One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. I really recommend Luckys pizza the owner Luigi cooks with passion. I got to try the supreme pizza, the margarita pizza. they also have a family special for only $29 but definitely try out this pizza. It’s really good and it’s worth the wait when it’s busy.

Ordered the 18" Valley Queen Pizza. The pizza was great! The dough was perfect. The toppings were very good and generous. I added anchovies for that extra salty flavor too. Normally, I skip eating the edge pizza crust but this pizza was so tasty that you'll even eat the outer edge! :D The dough is that good. They also sell pizza by the slice if you don't want to order a whole pizza pie. Easy free parking lot and free street parking available.

Lucky Pizza delivers on flavor with their delicious, well-crafted pizzas. This pick-up or delivery-only spot is a gem for pizza lovers, but plan ahead! Ordering online is the way to go since they’re often slammed, and in-person orders can mean a wait. The pizza itself is a standout—light, perfectly cooked crust with a sauce that’s bursting with flavor. Cooked to perfection, it’s a great choice for a quick, satisfying meal. Highly recommend for pizza fans who value quality and convenience!

Google
Lucky’s Pizza operates as a Ghost Kitchen, a concept that's swiftly gaining popularity, and it has undeniably become my new go-to for pizza. When I placed my order, I spoke directly with Luigi, the owner. He informed me that the pizzas would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I scheduled my pickup 45 minutes in advance to be safe. The quality of ingredients stood out immediately upon picking up my veggie pizza, adorned with fresh Kalamata olives, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Finding the kitchen was straightforward, nestled within a building alongside other eateries. Clear signage ensured I didn't miss it. Payment options are convenient too, as they accept credit cards and Venmo. Overall, Lucky’s Pizza combines convenience, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for pizza.

Update: I can’t get pizza from anywhere else, Lucky’s is too delicious. I love the Mike and the meat lovers. The garlic bread is super good too. Yum! The pizza was great, the service was friendly. This will be our new go to for pizza.

There are many good pizza places in the surrounding areas that it's tough to really go wrong. Reviews will tell you so. But sometimes, you find a place so special that it may change the exact way you view them. I haven't had a pie such as this one in California in maybe, ever. It's hard to describe what happened after my first bite. All I can say is that not one second after the first mouth watering bite did the sinapsis fire in an area not yet fired that triggered my primal rage to protect my possession. Any possession. In this case, it was a perfectly cooked, mozzarella pulling, crunchy but soft, New York resembling 18" Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I suddenly no longer had the ability to form actual sentences, let alone words. I regressed back to growls, teeth snaps, and howls. This pizza was mine. And mine alone. I'm not sure how much time passed. Was it seconds, minutes, hours, days? Who knows. When it was over, belly full, appetite over satisfied, humanity slowly clawing its way back to the surface, as you stare at a large empty box, and try your best to reminisce. "What just happened" may be your first words, while your audience slowly peek out the corners of their hiding places. New bar set. Fair warning, share before your first bite.

I was leaving the hospital and craving pizza. This place popped up on google and I thought I’d give it a try. When I arrived, the guys were so nice. I ordered a personal size to be safe. The cook showed me my pizza after making it and I knew I found my place. Once I got in the car I started eating and barely made it home. I finished the whole thing. I said to myself, I will just order another one tomorrow. Come to find out they were closed the next day. I was so mad I didn’t order a bigger size. I went back on Tuesday and the cook remembered me and I said I might as well go big. So ordered the 18inch. Mouth watering! So good! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Just a shoutout to Lucky's Pizza on Owensmouth 1 Blk So. of Nordoff Best pizza in the Valley. This tiny kitchen run by two of the nicest gentleman I've had the pleasure to cross paths with.. I'm talking a KITCHEN ONLY not some sit down place.. Make that call and get your favorite topping and crust size.. that's it. It's like going into the kitchen of your favorite restaurant, having a conversation with your buddy the chief and he cooks you your own pie. I drive for Grubhub and seen many pizza joints, but I ain't ever seen this... just don't get lost on your way to a slice of heaven.. no big sighs here.. V.I.P. Only.. and the P stands for Pizza.. Lucky's Pizza

Yelp
The Place- This place is a trip. It is located in what looks like a small industrial area. You walk into a hallway with a bunch of doors and see that multiple restaurants, to go only, have rented small places. I love the ingenuity. Food- I had the Supreme Pizza and it was very good and I would recommend. Service- Friendly. The only thing that kept me from getting to 5 stars was that I would have wanted my $30 18" pizza to have been in the $25 range.

