Lucy did my centerpieces and bouquet at my wedding this past July, I reached out to her relatively late with my wedding about 3 months away, but she was Eager to help despite my time constraint. She communicated with me via email many times sending reference photos and arrangement inspiration to really nail down the right vibe and aesthetic we were looking for with in our budget. We ended up with colorful unique arrangements that everyone loved! I 100% recommend her service!

This was a fantastic experience! Can't say enough good things about Lucy as the proprietor or about her flower arrangement! I called late in the day to ask (beg/plead) for an arrangement to be delivered that day. Lucy willingly offered to stay late (after closing) to get the job done and delivered. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and delivered that night. 100% satisfied!

Our small wedding in Brooklyn, New York was an absolute dream come true, and Lucy, the talented florist, played a pivotal role in making it all magical. From our home in Seattle, we organized everything both in person and over the phone, and Lucy's expertise shined through every step of the way. As many soon-to-be brides are now experiencing, searching for and finding the right wedding vendors can seem daunting. Each couple has a different vision for their wedding and want to be able to execute it in the best way possible. I have always adored the artistry behind floral arrangements and felt passionate about finding the best florist in NYC – and we did! From our first phone conversation, I knew Lucy would be the absolute right choice for our eclectic and whimsical Brooklyn wedding. After our conversation, I sent Lucy an email with dozens of floral inspiration photos and she immediately knew what to do. On the day, I fought back tears (I had just put on mascara) when Lucy handed me my GORGEOUS bouquet full of the freshest and most beautiful flowers. The floral arrangements were stunning (some in vases for the cake table/bar and garlands full of greenery and white roses for the table centerpieces). The boutonnieres and bridesmaid bouquets were works of art on their own! Everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I definitely plan on working with Lucy and her team again and feel beyond grateful and honored to have worked with such an incredible artist.

I absolutely adored my experience ordering flowers from Lucy’s. Because of a special request, I called and almost immediately, it felt like we were having a creative collaboration. I can’t pinpoint exactly why, but I felt like I was speaking with a friend. It was a simple but very present call with several follow ups via text. Felt very human and after the last 15 months, it was much appreciated. Oh yes, and the arrangement was stunning, exactly what I was hoping for!

Ahhh!!! Look at how darling my flowers are from Lucy's flowers!! I have had plenty of flowers before but none this gorgeous and none that smelled my entire living room as lovely as these flowers. My bf had these delivered as a surprise b/c I have talked about this shop before (I saw the shop in the shops on N.3rd in Williamsburg) and I was so excited to have my own Lucy arrangements. Lucy recently helped me with flowers for my proposal -- successful, no doubt in large part because of how wonderful the bouquets were. While the flowers were gorgeous the best part of the experience was the great customer service that Lucy provided. Every part of the experience added to my excitement and reduced my stress. From helping me select the flowers, figure out the set, managing the budget, to being available to even ride to the location for setup, Lucy was instrumental in making the day one that I'll never forget.

I have used Lucy on two separate occasions for flower arrangements. Since I'm in Florida it is tough to see the arrangements before hand and to trust that your expectations will be met. Fortunately I found Lucy right here on Yelp! She has been incredible and does an impressive job putting an arrangement together for my mothers special occasions. She is conscientious and works around your budget but still delivers a great product. On the two occasions she has met and superseded my expectations. The most important thing is she has made an elderly parent very happy with her services. I can not recommend her enough for her guidance and help. She has earned my trust and future business.

Lucy is super nice and very attentive! We spoke very thoroughly about what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for with my centerpieces. Super cute and they still look good the next day! I've already ordered my next bouquet from her!

I absolutely love the flowers that Lucy's offers. Her arrangements are always so unique and unlike anything else I can find in the city. The last so long and are a wonderful addition to my home decor!

Lucy is very sweet and efficient, I rang on the day I needed the flowers delivered to my son and daughter in law and everything went smoothly. They are lovely flowers and I wait to see how well they will last. My only complaint, and why i have not given Lucy 5 stars, is that I was expecting a little more for the money.

Lucy's flowers are simply the best. The quality of what she has and her taste for arrangements is second to none.

