smoke *barf*

A friend suggested we go here to watch the football game in the bar so I went. The guy attending the bar acted superior and annoyed that we were there. Ordered some food and it was gross. Left the place hungry and smelling like cigarette butts. But it's a casino so a second star just for the slots I might play one day.

We were there for my wife's birthday. On her birthday we went down to pool area for awhile before dinner. When we got back to the room she took a shower and started getting ready for dinner. She noticed her swimsuit was dripping so she put a towel under it, then noticed the towel was pink. The pool bleached her swimsuit. She rinsed it out and was hanging it back up when she slipped and fell. We filled out a incident form and told them everything that happened. We went to the hospital the next day because we had dinner reservations. We contacted the hotel to see if there was anything that they were going to do three times before we talked to someone. We told him they had to much chlorine in there pool. He said they didn't use chlorine, that they used a salt filtration system. We asked him why we could smell the chlorine all the way down the hall. He gave no answer. Also, I took pictures of the pool and hot tub. The pool had a scum line around the pool and the hot tub had what looked like rust in the grout, (probably scum too). I talked to a lady in the pool and she said the last time she was there, she noticed when she got home her swimsuit was bleached as well. One of the managers that we did talk to,said we needed to talk to someone else, we asked him to have her call us back, but she never did. I will never stay there again. We spent alot there with the room, dinner and gambling. In my opinion, the only thing they care about is the money they make, not the people spending it. My wife is native and has never had a native business treat another native like that before. If they treat their own people like that, how do you think they will treat anyone else? My guess, the same way. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Played craps here and let me tell you the experience was pretty poor. They had one dealer that was paying more attention to his convo with the pit and stick man than the payouts and pretty much would forget to pay unless you said something. They had another dealer that was brand knew just struggling the whole time but I guess that's excuseable given they gotta learn. Near the end of my session a veteran dealer came in and after pushing me the dice for the 4th time on a natural pair(hard 8) I pushed them back and requested if he could try to avoid pushing to me on a natural pair because I'm just random tossing soon as I get them but for the last 4 hands everytime I get pushed a natural pair I 7 out on that roll. The dealer literally got mad and said in 17 years of dealing craps he's never heard such an absurd request and the pit even said yeah that's crazy. I couldn't believe their reactions and attitudes because I've only played craps for 3 years and I've heard all kinds of request including that at multiple casinos. Heck I've made the same request at emerald queen and redwind and had no issue. I really only came for the bubbles craps but decided to try their table since it was completely dead and now I see why It was a ghost town.

Stopped by last week and wondered what was even the point!? Slots are terribly tight and we felt angry that so many seniors appeared to be losing so much money. Washington State casinos are not real casinos because the video Slots are not true Slots. They are Class 3, which means they are lottery based, not on a random number generator. They have horrible pay out. These penny machines are designed to take your money. We fly to Vegas from PDX on Spirit and for about $90 round trip. Watch Cowboy Slots on YouTube.

My husband and I went here for the weekend for our anniversary and overall had fun. We didn't win, but we enjoyed our stay in one of the suites. We spent a lot of time (and money) and the hotel casino and the actual casino. We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the front desk when we came in one lady (Brenda) was not friendly at all. Actually the customer service overall was horrible. We had a really nice lady that I wished we got her name because she was great, she was one of the managers and was so kind. We showed up before check in time and we went to check if our room was ready and we were basically laughed at and told no. We were told on the phone that they'd offer to take our bags so we could go enjoy the casino or do whatever we wanted to do and didn't have to worry about our bags but that wasn't the case. The security was all friendly, welcoming, kind, and seriously amazing. We went to the cafe in the hotel and those girls had to of been the sweetest people I've met. They were super busy and you wouldn't have been able to tell, they had a smile on their faces and continued to work through their busy time. We ate at the craft house twice and it was great, our server was amazing. Overall, it was a fun time!

Casino..small good machines only a few tables but they hve what we want. Dealers are nice but they do close some tables at 2am. Hotel. Comfy clean and safe what more can you ask for if your passing through. That's what I did since I'm headed to Mt Rainer

I like this place! No matter what they say, I still go if you can't control yourself then don't go. You don't have to eat pizza too. Haha! All workers there are nice . I never won big there but it's okey . Thanks lucky.

