Food was delicious but service was Very slow we had to wait very long for our food. They need more personnel. Only 2 waitress on a saturday evening!!! Hopefully they realize that and get some help before people stop going there anymore

I ordered a shrimp and octopus cocktail and they ended up bringing me a watered down ceviche(shrimp wasn’t even gutted ) in a bowl with bad squishy octopus almost looked fake, service was slow even though we were basically the only ones there. The guy doing karaoke was singing nothing but very boring sad music for a Saturday night. Most likely never coming back.

First time coming here the food was super delicious the staff was friendly very clean place family owned restaurant we had a party of 10 and everyone enjoyed the food no complaints they had live entertainment that was enjoyable definitely coming back: some of the favorites were the agua de Chile sushi roll and Tierra y mar roll the oysters tasted fresh and the agua de Chile with the red sauce was a fam favorite

In my opinion this is one restaurant that is worth to go if you're or live in the Pomona area, the food was delicious and comes in good portions. The concept is new for me, but I liked the idea of having Mexican food along with sushi. The menu has several options and yes, they do serve beer. One of the things I liked was the live entertainment that they offer, I had the opportunity to meet with Ringo Tobar! The show starts at 6 p.m. every Saturday and they have karaoke nights at 9 p.m. my kids enjoyed their show

The food was delicious and fresh, with generous portions. We enjoyed a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Everything was exceptional, I really enjoyed the family atmosphere.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICES FROM A GIRL WITH BRIGHT YELLOW EYESHADOW WORKING TONIGHT. Asked for her name and she refused, she also stated she just didn't feel like giving me her name or any manager information. Please get your workers straight and give them some customer service classes. She didn't give me her name she was working tonight with bright yellow eyeshadow, she was also on her phone during her shift...

Excelent customer service! Every time I come in everyone is very kind. Also very family friendly. Every time I come in I get kind service with great food. I definitely recommend this to everyone. The micheladas are tasty as are the oyesters.

Great authentic food but unfortunately the poor customer service and lack of client acknowledgement will be reason I will not to return to this establishment. My party and I wanted to order more items but the mesera failed to follow up on us. Perhaps Uber eats or door dash would be a better alternative.

This is by far the best Mexican food with a twist! The service is pretty fast the servers are really nice

Good food, ruined by poor attention to detail and poor communication. I have a long order history here (approaching 80 orders) via delivery services. I charged back 1 order because it was the only option that Ubereats gave me and the order was WRONG. On my very next order, the restaurant canceled the order rather than attempting to clarify, and/or move on etc. I called and spoke to the owner, who understandably is protecting his business, but foolishly not taking care of the customer. He'd rather defend his restaurant's non-performance, than pay for the restaurants mistakes and make it right with the customer. The kind of owner who delivers half an order and expects to be paid for "the part I got right". I didn't order half an order or half a performance. You deliver everything that was ordered or you don't deliver what was ordered. What's worse is the owner defending his restaurants non-performance, before he even understands it. Management would rather be right, than get it right.

Great food and a lowkey spot. Owner is very involved and cares about his restaurant. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Beware they charge $5.95 to use credit/ATM cards. Not posted anywhere. Food was average. Had the fish ceviche.

Best ceviche in town. I get the cup of ceviche and a agua chile verde tostada and mix it all up. Can't go wrong

Found this place on Ubereats yesterday, the food was so good we went today in person to see what else they had. Pricing is really good considering seafood can be expensive. Alejandra, welcomed us and served us the whole time, Not only was she attentive but she was super nice. Pricing, taste and service 10/10. My new seafood spot for sure.

This is my 3-4th time here! I have to say, Great quality seafood, I've never seen sushi with chicken and beef before! It's definitely something new and it's delicious!!

The food is ok however the service horrible, we went for lunch we were the only ones in the restaurant so they can say they were buy, the waitress didn't look to clean and we were drinking Modelos I would order another round of Modelos and the waitresses would only take the beer to my BF I had to ask her for me beer twice, when we ask for the check she told us if you are paying with credit card you need to get up and pay, we did and I ask why can't we pay at the table like any other restaurant she responded is because when you pay with a card we charge 4% extra, we ended up paying cash, I would never go back it was so hot inside no AC, I'm giving them 1 star because I can't do any less

Totally disappointed today, I had ordered the Mojarra en Ajo. Problem is that my fish had "ZERO" garlic on it. I had asked for extra limes, I guess this restaurant didn't like that I asked for some. So, they didn't add one lime at all to my order. Then my two containers where my ceviche was in, were bent and the ceviche was warm. Never going to order from them again.

I was too lazy to drive up to a restaurant so I Ubered my food. I wanted ceviche so this place popped up! I ordered the shrimp ceviche tostada, gobernador, and shrimp empanadas. Everything was good. The shrimp ceviche was great, but they didn't add a tostada so I ate it like a cocktail.

