Hidden Jem in Downtown Florence As someone who visits coffee shops everywhere I go, I was thrilled to discover Lulu's Coffee Company while in Florence, South Carolina for a training. Nestled in the heart of downtown, this coffee shop is a true hidden gem. The space is beautiful, featuring exposed brick walls, airy windows with great street views, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making the experience even better, and the coffee itself is fantastic—smooth, rich, and expertly crafted. Lulu's has that rare combination of great people, great coffee, and a great setting, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised to find such a warm and inviting coffee spot in downtown Florence. Highly recommend!

Great People! I was not having a good day when I came in and I thought I added cold foam to my order. when they brought the receipt I didnt add it and said okay I forgot so definitely my fault. but the cashier said, well you clearly wanted it so we can add it on there☺️ super friendly and very yummy food!

Recently the quality of the coffee has gone down noticeably. Also, they put whipped cream on my cappuccino the last time I was there. So maybe some better training for the baristas and some higher quality materials? Hope this can get better because the location is great we really need a nice coffee shop downtown and this fits the bill. As long as mediocre coffee is OK by you.

Great experience at this coffee shop! Went during lunchtime for a pick-me-up and there was no wait. Good food and coffee selections on the menu. Shop had a great atmosphere for studying, working, or just hanging out. There is wi-fi there as well. I got a salted caramel iced latte and the flavor was very good. I will definitely return here!

Great spot in the downtown area! I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for a coffee and quick bite to eat. The barrista who rang me up, and made both my drink and food, was so sweet and helpful! She made me feel welcome and appreciated. It was a great start to my day. I ordered a rose iced latte with oat milk and a BLT croissant. Each item was terrific and the prices were good too! The croissant was a good size (not too much, but just the right amount) and was nice and warm with lots of flavor. The coffee was not too sweet and was a good morning pick me up. The location is nice, clean, and well suited for a downtown location. It seemed to be a spot for local college students and workers from surrounding businesses, which made sense because if I lived locally, I'd go in to do work with a nice coffee and bite to eat. When I visit again, I'll definitely stop in!

So good! Croissant sandwich was delicious and tasted homemade. Coffee is also great, not too sweet and you can taste the espresso. Glad I don’t live here or I’d spend too much money.

It was my first time here I ordered a spiced chai latte and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely be back. Thank you.

Maybe it was the latte. But me and my friend ordered 2 different flavors and they were both really sweet until the ice watered it down a bit. Tasted more like condensed milk than coffee.
