The food was excellent and the service was great. The loaded fries are next level! I would highly recommend trying the loaded fries with gyro meat. Shout out to Beck and Leo, who were quick to serve us and very friendly. It made the experience all the better. This was our first visit, but I know we’ll be back.

After enjoying take-out meals for several years, we have been beyond disappointed in recent months with their quality and service. Last time it was cheese on a dish that wasn’t supposed to have cheese for a person who can’t eat dairy. This time it was cold fries and cold pita sandwiches — one really soaked in sauce and the other in a dry, floury cracked pita. They would fix this, but who wants to drive back, wait for a new order, hope it’s right, then drive home—all during what’s supposed to be dinner time.

I recently visited Luna Grill and had an excellent dining experience that I can’t wait to share. We ordered plates of kabobs and gyros, which were delicious and well-prepared, with each dish showcasing fresh ingredients and rich flavors. The kabobs were perfectly grilled, and the gyros were tender and seasoned just right. It was clear that care went into crafting each dish. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. The service was outstanding—every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive, ensuring our experience was top-notch from start to finish. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio, which provided a lovely setting to relax and savor our meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Luna Grill for anyone looking for a flavorful, enjoyable meal. With great food, exceptional service, and a nice ambiance, it’s a spot I’ll be returning to soon.

Pretty clean and great food! We love the family meal with rice and chicken kabob, grilled vegetables and side of pita bread.

I was expecting to get halal chicken but they don’t serve halal food and I just take loaded fries which was very good. For all Muslim communities just keep in mind they don’t serve halal food at all.

Our office comes to this location once a week, and today was no exception with regard to the staff’s, kind, and professional hospitality, paired with the excellent food preparation, and presentation. Zack and Jorge were great and the manager, Slotero always remember our names when we come in.

This is my favorite Luna Grill—worth driving a little extra to get to. Food is fresh, and delicious. Sotero always greets with a smile that is contagious. Love being able to sit inside or outside—outside area is lovely as is the decor of the interior. Interior lights are beautiful and fun adding to the cozy, comfortable, fun vibe. Inside there are booths, high top seating, and smaller tables with comfortable high back cushioned chairs. The menu has something for everyone and never disappoints.

I wanted to surprise my sister and pay for her meal. I gave my credit card to Sotero and he took care of everything! This Luna Grill in Del Sur has excellent customer service, welcoming atmosphere, GREAT food!

Food is always pretty good, but almost every time I do online takeout order they forget one of my add on side sauces. Happened again last night. I shouldn't have to but I guess I have to start checking for sauces from now on.

Not a bad choice for something light and healthy. Easy to order online and pick up. I ate the vegetarian Santorini bowl with falafel. Their falafel is not one of my faves only because I enjoy it with more herbs in the mix, but it's still decent and not greasy as a fried garbanzo bean fritter. I was helped with my pickup as soon I arrived. They have a rewards program that you should sign up for.

Shout out to Fabian! He was friendly and patient! This restaurant is so cute and clean- you almost forget you're basically eating fast food. All of the food was out quickly and tasted good. You're obvi not coming to Luna grill for authentic cuisine. It's good for an Americanized fast food version lol Also their design of having the bathroom sinks outside of the bathrooms is genius...

Always a good last-minute dinner choice for us. The family meal is great bc it comes with everything including a salad which is a great way to introduce kids to salad.

I love Luna Grill but this spot is my favorite. We eat in, and every time I'm here I get the double protein plate (chicken and koobideh kabob). It's so good. I hate dry chicken, and the chicken kabob here is the only chicken kabob I'll eat. Often the salads you get on plates are so sad and limp but not here. It's as fresh as when I'd make it at home. Besides the consistent and delicious food, this place is spotless. It's always so pristine. Even the bathrooms always smell like oranges. Every server we've had here has been so polite and friendly. It's kind of above and beyond personable service, and we're so grateful for it.

