Luna Grill Poway

Stopped in at Luna Grill after picking up some fossilized algae from Leslie's Pool supplies. Ordered the following: Step 1: Chicken Step 2: Fries and Greek Salad Step 3: Schug For drink in had the fountain diet coke. Food was very good. Ate all of it except for a few of the fries that became soggy in the chicken juices. I must say that chicken cannot be made more perfect than the dish I had. My only critique is that I would swap the fries and salad location. That was some the fries are not in the chicken juices...or ask for fries on separate dish.... The manager came by each of the customers to ask if all was okay. I like to see the pride of a manager to his trade. I will stop by here again. Enjoy

Came to Luna Grill and immediately welcomed by the staff such a welcoming environment, placed my order and it came out quick. The food looks very appetizing. Will definitely come back again.10/10

Walked into a welcoming smile from Maria and very helpful to get my kids to use their words and walked them through the order! Thank you Maria for brining a smile to my face on a rough day a moment that I will not forget! Side note try the shrimp kabobs so good!!!

The food at this Luna Grill is always of good quality and delicious. And the staff is really nice and accommodating as well. Zara, Ana and Luis were helpful on one of our recent visits and we appreciate their kindness. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because it is FREEZING at this restaurant during all times of the year and I'm always uncomfortably cold.

My sister in law dined here on December 11th. The food was delicious, the place was immaculate and everyone worked so hard I spoke to the manager, who was very kind. I could tell she is a good leader who creates a positive environment for her employees, which also creates the best environment for customers. I strongly recommend this location.

My daughters and I love eating here. Everyone is very nice and the food is served promptly. I really appreciate that they also sell their excellent sauces and dressing in 9 Oz containers because we love them. Thank you Maria, Lorraine and Josve.

We are from put of town, but every time we visit the Poway area, we make a point to stop in at Luna Grill! The employees are all super nice and helpful with our questions about vegetarian options, and the food is phenomenal. This time around, we ended up eating there twice during our vacation and it never disspointed! Try the kids pita melt if you are vegetarian or have picky kids. It's not on the menu, but our kids loved it!

We had a great meal at Luna Grill thanks to Lorraine, Maria, and Cillian. Even though it's a fast casual place, they took the time to check in with our table and it means alot! Love that they have fresh options including veg options. You leave feeling full and feeling good!

Food was great, I got the seasonal peach and burrata salad, and Kendra/Maria were so nice and lovely when they were taking my order.. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff was friendly, the energy in the restaurant was welcoming, and they came through for my family on a day when our to-go order was crucial. We're so grateful for the care and kindness shown. I ordered the salmon plate with chicken, and I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The salmon was completely dried out, and the chicken was burnt. For $26, I expected a decent meal, but instead I got overcooked protein and a very small portion of rice. Luna Grill markets itself as a fast-casual spot, but they're charging full restaurant prices without delivering the quality to match. It felt overpriced for what was essentially a fast food experience. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Honestly, I've been going here for as long as it's been open. The food is great. Just don't place orders for pickup because they're guaranteed to forget the tzatziki sauce. Seriously idk if they're trying to save cents by not adding this to pickup orders but they've forgotten it in my 3 recent pickup orders. I literally never leave reviews except this made me so mad! I love tzatziki Edit// I wouldn't care as much if the food wasn't so expensive but like c'mon y'all

The service was great from Luis! We had an excellent lunch and had the kids plate, a bowl, and a side of hummus and pita. Everything tasted fresh and I really like that There's so many healthy options. We sat outside to enjoy a beautiful October day so it was really nice that they have options to sit both outside and inside.

The food was delicious and the service was great , Luis attended us very well, definitely we will return

The best Luna grill I've gone to, the staff is very friendly the food is always fresh. All in all this place is a solid spot for lunch. Alexis, Maria and Lorraine stood out. Thank you guys

This Luna Grill location is my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm working near the area - food is always fresh and staff works hard to deliver! Restrooms could use more frequent attention, but overall the restaurant is always clean and ambiance pleasant! I highly recommend this place.

We have been long time regular customers of Luna Grill and we're sad when they closed the location near our home. However, with great food, prices, quality, and customer service brings strong loyalty and we have followed Luna Grill to Poway. I have to say that this location in particular has fantastic Customer Service! Offering water while waiting to checking in on customers dining to providing a cookie for a longer wait to really just a warm and welcoming environment. This is unexpected and stands out more than it would in a fine dining establishment. Well done and we see you and your kindness. Thank you Luna Grill Poway!