Casino - it's true. the slots machines are so tight and the gaming culture here is dead. I played hundreds and hundreds of dollars in 25-30 different slot machines here and all they did was lose. Everywhere from .50 cent bets on penny slots to $10 bets on $1 slots, no machines provided any exciting bonuses or any big wins. There wasn't a moment in over 24 hours where i ever felt ahead or "winning". To spend Saturday and Sunday in this low energy, sad, losing casino is NOT fun. I get that sometimes it's hit or miss, but at Lucky Eagle I did not even witness others in exciting bonuses, having fun, drawing crowds, no cheering, nothing from any of the other patrons either!! I'm a gambler, so as long as i have FUN and my wages are up and down, i don't mind a weekend of gambling loss. But i was left with zero satisfaction. Also, the volumes are locked on most of these machines making majority of them quiet... hate that! Players club rewards - I did find the point system more generous compared to other washington casinos where you could spend points towards food and it also gives you 50% total off your bill. This works for the cafe and coffee/breakfast for the morning. Steakhouse - the top sirloin and prime rib dinners we had were delicious! we also loved the soup (clam chowder and french onion) which were starters to our entrees. the service was mediocre and the wait times were longer than average even with reservation. Hotel - The hotel appeared decent and rooms were VERY spacious. The pool and hot tubs exist but had so many kids for the extent of the full operating hours while we were there so going to enjoy those things were not even an option for us. The room unfortunately was very difficult to relax in because the smoke smell was soooo incredibly overpowering that the blankets and toweled are drenched in smoke and don't allow for you to feel clean or cozy. Conclusion: would we come back? (1.5 hr each way) The answer is no. Unless we had a free NON SMOKING room and free play, not worth a weekend here at all.

I want to leave a review for the Security Supervisor, I think his name was Nick. I was absolutely a mess as we were dealing with a death in the family a while back and it was so sudden I had to find my daughter there and Nick was extremely polite and helped me maintain myself as i was distraught in the situation. We eventually found my daughter, but Nick helped me by making me feel like I was a priority, to ensure that I got what I needed quickly. Thank you Nick for your compassion and empathetic attitude on such a personal and sensitive thing so quickly.

Food was the worst at the Crafthouse. Overpriced and bland. Pizza and drinks were unimaginably bad. New Year's concert was cut short, didn't get to enjoy it at all. Look elsewhere for a good experience.

Unbelievably bad pizza. Got the cut off ends of peppercini ontop a doughy barely cooked crust

This Hotel Reeked of Cigarettes in the lobby and hallways, and it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The in Room Safe wasn't working . The TV wasn't working correctly as well. The staff was uncaring of any of these complaints with the exception of one security officer who took the time and addressed the issue with the safe thank you, Joe. We were there for the Rodney Carrington Show, and they had the heat cranked up in the showroom almost unbearable, but Rodney Carrington put on an amazing show. If there is ever a show there again that I want to see, I'm going to stay elsewhere and I suggest everyone do the same thing

Went last night for a concert. Band was good the casino experience was bad. Smoke inside was awful even in the not smoking area. Eyes were burning and the moment you stepped into the casino smelled of cigarettes. First place our group stopped for drinks was the sport bar. Stood in line easily 15 mins- one bartender and never was asked for our drink order. Another patron said he had been standing there before us and still hadn't been served. Then the concert- you can't take "outside drinks" into the concert room. Okay, but they meant drinks from the casino bars! It's all one building and business. Then once in concert room two bars with just one bartender working at each. Long and slow lines. Waited in line for 20 mins for one drink. And bartender made us wait as she re-adjusted the beers and didn't even greet us or explain until she was done. Seating organization is awful. They sell tickets by seat numbers but no seats have numbers on them only row numbers. Lots of folks sitting in the wrong seats because you had to count. Hey Lucky Eagle if you are gonna hold concerts and charge $50 or more for a ticket get your act together and provide a pleasant experience. We won't be coming again any time soon. Won't recommend this venue either.

It's close so I go here it's cleaner than it was still to many tweakers hanging out with .no money looking for tickets in the machines

I wasn't going to complain until tonight's security made a big deal so here we are... When we arrived to our room, we unpacked and got ready to begin our day. I was getting ready when I noticed something in our room. I didn't think anything of it until I really saw it. A rat. In our room. I told housekeeping, I saw a trap. I showed them a picture. And they didn't say anything about it. Tonight, me and so family were just having a conversation. And TWICE, they came to our room. KNOCKING. Trying to intimate us over a noise complaint. When all we did was talk. And they even brought the supervisor. Which is ridiculous. Because if we were being crazy loud, okay, makes sense. But this is beyond ridiculous. We came down to the lobby to complain about the way security was speaking to us, Melissa the front desk attendant even noticed the way Cooper the security guard was addressing and harassing us, on a very racist demining matter repeating if we could understand what he said, as if we did not speak English or were too stupid to comprehend what was going on. He went as far as watching get on the elevator from afar in a very stalkerish harassing way. Once we got to the elevator, we all decided to go to our respective rooms and to our surprise 10 minutes later they were AGAIN knocking at our door but now they were 5 of them claiming they got more noise complaints and wanted to kick us all out. We had our children with us and that point no noise was being made we were already in bed. The next day we asked to speak to a manager and the hotel's director was extremely dismissive, started the conversation by saying he had already seen footage and gotten a report from his security about the matter, he also made very racist upsetting remarks and spoke down to us as if we were on the wrong. That been said, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Besides finding the rat and mouse trap, this has been the worst experience we've had. Administration, Security, and cleanliness are the worst here.

