Houston’s Tokyo Night Festival Returns in November With More Than 30 Food Vendors | Eater Houston

"A theme park on Airline Drive that has closed due to expired permits and construction issues; its unexpected shutdown prompted organizers to relocate the festival that had been scheduled to take place there. Festival spokespeople described the news as shocking and disappointing and said the closure was beyond their control." - Brittany Britto Garley

Pictures don't do it justice!! This place is BEAUTIFUL with a million different places to take photos! Very cool art and sculpture everywhere. Made me feel like a kid again! Also interactive. Really good place for children and adults with a fantastic price! Definitely make time for it! Park is also large enough to be interesting but small enough that it doesn't exhaust you.

This was a great place to take photos. Admission for adults is $10 and kids $5. This was way cheaper than other places. We had so much fun. Also you can feed the fish and they have a a little shop to buy drinks n snacks. They have lots of space to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Love the music playing it was calming for me. Thank you for creating this it’s Awesome!!!

It definitely wasn't what I expected because I thought it was like a game type place. But .... MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVED THE EXPERIENCE. It's actually a really cool place that teaches you about the important history of people places and things of China. Very cool, relaxing atmosphere. We even got to feed the koi fish which my son and daughter very much enjoyed. Oh yeah .... there were also these huge, amazing Transformers made up of car parts that were really cool too !

I LOVE this place!!! Perfect place for an event, a date or to bring the kids. It's like leaving TX and going to China. You can feed the coy which I really recommend. There's a lot! Fans were located all over the park to keep you cool. They also have misters around the park too. Why is this place not more popular? It's almost like a hidden gem. There is music playing around the park to give you the full experience. The gifts shop is fun too. I got a paper umbrella with a beautiful design. The staff is helpful and sweet. I was also happy to see that they were Covid safe. The restrooms are also clean. People were social distancing so you can truly relax. I had a great time!

Definitely worth checking out! Not too expensive like other places, plenty of photo ops. Beautiful art and statues and there's a Koi pond where you can feed the fish. Great place to enjoy with the family or a date, will come back soon!

I took my kids to Lucky Land over the Christmas break. I was floored by what I saw. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The environment is peaceful and the grounds are well maintained. There are fountains, gardens, models, and a little market-like area where you can get some concessions. In this same area, which is kind of like a courtyard, is a dragon head you can control. My kids had a lot of fun here. It is open air and very nice to walk around. At the end of our visit, my kids went to play on the drums. Inside you will find a few different themed areas like the Happy Panda Village and an area of life sized Transformers. These Transformers were really cool. The sheer labor alone to put it all together is admirable, never mind the scale to which it was done. The employees were all welcoming and warm. Love this place. A real gem in Houston in an unlikely place in town.

Definitely worth the 40 minute drive. We came on a Friday afternoon and had the whole place to ourselves. Admission is only $10 for adult and $5 for kids 12 and under. Snacks and souvenirs are reasonably priced. Lots of places to take pictures. Overall, I was happy with my visit and will be returning.
