Ok im honestly not one to make complaints or anything of that sort but im honestly appalled. I came all the way from West Glendale area with some friends to enjoy our usual spot which was Luckys we hadn't been or reunited in a very long time as I just moved back to Phoenix after being gone for a few years. As im walking up im looking through this pouch I carry on my waistband to walk up with my ID ready, I walk up with my ID and there's a lady ( she stated she was a manager ) and a security guard who I kid you not looks underaged. He asks me where I came from immediately with an odd demeanor and I said "oh I came from Gracies" because we had met up there first but I didnt even have a drink there we got there and second guessed that Luckys would be a better option so we continued on our way to Luckys instead. He then stated in a snarky manner " looks like that was your final destination for the night " and hands me my ID back. I honestly thought he was joking and chuckled it off and proceeded to try to walk in the grabs me and stops me and said " No im serious" honestly appalling.. he said that I was "stumbling" as i was walking up towards them. And I asked the lady are you the manager? She stated that she was. Then I start talking to them to try to show them that im obviously not drunk or incoherent in any way whatsoever.. my friends walk up and are trying to talk to them.. trying to explain that I or we literally hadn't drank anything yet and I think they noticed I was definitely OK not intoxicated at all but still denied entry and made some rude snarky remarks like " its not gonna work buddy" " dont even try" and just a bunch of disrespectful and unprofessional comments. It honestly felt like it was flat out discrimination. Im a Latino male and they were both White. I just filed a complainy with the BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) so expect an outreach. mind you this happened about 20 minutes ago and afterwards I called the business atleast 10 times without a response. I did leave a voicemail with all my contact information and expect a response from a GM or someone above a regular manager. This place stinks and definitely will NOT be coming back ever again

I've been here once and will never be back because how rude the security is. I was sitting to close a small door and the security told me I couldn't sit that close to the door and had to move my chair. That was not the issue. It was the way he spoke to me. He was glaring at me and had a nasty attitude. I was literally just sitting. I was not being obnoxious and I was not drunk. He was rude for no reason.

After the way I was treated last night by the bar manager, I am absolutely never returning to this establishment. It is clear that this place is not a safe or welcoming environment for anyone with dietary restrictions who mentions that their drink is too sweet. Instead of accommodating concerns, he told me I received exactly what I ordered and that I still had to pay because “the liquor can’t go back in the bottle.” I never asked for a free drink. When I didn’t react the way he hoped—likely to justify ejecting me—he talked about me to several staff right in front of me, clearly trying to make me uncomfortable. After I left, he even followed me outside and attempted to interrupt my conversation with security in an effort to provoke a confrontation. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. Given the level of intensity he showed over such a simple request, I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t a pattern of behavior for the manager. Not a single person in the establishment apologized for this treatment, and the manager was cavalier about providing the owner’s name, which only underscores the problem. I will be advising my entire network about this behavior because I would hate to see anyone else walking into that space blindsided by such argumentative and baiting conduct. It was obvious, at least from management, that my presence was unwelcome. Whenever appropriate, I will be informing all of my community partners, network, and colleagues to avoid this establishment due to the emotional instability displayed by its leadership.

Service was horrible, My partner and I got there tonight one of the bartenders mind you it is 1:30 AM said that she was going to cut me off even though I only had one drink (mind you I’m a black woman) , but offered him 2 drinks ( he’s white ). I let her know that was fine because honestly, I did not care. However she kept repeating it with the attitude and I called her out for her attitude and then she called security on me. How is an establishment, allowing the bartenders to speak to customers like that? Super rude 0/10 couldn't recommend. Keep in mind there was a white couple that were dancing and the girlfriend that was singing the lyrics out loud weren’t kicked out.. it’s giving power trip.

Love the lighting and atmosphere. The bartenders are super cool, I haven't had any food, but I've heard good things. Cool music is always playing inside and out. Great spot to hang with friends and maybe play some pool.

