Absolutely amazing food for amazing prices. I ordered the shrimp and grits and wowwww. It was so flavourful. I felt like each bite was a party in my mouth. We also order the tuna and fries. They were also extremely flavourful. Our waiter was also extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I always like coming here for either fish or their hamburgers depending on what I feel like for the day I come here. I always get my food quickly when I come here, and have had no issues at all. They ha e lots of relaxed and friendly customers who come here to eat as I can always find a person to strike up a conversation with. Great place.

We stopped for a quick bite. Server was fast & helpful. Fast was fresh, cooked well, & delicious! Definitely recommend the spicy shrimp & grits and any of their salads.

I was very pleased by this restaurant. The food was great. The service was even better! I'd definitely eat here again! Nachos were bomb and the Philly Steak was rich with flavor. The sweet potatoes fries are good, just add salt and you're good to go! Yummy....

Absolutely awesome seared tuna sandwich! It has a ponzu sauce that is so incredibly good!!!! Sweet potato fries are outstanding! Our waiter was fantastic and very informative anout the area. Definitely make this a stop if in New Orleans!

Love this place. The atmosphere is amazing. Really takes you to the beach. I got the shark attack and my boyfriend got the coconut margarita. Both are out of this world. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Had Blake he was cool and informative of the menu. The shrimp and grits was great . The quesadilla was good. Gave it 4 simple because the portion size and the PO boy didn't taste authentic... But I would definitely come back

Come in a busy time, all tables are full except the bar area. Ordered the tuna salad and the wait is about 15-20 mins. Not bad for such a busy time. The seared the tuna is perfect, the sauce brought the food flavor of the tuna. The salad is mostly fresh and the strawberry is very flavorful. Very happy with my meal here.

Yelp
We found this restaurant after a long day of work and it truly hit the spot!! My friend and I shared the Smash Burger, Spicy Queso and some Sweet Potato fries! All were out of this world! We also tried the Hurricane (amazing and dangerously smooth!!) and the TLC Frozen lemonade, which both hit the spot! The staff was beyond gracious and welcoming! When we are in the area again, this will be a definite go to spot!! Thanks for making us feel so welcome!! :)

Yelp
Really fun and casual spot in the warehouse district. The food is great and the prices are reasonable. There were some regulars at the bar but the decor and drinks make it a draw for tourists too.

Yelp
In the CBD, great spot when you want away from touristy areas. The staff was amazing and the food was good!

Yelp
Known for their scorpion shots (which we didn't try). We were here on a work trip and decided to grab a drink. The bartenders were nice, the drinks were delicious! It seemed like a very friendly and fun place.

Yelp
Solid place! They had a great selection of drinks and the atmosphere is so fun. Do patio if you can, it really feels like you're at a backyard barbecue in the best way. Food is decent, small selection, and a bit heavy . Definitely a place I would go again, especially if they were doing some sort of fun event. And don't miss that scorpion shot!

Yelp
I can't believe that we've never experienced Lucy's!! The fried basket, both, the queso dip, nachos, cosmopolitan, and pain killer were freaking awesome!!! Every time we are in Nola this will be one of our stops!!!! The only thing missing is oysters!!!!

Yelp
Lucy's has a very good redfish sandwich. You can get it fried, grilled or blackened. I had blackened and it was excellent. It came with fries. I had a key lime mousse that was exceptionally delicious.

Yelp
Ok so the food is really good. They offer mocktails for kids that nice. Not alot to eat if you don't like sea food. But they do have a brisket sandwich. The pineapple chicken dish is wonderful and our granddaughter loved her cheese fries. But.... the service is good but not welcoming. We got everything we needed but I could have been more friendly! Bring food and walk away kind of service.

Yelp
I stumbled upon Lucy's via Yelp and it was a great experience. I stopped by for a late lunch while touring New Orleans and surprise/not there were a lot of patrons getting their drink on. I settled in at the bar, ordering lunch and their El Jefe tequila-themed cocktail. I ordered the grilled shrimp salad, which was more than satisfying with a good amount of shrimp. More importantly, my cocktail was a great strong pour. Alas, I could have had another cocktail or two and called it a day but I had big plans for that evening. There are two sections to Lucy's. The main area has a huge bar with TVs and table seating, and a smaller area is most likely used when they are busy. Good food, service, and drinks equal an easy 4-star review.

