Lucky Strike Fenway

The place is HUGE and has many fun activities to do. Good for chatting, good for playing, good for watching the games, I did not eat but my friends wouldn’t complain about the food. I highly recommend it :)

Good place to hangout with friends for b'day parties etc. It has 2 floors. The first floor has arcade games the 2nd has pool and bowling. The staff is not very friendly. She was not answering the queries properly and was making faces at times. Hope not all the staffs are like her. The bowling game is for 1 hour. But thet shut down the bowling game at the 55th minute only. We request for 5 more mins but they denied which wasn't fair at all.

I'm going to preface this by saying that the service inside of the building is great. 5 stars to them. They always make you feel welcome and are really kind and patient. They deserve all the praise. However, I had an issue with one of the security personnel right before you enter. I carry pepper spray for self defense and they took it away from me and said that I wouldn't get it back when I left the establishment. I've had no problems carrying it at venues larger than Lucky Strike. In the worst case, security would confiscate it for the duration of the show, label it with my name, and then give it back to me on my way out. Secondly, it's fully legal to carry pepper spray in MA. I didn't put up a fight because I assumed a bouncer would know better. Turns out they didn't. I had to pick my battles because I wasn't going to be let in if I didn't let them confiscate it. This review is so other people know their rights and don't let this happen to them. I'm truly disappointed because I've had good experiences at Lucky Strike but that night ruined it for me and I don't wanna go back anymore.

Had a great time playing a couple rounds of bowling. Clean facilities and cool/comfortable atmosphere. Drinks were a little expensive, $16 for a coke and a Mocktail. The pins reset with attached metal cables instead of the traditional way I grew up seeing

A nice and pleasant place to cool down and bowl on a summer day. The 3rd floor bowling area in much nicer than the outside (of the building) impressions. Some players prefer the pins being knocked out and replaced by a new set of pins rather than the same wired set.

Its a good place if you wanna play unlimited after 6. The price is reasonable. However, we spotted two mouse in front of the sofa near the bowling section. I saw it for the first time so idk how to feel about it.

I recently visited Lucky Strike in Boston and had a fantastic time! This place is always evolving, ensuring there's something new to enjoy every visit. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure you're well taken care of throughout your time there. The food and drinks are top-notch, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Whether you're there for bowling, games, or just to hang out. It's a fun spot to unwind and have a great time!

Go somewhere else for food. Menu items are more like appetizers. We paid extra for chicken on a salad, and sent the salad back because they forgot the chicken. But in fact it was invisible -- so tiny it could not be discerned. Otherwise the place is tolerable on a rainy weeknight. Staff was friendly.

Great service. Great humor. Amazing food and drinks. Seven months away from Boston and glad I came here.

Mykayla is so sweet and patient. Very helpful, too. I loved watching her and Sarah's dynamic. They are a great customer service duo. We went to Bowl before a sox game and had more fun than I expected. Nicole, my server helped make that possible. She was new but rocked at her job. She got our order right and quick. I love the atmosphere. It's like a one-stop shop here. They have bowling lanes, pool tables, arcade games, and a bunch of eye candy. They also have a full bar, with the option to eat. I've been going to this Jillian's for over 20 years, and it just keeps getting better. Shout out to the bowling staff for making my night awesome.

I came here with a group of friends to go to the arcade. There are a ton of games to choose from, and we spent about two hours here. We all had a great time!

Rude staff. Came in with a Groupon they told me the wait is two hours and Groupons/ third parties take lowest priority so even though you get there an hour before the cutoff time they won't take you. They don't show remorse. I will not come back. They offered no solutions. I wouldn't buy a Groupon in my opinion because not only are you treated as lowest priority they make there own rules.

It was something to do on a Saturday afternoon. Came here to bowl and kill some time but never actually went bowling . Luckily we came earlier since I read that it's 21+ after 6pm, and I was with a pre-teen. He would have been really disappointed esp since we parked across the water and walked... mostly resident/permit parking nearby. After entering, first floor we hit was the arcade. Loved it! It's everything you could want in an arcade and $20/per person is enough to get you a decent amount of play. Found the bathrooms, they were clean but the doors to both men's and women's were weirdly propped open.... Then we went to explore. There are no signs so we stumbled on the birthday party area. Looked roomy. We were stopped saying the area was closed. The guy was abrupt but nice about it and didnt give us a chance to say we were lost/looking for bowling. Walked back to the front and blindly walked up to the next floor. Only sign was a list of party names. Found the bowling and to my surprise, pool tables too! Bowling section was pretty busy for an afternoon. Looking around didnt know where to go or who to talk to. The only sign I saw read $75 with or plus shoe rental. That was way too rich for my blood. Idk if that's how much it is for 2 ppl to bowl per hour or per lane or what but I had no intentions on spending that on me and a pre-teen whom I didn't even know if he could bowl. Saw a counter, asked about pool prices. It was $20/ hour per table. They hold a card, track your play then charge you. Neither one of us are pool players but we tried and We had fun. Then we went back downstairs to eat. Sat at a table, looked at a menu, but no one spoke or came to help/serve us, so we got up and left. I wonder how rowdy it really gets? Especially after a game at Fenway Park Lol. I can see this as a dope place to hang out with friends at night, but definitely leave the kids home it's 21+ after 6pm

