12 Affordable Houston Restaurants for Family Night | Eater

"This casual pizzeria is from the beloved Barnaby’s Café team, so you know ordering dessert is a must. But first, the main attraction — picky eaters can roll with classic cheese-only or build-your-own pizza, and the jalapeno-kick of an already-spicy Andouille slice might dare an adventurous kid to try a bite. Pints of gelato will cool the tongue after, thank goodness." - Vox Creative

Google
I found this place while driving through houston and decided to give it a try. The clerk at the front was very friendly. Very hospitable and very patient with me. While I looked at a menu and processed, everything that was on a menu. I ordered a personal Pizza with pepperoni, meatballs and me. It's a pineapple and a large drink and a cookie. It didn't take long for me to get my pizza and the garnishing, which was cheese, some green herb and crush red pepper flakes on a plate, was really a.Nice touch to the whole meal. The atmosphere is very chill with plenty of board games card games right for people to entertain themselves with. If they just wanted to sit and hang out, it's solely, eat their pizza. I definitely will become back here.

Came to Luna after hearing they had sourdough pizza crust and wanted to try something new. We came in and the place has a funky modern vibe with cool decor and a variety of board and table games for patrons to enjoy. The staff was super friendly and happy to answer questions we had about the menu. Once we ordered our food came out pretty quick. Their Caesar salad was delicious, their dressing is freshly made and they have fresh parmesan cheese and crunchy croutons. We ordered a small and that was more than enough for two of us to share. We also got the spinach and artichoke dip which had a nice spicy kick at the end. The pizza was the real star of the show though, the sourdough crust is light, nice cripsy finish and a mild sourdough flavor. Toppings are fresh and the little accompaniment of sage, freshly shaved parmesan and hot pepper flakes really elevate the pizza flavor. This location was a bit chilly when we went so I would recommend a light sweater or jacket if you are someone who gets cold easily.

Google
Great place for signature and personalized pizza with a variety of choices to decide! I love the specialty options of ricotta cheese, prosciutto, and shiitake mushrooms. There is kind customer service and a friendly atmosphere for groups and individuals. Love my local pizzeria!

My friends and I had a salad and pepperoni pizza. They were both good. The place was neat and clean.

Google
Luna Pizzeria never disappoints! I had the chopped salad and a pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The salad was fresh, crisp, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of dressing. The pizza had a fantastic crust—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—with high-quality toppings that made every bite amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend.

Google
Amazing pizza!! Yes it is a little bit pricey but definitely worth the money with its high quality. They aren’t cheap with the amount of pepperoni and sausage they add. I had extra cheese added which made it even better. The Luna Caesar salad has been one of the best I’ve ever had, it was well mixed and everything even the size portion is well served, I got a mini and was even able to share.

Google
Really great neighborhood pizza spot with board games for the kids. Pizza was unexpectedly great! We had the pepperoni, spicy andouille and a make your own with whipped ricotta. Dough was superb! Staff was super friendly and love that they give cute mini olive oil bottles to go. They don’t serve appetizers but everything else is great!

Jeff Whitsett

Google
Some of my favorite pizza in the city. It’s not the deep dish gluttonous type (which I do need on occasion) but a more craftsman style with quality ingredients. And yes, crispy pepperoni. They have great lunch deals and half price Mondays can get very busy so come early.

Yelp
Wow oh wow! New favorite pizza!! We had the prosciutto and arugula (lg) and it was about 8 big slices. We added pineapple and hot honey and let me tell you, that's the way to go! They start with an amazing sourdough crust cheese pizza then top with the arugula (tossed in a lemon oil glaze) and a big slice of prosciutto for each slice! If you like it sweet get the hot honey too and you're welcome! Amazing dinner for 2 for less than $25 (including tip). Will definitely be returning!

