Happy to drive up & see Megan & Luke every morning smiling with my tasty locally Roasted cup of goodness in hand. Now that is Service with a smile. Lulu's always offers online orders for there own Coffee Roasted blends. Or if find them over on the corner of Pacific Avenue downtown Santa Cruz for Coffee, juices, pastries, sandwiches & so much more. Love them.

This lower review isn’t for the products or baristas at Lulus. Lulus has the best scones, tasty drinks, and nice staff. The problem is that they are constantly out of items. I think it took me 5 times of going there to finally get their New Orleans style drink, and I’ve been there once where I heard someone say “we’re out of that” to the first 4 things someone ordered. Management needs to plan their orders better. Or at least have signs up so customers will know what they don’t have before they wait in a long line.

Just had a delicious vegetarian breakfast sandwich & for the first time ever tried a bowl of soul hot tea drink… it was so good!! The person In charge was very accommodating & cool as a cucumber handling each person who came in. Pleasant and cozy decor.

I’m hoping (and assuming) that my experience was just a one-off here, but I’m hesitant to try again. Ordered a couple of cappuccinos, and they tasted like frothed milk and practically nothing else. My girlfriend and I remarked that it tasted like they used drip coffee rather than espresso, it was so weak — and for $5 each, that was pretty sad. The service was decently quick, though.

One of the only drive-thru coffee shops in town. (The other one is their midtown location) They have perfected the art of the coffee cart. Delicious drinks, a few hot sandwiches, and yummy baked goods.

Very nice, Great drinks but a little pricey. It's a cute 2 person standing in a booth coffee drive thru. Try it once

the barista was super nice and gave us recs about santa cruz, im very happy about our drinks and the sous vide eggsnack, the drinks were a bit uneven but delicious nonetheless very nice place tbh, recommend stopping by and buy
