"Luke’s Lobster has become a pretty big chain, with a few locations around New York, plus spots in cities across the country. They serve Maine-style lobster rolls - meaning the meat is chilled and served on a split top bun with a little mayo and lemon butter - and it’s still one of the better lobster rolls you can find in the city. A lobster lover, I was happy to see Luke's Lobster Cakes in our local Whole Foods. Doubly happy to see a USA (Maine) company sharing lobster products across the USA. However, the Lobster Cakes were a disappointment, consisting almost exclusively of breading and spices. No small or large chunks of lobster, and honestly, I couldn't taste ground lobster in the breading. I hope Luke's will check on this, fix it, and succeed with the Lobster Cakes (and other products distributed across the USA). I haven't given up on Luke's, a USA company...