We did a group order for lunch. Luna doesn't open until 11am so if you plan to pick up, it usually takes about 30 mins to prepare. I ordered online with an ASAP pickup. I typically order the gyro plate with pita, salad (extra dressing) or hummus (depending on my mood), rice, and extra taziki sauce (extra fee). When I arrived my order wasn't ready but then again I was early. I found parking right away and walked into a beautiful Luna. Probably the nicest one I've ever visited! The staff was nice and accommodating. He guy gave me a drink to fill my soda myself with their fountain drink station. There was patrons eating early lunch but wasn't busy. I did enjoy the food- everything was fresh and made to order. One plate is enough for 2 meals. Right now there was a 2 plate deal for $25 which is worth it for 4 meals! Highly recommend Luna. This location is hidden but in a nice area.

I've been having such great experiences my last few times at this Luna Grill I feel compelled to share! They really have been top notch in food quality, speed, and customer service. Whether you place an order online or in store, the food is fresh and fast. It's great for lunch or dinner, take-out or dine-in. The food is the freshest (of course) when you dine in but it's still yummy for take out. Rodrigo & Philip were working my most recent visits, and they really do a great job taking care of everyone in the store. I love the Santorini bowl, loaded fries, and my husband loves the koobideh plate. The falafel is also a hit. Kids eat free certain days of the week which is super appealing, as a parent. This location has beautiful decor, lots of indoor/outdoor seating, clean bathrooms, and is kid-friendly. It's one of our go-to spots!

I usually love this place , have been going there for over 4 years, however last night after purchasing 5 chicken kabob meals, I realized all the kabobs were marinated in some sort of red sauce that wasn't there before. This sauce gave the kabobs a really weird taste. This was the first time I actually could not eat their food. I was not aware they changed the recipe?

The food at Luna Grill is always good but the service today was exceptional! I ordered ahead for a Mother's Day family meal but accidentally put in the wrong date. When I came to pick up my food they couldn't find my order. But no problem, they quickly made me a new meal! The manager was amazing! Thank you for saving Mother's Day dinner.

They did a great job with the food we served at a recent dinner party. My husband liked that the chicken was not blackened like they tend to do at other restaurants.

Great experience with 10 friends at Luna Grill in Del Sur. Sotero was great at helping us figure out what we wanted to order ... he was very informative and patient. I had the Koobideh Kabob - it was moist and flavored very well, along with rice and a great salad. Others had various other kabobs, and all enjoyed their meals. I'm sure we will return. A big 'Thank You' to Sotero for his help and being so attentive to our group.

Food took 40 minutes to be ready. Seriously?? Not sure whats going on. Sat there in front of their faces for 30 minutes and the guy put it on the to go area without even calling my name and when i told him he didnt call my name he just said "oh okay".

Definitely have to admit that the catering has always been better than the food I have gotten there for myself. The catering has always been flavorful, fresh, but definitely feel like their salad could use more dressing, and more sauces for the amount of rice they include. Would recommend for the flavorful meats, but I do hope they make a change in how much sauce/dressing they include.

Quality control issues. This location was very good when it first opened but has become very inconsistent, at least on takeout orders. We've had orders with missing items and inedible food that would not be served at the restaurant.

The highlight to this location is the modernized decor with gold chairs, uplifting quotes, and open space. I especially like the rectangular chef's table for large parties including the outdoorsy picnic like set up. Unfortunately, I don't have the same high accolades for the food or wait time. And I used to be Luna Grill's number one fan. Consistency is now hit and miss and I'm over the packaged pita bread please make fresh pita bread. Or at least warm it up or add some olive oil and thyme to at least doctor it up. I have to make my carb calories count. And truth be told, I will likely eat here again. You know how it goes. Wait another 3 to 6 months to confirm or refute if Luna Grill continues to receive improved stars. I also don't like, at this location, if other Luna Grills are having a promo for customers, this one will not honor it. Yeah, yeah I don't care about the independently owned stuff. We always have great food at Luna Grill. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and modern. I recommend the harissa sauce. The Santorini Bowl is excellent, especially for lunch.

