The Best Seafood in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"The seafood from Luke’s at the front of Fashion Show is sustainable and traceable, using ethically minded practices. The lobster roll is a must-order on each visit, but if returning to Luke’s, give the shrimp roll or the crab roll a try. For a taste at home, grab a DIY roll kit or seafood by the pound." - Janna Karel

Good portion of lobster meat in a toasted yet very soft roll. We chose the lobster flight selection, really enjoying the spicy honey butter flavour, but didn't get much flavour from the very subtle lemon and truffle rolls. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Located in a park between the Park MGM and New York New York, this food truck is a very cool spot of the weather is nice outside. There is ample seating in the area. Here’s the good - the lobster roll and clam chowder were tasty. I found the 4 ounce lobster roll to be plenty when paired with the soup. Here’s the bad (why it’s not 5 star) - this is the most expensive food truck I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to hundreds (I love food trucks). For a family of four, you could easily spend $120 - $150 - which just seems high - even for Vegas. So if the weather is nice and you want to escape the casino - this is a great spot. Just be prepared to open your wallet.

My favorite casual dining spot in Vegas! I love that there's a gluten free roll option. The bread is super soft and fluffy and the seafood is always delicious. My favorite is the lobster roll with Mike's Hot Honey.

It's a nice novel idea to be served from a shack with lobster pots outside. There was a short queue whilst we waited. The cob was filled full of lobster & tasted really good. Certainly, it was not cheap at $30, but it was on The Strip. There were a few benches & tables nearby, where you could just enjoy your food & relax. The kettle chips & can of Coke were a nice addition.

The best lobster rolls in Vegas, BAR NONE! I prefer the warm buttered lobster rolls, so I get those, but they seem to specialize in the chilled lobster rolls with mayo as well. I’m a big fan of the lemon butter and seasoning that they put on it and the toast on the bun is just right. I used to frequent Lobster Me at the Venetian but now I only come to Luke’s!

It was a lot of Tail meat but it is a good blend of tail and claw meat! Pictured is the 8oz Connecticut roll which is a cold meat, mayonnaise on a toasted roll, drizzled with melted butter. 10/10 recommend!

Second time at Luke’s. First time outside Maine. Rolls were solid. Not a fan of the spicy honey roll. Sweet lobster was not in my bingo card and I would not recommend it. Truffle was a big win for me.

I took a quick look at the menu. I usually only get the lobster rolls that are warm, but I had heard such good things about this. The price was worth it. Lobster Roll Flight was my choice. I was informed it came cold but I was so excited I wanted to try it. My 70 year old mother was also with me. She is gluten free. She also got the Trio but with no bread. They were happy to assist to make sure she could enjoy the meal. The three rolls that come in the Trio flight are three 2oz half rolls. Lemon butter, spicy honey butter, and Truffle butter. We put in our order and took a seat. The location is a "food truck" parked in a pretty park. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a beautiful day in Vegas. It took a few minutes for the order. We didn't have anyone in line in front of us when we ordered, so there is a good amount of work going into the food. It was brought out by the individual who took our order. The sampler came with chips and a drink. I started with the lemon butter roll and just let my eyes roll up into my head. I am from the Midwest so I don't indulge in seafood often. This was delicious. The spicy honey butter was good but had a nice spicy bite to it. My absolute favorite was the Truffle butter. It was divine. My mother enjoyed her lobster without the bread. She thought the spicy honey butter was too spicy, so , oh darn I had to eat it.