Yelp
I've recently been on a mission to try different pizza places around Houston. I love pizza like people love tacos. It's a one-stop-shop meal and can be turned into meatlover, veggie/vegan/keto, or as a dessert! I've passed by Luna on Yale since I live and shop nearby. From the outside, it looks unassuming because it's in a small shopping strip next to Hi Trendy Dumpling and an urgent care and across from Walmart. Plenty of parking. Indoor seating is spacious and clean. Service is friendly. I haven't tried the desserts, salad or spinach and artichoke dip at Luna yet, but I will. I'm eyeing their carrot cake and tiramisu. There's plenty of appetizers and sandwiches to choose from if you want something other than pizza. I like their pizzas because you can build your own up to 5 toppings, and they have a good selection of signature ones. You can even do half and half if you or your partner/friends want to try different types. I think that's an effective way to try multiple ones. I love Domino's thin crust deluxe, so how did this compare? Well, it's not quite thin crust, but it's pan style with just enough undercarriage that the pizza doesn't flop too much with the toppings. It's not overloaded with tomato sauce, which I prefer. So if you love your pizza loaded with tomato sauce, go to Gold Tooth Tony's for their Detroit style. I haven't tried Luna's signature pizzas, but I love to build my own. I typically get pepperoni, mushroom and the whipped ricotta. The whipped ricotta is so good and slightly sweet. I wish they'd add more mushrooms. The pepperoni are the smaller ones and can get greasy. I've also recently added red pepper which is a roasted red pepper slice. I love the added extras of Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes that come on the side with the pizza. I like to dip my pizza in ranch, and theirs is delicious. The 3 oz ranch is just enough for their 9-inch personal pizza. It's slightly pricey at $12 for a personal size, but they do offer specialty meats and toppings that most places don't. Check them out! They also offer lunch specials. Aside from The Heights, they have locations in upper Kirby and Westheimer.

Yelp
Food: - arugula and fennel salad--the small is huge! So flavorful and light. Pairs really well with pizza - personal "make your own" pan pizzas--amazing!! We had one with artichoke, olives, chicken, onions. So good!! The other one had hot honey, arugula, basil, jalapeños whipped ricotta--def my fave. - crust is perfect and you can't beat 12$ for a personal pizza of that size and quality. Perfection. Service: - quick and efficient. - super friendly staff that keep checking in on you Ambiance: - clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Will definitely be back!!

Yelp
Amazing place love the inside and how the kitchen works. the food was amazing our pepperoni pizza was like no ther I've had. The service was fast and the pizza only took 10-15 mins to make.

Yelp
Luna Pizza never fails to disappoint! Quality pies with fresh ingredients, and comes out fast. Prices are fair and the pizza is delicious! Don't miss out on the 1/2 price Mondays, they are an incredible deal. Make sure to call ahead for takeout though as it gets very busy on Mondays. Vibe: modern, low-light, cozy restaurant with lots of seating and parking out front. Good for large parties. Service: Excellent! Always very nice and helpful. One time on a busy Monday night, our pizza took a little longer than they estimated and they gave us free cookies as compensation - not necessary but a nice touch that we really appreciated. Food: Amazing! Pizzas are loaded with toppings and the ingredients taste fresh. When we dined in, they provided fresh oregano and shaved parmesan. We've tried the pepperoni, Margherita, and mushroom pizzas. The pepperoni are little bombs of flavor, and the cheese pull on all these pies is great. Mushrooms on that pie are super savory and fresh too. The whipped ricotta is fantastic, and we pretty much add it onto any pizza we get because it's so good.

