A lobster lover, I was happy to see Luke's Lobster Cakes in our local Whole Foods. Doubly happy to see a USA (Maine) company sharing lobster products across the USA. However, the Lobster Cakes were a disappointment, consisting almost exclusively of breading and spices. No small or large chunks of lobster, and honestly, I couldn't taste ground lobster in the breading. I hope Luke's will check on this, fix it, and succeed with the Lobster Cakes (and other products distributed across the USA). I haven't given up on Luke's, a USA company...