Google
No food there, but food trucks and a yummy restaurant across the street, and you can bring your food into Lucky's! Great atmosphere, so fun for live music, great environment all around! Saw Random Jam AZ play on the patio, and the sound was awesome!

Google
I’ve gone here multiple times in the past because the atmosphere is usually really good when the security guards are not complete narcs. However, like many of the recent reviews, my girlfriend and I were denied entry for “being too intoxicated,” despite having little alcohol beforehand. I don’t know what power trip these bouncers are on, but it is not good for business, especially in a competitive market like Roosevelt. Would not recommend, especially if you’re trying to bar hop with your friends.

Writing this review in regards to an experience that I had with my partner last night. Generally, Luckys has been an okay spot to visit in downtown the past couple times I have been. This time around, the customer service was alarming. My partner and I were in the bar at about 1:30 AM having a good time. No trouble whatsoever from our end, she was dancing and having fun with a friend she met and I was just chatting. We went to get another drink and the bartender tells my girlfriend that she is cut off. We were both very confused as they had minimal drinks that night and were just dancing? We act this way sober lol! Does this bar not want their patrons to enjoy the music🤨 Anyways, the bartender was very rude about the situation too, coming off hot right away. My girlfriend did nothing but ask for a drink, so she needs to be addressed as such, politely. You are a sober bartender, act as such, introduce situations calmly please… You should be a PRO at this, it’s your job! Security was much nicer than the bartender. What is also weird was that I was wayyy deeper into my night than my gf but I wasn’t cut off? Poor judgement on intoxication by the bartender, more importantly, poor deescalation. If the bartender wants to cut us off for whatever reason, cool, do that. But handle it politely and treat your patrons with fairness and respect. Overall just a weird experience. Won’t be going back because I guess what we can expect is to be unfairly cut off for having fun and to be treated poorly. Seriously, not to dwell on the cutting off thing because that’s not the main problem but my girlfriend seriously was not drunk whatsoever😂 If anyone should’ve been cut off it was me😂 Also she’s a black woman and i’m a white guy so I hope that had nothing to do with it…

Yelp
I came here on a Thursday night for an event so it was pretty busy. It's always hard finding parking in this part of downtown. I had no problems with security checking my ID. I got a single Long Drink can which was overpriced at $9. The service was extremely slow. The outdoor patio is pretty nice and has corn hole and swinging chairs/benches.

Yelp
I attempted to come here last night on (9/30/2024). It was a Monday night & i took an Uber here. As I was still on public sidewalk I took a hit of my MEDICAL marijuana PEN and the bouncers outside told me because they seen me smoke my pen I was not welcome inside. I'm not sure if it was a power trip over the employee/bouncers that were working or if that is a legitimate rule... but i ABSOLUTELY feel discriminated against. It's one thing to ask someone to not smoke something IN your establishment but the fact that I wasn't even ON the establishments property yet? And I am a medical patient? I will add this note, too. I am extremely respectful in any establishment I enter and DO NOT smoke my pen. The whole entire reason I hit my pen outside of the bar was to respect usual bar rules of not smoking on property. At the end, this was extremely mind blowing to me. I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life before. I've never been here and it's been on my list of bars to try for months, but now I don't know if I want to return because a rule that I'm not even sure is a "rule". I thought marijuana, ESPECIALLY medical marijuana, was legal? ADDITIONALLY - Just read the reviews and WOW you need to reconsider your employees. Also, to the owner: reading your comments on similar reviews, I would just like to say that before you try to hit me with a comment like: "We have a strict no drug policy and our guest's safety is our top concern"..... ITS MEDICAL - It wasn't an illegal drug, it was a LEGAL drug. Just like tobacco is a LEGAL drug. And I KNOW you have employees and customers who smoke tobacco. Please do better, it's 2024.

Yelp
Guys checking ID are young and get to pick and choose who is allowed in regardless of toxicity or not. My literal sober DD was denied entry after me and my friend were allowed in drunk off our asses eating hotdogs. I suggest not coming here, first impression extremely bad, never even got to see inside! Even spoke to manager and he said "up to my boys, will help you next time".Bouncer denied to give his name. Terrible establishment.