Such a fun evening of playing pool and eating yummy bar bites. Beautifully spacious. Perfect, you can spread out and feel like people are not on top of you

My friends spent about 2 hours bowling and had a blast! Everything worked pretty smoothly, and they had plenty of different balls available with different weights. It was $75/hr. The staff were very friendly and checked in on us several times!

Fun arcade to go play some games with a group of friends. Hadn't been here in a long time and it was fun to play race cars, air hockey, motorcycle racing, basketball hoops, a space pod game (the hubs played) and also dancing on the DDR pad. It was a Sunday night so not too crowded and we stayed on the second level, didn't go to the third floor where they have bowling. Didn't try any food or drinks this time. We still had credit left on our game card so will have to go back to use them up and maybe get some prizes with the tickets.

I went with a bunch of friends after the game. The place was not very crowded. The food was typical bar type, but the service was slow. I liked the vibe of this place, but its expensive. The drinks felt watered down.

go to spot for any event. Nicole and Jacob have been our go to bartenders and I couldn't have asked for better service. Regardless of the night you visit you'll have a great time with phenomenal service. highly recommend!!

1 star because I can't give a zero. This place is absolute trash. Good luck getting a drink or even a bartender to acknowledge you. The bar is empty and apparently our money is no good here. Avoid at all costs unless you're underage and this is the best you can do.

Rude staff! Unorganized! If I could give 0 stars I would. We went at 6:00pm to bowl and they said it was going to be a half an hour wait. We were okay with it until we went back and they said they were wrong. It was a 1 hour to 1 hour and a half wait. Then we went to eat and came back and they would not let us in. This place is unorganized and the staff were rude. Never going back.

Basically, Lucky Strike is like a downgraded version of Dave & Buster's. They offer drinks, an arcade room, and bowling. Their main floor has a bar area and some common arcade games. However, they don't have as much of a selection of games as Dave & Buster's and they don't seem to get new games very often. The games we did play were the the boxing machine, connect four, race cars, and air hockey. The top floor offers bowling with another bar area. I would not recommend ordering food here (we ordered the boneless wings and quesadilla) since it is below average even for bar food and tastes like it was microwaved.

Lucky Strike is personally my new favorite place to hang out! The entire team working there is so polite and welcoming! Some personal shout outs to Maddie (the manager) for being super chill and caring! She's funny but yet so professional! and another shout out to Annalie (server) for always being on top of everything and never letting me go thirsty! One last shout out to the cooks because the food was SOOO delicious. I ordered the mozzarella bites and pizza and man when I say I could eat that for the rest of my life I mean it. This place is so special and caring and the music they're playing is always a BOP! Lucky Strike I'm lucky to have you! Thank you guys (:

Fun arcade and bowling spot! I've been here twice on friend hangs and it's comparable to Dave & Busters, but much larger in size. There are a ton of games on the 2nd floor like basketball, skeeball, etc. Don't expect to win good prizes because the ticket to prize ratio is scammy as arcades tend to be. On weekends, it's packed with children, which isn't my vibe so I'd avoid those days. Decent bar with options for alcohol and non-alcohol, though I can't vouch for the food. The upstairs level has bowling, which is well spaced apart too, but expect a 2 hour wait to get a lane. Overall, a good arcade visit since central Boston doesn't have many of those to begin with.

Had an easy, fun night here with friends. The arcade is on the second (?) floor of the lucky strike building, and had a wide variety of arcade games along with a bar. I easily spent two hours here with a $20 purchase of tokens, which I think is a pretty good deal for a barcade in Boston. Prizes were not the best, but I didn't come in expecting to get anything and still had a ton of fun. If you're in Fenway and looking for an easy night out, this is it! Only thing is it's 21+ after a certain time, which we didn't know until we reached the door. Just make sure to bring an ID to be safe!