Yelp
Superb thin-crust cheese pizza pie from Lucky's. Found this spot on yelp and I'm so glad I did. Their sourdough is prepared for over 3 days, the cheese and tomato sauce are high quality, which makes their pizza very tasty. Each slice is somewhat well done, the undercarriage has some char and the slice holds its posture, doesn't sag. With each bite you're hitting a variety of tastes notes and truly tasting each ingredient and freshness of the pie. They gave me a side of this incredible sauce for the dipping and I was blown away-it's a must try. The sauce I'm showcasing is the spicy mango sauce and as you dip your slice into it, it could literally change your life. What seems to be a mango puree with a touch of cayenne pepper, this magical sauce compliments each slice so perfectly. A must try, for the pizzas and this sauce! The place is slightly hard to find, cause it's actually a ghost kitchen and you have to walk into this hallway until you reach the Lucky's door. The customer service is very friendly and professional. Great find for me since I'm only 10 minutes away. Will definitely order from them again!

Yelp
Be patient. It's worth the wait! Pizza still fabulous. Same flavorful crust crispy. Toppings plentiful. Sauce delicious

Yelp
Lucky's Pizza is hands down the best in town! Delicious, freshly baked, and full of flavor ! You can truly taste the quality in every bite. What makes it even better? It's Peruvian-owned, and you can feel the passion in the food. Do yourself a favor and give it a try ! it's absolutely worth the trip!

Yelp
Great pizza! Amazing thin crust with the perfect crunch. High quality toppings. Things to be aware. This is take out or delivery through 3rd party apps only. The 18" was cut into 8 slices, so they were big but I did like that. Be prepared to wait though, my pizza took an extra 20 minutes then what the original time said thus was a Saturday at 6pm. so while it's definitely worth it, order knowing you'll likely wait.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the best pizza I've had in a long time. I'm so glad it's in the valley. I had their famous margarita, pizza and a sausage and pepperoni, the ingredients were fresh and well prepared thank you!

Yelp
Heads up! This is a ghost kitchen -- there is no restaurant! Ordered by phone, was told it'd be 1 hour, we got a subsequent text that said it'd be 20 minutes, so we left to pick it up. Got there to find it was going to be another 20 minutes. Waited... waited... then got a text that my order had been sitting there for 20 minutes. They had our pizza under a wrong name. Pizza was okay... but after that kind of ordering/customer service experience, probably won't be back -- simply wasn't that good.

Yelp
Our friend kept telling us about this place so we decided to try it! We ordered ahead of time to schedule a pick up at 4pm. Once we got there we luckily found packing right away (we've heard parking is tricky). We ordered the family meal with the large pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, and two sodas. Was ready right on time - pizza was fresh out of the oven, not cold, not greasy. It was absolutely delicious! Loved the crust. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Kind of found this place by accident and was not disappointed. Great pizza made simple. Classic version of what pizza should be. Also was our first experience with a ghost kitchen. Weird, but super cool. The guy working the place was super nice and really gave great service. We will be back

Yelp
If you love Toppers Pizza, you'll love Lucky Pizza. I ordered a large, half veggie, half Hawaiian pizza for $30 and some change. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Very comparable to Toppers pizza quality -only difference is the slightly thinner crust than Toppers, which I enjoyed. I placed my order via cell phone and was told my pizza would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I arrived and it was ready on time. Lucky's takes cash, Venmo and debit card. Tatted up guy at the entrance was nice enough, as I didn't really converse much with him, just picked up my order. Lucky's provided disposable plates, napkins, a mango habanero sauce for dipping, couple packets of red peppers and parmesan cheese too. Located in a building labeled "Kitchen Place" (see my photo). When arrived there was 3 other people, waiting at the door of Lucky's for their order. You'll see the pizza boxes stacked outside and know you're in in the right spot (see my other pic). Small free parking lot. Area may seem a little sketch, as it's around other industrial looking buildings and apartment complexes, though I lived to share this pizza experience -so no worries, lol.