Yelp
Cute restaurant inside. It was raining out when we arrived and they were very accommodating. We started with queso and chips as an appetizer that was really good case it was spicy, but homemade chips were thin, crunchy and flavored. I didn't want anything too messy so I ordered a cob salad. Really disappointed with the salad liked the grilled chicken breast had a lot of flavor. Just thought this serving size was a little on the smaller side for what I was paying for. My son liked his grilled chicken sandwich. The fries are on point. They were crispy and flavorful and came out hot. I got unsweet iced tea and it was very bland. Felt like it hadn't brewed very long. But the most disappointing thing was dessert. I got the keylime mousse and I like the tartness of the Keylime. This definitely did not have that I felt like the whipped cream broke and the Keylime itself tasted like mayonnaise. There was a salt mixture on top, but it didn't add anything. I just felt like somebody put the wrong mousse in the glass. Our waitress was a little aloof. I had to look for her when I needed a refill. And if you know me, you know, I don't like blasting restaurants, but this one kind of deserved it small portion of the salad and of course the horrible dessert . They did take the dessert off my bill.

Yelp
I loved this place! It has a great atmosphere. The staff was super friendly. Food was good as well!

Yelp
Solid bar and grill to get a fish sandwich. I also ordered the Shark Attack drink that came with floating mermaids. When I asked the server why my shark looked like a Blue Whale that wouldn't really attack anyone, she confessed that they ran out of sharks during Mardi Gras.

Yelp
Great service and decent drinks before 6 pm. After 8 pm the bartenders barely notice you're there and the service was terrible.

Yelp
When I first moved to New Orleans, this is the place that me and my Now husband used to frequent as it's right around the corner. They have great Po Boy shrimp sandwiches and great chicken tacos. They just renovated and opened the restaurant to a whole other side, which was a different building next-door. They have an amazing outdoor area and it looks, new and fresh and clean. The bartender was so helpful that she allowed me to use her phone charger when my cell phone battery was low.

Yelp
Great dinner! This place is so much fun and I thought the food was great! Fun beach atmosphere. Not a quiet place but everyone was smiling. Our server was nice and brought out food very quickly we started out with a zombie hurricane. It am was really good, not too strong but strong enough a great fruity rum flavor. Then we got an excellent queso. The chips were crisp and salty, very fresh. The queso was well seasoned and cheesy. Nice and hot. My daughter ordered chicken tacos. They were excellent. They had chicken, onions, cilantro, pico and avocado they were really good not too spicy but had a nice kick. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It came with guacamole, lettuce, pico, and sour cream. The chicken was spiced really nicely not too hot, but a really good balance. An excellent meal and pricing was not too extraordinary.

Yelp
After dinner and drinks at a lounge, we headed back to Lucy's to celebrate my birthday. We stayed at the Renaissance across the street making this the perfect spot to go out and not worry about having to take an Uber/Lyft or drive back. The food is so-so. The drinks, people and party atmosphere are really the highlights here. The scene is a mix of locals, tourists and college kids. Game days, along with Friday and Saturday nights tend to be the busiest. The first floor is mainly the bar/restaurant/giftshop and the second floor is called the Attic. The Attic is a separate space which can be rented out for private events. When not used for events, the Attic is the dance section on the second floor with DJ and bar on select nights (Friday and Saturday). The music was good and depending on the themed drink you order, you can take the props that come with them (i.e. inflatable flamingos and shark). Recent years they've added the balcony which gets decent views overlooking Tchoupitoulas and Girod streets. I'm sure it's a popular spot to view the Mardi Gras parade. If you're in the Warehouse District, don't miss Lucy's.

Yelp
Awesome bar. Great service at the bar for drinks. Food is very good bar food. Outside area is great for sitting in the shade and watching football. No line on a busy Sunday and tables turnover quickly

Yelp
Tried Lucy's for the 1st time & I'm from the city..it just always looked like a spot for tourists..walked inside and the smell was a turn off..it smelled very musty soon as you walked in the door near the bar, granted the restaurant was clean..the hostesses was very friendly..ordered queso & 2 drinks..the queso was good af! Now the chips were a little too salty..Zombie Hurricane & Stolen Coconut were our 1st drinks..Zombie Hurricane tasted like a rum punch and the Stolen Coconut was super milky..I love Coconut flavored things but this was too strong with the coconut..our waitress asked the owner or manager if she could change it out & he gave the ok..that was actually cool off him..my next drink was a Bull Shark..then I ordered the cheeseburger & she ordered the seafood basket..the shrimp were so good! Like yea the shrimp was pressure..the fish taste too fishy, the fries were just frozen fries with seasoning on them..my burger wasn't that good..if yall know I LOVE a good burger..my burger was just cooked no salt, no pepper or no seasoning..I'm not a fan of the food but honestly if you want a good drink this the place!

