One of the most beautiful shopping experiences I've had in Sydney in a long time. To the owner of Lucy Folk, the sale assistants in your Paddington store are absolute gems. They were so kind and welcoming and were lovely to chat to. The store itself is gorgeous and made me feel like I was on holiday. Will absolutely come back!

Some of the nicest and most helpful service I've come across. The three ladies working today were absolutely charming both to myself and my mum and held great conversations, while maintaining keen focus on why we were there and brought out better alternatives to what we came in for. No pushiness to buy was also much appreciated and made for a relaxing and comforting place to shop. Couldn't have been happier, will be looking for an excuse to return.