Yelp
Revy and Obsidian are great! Everytime I've come to Lucky's I've felt very comfortable and welcome. It's a much chiller experience then some of the other places I go, I do keep missing Mozzarepas which is unfortunate because I love it but I just drink about it and move on. Plus I like all the old school decorations. But even the clientele is a pretty cool clientele, very approachable people. OH AND THIS TIME THERE WAS A BLACK CAT, which was very cool to find out about. I'm going to address a couple of the issues in the poor reviews, I myself have a brain lesion, even when sober, I can look like I'm drunk, when I walk because my knees just give out and I also can get vertigo, I definitely can't walk a straight line or keep my balance when sober, I have also actually arrived at Lucky's with a good buzz, NO one has treated me poorly, They have very clearly evaluated me and my behavior but no one has been rude or discriminatory, just looked concerned for my safety, which is their job. I have never ever found any of the staff rude even when I'm being a bit verbally obnoxious because I'm drunk, I'm kinda obnoxious sober too sometimes but everyone has been professional and friendly.

Yelp
I never write reviews but like many of the other reviews here on yelp, we too faced the incompetence of the security of this bar. We decided to stop by this bar on the way to a show downtown (that was 21+ due to alcohol) and hangout for the hour before the show started. After giving our IDs, one of the persons in our group had their ID confiscated with the employee stating that he was going to keep it since it was fake in a proud and snarky manner. After explaining it was real and that she needed her ID to not only get into our 21+ show, but to drive home, they told us to call the non-emergency number. After calling the authorities and waiting for about 30 or so minutes, no officer came in (it was the non-emergent line, who would've guessed...). We decided to move to the front so we could see when the officer arrived, to which the same snarky guy asked "oh you guys aren't sticking around?" Eventually we worked it out with them but were very late to our show due to this issue with the business. I get the need to be cautious, but we have never had this issue after visiting many of the bars downtown and in other popular areas such as Mill Ave. Plus, there was no need to be rude and snarky about it when we very clearly aren't scared and have called the police and are simply waiting for them to arrive. It's very clear the business needs to fix this issue based on the dozens of 1-star reviews of people facing similar problems with the security. I guess it was nice they decided to give our friend their government ID back but still, doesn't make up for the experience. I recommended enjoying one of the dozen of other awesome bars downtown with just as cool of ambience and much better staff.

Yelp
Lucky's has a really good and consistent menu for drinks, amazing customer service, music/DJs/bands, and overall environment.

Yelp
Terrible service. Avoid this place at all cost. You will waste time standing in line only to be told you can't come in because the bouncer has a power trip.

Yelp
Really liked the vibe of Lucky's when we walked in. Security was friendly and there was no line when we got in. Found a spot at the bar and ordered a drink from the bartender, just said something with tequila, nothing Smokey (mezcal). That first drink he made was great! Ordered the Pink Piñata Club from a different bartender and loved it! The third drink I ordered from the original bartender, he made it with Mezcal. When I said something he told me that was what was on the menu, I showed him that no it was an upgrade and not what I ordered. He took the drink, confirmed I did not want mezcal and remade the drink with no tequila. I let another bartender know when she came over to check on us and she made another drink. It was perfect and she was super friendly. The guy bartender continued to ignore me the whole rest of the night. Took drink orders from the rest of our group on either side of us. I'm not one to return drinks but it is literally the only tequila that I can't drink. Such a bummer for a fun night out.

Gianna L.

Yelp
Loveee the security but the bartenders cut us off after we weren't even drunk that's do annoying they are very crazy. We had one drink then security escorted us out very unprofessional.

Jake G.

Yelp
I despise when establishments like this have poor bouncers. Awful attitude towards people in line to get in. The worst part, while they were busy on their power trip giving ppl attitude, they let in underage drinkers on a Friday night. I suggest you spend more of their effort towards catching fakes than being rude to customers.