Went here for a company sponsored event on a Thursday night. The staff greeted our large party, went over everything, and began taking our drink orders right away. When the bartender is taking and making a large quantity of drinks you can't really expect the quality to be great. I didn't expect great drinks. I didn't get great drinks. The playlist was good. Our menu consisted of salad, sliders, veggie trays, some sort of chicken breast, short ribs, mushrooms, and a couple of other things. Everything tasted pretty good.

Great service. Grace was great. This place was unreal and so large. Great place to hold a party.

Came into town for the weekend and even though the place was filled with people I never had amazing service like this. The staff was absolutely amazing. Madison really knew how to serve a great long island and a good conversation despite being busy. Will definitely come again and I hope I can get amazing service like this again :)

I had great time on Friday parade with my friends and family here!! Highly recommend to any out of towners if you want a place to relax have a couple drinks and bowl this is the place! Also, the service is amazing had a great bartender by the name Nicole same as my daughter in the back room with the pool tables and she was great.

Terrible experience. Bowling was $90 for 1 hour for two people. They placed us in a lane next to a large group despite being many lanes open. The table was a mess with lots of dirty plates and cups which the large group said had been there since they arrived. I asked to move us to another lane, which they did. The table there also had lots of dirty glasses. There was also a dirty glass on the floor in the bowling area that we stepped on before we noticed. Would not recommend to anyone, find another bowling spot. To top it all off, there were no strike or spare animations on the screen.

Came in on a game day, such amazing service from our waitress Grace! Food was fresh and served quickly. Definitely a great place for a fun night out if you're in the area!

Just called to ask if they had happy hour because I swear I saw a sign at Cheeky Monkey saying the bowling lanes had discounted prices at certain times and the employee at the front desk literally laughed at me. So unnecessarily rude. To that employee: you literally work at a Lucky Strike bowling alley. Go get a life. I'm just trynna bowl for less because your "place of business"overcharges poor service.

Let's just get into it. DO NOT GO ON WEEKENDS BECAUSE ITS SUPER BUSY! Bowling is 3+ hour wait and you have to physically sign up in person. The food was actually pretty good, the portions are just small. The classic burger with some chipotle mayo is definitely the way to go. The chipotle mayo here is surprisingly really good. My friends loved the pizza and the garlic wings. Tbh, you can go without the fries because they're definitely frozen and it shows. The arcade is litt despite there being no music on the floor. Also, use the bathroom on this floor because it's much cleaner than the one upstairs; I really have no idea what the bowlers are into. What I didn't like was that they don't do reservations which makes entirely no sense what so ever especially when they only have so many food tables. Also, the waitress seemed overwhelmed and kept forgetting orders. I asked her for a box 4 times and never got it. Our bowling session was also cut short, which was questionable. We also, had bbq chicken pizza and buffalo wings; I didn't like the pizza but the buffalo wings are really good.

Good bowling alley/arcade. Food was too be desired and service was pretty slow for our large group. I would suggest this for large corporate events but besides that wouldn't swing by

I had a horrible time here. It cost over $55 for 2 people to bowl for 1 hour, and the entire time our couch was facing a group of around 10 frat guys who were incredibly rude. They were standing on our side and making derogatory and offensive comments. The bartender was also extremely rude. I would never spend that much money on such an uncomfortable experience again.

Went in last week with a group of friends and was nervous at first but Amanda made me feel really welcome! She recommended the best drinks and was so sweet!

Came here to bowl to celebrate the end of classes! We ordered some garlic parm fries and a pitcher of pepsi. The fries were a bit messy but delish. Our server grace was super sweet and helpful! We were never pepsi-less, and her jokes made our night. Such a great night out with my girls.

Amanda made my experience completely Magical Keep slaying and serving - you're the best

Came here for a birthday party last weekend and had an amazing time! The games were fun but the bartender Amanda really made the experience worthwhile. She remembered me from last time I came and knew exactly what my usual drink was! You don't get service like that anymore. I'd go back again just for her!!

Came to play bowling with some friends. I loved Lucy's service and she was really helpful. Will come back.

Fun place to hang out with friends. Between the arcade, bowling, and pool, there are endless things to do. Last time I was in a bartender named Amanda helped me and my friends. Despite it being pretty busy, she was still personable AND she made delicious cocktails.

If I could put a ZERO star I would ...... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. I'd suggest going to Kings 100 times out of 100, even if Kings doubled their price and Lucky Strike was FREEEEEE......... Waiting 2-3 hours for a lane, while over half dozen lanes haves been open for 2-3 hours...... Management not helpful with the situation
