Luka's has their burger and fries down to a science. A blend of sirloin and chuck seems to be a key factor, but the kitchen is expertly skilled at churning out consistently great food. The only gripe I'd have is their shucker for $1 oyster Monday isn't so skillful, as our dozen had loads of shell bittles and no juice remaining. Aside from that, their ability to produce excellent food repeatedly had made us repeat customers going on close to 15 years.
