Lucky's Pub

Great selection of craft beers. The Lawson's Sip of Sunshine was excellent. Very friendly staff with quick service. Locals pub with nice bar layout. Easy access and ample parking.

Chill spot. Perks good basic drinks and fun bartender. Con does not offer food/limited option of drinks

My friends and I went out last night to celebrate one of my friends 24th birthday, and we decided to go to Lucky’s Pub in Suffield. I must say the service there was extremely rude. I know my friends and I look young, and I understand checking IDs wanting to make sure they are real. But if you have this much distrust in your customers it is your responsibility as a business to invest in the equipment it takes to set any doubts aside to the legitimacy of IDs. When we first walked in there was no one checking IDs at the door so we went in and started walking to the restroom. Before I could even step both feet into the bathroom I was told to step out and show ID with my friends. Right then and there they were being very weird about it especially with my friend who had to use a passport (due to a missing license). They ended up letting us go, we used the restroom then went to the bar to order drinks. We then sat down and everything seemed fine, then within minutes one of the older gentleman who checked our IDs the first time asked my friend what she was drinking as we replied he says “you know I don’t feel comfortable with you being here you need to leave” AND PROCEEDS TO TAKE THE DRINK FROM FROM FRIEND WHOLE SHES PHYSICALLY DRINKING IT! This instantly made me upset! How are you going to okay and ID then deny a drink after WE PAID FOR IT! I stood up to follow the man and either get a refund or my drink back that’s when a third random older man comes up very close telling me to show ID he tells us he’s one of the owners and he “gets college kids like us all the time coming into the bar” mind you he himself had been drinking it was obvious when speaking to him and I felt like he was trying to intimidate my friends and I to just leave but I was not okay with a drink we paid for being physically taken from someone at the end of it he gave us the drink back we finished it and left and will not be coming back this place is is very rude to younger adults especially younger women.

This is a great little pub. If you want food you can order from the place next door in the same plaza. Awesome decor...., beer and spirit selection. Great service. NFL ticket during football season. A nice paito to sit outside at. Keno played here now too.

Used to like coming here. But will probably only go when 2 certain bartenders are working now. The audacity of the one on Thursday night just running my card to run it was uncalled for. I said I had cash. She said I will just hold a card, not run it, and let you pay cash in the end. But nope, didn't happen. It was also uncalled for when the girls get little attitudes with you because you simply explained they were supposed to ask before running the card. I'm a good tipper. I always pay my tabs. Treating people like they're just a number is also uncalled for.

The bartender Sara (Saveria) is absolute amazing. She is personable and caring with the perfect sense of humor. She makes this amazing drink called the mermaid that is addicting! Definitely hit up this bar on Tuesday night especially!

This place is trash. The people that go there feel so entitled. The owner is a drunk and you can usually find him dancing on the bar or on q booth or being inappropriate to women. One being my girlfriend when she went out with friends. Never again!!

What a great experience at Lucky’s on Thursday night! The bartenders were magnificent and I will surely be back every Thursday for as long as I’m alive!