Be prepared to get smoked out, this place reeks of cigarette smells, the staff are rude, unfriendly and uncaring. This is all about getting your money and providing nothing in return. They are so disgustingly, dishonest, and lie to avoid doing anything at all for you. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The front desk was horrifically rude, and the casino staff blocked my 18 yr old daughters entrance to the restaurants. She had to eat too.

I can't believe that a hotel that has a huge casino next door to it has to put one on its lobby so when you walk in it is hard to breathe because of all the smoke. Do not take a room on the first floor, the whole area stinks. We stayed here on the way to somewhere else but would not recommend unless you are only interested in gambling and smoking all day and night.

This was a fun spot. The hotel smells strongly of smoke. The hotel has its own gaming room. They give you ten dollars of free game play for signing up for their player's club. The restaurants are very nice- there is a great steakhouse on the spendy side but another basic restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. On our Saturday visit it was very hopping. I don't think I saw a single person under 40- it's a lot of older people enjoying themselves. There are plenty of games and even though it was busy there were plenty of open machines. They aren't open 24 hours- they close at 4am which is still a generous amount of time to play.

We recently stayed a night at the Lucky Eagle Hotel, it honestly wasn't that impressive for how much a nights stay costs. You could stay at another hotel for half the price and still get the same accommodations and service, plus some. The only thing that was really different from any other hotel, is that there is a slots gaming room in the lobby and a casino right next door. The staff was decent at check in, however, they gave us no information about anything the hotel had to offer. They gave us the directions to the elevator to get to our room and that was it. The food that was available next door was okay, but very greasy. The employees at both coffee shops within the hotel and casino, do not know how to make espresso drinks very well, if at all. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was decent and they did give you two complimentary waters in the fridge. They also had an abundance of dogs on the premises. It did not seem as though they do a very good job separating the rooms that animals are allowed in vs. not allowed in. The air vent in the room made a very loud noise that was pretty annoying when trying to sleep. The hotel was overall I say 3 stars. There was good and bad. I wouldn't necessarily choose it at a place to go again, unless I had to go to the area.

Now, here's the kicker: I hadn't dropped a single thing! I tried to explain this, but my pleas fell on deaf ears. Instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt, they insisted on reviewing the security footage. Fair enough, right? Wrong! To my utter disbelief, they refused to show me the video evidence they claimed to have found. How can they accuse me of something without providing any proof? It's like being put on trial without being allowed to present a defense. Absolutely mind-boggling! But wait, it gets even more absurd. When I asked who had found this mysterious item I allegedly dropped, they refused to disclose any information. Who are these secret agents lurking in the shadows, making baseless accusations? Are they even real? Or is this some sort of elaborate prank? To add insult to injury, the Lucky Eagle staff provided no explanation for their actions, leaving me in a state of utter confusion. How can they justify kicking me out without even giving me a chance to defend myself? It's as if they enjoy playing judge, jury, and executioner without any regard for fairness or customer satisfaction. And the final blow? They had the audacity to inform me that I was no longer welcome at the Lucky Eagle. Seriously? I'm the victim here! I was wrongfully accused, denied access to evidence, and denied an explanation. Yet, somehow, I'm the one being punished? This is beyond comprehension. In conclusion, my experience at the Lucky Eagle was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency, fairness, and basic customer service left me feeling shocked and deeply disappointed. I implore anyone considering visiting this establishment to think twice. Is this the kind of treatment you want to risk receiving? I certainly wouldn't wish this bewildering ordeal upon my worst enemy. Lucky Eagle since then I've called and left multiple voicemails with no return call so they leave me with no choice. I will make sure to share my jaw-dropping experience with everyone I know.

My friend and I got an expensive suite at Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel on 6/4/21 and I would say it is mediocre at best. Besides the private jacuzzi, there wasn't any particular thing that stood out. There was a fridge and microwave, some water bottles and coffee and tea packages, TV's, couches. Pretty standard stuff. And a fireplace but that didn't offer much. The sheets were made of very cheap materials and my friend commented about them. At around 8:30pm, we went into the casino to eat, only to find out there was really only one viable dine in option. There was another cafe that acts like a mini convenience store but they really only have prepackaged grab and go food. The buffet was closed permanently due to COVID, which is understandable, but their steakhouse restaurant was also closed and from what I was informed, only open on "special events ". I would imagine a big casino would offer more choices. We were in line for somewhere between 10-20 minutes to be seated and got a whole pizza for dinner. It was decent but wasn't outstanding either. My biggest grievance is that I accidentally left a charger and iPhone cable when we checked out, and didn't realize it until we got home. We contacted them the next day about it and was informed they'll look into it, but it has been a week and still no response. Obviously housekeeping took them and didn't report them to lost and found. The items weren't outrageously expensive, but they were nice and had a lot of sentimental value. If they couldn't even return that, imagine if you'd lose something much more valuable in their hotel rooms. Anyway, as much as we paid for it, we were very disappointed by the value and service we received.

