3 out of 5 for the coffee, minus 2 out of 5 for the service.
This is a case of a few bad apples spoiling the basket. 75 percent of the workers are decent enough at their jobs. There are two in particular who are not; Donovan (pony tailed guy) and Emory (short curly haired blonde). Between them, they have refused to serve me in favor of flirting with other customers, played around on their phones after taking my order and ignored me, handing me broken cookie crumbs in a bag and charging full price, underfilled my drink and acted uppity when I asked them to fill it properly, and scowled at me from across the room for as long as I've been coming in for no discernable reason. I got so tired of it I had to start sitting outside to get away from it, but the passive-aggressive hostility hasn't slowed down.
This is just not acceptable. I've complained multiple times over the last few months, but nobody has taken action to rein in these two individuals' behavior. Since there is no manager on duty, there is no adult to keep them in line. I have officially reached my limit. I recommend that you walk the other direction if you see these either of these two, unless you enjoy condescension. I certainly will be, as I have no interest in paying money for this kind of treatment. Their attitude is an insult to me, their own place of work, and their more capable co-workers.
