I never leave reviews for negative customer service however, in this case I feel it is very necessary!! I am here visiting from out of state and stopped into this bar on Thursday night (8/16) and had wonderful experience. The bartender and my overall experience was AMAZING!! I returned on Friday night 10/17/25, (the bartender this evening was a different gentleman than the night before, not a problem.) My friend, who is a local, asked a favor of the bartender, to place her next beer on ice, he immediately went into defense to “how cold their coolers were and putting a beer on ice would not do anything more than what their 50deg freezers do”. No worries, she was ok with that and moved on.
We continued to have a couple beers, the 3rd time I went up to the bar I was given a cold shoulder and not recognize by Mr. bartender as he had greeted a party of new patrons that came up to the bar after me and another gentleman who had formed a line behind me. This was not a problem until that group had three more people join that group, that he now had served, he continued to wait on them, so when I nicely said hey bud, Mr. Bartender immediately shut me down with his hand up towards me and shushed me.
I’ve been in customer service all my life and I completely understand there are mistakes and misunderstandings, however, if you shush a customer, it’s over!!
