Luna Grill Poway

Stopped in at Luna Grill after picking up some fossilized algae from Leslie's Pool supplies. Ordered the following: Step 1: Chicken Step 2: Fries and Greek Salad Step 3: Schug For drink in had the fountain diet coke. Food was very good. Ate all of it except for a few of the fries that became soggy in the chicken juices. I must say that chicken cannot be made more perfect than the dish I had. My only critique is that I would swap the fries and salad location. That was some the fries are not in the chicken juices...or ask for fries on separate dish.... The manager came by each of the customers to ask if all was okay. I like to see the pride of a manager to his trade. I will stop by here again. Enjoy

NEVER going back here again. Just brought home a large to-go order, including a $14.79 Greek salad with chicken...that included no chicken. This amounts to stealing in my opinion. Please try any of the other great restaurants in the neighborhood and avoid this place.

I give this Luna Grill 10/5 stars. The customer service here is exceptional, particularly Maria. I live in Del Mar and prefer to go to the Poway location. The food is excellent and very fresh and the wait time is very minimal. The staff would check in if we needed anything and they even brought some hot pita while we were waiting, which is above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Maria and your team for top notch customer service. Your beautiful energy, spectacular customer service, and your genuine hospitality made for an extremely impactful experience, one that you will never forget. I highly recommend this Luna Grill. Thank you again for your great customer service. I also work in customer service and to see others out there putting their heart into what they do goes a very long way and holds a special place in my heart.

Came to Luna Grill and immediately welcomed by the staff such a welcoming environment, placed my order and it came out quick. The food looks very appetizing. Will definitely come back again.10/10

First time here and it was wonderful!! Yummy food, I had salmon plate with rice and salad. The best part was the service!! Lorraine was super helpful with explaining the menu and Maria came by our table several time to say hi and check if we needed anything. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Walked into a welcoming smile from Maria and very helpful to get my kids to use their words and walked them through the order! Thank you Maria for brining a smile to my face on a rough day a moment that I will not forget! Side note try the shrimp kabobs so good!!!

This is a great place to take a large group of friends. We had a group of 15. Everyone can just order what they want at the counter and have a seat. They don’t mind if you rearrange the chairs. Lorraine was very sweet and took great care of us. We love coming here. The food is healthy and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Maria helped us today and she suggested a new meat for me to try and it was so delicious! We also tried the fried pita with hummus and it was so good! Overall an amazing experience. She made us feel welcomed and she was very attentive. I will definitely come back to this location!

Luna Grill is our go to for quick fresh healthy delicious food - the new pita sandwiches are delicious and their catering menu is pretty awesome - we have enjoyed the 4 and 6 person options which come with ample portions. We normally go to the Poway location and that crew is extremely friendly, helpful and service oriented. It is refreshing to have people behind the counter that greet you with a smile and genuinely seem to want you there. Great job to LG!

The staff was friendly, the energy in the restaurant was welcoming, and they came through for my family on a day when our to-go order was crucial. We're so grateful for the care and kindness shown. I ordered the salmon plate with chicken, and I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The salmon was completely dried out, and the chicken was burnt. For $26, I expected a decent meal, but instead I got overcooked protein and a very small portion of rice. Luna Grill markets itself as a fast-casual spot, but they're charging full restaurant prices without delivering the quality to match. It felt overpriced for what was essentially a fast food experience. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Had this catered for a baby shower and it was super good! Their salads are filled with flavor and falafel was tasty and not dry like some falafel. I also saw this at the San Diego airport and they serve breakfast too.

Miss Lorraine is very sweet and very professional she always gives me extra tzatziki sauce, even though I might not remember to ask. It's one of our favorite places to eat at.

The employees that work at this location are amazing. My son and I love coming here together, he calls it "our spot" and today was a good reminder of why we love it. I have to shoutout Riley for being so honest and kind, I called in a panic after realizing I left my Oura ring in the bathroom, she was kind enough to retrieve it for me and in a moment where she could have kept it and I'd be none the wiser she kept it safe until I could retrieve it. I'm so grateful for her honesty. The manager here is also wonderful, I've seen and heard the way she interacts with the employees and you can tell she puts effort into building them up and having positive relationships. This will forever be our favorite Luna grill location.

