0/5 experience honestly. First time at this place and it’s most definitely the last. From the beginning, the man who first greeted us at the front desk (who would later inform us he was the GM) was dry and unwelcoming. We decided to wait for a lane to open but there was no guidance or assistance as the GM answered out questions with “I don’t know.” After eating and bowling, we got our receipt for the food and seeing as how there were some inconsistencies, we approached our server to inquire about them. First, she lacked resolution and communication skills entirely. She seemed frightened or annoyed, I couldn’t tell, but it did feel slightly disheartening that at the mere fact of us disputing charges, she would treat us as problematic instead of inquiring customers. She called the GM to assist and his idea of a resolution was a slap in the face. Our receipt came out higher in the end because they claim that they tried doing us a favor before and after us disputing the charges, the bill ended up being way more. We couldn’t even compare what they did because the first receipt was “thrown out.” The server, Jennifer, and the GM, Rad or Rod, genuinely did not care. Overall, the experience was terrible. I can entirely understand being tired of your job or having a bad day as we all work in customer service, but that doesn’t call for treating paying customers like dirt on the floor. I can bowl and eat better food with a great environment at other local places.