We go to Luna in Del Sure all the time . The food is great , employees are nice. The Santorini bowl is super delicious . Must have it at least once a week .

Ordered on line for curbside pickup. Food was ready when promised and delivered to car. Food was well prepared and very tasty.

It's a great place to get a quick healthy meal. I love the chicken kabob plate and Mediterranean salad. Not a long wait at all for to go orders. The staff have always been pleasant from my experience.

Quality ingredients. I was able to easily eat all of my salmon plate. Pal was able to easily eat his gyro plate. Impressive was the container that the fish plate was served in. It was compartmentalized with an extra tray separating the fish from everything. I wanted to re-use this cool disposable dish set up!

Chain mediterranean place. Food is very average and a ton of locations around SD. Wouldn't go back.

Ordered online - showed up within my "window" of when order would be ready. Received a text that "it's likely my order was ready." Went inside, checked the pick up orders. My order was not there. Sat down to wait. Proceeded to check every time they placed a bag at the pick up space on their shelf. Finally, when my "window of time" had passed, I walked up to the counter to inquire; a man asked what name it was under, and he proceeded to look at their wall/shelves of bags. He found my bag on the bottom shelf, in the Door Dash section. Needless to say, my $34+ order for two chicken pitas was cold by the time I got home. Very disappointing. And the young man who handed me my bag never even said he was sorry. Why would I look at Door Dash orders for an online order? Not happy.

Just really disappointed Luna Grill. I understand we are going through inflation and prices are on the rise, but to raise your prices significantly AND cut down on the portion and quality of food is not fair and poor customer service. I get raising your prices but keep the same portion and quality! I recently ordered our usual family pack for 4 and noticed they are now giving half the amount of hummus, putting all the chicken and rice in the same togo box so there's less of each, and they only gave 7 pieces of squash for our vegetables (no onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, or bell peppers like the picture shows on their menu). This is false advertisement. When I called to complain, they gave the phone to a "manager" who couldn't be older than a high school student. She kept putting me on hold to "check the manual" and without any apology stated that these are the portions they are giving now. Customer service is a big part of business. If this is how you treat repeat customers, I'm not sure if I want to come back.

I ordered lunch on the app for pick up and it was ready when I arrived. The restaurant was not busy- I was greeted by 3 different employees, including one that was cleaning down a table. The restaurant was sooo clean!! Nice and friendly staff :)

I went here last night and the food and service was amazing! Sam was great while I was getting helped at the counter, very friendly. My Santorini bowl was also really good. Super fun experience!

Love this location of Luna Grill! Is definitely the best in SD! The place looks like new, fun decorations, and always clean. The food and service are excellent! We live about 15 miles from it but prefer to drive to it because of the food, honestly is always a A+! I hope they keep it up, I totally recommend it. When you visit next time ask for Rodrigo, he will make sure you have the best experience.

So impressed by the GREAT food here! I rarely write a review about a restaurant but this one surprised me! So I had to! Actually healthy food ... not fried, not loaded with high calorie sauces ...but super delicious chunky barbecued vegetables, chicken, and a type of beef rolled to look like a sausage ... all super tasty & good! And the rice, pita bread and little filled puffed pastry desert were excellent as well (never thought I'd say that about pita bread! ). Can't wait to go back. Great find!

The manager was super friendly, the restaurant super clean and beautifully decorated. My new favorite location!

Fast service and good food, with lighter/healthier options and heavier options too if you're hungry. The servers are extremely kind and helpful. The restaurant is well decorated and also extremely clean. Perfect for a quick workday lunch! Rodrigo and Estella are great! :)

Great staff, clean restaurant, good service. Convenient location. Not great value for the price. Ordered a chicken and koobideh plates. Small amount of protein for $16. Meats were dry, salad portion was meager, rice was salty.