While Lucy may be able to create a nice floral arrangement, she is completely UNRELIABLE, RUDE and DOES NOT LISTEN. she almost gave me a mental breakdown on my wedding day. I ordered one bridal bouquet and a hanging altarpiece and somehow, she managed to miss the mark on BOTH. My bouquet was supposed to be done at 1, which she requested to be pushed back to 2 which I said I was fine with. when my friends went to pick up the bouquet a little after 2, she was STILL MAKING THEM and YELLING AT HER POOR ASSISTANTS. I was supposed to take photos with my friends with the bouquet and because of her, I lost precious time to take pictures around the neighborhood like I planned. also, I asked for a mix of white and light pink flowers and my bouquet was ALL WHITE. (by the end of the night, the bouquet was dead and it smelled like feet.) Then, when I got to the venue, she was installing the altarpiece 6 feet above what I have asked for. It just logically did not make any sense, who puts a hanging altarpiece THAT HIGH? When I asked her to re-hang them lower before the ceremony, she said she has no time, that she can't do it, that I never told her to hang them right above us, and GAVE ME ATTITUDE. I sent her inspiration images and had a phone meeting with her AND met her in person to talk about this. I told her that the piece should HANG right above us like a wedding arch. During the meeting, she clearly did not listen, didn't take any notes even after I asked over again if she got it. Thankfully my friend stepped in and installed the piece FOR HER. if it weren't for my friend, I would have been completely upset during the wedding ceremony. Also to top it off, while my photographer was busy taking pictures (we were in the MIDDLE of taking a group photo) she had the NERVE to INTERRUPT HIM and ask him for PHOTOS! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? SHE'S THE WORST. She's not responsible, would not own up to her mistakes, and full of herself. do not book her. Update: ok, take a look at her turning the fault on me. I told her that the greenery will have to be BUILT ON A POLE OF HER OWN THAT CAN HANG. I never told her I was providing her a pole. The fabric was supposed to be separate thing draping behind the greenery after she had installed her piece. I specified this numerous times. You're calling me ungrateful after almost ruining my wedding? How the hell are you shocked that I didn't say thank you after you didn't do your job right? Seriously, you're the worst.

I needed a same day flower delivery and this shop exceeded my expectations. We talked through flower possibilities on the phone and she came up with a stunning arrangement. I mixed up the address and she handled it like a pro and didn't charge me as much as she could have for the inconvenience. I'm so grateful I went with a local spot over Urban Stems. This is now my go to flower delivery in New York.

Highly recommend, Lucy is attentive to your needs and incredibly detail oriented. I sent her my pinterest board and she distilled from it a perfect arrangement of rustic elegance for my November wedding. She promptly answered all my emails and sent me plenty of examples of what she is able to achieve. Lucy takes account of seasonality so I had the freshest, most beautiful bouquets that perfectly complemented my bridesmaids' dresses. She is definitely my go-to florist!

My mother sent me a bouquet for my birthday (second year in a row) and it was just gorgeous and lasted for an entire week. I can't wait for next year's bouquet.

Lucy brought forth her creativity and expertise when putting together my bridal package for my Brooklyn wedding. The flowers for the church ceremony and reception were fresh, classy, and beautiful! I would recommend her, and I can't wait to visit her when her new store opens up in Brooklyn!

They were able to provide me with a beautiful arrangement, last minute and with same day delivery. The flowers were beautiful, creative...just lovely. So nice and helpful on the phone, and even responded to my thank you email AFTER the flowers were delivered. Wonderful!

Lucy went out of her way to put together a gorgeous bouquet for my sweetheart in Denmark. All black and preserved flowers for a dark edgy feel. It was a bit out of the norm for her but she put it together for me exactly the way I envisioned it. Amazing work! Will be coming to her for all my future flower needs =D

I guess I'll start off by saying I am hard to please when it comes to flowers. Lucy definitely had some big shoes to fill and boy oh boy did she do it! The flowers were perfection! You can tell she really loves what she does and puts so much great energy into all of her creations! This hard to please brat is pleased beyond anything I could imagine! Lucy made an incredible bouquet for my girlfriend. I gave Lucy a general idea of the colors and style and she put together an amazing arrangement. My girlfriend absolutely loved it!