Yelp
I came here right after a flight, and it was exactly what I needed. I ordered the Prosciutto and Arugula pizza, and it was SO good. The crust was the right balance between cripsy and tender, and the toppings were so fresh. We dined in, and they also offer a generous side of fresh oregano, parmesan cheeese, and chili flakes! That definitely brought our visit to the next level. The service was very friendly. It was our first time here, and we stopped at the front of the counter where they were making the pizzas as we thought that was where you order. However, the cashier walked up to us and kindly directed us to the counter for ordering, and he was very patient with us. Luna is a casual spot with some high end touches such as ceramic plates and utensils in cloth towels. They have plenty of seating options and even long high tables with card games. I will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Looked for a pizza place close by and found the pics online and wanted to stop by!! Let me tell you they aren't welcoming at all so won't be coming back because the attitude also makes customers come back! I was hurried and even after I said it's my first time and had questions, there wasn't anyone in line but me and the young kid was rude !!! So I just ordered a plain pepperoni pizza and a bacon and pineapple pizza!! I would have loved to order more stuff but the kid was in a hurry to go clean or do something else instead of assisted a customer!! You work like you're obligated to be here!! You should be hiring someone who actually likes working with people!!! I ordered to go so we will see how food is!! I mean it smells delicious but your customer service sucks!!!! I wanted the thick pizza!!! This is what I mean, because he was in a hurry, didn't even bother to listen!! Pizza was good but the fact that we didn't get what we wanted really pisses me off!!

Yelp
Heard through the grapevine about their half off Monday pizzas and had to check it out. I'm glad I did because this was a great find! Initial impressions - clean interior with Halloween decorations around. Tables had plates with cutlery and cloth towels. You order at the back of the restaurant and you'll pass by an area where you can see workers making pizza. The menu has ~4 pre-made pizzas or you can make your own with up to 5 toppings for the same price. I made a custom with red pepper, basil, hot honey, pepperoni, and Italian sausage. VERY pleased with how it came out. A crispy and chewy dough, meaty meats, a nice splash of basil, and the hot honey really brought it all together. They said they use a mozzarella and provolone cheese mix, which I was worried about because I am not a fan of provolone, but I honestly did not notice any funky smells or flavors. With the half off promotion, the pizza came out to $6!!! Pizzas came out fast and everyone was super friendly and helpful. They even bring out a small plate of red pepper, fresh oregano, and slices of Parmesan. A great deal on a regular day but even better on Mondays! They also have a lunch special that is worth checking out on other days too.

Dylan P.

Yelp
There's a skinny Caucasian cashier who's gives awful service every time I've gone, extremely rude and non polite. The food here isn't bad but I recommend any other Luna pizzeria in Houston except this one.
google avatar

Kelly W.

Yelp
Luna rocks! They have a half price special on Monday. They do not skimp on toppings. Even during the special I think that they add more toppings than most. This is pepperoni- there's generally more-, sausage, chicken, mozzarella balls & mushroom. Note- they stop taking call in orders at 5:00 on Mondays because they get busy. Marlena, the day manager, is wonderful!!!
google avatar

Anokhy D.

Yelp
We came here after getting drinks so we were ready for pizza and Luna did not disappoint. We got the pepperoni and the mushroom (two different types of pizza) and any slices we took home as leftovers reheated pretty well.
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
It's Half Off Monday night! That means it's pizza night! It's a to-go kinda night for a pepperoni and sausage pizza.
google avatar

Ruby D.

Yelp
They make my favorite chopped salad and their mini salad is ginormous. I typically come on Mondays when they're doing half priced pizzas but I have done their lunch specials a few times Great deal for $12.50 a mini chopped salad + a personal signature pizza. I've tried all their signature pizzas and they're all so good but mushroom is delish with the whipped ricotta. The layout of this place is weird though. It used to be a "build your own" pizza type of restaurant so when you walk in it's like chipotle "aisle" you go through but you just walk down and order at the cashier. confusing for when you just need to pick up
google avatar

Yelp
Luna Pizzeria is level 5, and it's our neighborhood pizza joint when we're in the mood. Their pepperoni is a favorite and fantastic! The online ordering is simple and it's always hot and ready for pick-up. My only wish is that they offered hot honey pizza-- a girl can dream! While I've never dined in, their to-go pizza game is solid. Cheers!

M M.

Yelp
We had two of the small pizzas and still had enough for lunch the next day. The prosciutto pizza had a generous amount of meat and I would get that again. My husband had the pepperoni pizza and he thought it was good too. The crust is pretty thin but still yummy. You order at the counter and then they bring it out.
google avatar

Suzana L.