Yelp
Through Yelp I found this place and didn't realize it was apart of a chain, or at least had another location...in Aruba! Last month I went to Aruba and after visiting flamingo beach I stopped in. Similar to the location in Aruba, they have a Scorpion short challenge. Take a shot of tequila with a scorpion in the glass and win a t shirt. Having done it before I managed to convince my cousin and his wife to do it as well. Let me tell you 2 things. The scorpion was much larger and so was the tequila compared to my experience in Aruba lol My only complaint is that I ordered a drink that was supposed to have 1800 in it and the bartender used sauza. When I asked her if it was 1800 she said no and was basically like I already poured it what do you want me to do now? As someone who works in the service industry I didn't feel like her response was fitting but I just let it go, who knows what type of day she was having.

Yelp
Ian had a fantastic trivia night!! Wonderful margaritas and great service even on a busy night. Hailey was the bartender and was so kind and attentive all night :)

Yelp
Stopped by here away from the busier areas of the FQ. Very Chill and relaxing vibe! Lucy and other employees hanging out were very friendly.

Yelp
Super cool lay back Mellow place. They got me hooked as they serve Guinness (can) but that's cool. I felt a little hungry at 9:00 pm and they were 6 mins away. Other restaurants were open but I wanted a mellow place. I knew I was in a good place when I asked if I could get some dinner. The guy watching the door said no man we can't. Lol crazy. Oh I got a smash burger with sweet potato fries. Bam I barely took a sip of my Guinness. There is a surf shop for some awesome swag. But I wasn't looking tonight. The vibe here reminds me of Friends. Who would I like to see hmmmm young Joey. Oh the chairs are a sky blue sturdy slat chair like the kind at the beach very comfortable
google avatar

Yelp
Very cool beachy vibe. The drinks and food were good. I had the veggie tacos which had fried avocados. I wasn't sure if they would be too heavy but the fried avocado was actually surprisingly light. The salsa verde sauce on the table was delicious. The service was just ok but they were really busy on a Saturday afternoon.

Yelp
Stopped in after arriving in town. Food was very good. Service was nice and quick. Friendly atmosphere.

Yelp
Only a quick stop in here for a to-go daiquiri. They had at least a dozen flavors. was a hit. Service was quick and the bartender recommended the most popular flavor. The Tropicaloda was a hit- a mix of Tropical Punch and Pina Colada. There is a second story balcony that would be great for a lunch spot where you can people watch!

Kendra M.

Yelp
Loved this bar!!! Great drinks and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food!!! Will definitely be back the next time I make it to New Orleans!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent spot with great bartenders that are attentive, talkative and respectful. And the food was amazing as well. A cool spot to chill and watch the game. 10/10 all the way around. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Lucy's is a great spot for all ages! I've gone and posted up at the bar and had great food, drinks and conversation (the nachos are sooo good!) and I've also brought my family and little nephew here and they are obsessed! The service is always wonderful and the food is bar food but elevated! The quality and flavors are incredible - and you can't forget about the delicious drinks!

Yelp
Drinks only: my wife and I were walking on a 90° day and they had the most amazing coconut margarita on the rocks for my wife, and a somewhat generic frozen margarita out of a machine for me. They were very friendly on a rather slow day. Often times, on a slow day restaurant folks are somewhat dismissive and not friendly, but this place was perfect.

Yelp
Went here to see what the hype was all about. The restaurant was extremely crowded and super hot. A definite tourist spot. It was taco Tuesday and they had tacos ranging from $2-$4 and $5 Margaritas. I ordered the shrimp tacos and chicken tacos. When they bring your order they mixed the entire table tacos together which wasn't good. I also ordered the nachos which were very messy but a good kind of messy. The $5 Margarita wasn't worth it. We ended up just ordering from the regular drink menu. A lot of tourist were taking the scorpion shot while the staff cheered them on. I think this is a popular thing to do but I wasn't that brave. The staff was struggling to keep up with the demand. They were hustling trying to please everyone. The food was pretty good but the drinks especially the margaritas could use some help.

Yelp
the service was great all things considered, NY Day. The food was not their best at all. i don't like giving 2 stars at all; we ordered the chicken quesadilla and shredded chicken tacos w/chips and salsa. 2 house margaritas. the shredded chicken tacos were awful. no flavor and the chicken looked old. the quesadillas were sub par. i wouldn't visit this place for food but for a drink.

Yelp
Great neighborhood bar vibes. Solid bartenders and selection. Highly recommend you're close!