Wilting flowers and they smelled like farts. I'd rather order from 1800pro flowers. Underwhelming and snobby customer service. When asked to accommodate my very reasonable requests, I was met with a outright rude response by the owner herself, Lucy. Felt bad for the poor delivery person who appeared to be more of Lucy's personal servant, overworked and clearly under some sort of unrealistic time pressures as they unloaded my flowers and then rushed off to deliver her laundry and belongings. I question the ethics of her practices..

Lucy is just lovely. She responds very quickly, is knowledgeable, flexible, and is on top of everything. She created an absolutely beautiful bouquet and boutonnière for our wedding and hand delivered them to us, wrapped to perfection. We took more photos 2 days later and they still looked as fresh as they did when they were delivered. I never thought I would be so happy about flowers!! Highly recommended!

Lucy talked me through some great options and produced a truly wonderful bouquet of flowers for my wedding anniversary. Wife was delighted. I couldn't recommend design, quality and delivery more. Brilliant. Thanks.

Lucy has designed a few arrangements for events I've planned over the past year, and every single one has been breathtaking and above all, tasteful. She listened to what I wanted out of each party, asking questions about what the other decorative elements might be, what the lighting would be like--even the expected attire of the guests! She is a joy to work with, and I won't hesitate to hire her again.

Lucy is really good. She has great design sense to make arrangements that look modern/cool; not tacky. She picks great flowers for the arrangements too; flowers that are appropriate, not cheap filler. I was very happy with the product. On the business side, she's friendly, pleasant, and easy to work with and gets you want you want. She really came through in a bind I was in. She's very accommodating to your delivery requirements, etc. Her pricing is commensurate with the high level of service she provides. I highly recommend her to all my friends. (My mom is a florist, btw, and thought highly of Lucy's work, if that lends credibility).

Even though we had an incredibly tight schedule and an impossible budget, Lucy's Flowers did a spectacular job making sure the flowers at our wedding were absolutely beautiful. Lucy helped to select the types of flowers we wanted and was patient with us even when we had a hard time making final decisions. When our driver was late picking her up, she got herself and the flowers to the venue on her own and then went into action - making sure each table was absolutely perfect before our guests arrived. The centerpiece she did for our groom's table was absolutely stunning.

At the very last minute, Lucy was able to create a beautiful arrangement. It was just what I wanted. The design was just as I had suggested. Just perfect. I'm in California, and called to order an arrangement for delivery to my Williamsburg daughter. Lucy delivered it herself and when there was no one to accept the flowers, she called me in LA. She then found the building super, called me again to make sure it was OK to leave with him. Others might have just left it or take it back to the shop. But Lucy put everything into making sure my daughter received it. She went so far beyond great service, which is so rare these days. Her perfection and attention to detail clearly extend to everything she takes on. Thank you Lucy. You are the best. 5*

Highly recommended! I hired Lucy for my wedding and was blown away by her excellent service and gorgeous floral arrangements. After looking at lots of websites, Lucy's work stood out as both modern and elegant. Lucy was wonderful about working within my limited budget and managing my expectations (even though I was ultimately blown away by the arrangements). She was very professional and kept me up to date. While I had a general idea of what I wanted, I'm so glad that I trusted her recommendations and gave her some creative license. On the wedding day, Lucy even took the time to set the arrangements on the table and pin on the boutonnieres!

Lucy's Flowers are without question THE BEST!!! You can really tell how much she loves what she does with how much thought she puts into her clients orders! Every order I've made with her goes above and beyond what Is anticipated! Her eye and talent amazes me! You will not be disappointed. I guarantee it!

I don't live in in the NYC area so I relied on Yelp to find a florist. Lucy is AMAZING! She to the time to talk to me about exactly what I needed and she delivered that and more! The arrangement is absolutely beautiful, creative and was delivered when she said it would be. It's more than what I had hoped for! Thank you Lucy for being so pleasant, professional and for delivering a beautiful succulent arrangement to a sick friend!
