It was a horrible experience! I booked with them seven months before my travel date, yet they changed and canceled my booking four times. The last change was just two days before my trip, and I only found out by chance! They didn’t even bother to send me any notification about the cancellation. I called them and was kept on hold for half an hour, only for the agent to answer with complete carelessness and indifference, saying: “We have no alternatives, the flights are fully booked, you’ll have to request a refund.”
When I asked for the ticket’s cost or compensation, they claimed I wasn’t entitled to any refund! This caused serious problems at work — two weeks of my leave were canceled, I lost money, and worst of all, I still haven’t seen my family, whom I was planning to visit after seven years apart.
What you did was truly outrageous!
