The food was delicious and Maria was very friendly and on point with great customer service. She took the time to help me decide what to get......... And I can be pretty picky! But she explained in detail everything about which ever dish I wanted to know about, then she decided to go a step further and ask me what kind of food I usually like most? Seafood......... Maria recommended that I try their shrimp dish, and oh wow it was the best shrimp I have ever tasted! I would recommend to anyone go to the Poway Luna grill and see maria!

I love the modern greek salad with shrimp. It is my go to meal. The staff is also always very friendly and accommodating. I tend to sit outside because it is quite cold indoors.

Paul is amazing! Loved his warm welcoming smile! It’s our first time at this location and he provided us with the best customer service! He makes you feel like you’re at home. My daughter and I enjoyed our conversation and food! ♥️

We eat frequently at Luna Grill in Poway. The food is fresh, hot and delicious! One of our favorite dining places. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Great restaurant!

I absolutely love LunaGrill and I highly recommend it to anyone. They have the nicest community and employees!! I can confidently say that every time I come out here to grab lunch it’s been the absolute best I ever had and don’t get me started on their food choices. So yummy. A person that was outstanding to me personally was Liz she was the sweetest and most understanding when I realized they are cash free!!

I had a grilled shrimp bowl today and it was delicious. The shrimp were perfectly cooked. Luis and Mia were so friendly and welcoming. I love this Luna grill!

I had ordered Luna for an office lunch threw a 3rd party vendor and although I was tracking the delivery, the driver NEVER showed up with the food to the Dr's office (for catering)!!! This was NOT ordered via Luna grill it was ordered from EZ Cater....I called Luna grill and Maria the manager said she would "take care of it"....it took a little longer b/c they had to remake the ENTIRE order (the EZ Cater driver TOOK THE FOOD, the ENTIRE $500 order and disappeared)!!! But Maria and Luis (who was first day on the job)....came and saved the day!!!! Thank God they came, the office was happy, they saved me as I was so close to having to order them pizza :(! I appreciate them stepping up and hope that their Regional Manager reads this and acknowledges them for the great team work as the worked together to fulfill the order for me (and my company) thank you!!!

Don't bother coming here for take out during peak hours if you're pinched for time. Your DNA deterioration will accelerate via the oxidation of time before your order's ready. But if you enjoy their food and want to order it for your lunch break, you're better off taking the raw "protein" home, fire up your grill, and grilling it yourself. You'll probably be back to work from lunch earlier by doing so than if you let them prepare their food for you.

Showed up 15 mins before close on a Wednesday night. Usually people aren't in the mood to be very helpful or verbose when they're almost off work. Ash was amazing. We had never visited and asked her to explain the menu and she gave an in depth answer, and really went above and beyond! Definitely will be returning and hope Ash sees this - thank you!

I always love the freshness of the food. The servers came by several times to see how things were. The ambience inside was fine. I love the fact that you get a seniors discount.

This was my first experience at a Luna Grill, sad to say but it wasn't what I expected. I paid $18 for a small portion of chicken and rice, with a side of hummus. My favorite thing was the hummus. The service was okay, cooks had 10 plates on the counter ready to go, the workers in the front were taking their sweet time and had no sense of urgency. I won't be coming back anytime soon

Best Luna Grill in all San Diego county. Staff is super friendly and food is always great. Lupita and Maria are amazing! I've been to several Luna Grills, and the Poway store is the best one. They're generous with the servings. Always keep coming back.

There's a few Greek inspired grills in Poway but I can always count on Luna grill. Personal favorite is the Chicken salad with a side of pita. This location in particular is always on point. Always stop in here after a target run and never had a complaint. Keep up the good work!

This location of Luna grill is so delicious, clean, and the customer service is great. I go back consistently and it never disappoints. A weekly lunch/ dinner spot for sure .

We go to Luna Grill Poway frequently and it is one of our very favorite restaurants. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The obviously want their customers to have a good experience. The food is fabulous and the prices are very fair. Thanks to the management of Luna Grill - great restaurant!

