They will lie to protect their own.
About a week ago, my wife's coffee was made with cold brew instead of the regular white mocha. No big deal, I asked if I could have it done the right way, and even offered to pay for it. Which I did the second time they made the drink wrong.
Quite simple:
Iced white mocha.
2 % milk,
2 Splenda,
Regular creme,
Pumpkin cold foam.
This final time they made my wife's drink, they put simple syrup in the drink, I know, because my wife gets sick and vomits, and vomit she did.
So when we called to talk about it, not even asking for a replacement, we were shocked at the response. She lied about the syrup, claiming to gave looked on the cameras and talk to her crew on group chat about it.
Another point I'd like to make, all 4 times I came to this store I was charged 2 or 3 different prices for the same drink. and I have receipts for proof.
So why was I charged 2 or 3 different prices for the same drink? I order the same thing every time, and every time it's different. Why?
Because it was made wrong.
Apparently, stepping up to talk about something made wrong is a big no no here, as my wife was told by the manager to "stop coming, or order something else."
Needless to say, I won't be coming back. And everywhere I go, I'm sharing my story of this place. The public needs to know.