Raeleigh A.

Yelp
Rebekah is a killer especially dealing with rude customers at the bar. She's always smiling and efficient :) Aaron is awesome and always ready to put you on to a new tequila you've never tried but are sure to love. Amazing time always.

Yelp
Came here last night some work friends for a work-associated event. Drinks were flowing and the music was hitting. The DJ knew how to get the music going, I will tell you that. Drinks were really tasty and the service was awesome. Highly recommend.

Maryann S.

Yelp
Horrible experience! The two security guys in the front don't know how to do their jobs. My friend was denied entry for being intoxicated when she wasn't. We didn't argue with them. We just left and went to a different bar which we were allowed in so I don't understand the lame excuse, but from reading all the reviews they tend to do this a lot so I wouldn't recommend you spending your money or wasting your time at this bar.

Lauren K.

Yelp
My additional issue with this place is that the owner has received several negative reviews about security but clearly hasn't done much to rectify the situation. Once again everyone, tread lightly with this establishment. It seems to me their security has a history of discrimination. I've never experienced this at any place I've been to before. Specifically in our case, two chivalrous men ensuring three women did not stand in the cold and offered we sit in the parked car right in front of the establishment (one of those men being my fiancé). And the groups behind us knew we were there previously and expressed they didn't have any issues. It would be very different if the folks behind us had issues. But we made sure to make them aware even before we went to the car. And there wasn't a line because the place was at capacity. Security was just slow at checking ids If anything this also tells me what type of men run and operate this establishment. Just sad Believe the negative reviews. Judging from those and this experience they overreact, don't fix the issue when called out and defend their nonsense. There are much more accommodating facilities in the area. Good luck

Yelp
truly indoors and outdoors. fun hammocks and picnic tables in the back with a food truck situation, indoors you have a live DJ (someone on the computer queuing songs) and a pool table. claw machine + sticker machine too. to call dibs the table you have to put a dollar up so bring cash!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome bar, amazing service. Staff is all cheerful and the spot is pet friendly. Super mellow ambiance, dim lighting, open layout make it the perfect meet up. Also received Jello Shots - Obsidian is the best bartender, It's really lucky if you get him. I really rocked with this spot. Was a really rad first time!

Peyton W.

Yelp
Barbacks and security guards are super rude. They would not let me talk to a manager when I asked 5 times. They take underage bribes and the security guards take bribes too! This bar is super unprofessional and is a joke. They do not take any situation professionally and I would never go back, RUDE!!! Service. Horrible management, security and illegal bribes. Hope they see my review :)

Yelp
I dropped by on a Wednesday and I really love this place. The door staff and bar staff were very friendly. The ambiance was relaxed and I found it easy to chat with anyone. They even have vapes you can purchase at the bar. I hate a lot of people had a bad experience but I would definitely come again!

Yelp
Luckys Indoor Outdoor is located on Roosevelt Row next to Cobra Arcade and is a fun experience. It's got that cool ambiance with a very laid back vibe to it. The spacious outdoor patio has a camper that serves cocktails, rotating food truck cuisine, picnic tables, bocce ball and hanging chairs. It is also dog friendly. The indoor portion has a larger bar area, skee ball and a pool table. Customer service was a hit or miss. The bouncer that let us in was pretty cool and joked around with us. But bartender service was just ok and not the friendliest. I felt very rushed to decide what I wanted to drink when I went to order. I love the tunes that they play here. The 90's mix adds to the fun vibe here. I got one of their signature drinks "South of the Border" and got a nice razzing from my buddies for ordering a fruity drink - lol. It was still pretty good. The best time to come here is on a quiet weekday evening when the dim lights are on and everyone is chill. It's a good spot to relax and chat with a friend over a drink.

Yelp
Nice, casual ambiance. Our friends like the bags set, dart board, and pool table. Good hangout spot. Happy hour could be better instead of just $2 off specialty cocktails (kind of a cop out.) The bartenders are friendly, and it gets popping at night. I would also like to see some late night bar food from a joint like this. There is no food available most days.
google avatar

James M.

