What a delightful evening we had! Each dish was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. Every dish was packed with very unique flavours and tasted amazing. All the waiters were also incredibly friendly! Would certainly return if I was ever back in Nantes again. Merci beaucop

Always stay of with the negatives: - architecture is not our thing but hey not too negative... - 1 person had some bones in the fish fillet 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️ The rest was superb! Really almost deserves 2* - excellent service, lovely apéritifs - the amuse bouches were amazing - starters for each of mackerel for me and lobster for my better half - 2nd fish dish of sardines - the lieu jaune with such lovely pepper sauces and purée! - palette cleanser (herbal sorbet) - Raspberry/chocolate desserts 😋

Thank you for letting me have a happy birthday meal here! The oyster is extremely wonderful. The bread, butter and olive oil are also very good! Thanks again for all your effort and these delicious food. I would like to have a birthday meal at your restaurant again ;)

An amazing experience. Every detail is taken care of, from explaining the collaboration on making the bread to the butter to every part of the dish. The explanation of the wine is interesting and told passionately. At this point I have not even talk about the food. The food is simply amazing, every single thing is perfect. An amazing experience that is definitely worth the money.

Really Hard to complain in fairness, absolute fine food from local providers. Good client service from the personal. Champagne must be served a tiny bit colder though.