I came in with my son on January 20, and for some reason my card wasn't working at the terminal. Instead of turning us away, Lorraine was incredibly kind and took care of us even though I couldn't get the payment to go through. I've always loved coming to Luna Grill, but this experience truly made me feel welcomed and at home. Thank you so much, Lorraine, for your kindness. I will definitely keep coming back and supporting this establishment.

Lorraine was very efficient and calm under pressure. Our group of 21 were amazed after arriving with no reservation or call ahead.

We have been long time regular customers of Luna Grill and we're sad when they closed the location near our home. However, with great food, prices, quality, and customer service brings strong loyalty and we have followed Luna Grill to Poway. I have to say that this location in particular has fantastic Customer Service! Offering water while waiting to checking in on customers dining to providing a cookie for a longer wait to really just a warm and welcoming environment. This is unexpected and stands out more than it would in a fine dining establishment. Well done and we see you and your kindness. Thank you Luna Grill Poway!

The team at Poway 11 was great! Josue, Maria and Lorraine were super nice. Maria came twice to our table to ensure all was good. The food was very yummy and enough for meals!

I haven't even seen my food. I've just watched the leadership man (Sunday night 11/2 5 pm) struggle mightily for 30 min now with coordinating, packing orders and getting them out. People are leaving frustrated. 3 people in kitchen working fast and cashier super efficient. But the man in charge of all the things is getting one order out maybe every 5 minutes with probably 15 orders ahead of my 2 kabob plate. Multi tasking is not his strength; and he's so frustrated. We are too sir, we are too!

The service was great from Luis! We had an excellent lunch and had the kids plate, a bowl, and a side of hummus and pita. Everything tasted fresh and I really like that There's so many healthy options. We sat outside to enjoy a beautiful October day so it was really nice that they have options to sit both outside and inside.

I had ordered Luna for an office lunch threw a 3rd party vendor and although I was tracking the delivery, the driver NEVER showed up with the food to the Dr's office (for catering)!!! This was NOT ordered via Luna grill it was ordered from EZ Cater....I called Luna grill and Maria the manager said she would "take care of it"....it took a little longer b/c they had to remake the ENTIRE order (the EZ Cater driver TOOK THE FOOD, the ENTIRE $500 order and disappeared)!!! But Maria and Luis (who was first day on the job)....came and saved the day!!!! Thank God they came, the office was happy, they saved me as I was so close to having to order them pizza :(! I appreciate them stepping up and hope that their Regional Manager reads this and acknowledges them for the great team work as the worked together to fulfill the order for me (and my company) thank you!!!

Honestly, I've been going here for as long as it's been open. The food is great. Just don't place orders for pickup because they're guaranteed to forget the tzatziki sauce. Seriously idk if they're trying to save cents by not adding this to pickup orders but they've forgotten it in my 3 recent pickup orders. I literally never leave reviews except this made me so mad! I love tzatziki Edit// I wouldn't care as much if the food wasn't so expensive but like c'mon y'all

Always perfection! Meat is so moist. Sides so tasty. Love it! Ambiance is very clean and airy. Service is great. Order at counter and they bring food to you. Before covid they had beer on tap which was amazing!! Now it's just bottles. But their lemonade is very fresh and delicious.

Chicken kabob is always on point. Fresh ingredients prepared well. One of my go to restaurants.

Don't bother coming here for take out during peak hours if you're pinched for time. Your DNA deterioration will accelerate via the oxidation of time before your order's ready. But if you enjoy their food and want to order it for your lunch break, you're better off taking the raw "protein" home, fire up your grill, and grilling it yourself. You'll probably be back to work from lunch earlier by doing so than if you let them prepare their food for you.

This Luna Grill location is my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm working near the area - food is always fresh and staff works hard to deliver! Restrooms could use more frequent attention, but overall the restaurant is always clean and ambiance pleasant! I highly recommend this place.

We came in after seeing a movie and doing some school shopping for the kiddos. Paul took our order and Angie was busy bringing food. Making sure everyone was enjoying their food and cleaning. It's hard to get good service these days Angie and Paul are on it! Plus the food is always so good and fresh.

I come here from NY every 3 months and always stop in at Luna Grill for lunch...consistently fresh and good. The restaurant and rest rooms clean and pleasant. Maria and Josue went out of their way to be accommodating and make this visit rewarding. Will be back next week with my grandsons again...a family favorite. Thank you