Yelp
Fun, cool vibes. good people. Live music 3 nights a week! My favorite bar on Roosevelt Row
google avatar

Khalil J.

Yelp
I used to love this bar and came here regularly. Bartenders and drinks are great. The vibes are usually great. After last time, I don't think I'll be coming back. Security wouldn't let me in because they assumed I was drunk when I was just coming in sober. Even all my friends were confused as to why I was rejected and they were let in when they've been drinking. I've never had an issue with security beforehand and it just felt very offensive. It gave major red flags and it made zero sense. I was able to get into other places just fine in the Roosevelt area. So because of the security, I will not be coming back.

Blanca C.

Yelp
Extremely poor service from the door-men at this establishment. They profiled a friend and I simply for laughing and decided we were "too intoxicated" to go in. I will NEVER come here again and will be telling friends to avoid this establishment that turns away loyal customers for reasons that are clearly rooted in hateful, personal reasons. Truly disappointing. Asked for clarification on why we were turned away from management and were delivered no clear or reasonable answer.

Stephanie W.

Yelp
-10000. Horrible service. Horrible hospitality. Honestly, if you're looking for a place with awful service, no hospitality, and staff that couldn't care less about you, then this is definitely the place. I've never experienced anything this bad in my life. Save your time and money -- there are plenty of other places out there that actually know how to treat their guests. Don't bother coming here unless you want a painfully miserable experience!

Yelp
Only went to the "Outdoor" portion of Lucky's Indoor/Outdoor. But have to say I enjoyed my experience here. I got a last minute invite to a Halloween Party here. I contemplated not going because it's in PHX and I live in Scottsdale. But I'm really glad I went. It was a much better Halloween scene than the Old Town bars. The best part was that the music was on, but it wasn't blaring loud, which I CANNOT STAND in most other places. It may have helped that we were outside. There were 6 of us total and we had no problem finding a picnic bench to sit on even though it was a steady crowd. Bathroom never had much of a line considering the crowd, so that was a plus. Outdoor bar didn't ever have too much of a wait and the bartenders were friendly (one even complimented my costume!). My boyfriend doesn't drink and ordered the non-alcoholic beer. It came in a can and I wish I could remember the name. Because he said it was much better than O'Douls. I also got a few drinks and enjoyed the wine they had (even though I think it was a boxed wine lol). All told, this is a pretty solid spot and I enjoyed looking at everyone's costumes that night. I would go back sometime to check out the indoor scene and also see what it's like there outside of Halloween.

Yelp
Went here for new years, after waiting a crazy long time in line we decided to pay the 40 dollars to cut. We get inside and it's DEAD, they weren't letting people in because they wanted people to pay to cut. Then one of our friends paid to have a "table" and it included champagne. The table was a picnic table with cheap new years decorations and the champagne was a six dollar bottle which we had to go up to the bar and ask. And then we kept getting harassed by security asking if it was our table!!

Yelp
Lucky's is a good spot for group gatherings or to catch up with a friend. The staff were all pleasant. There are indoor and outdoor bars. There's also a food truck on-site. Lots of security! Street parking available. Masks optional.

Yelp
I liked this bar right when I walked in there was a divey bar vibe. The jello shots are a must to try. Also, come during happy hour for the drink specials. I had a drink with mezcal and it had a slight orange taste very delicious. They gave an outdoor seating area to have drinks and it has these really cool swings. I highly recommend this place.

Shane M.

Yelp
I came out with friends . It was the first stop of the night. Someone at the door randomly stopped me and said I was too "swirvy".and turned away .. I was so sober and come there all the time . I will never come there again . I will tell everyone . Thanks . Good job.

Ryan S.

Yelp
my boyfriend's english isn't great since he moved from colombia 1 year ago. they wouldn't let him in since he was "sluring his words". he had no alcohol since he was a designated driver. they are racist at the front and won't listen. will never come here again.
google avatar

Aryana M.