Gyro Pita Koobideh is awesome! The mango lime Agua Fresca is so refreshing. Cara and Rodrigo gave great service! We always love this place. We surely will be back for more

Our experience at this location was great as always and our food was delicious. Staff is friendly and service is really fast. The vida bowl is amazing! I highly recommended this location. Food is fresh and staff is knowledgeable if you are not familiar with their menu.

We came to the Luna grill in 4S Ranch with the intention of having a good and healthy lunch today. The Luna Grill far surpassed our expectations! We split the chicken and gyro signature plate and ordered a side of their classic hummus. All of the food that we had was nothing short of spectacular and the only negative we had was that we were eating with plastic forks and during these times that's not a big deal! Rodrigo, the manager, came by and asked how our food was and we gave him rave reviews and asked about the harissa spicy sauce. Rodrigo was super nice and said let me just get you a sample. The Harissa sauce was excellent. If you are looking for a great place to have a healthy fresh meal in a clean environment then you should visit the Luna Grill!

I want to start this review by saying I am a huge Luna fan and have been for years. Whenever I'm in the mood for a casual Mediterranean meal Luna is my go to spot. The chicken kabob is melt in your mouth tender every time, the flat cut chicken kabob is also delicious and very similar to Persian chicken barg. The wraps (especially the chipotle chicken which may or may not be discontinued) are also a personal favorite. Unlike many restaurants, Luna Grill is consistent with the taste and freshness of their food. They have also been extremely considerate of customers and adjusted to the times by offering curb side pick up and outdoor seating. The staff all wear masks which I also really appreciate as it is rare now with the new mask policies and with most places relaxing precautions. I think staff wearing masks should be the standard for all restaurants out of courtesy for public health. The ONLY reason this review isn't 5 stars is because of my last pickup order from this location. I ordered all my usual favorites with the addition of the halal lamb kabob. As a big lamb fan I was excited to try lamb at my favorite Mediterranean spot. Now I understand lamb is quite tricky to cook but knowing how good the chicken kabob always is, I had high hopes. The lamb unfortunately was some of the worst I have ever had, the meat was impossible to bite and chew as it was rubbery and was lacking in the flavor department as well. I was not able to eat more than a couple bites and had to toss it. I'm not sure if this was a one time bad experience or if the lamb kabob is always like that but I do not recommend. I would've loved to have been able to enjoy some good lamb at Luna but it will remain one of my favorite spots for juicy chicken kabob.

We love Luna Grill as a family and have been to all locations in the county. This Delsur location is by far the nicest and has a wonderful and accommodating staff. They have a great indoor and outdoor seating. Food is always fresh and don't skimp on portions. One of our favorite lunch spots!

Portion sizes have been decreasing over the years as prices increased, but it's just become ridiculous. After years of supporting Luna Grill, we will not be purchasing meals from here again. As long-time patrons, we feel betrayed and are just done with this establishment. Below is my salmon plate with cabbage salad. Nothing was eaten prior to taking the picture. The salmon used to be twice the size, and the salad used to fill its part of the container.

My family stopped into this Luna Grill today to have a late lunch (3:12pm) the restaurant had only two other customers. We put in our order and sat down to wait. Our food took awhile to come (about 15 minutes) but when it was delivered to our table by a very nice man he said that one of our orders was going to be a few more minutes (a new cone of gyro meat was being prepared), because of that he "comped" us some pita bread so the one person without a meal could have something to eat. ;) The one order was finally delivered and all was right with the world. The customer service was clearly top notch!! I have been out to dinner recently to two other expensive restaurants and didn't have nearly as wonderful service as this Luna Grill, in addition, the food was super tasty and fresh. The communication about our food was appreciated. Keep up the personal touches and yummy food (gyro plate, chicken kebob plate and modern Greek salad with falafel).

We came on a Saturday afternoon. No wait. Beautiful atmosphere. Very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good came, and was wonderful!! I ordered modern Greek salad which was so tasty. My picky 10 year old ate all her kabob with the kale!! Great service.