Yelp
Simply really good pizza that isn't too salty and not overloaded or underloaded with toppings, I would recommend a double sausage with onions or the Dom's pizza.

Yelp
Sad that the pizza just wasn't what we were expecting. Now there is the old saying that "even if a pizza is bad, it's still pretty good. And that's definitely true with Lucky's Pizza. Their pizza is NOT bad, but it just wasn't good and also considering the price, it was disappointing. We got the pepperoni with the green drizzle sauce and the Mike's Pizza. The flavor was lacking on both also the crust was too limp and soggy and overly greasy. The top part of the crust was nice and crusty and caramelized. Even though the Mike pizza was loaded with toppings it just lacked seasoning and punch. The sweet yellow sauce just doesn't work either. It's overkill. Thank God, we ordered it on the side. The staff was extremely friendly and professional when we went to go pick up the pies. I believe Luigi was the name of the guy in charge. Oh well.

Yelp
Love Lucky's. One of the best in town. True authentic pizza and the pies are huge!! Their Margarita Pizza is my favorite!!
google avatar

Yelp
Tried the Don's special for the first time at Lucky's pizza. It was good. If the dough & crust would've been crispier? It would've been really good. Overall the pizza didn't disappoint.
google avatar

Maryana V.

Yelp
Hands down the best pizza in town. Always baked to perfection. If you haven't tried this spot, you have to!!! It's a must!
google avatar

Amir N.

Yelp
Pizza was great! Got a Large Meat Lovers and it did not disappoint! Toppings were good, dough was fresh and crispy, sauce was flavorful, and the cheese was good quality like everything else! The mango sauce is a nice addition as well! It was a bit of a wait for the pizza but it was well worth it! Looking forward to the next order soon!

Yelp
Luckys Pizza is the best tasting pizza in the galaxy. The pizza gives you the best vibes ever . Best quality pizza you'll find in the SFV

Yelp
I had reeeeeaallllyyyy high hopes for this spot. After seeing so many amazing reviews I thought I have to try! I LOVE PIZZA, so I had high expectations, especially at $33 for a large. I will happily pay good money for good pizza but sadly I thought this pizza was just okay at best. I don't understand where the buzz is coming from? The sauze had no flavor, no tang, no zest, not even a sweetness to it, just tasted like nothing. My pizza was also not very thin, the crust was on the thicker side, like normal pizza. I woukdnt call this NY style at all. The dough tasted like tap water. I know someone out there reading this knows what I am talking about. It's like you can taste the water used for the dough. It leaves an after taste in your mouth. I really wanted to love Lucky's but it's a no from me. There really is no good pizza in Canoga Park/West Hills/ Woodland Hills. Someone please change my mind.

Yelp
This is a GHOST KITCHEN so take-out only. Very good NY Style pizza my fav. being the pepperoni w/ caramelized onions. Margarita also quite good. Only complaint is the wait as they said 20min. when we called but the pizza was actually ready for pick-up in 40min. Just two regular pies so not sure what the hold up was? One star removed for that (and apparently it's an issue other Yelpers have mentioned in their reviews).
google avatar

Jeffrey G.

Yelp
Let me start by saying as a person who grew up in NY my taste in Pizza is super picky. That being said I give this place an A. From the crust being cooked perfectly thru out to the sauce which is perfectly sweet but not to sweet the flavor explosion was never ending. We got the Margherita Pizza 10" and the Sweet Pepperoni Pizza 10". Both were insanely good. It's a satellite kitchen so super small but honestly it won't be long before they open a regular pizza place. I can't rave enough about Luigi and the pizza art he's created. If you long for great pizza at a good price take it from this native New Yorker this is the place for you.
google avatar

Richard B.