Yelp
Absolutely love this bar such a gem! They start out with five stars first of all because of their parking lot absolutely love a bar with some parking area especially in downtown! Second off the inside area as well as the outside patio area is so fun and easy to prolong the night switching between the two environments. Outside beautiful red lights amazing music beautiful porch swings. Inside they have pool tables and ski ball which is always my favorite!! They have a bar inside as well as outside. Live DJ is always amazing. Little food truck out back always hits! And above all their staff and security is excellent Aija is my favorite she's the absolute best!

Savannah G.

Yelp
The bouncers are full of it. They let me (a significantly drunk white girl) in, but declined my friend (an Eastern European doctor) for 'slurring np his words'. Go if you want to be racially prejudiced, I guess.

Yelp
Luckys is a fun spot to enjoy for its spacious outdoor frolicking with there usually a band of some sort playing. The drinks are as to be expected, delivered. The service is great, personally nothing too memorable because I was living in the moment.
google avatar

Taric W.

Yelp
The most refreshing aspect of Lucky's is how seamlessly it fits into the traditional character of the neighborhood. It's nothing flashy, just a security guard standing in front of a neon-lit but otherwise nondescript building that sat idly for ages. And that's what I like! I was inside very briefly--I don't do indoor drinking nowadays--and it was rad. Dimly lit with loud music, I can tell this feels cozy, intimate, and fun. The spacious patio is where it's at, and I could see myself hosting a small group of friends there. It is rather minimalist--a gravel yard with ash trays and wooden benches--but really that's all you need. Bring your friends, sit down, and have fun!

Shandyn B.

Yelp
One of the worst bar experiences I've ever had. Most of the staff was rude (not everyone, but most). My friends and I had tried to stop someone to ask where the bathroom was and he said "MOVE" before shoving past us. We were shocked at the lack of welcome at this bar, and other reviews suggest the rude atmosphere we encountered. I felt horrible as we were celebrating my sister in law's 25th birthday. The bouncer was very kind though, but the majority of reviews of security seem to be different than what I experienced. Save yourself the grief and go next door to Sazerac @Nick's reply: I saw the guy clearing off tables then go behind the bar to talk :/ if there was an emergency I would definitely understand, but the lack of an apology was astounding. I wish I could give this spot another try but I don't feel welcome back.
google avatar

Valerie C.

Yelp
My first and only time here was honestly great. It wasn't on a First Friday (so you already know I escaped crowds and chaos) and the staff was kind and attentive. My friend and I were looking for places that have a happy hour past 6pm, and Lucky's is over at 7pm. They have indoor and outdoor lounging areas but I opted to chill inside since this summer weather is desperate to give people heat stroke. Maybe I'll go to the outdoor area in December lol. Well drinks for $4 during Happy Hour! Won't find that in many places downtown. Great place to start off a night (or even end there, which is also so valid.) The music playing is pretty random but it feels like putting my spotify liked songs on shuffle so it's fine. I also felt safe while we were in there.

Yelp
Cool vibe, I love the outdoor area! Ordered some drinks with friends stayed longer than we expected. Little pricey but it is Phoenix. Bartender help me pick out a popular drink that was also going to be something I liked! I would probably go back, could use some better music maybe!

Yelp
Came in from out of town and this place is awesome. Killer vibe. Say hi to the cat! Locals very welcoming.

Yelp
I'd give this bar a zero if possible. The security will harass you. I've had security harass me on several occasions here. They are way too militarized for a bar like this. The food is unsanitary and will leave you sick. Sazerac is literally next door and they don't treat you like trash there.

Yelp
Horrible place with horrible employees. Allowed another customer to discriminate us with racist remarks and was then kicked out by securities without finding out initial problem, who also proceeded to call us names.

