"I regard Lucky Strike Social as another flashy bowling venue highlighted as part of the trend toward places that combine food and games." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

My night at Lucky Strike in Rockville started off great, but unfortunately ended with a very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of customer service from management and the bar staff. Our server Kiana was absolutely fantastic. She provided excellent customer service from the start—kind, attentive, and thorough. She verified our order more than once to avoid mistakes and consistently checked on us. She was the highlight of the evening. However, everything fell apart once it came to receiving our drinks. I ordered one beer, which arrived within about 10 minutes. But the three glasses of club soda took over 30 minutes, and when they finally did come out, they were delivered to the wrong table. I alerted Kiana, and she apologized and immediately placed the order again. At this point, we had already been waiting far too long, so I walked over to the bar myself to ask for water. That’s when I encountered a bartender named Maria, who was extremely dismissive. I explained that we had never received our club soda, and coincidentally Kiana came over at the same time to explain the same thing—that the drinks were mistakenly sent to another table. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, the bartender looked at us, went to the back, and then returned asking Kiana to bring back the glasses—glasses we never received. It was clear she had no interest in resolving the issue. By now, an entire hour had passed. We had food but nothing to drink. I then walked over to speak with the manager, Gigi, to explain what was happening. Unfortunately, she was also very dismissive. Instead of taking the situation seriously, apologizing, or offering solutions, her first response was to question whether our server had done her job—even though it was obvious that Kiana had been doing everything she could within her role. I told the manager that the issue was coming from the bar, not our server. Gigi said she would check on it and get back to me—but she never did. When it was time to close out our bill, I asked Kiana to have the manager come speak with me again. After waiting one hour for three club sodas that were never delivered correctly, I didn’t feel it was fair to be charged for them. When Gigi finally came over, she still had the same dismissive attitude and lack of concern. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. Overall: Kiana deserves praise and recognition—she was the only one who handled the situation with professionalism and care. But the bartender and manager’s dismissive behavior and lack of customer service completely ruined what could’ve been a great night. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have made a big difference. I hope the management at Lucky Strike takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to their bar and leadership staff. Customers should never wait an hour for drinks or feel ignored when raising a valid concern

Fun bowling experience but expensive for the location. It was pretty clean but the seating areas by the lanes were very worn out- it def has a traditional bowling alley feel to it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food sadly was pretty poor quality - I guess I was expecting a bit better give it’s Lucky Strike. All in all I’d go back to bowl but without ordering food.

We were here for a birthday party. The place is well organized and popular! The setup is easy to find with a lot of parking!

My first thought about this place was like wow. Nice music, big TV’s everywhere and very dark. Then you get to the counter and then they crack you in the head with the price. Yes, they do have a special $29.00 including shoes. We got two lanes and it was a nightmare. We had grandsons with us and the people next to us was all over the lanes. They management didn’t move us. Nothing is worse then bowling next to people that do give a $$$$.

Had my grandson birthday party there. The food was good and he enjoyed the games. The server was great and the kids had a great time. The arcade did cost a nice penny, but the kids are given a credit card with money on it for the games.

I had a wonderful experience at Bowlero. I hosted a teen birthday party there for my daughter and it was a blast. The ease of booking the party online was quite easy. The professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Great time, fun time and the food was good. My daughter and friends had a great time. Definitely will be going again.

Yelp
Massive Grand Opening of the New Lucky Strike Rockville To get the word out, the new bowling alley invited EVERYONE in the county to their event. It was to start at 12 Noon, there was fanfare, music and lots of people. We waited for a lane but we had other commitments that day, so we went inside to look around. There was a huge gaming/video game area, lots of lanes, a bar and a ViP Area. I enjoyed a refreshing beverage at the bar, I believe it was under $20. I'll have to return to truly enjoying the full experience, as we did not get a chance to take the bowl. It definitely had the feel of an updated modern version of the bowling alley with mood lighting and modern equipment. I'll definitely update this when I've had the full experience.

Yelp
We came to grand opening last weekend but due to overcrowded interests at the time, a long wait for lanes, we decided to come back on weeknights. We did however get to enjoy some arcade then. Full service menu, cocktails all available in your lane- 40 lanes total. A section of arcade, not huge but enough to get all sorts of fun there. Brought my nieces and nephew and we had the bestest time. Things to know: Unlimited bowling specials Sun-Thur $20.99 starts 7pm (6pm Sun) Fri (9pm) & Sat (8pm) $27.99 We took advantage of the Thur night special. Staffs were amazing and friendly and very helpful despite our lanes keep having to reset. Maybe since we put in the bumper .. lolol. The one less star , just a slight miscommunication on available lanes at first. Also took a little bit to get your food so you'd prob want to order prior starting the game. Overall great visit and we had a great time and will def be coming back in the future!

Yelp
Great way to spend the day after Thanksgiving! Service was fast and friendly. Lots of screens and music!

Yelp
We had fun, but I'm leaving fairly mixed feedback. * Friendly welcome, but wow-- it was pricey on a Saturday night! * The shoes were in good shape. * Food and beverage were enjoyable, and Bella did a nice job as our server. * The bathroom was embarrassing. Dirty, not maintained well. Soap containers were empty, so they had industrial pink soap plopped up on the counter. Empty paper towel dispenser, so there was a pile of them in the corner... until it was depleted and I had to flag it for staff. C'mon guys-- you can do better than that! * There were 16 video screens. Exactly ONE, ours, showed exclusively hot women in bikinis, thrusting and gyrating. How much Megan Thee Stallion can one watch before being totally distracted while bowling? * Asked TWICE to have literally anything else on our video screen. The other 15 screens displayed cooking shows, football, and basketball. Only ours featured sexualized young women with virtually no clothing. (And we're not prudes!)