Yelp
First time trying this place because of the reviews it has. Everything we order was delicious. (Marghertia pizza, a half pepperoni and half mushroom pizza, roasted tomato soup, Luna caesar salad and the cheesy garlic bread) Great customer service. Will be coming back.
google avatar

Jacob D.

Yelp
This is my go to pizza spot for lunch, especially on half price mondays. That deal alone is worth coming by to kick off your week the right way. I like that there is always parking available (unless massively busy) and that the call in to-go ordering is always 15mins. The order takers are always super nice and make it easy to come by and pick up. Inside is clean and set up with some games if your choose to dine in. Pizzas come in a small personal and large shareable sizes. The menu has 8ish preset pie flavors and lineup of obvious and not so obvious toppings to build your own. I believe you can get up to 5 toppings on a build your own. Great customization options. There's an option for everyone here
google avatar

Juncel A.

Yelp
Lina pizzeria is one of our favorite spots to get pizza in the city. If you're dining in you go to the counter to order and they'll bring you your food. There's a good amount of seats, even for a big group. The most recent time we were here we orders a large arugula and prosciutto, and a large andouille pizza. Both were excellent. We dined in and service was pretty good. Overall, a pretty good pizza joint in town. With all the newer pizza joints opening up I think just Luna is holding their own and remains to be a solid choice!
google avatar

Alyssa A.

Yelp
This is a high-quality gourmet pizza place. They use nice ceramic plates, cloth napkins, and serve freshly grated parmesan and fresh (not dried!) Italian herbs when you dine in. Who does that? Not many at this price point. I love how they bake their pies long enough for the pepperoni to be crispy. Mmm! (Who wants raw, floppy pepperoni like some places serve?) They're also generous with their toppings and offer a chewy, crispy crust. Perfection!

Yelp
Great food but stealing staff! My husband son and I came down to Houston to check in on some business we have down in Texas and we ate and my 8 month old son was so excited to eat, his gold bracelet engraved with his name came off. We noticed as soon as we got back to our Airbnb and called, they said they had it and the busboy gave it to the manager on duty,, he informed us he would call and did not. The next day, we decided to stop in before eating and heading to airport as they did say they had it and when we got there, he told me that it was behind the register and probably thrown away. If your the manager is it not your job when your busboy gives you a gold bracelet left by a customer to lock it in the safe or office desk? He said he'd give me a call and a week later, I had to call in because I did not receive a call. To steal from a 8 month old child something so precious is really sad. Then after about 3 weeks I spoke to the GM who called after trying to reach the owner of Luna Pizzeria said she'd compensate us for it missing and give me a call. 2-3 weeks passed and no call, so I called her and she said the owner said too much time had passed... what? Since day one and week after week I waited on a resolution and the last I talked to them, we were told they would compensate. It is now 2 months and 2 days since and I am surely looking for a lawyer. It is the principle at this point, it's sentimental and my baby's first piece of jewelry, I will not allow anyone to just pawn it and keep their job and we are the ones that are without the jewelry and the money it took to buy it. I am deeply disappointed and want everyone who goes to buy pizza allotted the respect of getting their things especially when it's turned in.

Yelp
Had a few errands to run in the Washington corridor, and BAM, hunger struck like a bolt. Quick Yelp and up popped Luna Pizzeria. Pics looked great, so popped in to give it a shot, and GLAD we did. We decided on a large pie with prosciutto and arugula, paired with a couple of cold Peroni brews. The crust was GREAT, tender but firm towards the center of the pie, beautifully crispy at the crust. What kind of sorcery do they use? The topics were utterly fresh, love me some bright green rocket, and the quality of the prosciutto was evident. The delicious bitterness of the arugula countered the richness wonderfully, felt like a salad with substance. Oh, and in a bold and rare move, they serve freshly diced oregano and shaved Parmesan cheese on the side to top your pie. And yes, you should top your slice with it. What a difference. We may have found a new favorite place to satisfy our slice cravings! Ps. The gents behind the counter were great. Friendly, helpful, and hustled their butts off the entire time we were there.