Food is not bad, Customer service is horrible. We come here pretty often and service is worse every time. This waitress gets annoyed by any little thing. She acts like we're eating for free. We're gonna have to stop coming if service doesn't get better.

Service here is slow and take like forever to get attended and yeah their only one waitress taking all the order and drinks idkwhy they don't get more personnel it's good food and delicious sushi and they have the best salsas with chips Camaros a La Diablavery good and should get it is very good

Food was delicious, everything we order was so good our plates were absolutely empty. Christopher's customer service was excellent too handling cash, taking orders and making sure food to go was complete. Definitely coming back!

My husband and I went in on a Sunday night. I ordered Camarones Costa Azul and a Michelada. Our food came out fast. Besides my husband and I, there was 2 girls in a table across from us. My michelada tasted too much like Chile , I did not finish it. The food was decent. I liked that they include a baked potato in the dish, that was very good! Perhaps my husband and I will stop by another time to give it one last shot.

I never leave reviews but I'm irritated as hell because the customer service is so bad, there was only 3 tables this waitress needed to attend to including us and has only checked on us once. Never checks in on anybody! It's ridiculous that I have to get up to ask for a refill on my drink!!! Isn't this a restaurant??? We literally have to wave her down just so she can come! Even then she ignores everyone!! I've been here 3 times, same waitress same trash service that she gives! How is she still here??? Train your staff better or hire people that actually want to work for their tips or send her to wash dishes or clean the dam toilet! The young man is good though, on top of it! Hire more people like him please and thank you! Get rid of her! I recommend her working behind the scenes not with people cause she's terrible, no offense!

I do not recommend checking the hours; they are incorrect. They have the hours posted; however, when I arrived, they were closed. I drive an hour to get here at 9:20 pm Sunday because they close at 11 pm supposedly, and they were closed. Honestly, this is frustrating.

I got my food delivered so I cannot review the service for dining inside this restaurant. However the food I received was delicious! Every bite is perfect because it is seasoned so well. I ordered the red aguachiles and the shrimp ceviche. I eat out a lot and hardly leave reviews but this deserves it and I will definitely be eating here again.

This place is a good authentic Sinaloense Seafood and Sushi. This is authentic Sinaloense not Japanese sushi, if that's what ur looking for this place is not for you since it's a fusion. I'm surprised with the low rating for this place because it's delicious authentic Sinaloense food. Food was really good, we were a large group and food came out around the same time for most. Fresh seafood was fresh authentic and delish!! I had a sushi and it was amazing. Limonada was very good, my daughter had a gobernador taco and we've had better. For the most part food was very good, service was also good waitress was very nice and attentive. I took off the star because of my daughters taco and they don't have their alcohol license yet. Seafood lovers know we need a beer to pair perfectly with our seafood. Will definitely be back when visiting southern Cali again.

Pretty good and authentic food. The service was decent, but waited about 35 mins to receive our order. Portions are a little on the small side. My bf had 2 plates. 2 botanas. 1 mixta with very little callo (what he went for) so he ordered a separate one with pure callo. I had the Camarones roca. Those were delicious. They don't sell alcohol . Come on its mariscos! They also said we can't take beer but I guess that rule doesn't apply to celebrities or IG celebrities. Pero con tal de propaganda les vale. Con dinero baila el perro. I'd go back for the camarones though. Prices were ok I guess Botana mixta Botana de callo Camarones roca 2 coke bottles $77.00

It's not the first time we buy from this place but today we ordered something different. Today I ordered a Dubai roll and a fried Mar y Tierra roll and they were just perfect. I actually wanted more lol. My husband ordered a al mojo de ajo fried mojarra and he loved it was surprise of how big it was plus for sides salad, rice and a potato. Love how there was salt, pepper, tapatío, lime, utensils and napkins. Not like some places that will not give you all that when you order to go . Definitely it the go place at least once a week .

Currently here bad , slow service the food is not out yet and been here 25 minutes . The waitress looks like she just woke up and came order a strawberry lemonade and it's fake cool aid made . The fresh oysters have not even came out totally fail

Their green aguachiles are simply the best. I had no problem eating them. The spice level is perfect. They do serve them with callo de hacha running right down the middle of the plate. That's really up to preference.

Omg the seafood here is amazing!! The green aguachiles son mis favoritos and the ceviche my zoster likes the sushi too im not big on it! And the kid options are minimal but work for even my picky daughter.

It was okay. Their IG page made my expectations too high. We ordered at 419 got everything by 440pm. Wasn't bad ... there was 3 other tables here so they weren't busy. Micheladas are basic, nothing special . The oyster shots were warm ... idk why. The tamarindo drink was good and the tostadas were decent. The sushi was surprisingly good . Quesadillas , i can make better ones at home , and it would have been cheaper. I would eat here again if i has too.. but i won't go out of my way to come eat here. Saw a lot of negative reviews about servers .. they were nice . Greeted us and checked on us once.

