Visiting Lummi Island was a truly special experience — made even more meaningful because one of my best friends owns a place there. This quiet, scenic island feels like a world away from the noise of daily life. Surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, it offers breathtaking coastal views, peaceful forests, and a calm, unhurried pace that instantly puts you at ease.
Whether walking along the rocky shores, enjoying the ferry ride over, or simply sitting outside and taking in the sunsets, every moment on the island felt genuine and grounding. The sense of community is warm and welcoming, and the landscape has a timeless charm that’s hard to find elsewhere.
Lummi Island is one of those places that captures your heart quietly — it’s not about flashy attractions but about connection, nature, and simplicity. Visiting because of my friend gave it an even deeper personal meaning, and it’s a place I’ll always remember fondly.