Yelp
We came here just for some cold alcoholic beverages and the outside tables. The bar tender was great and friendly. He made me a yummy coconut margarita, which I now want to copy when I get back home. So good. I would come back for drinks.
google avatar

Yelp
Most of the food was good. I'd recommend the serious nachos with taco meat (some of the chips were heavy on the salt but not all) I got gulf fish sandwich blackened which was pretty good. My friend said the tacos were good, but those seasonal veggies were nasty with a lingering "spoiled-like" taste... not sure if it's because we dined that later in the evening or not, but we couldn't finish eating the veggies. The server was friendly and service was great. I would return again.

JoAnn C.

Yelp
We got there after 9p so they were not serving from the full menu but at least we got their "Bar Snacks" which the Buffalo wings were good but the chicken tenders were tough. Has a cool vibe... part sports bar and tiki bar feel.
google avatar

Chris S.

Yelp
Busy bar with good food. Inside and outside seating available. Reasonable prices. When there we ordered food at counter and they texted us when it was ready for pick up. End of some of the Mardi Gras parade routes.
google avatar

Munzer Q.

Yelp
It's an iconic spot on Tchoupitoulas in the warehouse district. Cool vibe with great food and cocktails. It's a fun spot to hang at.

Yelp
This restaurant was within walking distance to our hotel and recommended by the staff. We went to dinner Monday night. Upon entering we asked the host what did he recommend. He suggested a pork plate. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was helpful and attentive, Someone in my party did indeed order the suggested pork plate and loved it. I went with the shrimp po boy. It was just okay. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant is decorated with a beach/surf theme and bright colors.

Kate K.

Yelp
Maybe this was a bad night, but....service was so slow. Had to ask if we had a server. Everyone walked by without a word. Drinks served with wasteful plastic decor. Many other options nearby that are better.
google avatar

Shelby Z.

Yelp
Lucy's wasn't our original plan, but was given to us as a recommendation when our planned choice wasn't serving food. It was honestly a nice change from the Cajun scene and had a different feel to it. Sitting here made me feel like I was dining right by a tropical beach, frozen drink in one hand and delicious food in another. We came here during the weekend and it seemed to be a pretty popular place; I got the impression that it turns more into a bar scene later in the night vs a standard restaurant. What I also loved was that it felt more of a local spot rather than touristy... Don't get me wrong, I love the French Quarter, but it was nice to spend some time in other parts of the city, too!!

Yelp
Really cool vibe and fun place to hang out. Drinks were awesome and fun. Do the scorpion shot it's not as bad as you think!!!

Kristen B.

Yelp
Fun ambience. Great service. The food was hot and delicious. Ordered a regular margarita and it was perfect!

Yelp
Go on Tues for Taco Tuesday and discounted drinks. Otherwise the service & food is mediocre for NOLA palates.
google avatar

Angie W.

Yelp
My husband and I met a friend here for lunch on a Monday. Staff were friendly and attentive. The place is casual and reminded me of a Margaritaville style. Food was good. Decent proportions. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. My husband had an entree salad that was good. I would go there again.

Beverly C.

Yelp
This place is so fun. Great drinks and fun atmosphere. Our bartender Tristan was wonderful. He kept our drinks full and with entertainment. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in town.

Yelp
The most fun we've had as a fam in a long while! Chose this place because it's known to be very dog friendly- and I'd come back everyday so we could all dine together. But also for the very fun drink menu- perfect for celebrating our visit with our daughter- Order the Shark Attack just for the IG of the mermaid in the bloody water Ceviche was surprisingly good- and refreshing- for a decent price. Tacos, Juicy Lucy birder and shrimp basket all solid. This place is all about the fun, the dogs (outside) and the drinks- fantastic service too Makes you want to be here!

Anthony M.

Yelp
I've always been greeted with a smile and some form of joyous welcome phrase. I've also always never disliked anything I've eaten here. It's a bar so guess what..... you get bar food. And it's good bar food and you'll like it. The decor is exactly as it should be, nice little exterior courtyard area in back for those few days throughout the year that it isn't too hot to sit in a bricked area blocked on 4 sides and typically direct overhead sunlight and no escape from the humidity. Otherwise stay inside and enjoy the wall hangings and the sounds. Really you should try it. Oh and they have smash burger on the menu right now that is spot on.

Julie K.

Yelp
Lee was fabulous!!!!!! Would love to come again! Great food, great service he even walked us girls back to our hotel at 7:30 in the evening! Great guy to talk to also!