Not a big fan of sushi, but let me tell you, went to this restaurant and got some of the sushi they offer, and it's just really good, my fam asks me to take sushi from this place twice a month, definitely recommend.

IG pictures sure did fool me Arriving to the restaurant there was only about 4 to 5 tables with people sitting on them. I was looking at their menu, and they didn't serve any alcohol like the pictures they have posted on Instagram with the shrimp and chamoy on the beer. So I said; no problem, I have a coke. Food took over 45 minutes to come and they forgot to bring half of the food to the table till my husband called the waitress over. One of the tacos was burned and the food was really salty and disgusting! I will NEVER come here again! VERY disappointed the "live" music sucked too!

This place is amazing!. Incredible cheap but the best of all is the food the service is good but it's worth it also they offer comedy shows from time to time.

Worst service ever. There was only one other table, those of whom arrived AFTER US, and yet they took a whole hr to bring our food. We asked for the check to pay for our beverages because we were tired of waiting and the Waitress comes over and says the cook already had our food ready and she was just waiting for the oyster shots and said the cook offered to give us half off our food otherwise they would throw the food away. We decided to stay as long as our food was out within the next 5 minutes, which it was, and the food was good, a very small portion but good. When the check comes we only got a 15% off discount on our food excluding the drinks, which were charged separately. It also took her 30 mins to get our drinks out to us and forgot part of our order. Definitely will not be coming back anytime soon.

This is the worst place I have ever came for food. Service sucked, I waited for over 45 minutes for food that wasn't even good. I had to cancel part of my order since it took too long and friends of mine had already finished eating the food that did come in on time. The pictures of the food are made to confuse you on the price. We paid $75 for a small platter of mixed food. No where on the menu is anything priced like that. I strongly recommend against this location.

First time being there & the sea food is amazing specially the juicy flavored aguachiles

My husband found this place on IG. Must try when in So.CA. We had dinner and the food was fresh and delicious. The michelada were really good. We told the waitress that it was our first time there and she was really nice and helpful. We ordered and got our food really fast.

Anytime you have an extended wait time it impacts your overall perception of the food. We ordered a botana de agua chile, un molcajete, y un plato de camarones. The molcajete and plato de camarones came within 10 minutes of ordering. The botana on the other hand took 45 minutes to come out. (I timed it) We all ordered horchatas and we all finished them. But not once did anyone ask us if we wanted a refill haha. Table full of empty cups and chipless. The karaoke host had some invites these older ladies. They started to bust it open when the host put on cumbias it was quite a sight. Lol Overall they had music karaoke and a banda, the food was ok, the service was terrible, the portions didnt quite much the pricing. if you want to wait along time for decent food then this is the place for you. Otherwise hit another mariscos joint. Luizons came w/ the weak! Lol

This place is bomb! I always order big ceviche trays for my gatherings and it's always a hit. I've also ordered sushi and campechanas and tacos de pescado and they always deliver satisfying plates. I really recommend this place to everyone and the prices are great. Thank you Luizon for your service and great mariscos.

1 star because it was open through pandemic. We get it things are different but come on step up your game on Costumer Service. We were seated and no one came to our table until 23min later (timed) to offer drinks and hand us a menu. There was only 7 tables with customers and 2 waitress. The waitress need to communicate with each other. One of the waitresses (short blond, with the new mommy (BBL) is all about her and only her tables. She is not a team player will leave her tables dirty for the other waitress to clean them and as soon as she would see people seating she would then run and take over. Our waitress was nice and apologized for our wait time but unfortunately my children's order was taken incorrectly and they had to wait another 15min on top of the 20 min we waited for our food. No condiments offered nor tostadas for ceviche oh and don't expect for them to come back and ask is your food ok do you need anything else.

I give this restaurant on an overall experience a 3 star. Upon arriving I was seated and I got warm chips and salsa which were very good. It was upsetting that their aguas were not homemade. I received the menu which has a lot of items to choose from. My waitress service was mediocre I went on to order my food a quesadilla de governador, tostada de ceviche w callo And a guamuchilito roll My quesadilla was good I liked the salsa they served along with it My tostada was pretty good except the callo was way over cooked in the lemon juice I had trouble distinguishing it at first do to the greyish color My sushi roll was good except that it was on the warmer side and it was supposed to be a natural roll so I was expecting a roll more on the cold side. The walls are plain which take away from the comfort zone And the bathroom was gross even tho it was clean. I would however give this place another try

The food was very good. Best table salsa I've had in a long time. I went for lunch. Not recommended for lunch because they really aren't prepared for a lunch crowd. I have a feeling they are more popular for dinner. Ceviche with octopus was delish! Don't go here expecting 4 star service. It does have that authentic feel. I love that. It felt good sitting inside the old Xochimilco restaurant. I will return for the sushi. The selections are unique and have me very interested in going back.