Yelp
I love this place. I've been 3 times for a specialty cocktail & my hub likes their beer. Different drink every time, all good. We are older, and this area is frequented by younger individuals. I mention this because I have felt so welcomed by their attentive staff. The bartenders are just so friendly, and always take time to see if you need anything. The male bartender has gone the extra mile to ask how are day has been going, or what we plan to do later. He is so genuine, and always smiling. These have been trying times, and people like him really make a difference in a person's outlook. Every time I have been here, I'm so happy with their music selection! Retro 80's, 90's & some current stuff too. The vibe reminds me of my times in LA. The bathrooms are kept clean, which is always a lovely bonus! I love this place.

Yelp
This place is a giant fart of an establishment in a strip of plenty of superior bars. The bartender refused to serve me because security saw me "trip" on my way up to the bar. Someone else ended up buying me a beer and I ended up getting kicked out because I was sipping a beer and not bothering anyone? I've never in my life been cut off or kicked out of a bar and I've been way way wayyyyy more trashed than I was here. I also asked for a video of me supposedly tripping and they declined to show me any evidence. This establishment is a joke and the people running it are a joke. Any other bar in the area would be better than this loser pile of trash.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusted after tonight. While I was waiting in line to get in with my group of friends, the bouncer came up to me and said that I could not come in because he " saw me doing a line of coke off my arm". NEVER in my life have I done drugs, let alone being accused of it?? It was sooo off the wall that I thought he was joking at first and I laughed! It was going to be my first time going as I am new to the area. I will NEVER be stepping foot here ever again. The staff is incompetent and accusatory. Absolutely repulsed by this establishment. I know they will not make it right either. Do yourself a favor and do not come here. Replying to their reply "We saw what we saw" they did not see me do anything no one else in line saw anything happening. A member of my group was sticking up for me for being wrongfully accused of "doing drugs in line" by your incompetent security. You all started feeling insecure and scared because he was taller than you guys, then proceeded to not let us in. I'm glad my friend stood up for me. I'm still NEVER coming back, especially if this is how you treat customers. Good luck! Word gets around fast, especially online. I'm not the only one who has had issues. Maybe you should look around and see that it might be you who is the problem and not everyone else.

Yelp
Lovely chill lounge on a Thursday night. Very laid back and eclectic. Patio area is the best with it's 1970s vintage airstream campground vibes. Great for conversation while playing vintage classics mixed with 1990-early 2000s mixes. Perfect for the 30-something. Highly recommend.

Yelp
The 4 of us came here for the first time on Saturday night around 12:30am. After a short wait, we were let in. It wasn't too packed inside and we were able to get a seat at one of the picnic tables outside. I thought we would be freezing but we weren't. The heaters they have are incredibly strong. Unfortunately I tried ordering a couple cocktails and hated them. The Lucky Negroni and a Tom Collins with Hendricks. I wouldn't order a cocktail here. Next time I will come back for the fun vibe and order hard seltzers.

Yelp
This used to be my favorite bar. But keep in mind it's only a 3 star place. It didn't offer a lot but it had charm. Yesterday 12/17/2022 I went like any other night but I had a extremely rude encounter with the bartender Rebecca I think. She was a petite brunette girl. It's a Saturday night so there's a lot of people and she assumes that we're yelling at her when we said "Excuse me Miss," then with an attitude proceeds to give us change and when she comes back it seems like she's okay. Then when she left we can clearly see her talk to her other male bartender talking loudly that we were being rude and yelling at them. I won't go out of my way to write something bad. But she misunderstood the situation so badly and proceeded to gossip. It was seriously a poor sign of service. She didnt make good drinks and acted like she owned the place. Not only her attitude but the attitude of her other bartenders working that night was not cool. Even when we asked for our check the guy had come over and told us we didn't have to be rude without asking what situation unfolded. Super biased don't recommend anymore. Plus overpriced and they don't have food.

Yelp
Bar staff was extremely rude tonight. Asked our friends to leave because they felt they stood too close to us??? They got security involved and forced us all to leave. Have been coming here 1-2 times a week since they opened. Awful and embarrassing for everyone involved.
