A little on the pricey side for a smoothie. I got the immunity boost which kinda taste like nothing but I was warned prior to purchasing. I purchased it for the benefits of the ingredients. My friend got the figgle sticks and it was so delicious.

On a busy holiday long weekend (July 4), they had ONE employee working. She did a great job managing the register in addition to making the smoothies/bowls, restocking, AND cleaning. Really unacceptable that this was the situation though - very poor management. Perhaps that’s why so many reviews mention unhappy employees. Three stars because the açaí bowl was really good!

I used to come here at least once a week. The acai bowls are amazing but the customer service is terrible. The only employee who seems to enjoy his job is the manager. He is always friendly and doesn't make you feel like you are a bother.

This is truly a great gem! Everything is so creative & exciting, but seriously the employees ruin it all. Constant attitudes, never greeted, they keep headphones in their ears, doing school work. Any customer that comes up interrupting their time, you can tell has irritated them. I don’t even eat here as much anymore, i used to be a daily customer. The only good server I have ever received was from the Manager. He is doing great, just need a new staff.

Lucky Lotus Bowl was absolutely amazing, however, customer service has much room for improvement. Good product, but if you’re employees were a bit happier it might help. No greeting, no suggestions, no eye contact - overall a melancholy experience.

I went yesterday and got the acai bowl #1. It was excellent. The lady who worked there was accommodating and everything was perfect. I know people have mentioned the customer service, but I thought everything was great.

Really like this place for their juices and smoothies. However I hesitate going here more often because the employees are so rude it makes for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. 100% of the time I go they look bored, mad, annoyed. No one ever greets you or says anything during the whole transaction, no thank you or have a nice day. Im not sure if they are treated poorly there or something it’s really weird, I’ve not experienced employees with as much disregard to customers as they have.

The concept is good. A fresher, healthy option but don't like that the food containers are so fast service cheap-looking. It's very good but not perfect. I expect perfection. Won't be buying anything here again I prefer higher quality and on top of it the employees here are unpleasant to engage with. I can't stand people with ugly demeanors.