I've been frequenting this location for years. My little one has also become a fan. Luis and Allison were amazing. Luis was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped my little one find a new favorite item. He also checked in on us and the other patrons frequently to make sure everything was good. Allison offered a coloring page and crayons the moment we sat down. 10/10 customer service. So nice to have a place like this nearby!

Great fresh salad's Maria was super made sure all food was perfect and we were happy.

I had ordered Luna for an office lunch threw a 3rd party vendor and although I was tracking the delivery, the driver NEVER showed up with the food to the Dr's office (for catering)!!! This was NOT ordered via Luna grill it was ordered from EZ Cater....I called Luna grill and Maria the manager said she would "take care of it"....it took a little longer b/c they had to remake the ENTIRE order (the EZ Cater driver TOOK THE FOOD, the ENTIRE $500 order and disappeared)!!! But Maria and Luis (who was first day on the job)....came and saved the day!!!! Thank God they came, the office was happy, they saved me as I was so close to having to order them pizza :(! I appreciate them stepping up and hope that their Regional Manager reads this and acknowledges them for the great team work as the worked together to fulfill the order for me (and my company) thank you!!!

The food was delicious and the service was over the top! The portions were generous, hot and flavorful. I rated my experience a 5 because Maria was just delightful! She was kind gracious and so friendly. We will be back!

Don't bother coming here for take out during peak hours if you're pinched for time. Your DNA deterioration will accelerate via the oxidation of time before your order's ready. But if you enjoy their food and want to order it for your lunch break, you're better off taking the raw "protein" home, fire up your grill, and grilling it yourself. You'll probably be back to work from lunch earlier by doing so than if you let them prepare their food for you.

We are frequent diners at Luna Grill. The food is outstanding in quality, variety and taste! The staff, including Zara, Luis & Gael, among others is super friendly, professional and accommodating. Service is excellent! We highly recommend Luna Grill.

I love this location by far the best! They have the best service. They are super kind, it is always clean, and definitely warm and inviting. Everyone who works there is friendly and greets you with a smile on their face. Plus, they have my fav peach tea! Thank you LUNA!!

Hands down the absolute best customer service I have had in a restaurant setting in years!! Liz was kind and patient as we asked questions. This was our first time here and we loved the food and the amazing staff.

Best Luna Grill in all San Diego county. Staff is super friendly and food is always great. Lupita and Maria are amazing! I've been to several Luna Grills, and the Poway store is the best one. They're generous with the servings. Always keep coming back.

Chicken was amazing and the lemon vinaigrette is the best I've tasted. Our host/server Maria was RAD and her service is on point. Definitely coming back!

We came in after seeing a movie and doing some school shopping for the kiddos. Paul took our order and Angie was busy bringing food. Making sure everyone was enjoying their food and cleaning. It's hard to get good service these days Angie and Paul are on it! Plus the food is always so good and fresh.

I always love the freshness of the food. The servers came by several times to see how things were. The ambience inside was fine. I love the fact that you get a seniors discount.

There's a few Greek inspired grills in Poway but I can always count on Luna grill. Personal favorite is the Chicken salad with a side of pita. This location in particular is always on point. Always stop in here after a target run and never had a complaint. Keep up the good work!

This location of Luna grill is so delicious, clean, and the customer service is great. I go back consistently and it never disappoints. A weekly lunch/ dinner spot for sure .

This was my first experience at a Luna Grill, sad to say but it wasn't what I expected. I paid $18 for a small portion of chicken and rice, with a side of hummus. My favorite thing was the hummus. The service was okay, cooks had 10 plates on the counter ready to go, the workers in the front were taking their sweet time and had no sense of urgency. I won't be coming back anytime soon

Lunch with the ladies for my birthday. The food was great & served in a timely manner. Kendra & Maria were amazing! They checked on us all multiple times, offered to take pictures, & were so friendly & accommodating. Great experience!!

Showed up 15 mins before close on a Wednesday night. Usually people aren't in the mood to be very helpful or verbose when they're almost off work. Ash was amazing. We had never visited and asked her to explain the menu and she gave an in depth answer, and really went above and beyond! Definitely will be returning and hope Ash sees this - thank you!

Maria helped me in the front and she was amazing helping my kiddos order and greeted us with smiles and very welcoming! When out food came out they made sure to bring out conditioners and make sure we were well taken care of. Honestly had a rough day and ended my day on a wonderful note!