Stayed here while we were traveling up North and it was one of the lower cost options available. It's lower cost for a reason. There's not a lot of frills. The only food option is walking through the ashtray of the casino to get to the Craft house which has decent food. GrubHub or other food delivery sites don't deliver here. The heating/cooling of the room doesn't work very well so our room was an icebox, when I turned up the heat it just made the room colder. Took the kids to the pool and the door to the pool was broken so we had to wait outside until someone was leaving the pool. The pool was way too cold, we swam for only 10 minutes because the kids started shivering. The whole Hotel reeks of stale cigarette smoke. Walls are paper thin and our neighbors partied into the early morning hours so sleep was hard to come by.

The hotel stay was nice, the bed was comfortable what didn't go well was I forgot my pillow there and they refuse to use my CC on file and mail it back to me. Left several VM messages for the Hotel Director Jeff McGuire and an unnamed supervisor but no one called me back

I got Lucky at the Lucky Eagle! It's true! I put $5 in a slot machine and walked out with $43.20. Ok, so that didn't break the casino, but, you know, a win is a win, right? My buddy and I only stopped in for a few minutes, since my buddy loves to gamble. Unfortunately, when we stopped in, the table games were all closed until after noon. Womp womp. So, I played a slot machine, made some money and got the heck outta there (cuz the longer you stay, the more chances you have to lose your money). Upon walking in, we were greeted by a friendly doorman, who offered masks and sanitizer. While walking around the casino, we asked questions of staff, who were all very friendly. Overall, I'd stop in again when table games are open to see what kind of action takes place.

The only reason this gets 3 stars is because the hotel was very clean and staff was nice. Otherwise my stay here was my least favorite out of the many casino/resorts I've been to. The casino was soooo unforgiving, I hopped on so many machines hoping to feel even slightly lucky but nothing. Spent the most I ever have at a casino to feel absolutely no enjoyment. It also just wasn't the best vibe. This place lacked bar/drink options and food lacked as well. I went to craft house, again staff are nice but food was meh. If you stay at this hotel they have pretty much no breakfast options, went to the espresso stand and it was short staffed, took a long time and my order was wrong but I felt so bad for the girl I didn't have the heart to correct her. I checked out of the hotel hungry. Didn't try the pool but it looked pretty small, if more than a couple families went at once it would feel crowded. The rooms were clean and nicely made so if you spend most of your time in the room I'd say it's worth it. Personally probably won't come here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My mother and I have been frequent visitors to the Lucky Eagle Casino. We travel from Tacoma to frequent the Lucky Eagle. We have received many free nights in the hotel along with free gift offers. Which should give an idea of what we spend at this establishment. So when I noticed a misprint on the December flyer I called and spoke to the Rewards Center. I asked a rewards employee if they were honoring the free play offer due to the dates being wrong. We went over the dates and the free play that was given out up to that point. I was told that yes the misprint would be honored. I explained I'm coming from Tacoma and that was the reason for the call. We spoke for over 5 minutes regarding the situation. She again assured me they would honor the flyer The drive is almost an hour each way. When my mom and I arrived we went to the rewards window and was told that it wouldn't be honored. I showed the manager the flyer, showed her my 5 minute phone call and she again said sorry the free play was played in Friday and again on Saturday and they won't honor the flyer's misprint. I told her I wouldn't have come down if I was told it wouldn't be honored. And I would never come down saying it would be honored if I knew it wasn't going to be. The manager refused to honor it. I can't believe that this establishment wouldn't honor a free play they clearly show in their flyer. Is the Lucky Eagle so cheap and dishonorable that they have to resort to basically calling their patrons liars? I am disgusted and feel like I've been made a fool of due to being told one thing and then when the long drive is made being told a completely different answer. An establishment that rakes in millions of dollars from people looking for a night of entertainment refused to honor their own mistake is appalling and the manager and Lucky Eagle should be ashamed of themselves. After being a patron since the opening of this casino, along with extended family and friends frequenting the casino as well, I will no longer be spending another dime of my money in this despicable, dishonest, cheap casino. I refuse to ever be someone who talks highly of this casino. This was such a letdown and just goes to show how cheap this casino can be. Unbelievable the way we were treated and how they made us look like we were trying to get something over on them. I am disgusted and shame on you Lucky Eagle.
