Be careful of the bleached benches and chairs. The place is beautiful, nice places to sit and relax everywhere. Great shopping and eating spot. Unfortunately my toddler sat on a rocking chair that was recently disinfected with pure bleach. Ruined her clothes. I wouldn’t normally smell a chair in a public setting but the bleach smell was apparent after I noticed the effect on her clothes.

A charming shopping center filled with delightful family-owned shops. On a winter evening, our curiosity led us inside, where we discovered unique treasures and enjoyed engaging conversations with the friendly shopkeepers.

This is a really cute shopping center. We mainly came here because it was one of the filming locations for The Summer I Turned Pretty. Unfortunately we were too late to hit the shops but got a chance to look around.

My husband and I received a gift card for KIPOS, we made reservations (a must) for Saturday evening. When we arrived, we opted to sit at the bar for dinner. The vibe of this place was so inviting, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. We had appetizers, instead of a full dinner. The zucchini stack, pita with Tsatsiki and pork belly bites were plenty and delicious, especially if you are wanting dessert! Baklava , and Key Lime pie... outrageous. Topped everything off with an espresso ambrosia martini, and left a very happy girl. The prices are a little high, but the quality of the food , the service and the atmosphere is well worth it. I would consider this place a destination for a special occasion. Well worth the hour and 15 minute drive!!

had a fantastic breakfast here, the scrambled eggs were fire. my waitress Theresa was super helpful and made it a great morning!

Lots of shops from Men's clothing to decor for your home. They've added some great restaurants in the last couple of years.

It’s cute. Definitely a higher end shopping area. Most clothing is $300 or more.

Lumina Station is a beautiful shopping and eating place near Wrightsville Beach. They have a nightlife scene at 1900, and several delicious restaurants. This is an upscale place and is pricey for food and shops but if that is what you are looking for you will love it. There is free parking which is nice and beautiful trees and a pond. There are office buildings in there, too. If you are looking for a nice little place to walk around and to grab a bite to eat, definitely try out Brasserie Du Soleil , Grand Cru, 1900, or Portland Grille.

Nicest shopping center in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area featuring independently owned upscale specialty shops and restaurants.

I have been paying premium rent there for years and like clockwork the elevator breaks down 1-2x a week. They make tens of thousands in rent monthly and refuse to fix this! I've lost handicap clients, I've hurt myself carting heavy things up the stairs. It may be a prime location but the maintenance is shotty at best!

What a beautiful set up! This is THE swanky shopping area of Wilmington. Located on the way to Wrightsville Beach, these white buildings are filled with unique boutiques and cafes. Port City Java, Monkees, Paysage, Pink Tickles (I think that's the name) and several other shops are all bursting with collector items and items fashionistas will go ape shit over. Truly, this is a fantastic place to spend an afternoon. Be sure to expect high prices for the designer lables and antiques. Lumina Station is not for those on a strict budget. There is plenty of parking, as well.

I'm all in for small biz swankiness! This is exactly what you will find here. A beautifully gracious setup with attention to finesse. While I only visited one store during my mini tour, I felt very much as peace with the harmony of the stores and the quality of selection.

Lumina Station is a great shopping complex situated between Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington. A car is a must to reach the complex but once there everything is within walking distance. The shops are varied and the prices pretty reasonable. Everything can be found from clothes and footwear to exquisite, and expensive jewellery right down to the cheap and cheerful, fun jewellery that applies to the many students in the area. There is good choice of places to grab a coffee and a snack, as all that shopping can be quite tiring. For a really nice welcome break try Port City Java for delicious coffee from a vast selection and a yummy wrap and muffin.
