Not only did she help us with everything we asked with quick responses but she also just talked to us and made us feel good about ourselves! We know a lot of other dealerships try to strictly sell you a car and does make small talk, but Giselle actually cared and remembered our conversations! This job for her I think is definitely something she would do extremely well in, in the long run! The car is amazing, absolutely nothing bad with the car and the whole process was amazing! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!! I bought a 2017 ford escape from here almost a year ago I put $2,500 down payment on the car which they didn’t put my down payment towards the price of the car like professional dealerships normally would , instead they told me it would cover the warranty for 5 years of unlimited tire changes and 7 years of oil changes. I just came to trade the car in where I found out the car I bought from them have a salvaged title and have been in a severe accident where the airbags had been deployed. The car was also deemed a total loss at some point. They never mentioned that to me when I purchased the car . . They are scammers and I pray to God they go out of business!!!!!!!

please do no do business with this guy! he ran into my car at a stop light and is delaying paying me for damage to my vehicle. such a shady operation i couldn't leave zero stars, so i have to settle for one