Yelp
Got a slice of cheese pizza. The people that work there were very nice. It's a nice hole in the wall ghost kitchen. Should give it a try. They are quick and fast. Pizza was soft and tasty. Good deal for a slice and soda combo.
google avatar

Clarence T.

Yelp
The pizza itself is great, loved it. I also liked the little area that they were operating out of, the Kitchen Place (i forget what it's called) seems like a really interesting concept. The only complaint I have about the service is that the time estimate for food seems to be off by about 10 minutes. (said the pizza would be ready at x, went in and it was actually ready 10 minutes later) would recommend

Yelp
Absolutely the best, hands down! If you're searching for an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience, look no further--this place nails it. From the first glance, you can tell it's the real deal: the blistered, leopard-spotted crust puffed to perfection, the center soft and slightly soupy just like it should be. The dough was light and airy with that beautiful, subtle tang that only a long fermentation can bring. The San Marzano tomato sauce was fresh and vibrant, and the creamy mozzarella melted just right--stretchy, soft, and full of flavor. A few fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil brought the whole thing together It's clear Lucky's respects the tradition--every detail, the delicate char on the crust, speaks of skill and passion. This isn't just pizza; it's, flavor, and comfort all in one. The service is spectacular fast friendly overall excellent. Gotta try for yourself. Highly recommend for purists and pizza lovers alike, You gotta try this place for yourself!!

Yelp
Finally found the best pizza spot in LA county!!!! My family ordered pizzas on Saturday evening and again on Sunday!!! The service was superb and they are so busy delivery is about an hour but it's definitely worth the wait. Delicious, yummy salads too. This is the spot for a great pizza Happy Yelping

Yelp
Ughhhhh....I hate that we love Lucky's Pizza so much. But, it's just so good.... We keep asking ourselves whether they put crack in their pizza because we are addicted. If you like a NY style pizza with a thin, chewy crust, this is your place. The sauce is on point and the toppings are great. I've had one or two orders where the pizza was either overcooked or undercooked, but every other time the pizzas have been fantastic. If you are willing, I would suggest reheating the pizza slice on the stovetop at home for a few minutes for a crispier crust and a piping hot pizza. It's what Friday evenings are made for. Lucky's Pizza is strictly a takeout business. Call in your order and expect to wait another 30-45 minutes+ after your pickup time. Only once in the dozen times that we've ordered from Lucky's Pizza did we get our pizza on time and it was because we picked up at 4pm on a Sunday. If you're ordering on a Friday evening, prepare to wait longer. I've tried ordering 2 hours in advance and we waited almost an hour after the designated pick up time. We've tried coming 30 minutes later because we know they run late, but we still end up waiting 30 minutes. If we didn't love their pizza so much, I wouldn't bother to come back, but it's our favorite pizza this side of the valley so we begrudgingly wait it out. The long wait times is why I unfortunately have to knock a star. If you're in a rush or expect your pizzas on time - do not come here. You will only get frustrated. But, if you're willing to wait it out, you're in for a treat.
google avatar

T R.

Yelp
My fave pizza joint in the Valley, hands down. This is the closest I've come to having NY style pizza in LA. I've tried the Meat Lovers, Supreme and Hawaiian. All 10/10.
google avatar

Ani K.

Yelp
Horrible experience!! Called them 24 hours in advance for 10 pizzas for delivery 2 miles away. It took the whole day of them going back and forth with incompetent staff for them to take my credit card info and then tell me at night that the order is a hassle and they don't want to do it and in the background owner is yelling at me to quit wasting his time. Horrific customer service and absolutely bizarre experience. So many other options nearby.
google avatar

Shimon B.