Hands down the absolute best customer service I have had in a restaurant setting in years!! Liz was kind and patient as we asked questions. This was our first time here and we loved the food and the amazing staff.

We came in after seeing a movie and doing some school shopping for the kiddos. Paul took our order and Angie was busy bringing food. Making sure everyone was enjoying their food and cleaning. It's hard to get good service these days Angie and Paul are on it! Plus the food is always so good and fresh.

Luna Grill always slaps!! Hands down my go to spot for after my workouts. There's healthy options and the food is consistently delicious. Other spots can be hit or miss but I know I can always count on the Luna Grill in the target shopping center in Poway

We love eating at Luna grill especially Monday through Thursday when you get a free kids meal with the adults meal. The food is amazing, and the staff in the Poway location is incredibly kind! Paul was so friendly and Ryan Who is pretty much always there at the time that we eat has wonderful customer service. They always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and check on you often to see if you need anything. Food is consistently delicious. The Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken is the best!

The service is amazing. Never had a problem here. Food is also very adequate. Place is kept clean with ambiance.

Cam le in around 3:20 place was empty after placing our order it took 18min for food to be made and the food came out warm and raw the bad part was the chicken was for my daughter.

Usually, I give this place 5 stars--one of my favorite take-out places. I reduced it to 4 stars based on a recent order for the Peach & Burrata salad. Very disappointing! The romaine was all stems and core--no leaves. There was a chunk of core about the size of a plum! The burrata was very hard to find, and I didn't even realize there were pecans until I was almost finished and saw a few on the bottom of the plate. Definitely didn't get my money's worth. 2 stars for this salad.

1000/10 to the cooks I went today to eat with my family, the food was amazing. I've gone to other Luna grills this location has the most juiciest and delicious food. The people in the kitchen made the food very fast and fresh. I loved the environment was great and calm I loved having the option of seating in the patio.

Fast. Fresh. Delicious. Kids eat free (Mon- Thurs). Definitely a great place for healthy eats and a kid friendly place. The menu caters to all. This location does get busy, especially after 5pm. If you're looking for something not greasy, healthy, and kid friendly, this is the place to come to.

Adrias was very nice, friendly and helpful to me to place my orders since they changed their menu's. She also guide me through how to set up my rewards system that I can points each time I eat there.

I walked into the restaurant and order food to go! The place was busy and made a comment that I was very hungry. Gina overheard my comment and offered me a Santorini Bowl at no charge, while I was waiting for my order. This is something you don't see much! I used to be a regular at Luna Grill until the food quality started declining. The taste could have been better, the portions got smaller, and the prices increased. Today, I placed an order using the mobile app and got a confirmation. But when I went to pick up my order at the Poway location, the cashier couldn't find it. I was on a 45-minute lunch break and needed to return to work. None of the staff knew how to help, even when I showed them the confirmation. It took them ten minutes to find my order in their system, and then they started preparing it. By then, I only had 15 minutes to drive back to work and eat. When I opened my falafel plate at work, I discovered that the falafels were as small as a quarter and very dry. The rice was cold, the hummus was bland, and the side order was disappointing. This isn't the first time something like this has happened--it's my second bad experience at the Poway restaurant, similar to an issue I had at my local South Bay Area Branch. The managers blame the problem on the phone app and their system in the stores. I rate the experience with two stars: one for the food and one for the outcome.

My family and I always come here and the food and service are top notch. We have a 5 year old that loves French fries from here. Paul and crew are always attentive to everyone and goes out of his way to serve everyone. The restaurant is spotless and the food is always healthy and delicious. I have never been here and had a bad experience. Thanks Paul you rock!!!

The flavors are yummy and ambiance is great but this is the 2nd time I've taken home partially cooked flat chicken kabobs. Given I picked them up for take out I finished cooking them ~ Order these - yes - they're delicious but if you do take out, check them.

Everything was excellent! Food was delicious. Such great service and they advised on the menu for us. Paul was exceptional and I appreciated his attention. The outside area was pleasant as well. Overall a lovely time.

The staff are friendly and professional. The food is really fresh and tasty. The wait time is longer than most places in this price range though.