Yelp
We finally tried this pizza place after hearing good things about it. I must say it was worth it. The pizza is fantastic. The pizza cook is a very nice guy that works his butt off making great pies. This is the go to place for me in the area now and I will continue to support this amazing business. Just remember, not a sit down place just a come and take home and enjoy.
google avatar

Faustino M.

Yelp
If you're a fan of the NY style pizza, with an extra crispy crust then you're just like me! This place is killing the CA pizza game. Easily best pizza in the state (Pro tip:ask for extra crispy crust. You're welcome)
google avatar

Carol A.

Yelp
Late night order availability if good. However, not nearly edible as more than 60% burnt.
google avatar

Lior D.

Yelp
You want a good pizza? Look no further! Lucky's not only has a great selection of unique and delicious specialty pizzas, but the quality of the ingredients and the deep appreciation to the amazing dough brings flavors that every pizza connoisseur will appreciate. Great ratio between sauce cheese and toppings, and even with multiple toppings, the pizza holds firmly with zero flop. I ordered the "Mike" pizza for delivery, and I loved it! Hit the spot ++++ Can't wait to order again and try something new! Thank you Lucky's!!!

amanda r.

Yelp
We decided to order from Luckys Pizza because it had great ratings and pizza looked good online! I placed an order under my husbands name online and it said it would be ready for pickup 7:16-7:26pm. The order was not ready until 825pm!!!! Almost an hour waiting for food. I understand it can get very hectic and busy but they should be honest with customers and just say it will be an hour, they're running behind or whatever the reason! I then call and get transferred to the "owner" and they tell me they are sorry but we have the food now. And says they are too busy to resolve my problem and have to go.On top of it all the owner then hangs up on me while I was talking explaining the situation. Then blocks my number! ZERO STARS!!! Terrible customer service.
google avatar

Debbie O.

Yelp
Unfortunately I had a common experience that other Yelpers have talked about in their reviews. I read the cautions about the delays in orders, so I ordered two hours before I wanted to eat. At the time the food was supposed to be delivered, I received a call from Grubhub apologizing that Lucky's Pizza notified them they would not have time to fulfill my order at all today, before the restaurant closes in 2 hours. So in 4 hours from the time I ordered Lucky's Pizza would not be able to fulfill the order of 1 large pizza. This is a store management issue, some restaurants close down online order capabilities when they know they are nearing capacity for ability to fulfill the orders. Very disappointed!!!
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
Perfect pizza take out spot. This place is in a shared use commercial kitchen location and you have to take a double take to make sure you're in the right spot. Don't worry- you are. The line down the hallway and pizza speaks for itself. My personal favorite was the Sweet Pepperoni (and I don't even like onions, but the onions were caramelized) and the Mike (I love pineapple on my pizza). The crust was my favorite. I even added a little hot honey to top off my delish slice. Can't wait to come back again soon.

Russell B.

Yelp
I placed an order through Lucky's website based on the estimated pickup time provided. When I arrived, I was told my pizza hadn't even been started. The staff offered to cancel the order and refund me, but said the manager wasn't available and that the refund would be processed soon. It's now been three weeks, and I still haven't received a refund. I've called multiple times asking to speak with a manager. Each time, I was either told the manager was unavailable or handed off to someone else who promised a callback that never came. I genuinely hope this can be resolved soon, but so far, it feels like no one at Lucky's is willing to take responsibility. I guess I wasn't so lucky after all.
google avatar

Jorge M.

Yelp
Amazing pizza with great service, not even a pizza person but def recommend the meat lovers!
google avatar

Christina M.

Yelp
Whilst being a way in the Valley area, running from the palisades fires, I decided it would be very fitting to get a pizza at Lucky's and it was a wonderful experience. First of all Brandon, my pizza maker was not only very cool but also very sweet, which given my circumstances meant a lot! The pizza I had, with not too gooey not too crispy delicious doe, perfectly melted cheese and yummy pepperoni was absolutely delicious... May I say one of the best pizzas, if not the best I have ever had! New York style baby! I loved my pizza and also got a couple freebies, I really liked those addictive garlic roles.. The pizza was amazing and the kindness and compassion felt was equally as appreciated... Specially in difficult times like these! Before leaving the Valley I went back once again to enjoy! Thanks Brandon for the great pizza

Geselle S.

Yelp
I was going to give this place 5 stars because of all the hype I was hearing about it beforehand. BUT it was our first time here and the pizza was burnt. The guy said it was a little "well done"...I didn't think he meant burnt, and I took the pizza without checking because I didn't want to have to wait another 40 minutes for a new one. Besides that, the pizza is really good. The flavors are on point. Almost the best pizza I've ever had.

Kenneth G.

Yelp
Echoing everyone else when they say be patient. It's worth it, I don't know the specifics but when I go to pickup, max two employees are working at a time, sometimes 1. And even then, it's the best pizza this side of the 405 hands down
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
Top tier service, top tier pizza. A little hard to find the first time but other than that my new favorite spot, Luigi is the goat
google avatar

Caroline M.

Yelp
We wanted to try this based off the reviews so we ordered 2 pizzas. They got our order wrong and sadly disappointed that their pizzas were too greasy for our taste.
google avatar

Chelsea A.

Yelp
AHHHH what have you done to me. The spicy mango sauce is killing me. It's all I've been craving all week. I even googled how to make it but gave up! Firstly the garlic bread is actually so good. Whatever the previous reviews have said believe them! Hawaiian in my eyes was perfect. If I order Hawaiian I want a shit ton of pineapple and they delivered!!!!! Sweet pepperoni is so good too! Perfect balance and with the mango sauce ughhhhhhh. We ordered DoorDash a little far from the restaurant but nothing a quick reheat in the air fryer won't fix. Overall can't wait to try more pizzas here it was amazing. Please sell your sauce in a bottle !!!!!!
google avatar

Lyndsay E.

Yelp
Picked up a pizza for a team lunch. Really good! The option for caramelized onions was a nice choice. Good thin crust. Luigi was awesome with the all the sauces and extras. I saw other reviews saying their food took a long time ect. Our pizza was ready in 15 minutes as quoted. They are located in a ghost kitchen but parking was easy (parking lot in front and lots of street parking) and Lucky's was easy to find once inside. Will order again!
google avatar

Al B.

Yelp
Do not let tiktok reviews fool you Alright, straight to the point--this is a solid 7.6. The dough is seriously good, but they need to upgrade their cheese game because right now, it's basically a grease bomb. Feels like Ameci's little brother. If they step up the cheese quality, I'd definitely put it among the best. That said, it's not worth a trek all the way out to butt f*ck Parthenia for. And having the "wise guy dough boy" asking for a tip? Not a great look--comes off unprofessional, yall in a ghost kitchen humble yourselves.

Lily K.

Yelp
This place is amazing! The pizza is so fresh and delicious and the staff are so kind and helpful! Very few pizza places make sourdough pizza like this, and I am so grateful for them! I hope everyone gets the chance to come here for their pizza takeout! Can't recommend the quality of their product enough!
google avatar

Yelp
Fast, easy, and DELICIOUS. Was super hot and fresh and the guy (owner?) was super nice as well :-) Looked too good that I didn't stop to take a pic ‍

Yelp
Good Bye San Diego, we now have finally found a local place where we can drive to that's close to home. The crust and Dough on this is Perfection!!! My hubby who is a New Yorker also can attest this serious stuff Sauce-Divine!!! Sweet and smokey, sheer bliss Toppings- we got several different variations and all are fresh Staff- super helpful and courteous, they helped us by going over their menu and recommendations. Reheat- this is the kicker!!! Even better and crunchier yet soft. Woohooooooo Result: just keep my credit card on file moving forward cos we will be coming more

Yelp
I'm not writing about the quality of the pizza.. it looks great. Wish I could try it.. and I would try it.. except pizza isn't as good, than when it comes out of the oven.. putting it in a box just kills the crispy crust.. why not have a full fledge restaurant.. I'm disappointed