Lowkey L.

Yelp
The manager Ashley did an excellent Job her customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend coming to eat here if you're in the area
google avatar

Jeannie W.

Yelp
You walk into this place and there's a service line where you can pick your toppings right there in front of you. We ordered a large half cheese and half pepperoni with artichokes and red peppers. The pizza was so tasty and cheesy. I love that the place is clean with sanitizer available, a free arcade game at the front door, free games located in the middle of the restaurant like jenga and rubix cubes. Staff was friendly. Also ordered the tiramisu which was delish!! Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning to try other toppings!!
google avatar

Drew Y.

Yelp
Fresh ingredients and a hot done pizza just the way you want it to be. The service after they bring out to the table with fresh basil, sliced little cheese and red pepper is the way to go!
google avatar

Veronica T.

Yelp
This is my go to spot for half-off pizzas on Mondays. The deal lets you choose between a personal and large size pizza with up to 5 toppings. The pepperonis are a must try because they are super crispy and curl at the edge! The andouille sausages are also a must try because it pairs so well with the pizza. The crust is also cooked to perfection! They have a side of red pepper flakes, oregano, and parmesan cheese to garnish the pizza. Definitely don't miss out on this great deal on Mondays!
google avatar

Brandi U.

Yelp
You order at the counter and choose your own toppings or select one of the signature pizzas here. The price was not posted but it cost the same for a cheese pizza as a signature pepperoni, at least that's what I asked for, not sure if that's what I got. We ordered for eat in and it tasted fresh and came out piping hot pretty quickly. The Parmesan and fresh herbs brought to the table were a nice touch.

Yelp
Luna Pizzeria. Let me put it simply. When I first walked in I thought that it was going to be similar to Blaze or Mod pizza where a worker builds the pizza of your dreams in front of you. This is not how it works. You are ushered through the line that is routed in front of the pie assembly station and asked to order at the register. Luna offers a good number of signature pies and also allows you the option to build you own with up to 5 toppings. The personal pizzas are 9" in diameter and the perfect portion for one person. The large is a 16" pie for an additional $8. Each pizza is served with a small plate of traditional (but up leveled) pizza toppings: real shaved parmesan, fresh oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes. I ordered a personal sized pizza, half mushroom and half prosciutto & arugula. Perhaps the non pizza offerings will have to wait until next time. Both the mushroom and the prosciutto & arugula pizza had balanced flavor profiles with the mushroom being my favorite of the two. The creamy, light ricotta played well with the rosemary and meaty mushrooms. My only nitpick with the prosciutto & arugula half of the pie is a common personal complaint--the prosciutto is added after the pizza has been sliced. I found that the easy remedy of tearing the prosciutto by hand was an appropriate measure to employ. But, this is pizza and you're supposed to use your hands! Stop in on Monday's to receive half off on all pizzas. No real nitpicks from me at that price point.
google avatar

Andrew W.

Yelp
First time coming to this location and I'm glad I came here. Especially, today (Monday) is 50% off for large pizza . So I got a large pizza making half margarita and half mushroom with arugula and artichokes on additional toppings. They are really good! Taste so authentic and great service for the community. I love the vibe and the chilling environment! Come and enjoy your pizza time! :) Cheers

Yelp
I was craving some pizza but not just any pizza a specialty pizzas I had seen Margherita pizza on yelp so I had to try it myself it was delicious I also forgot to mention I opted for the Ricotta cheese on top
google avatar

Yelp
Great casual pizza spot with plenty of parking. They have a pre-set menu, but you can also build your own. The quality of the ingredients is great and the serving size of each topping is more than generous. Our go-to combo is prosciutto, arugula, pepperoni and hot honey. To make it even better, pizzas are half off on Mondays.

Estphen R.

Yelp
this place is amazing!!! the pizza is so good and the music is great!! they played 'around the world' my favorite song!!! the service was quick and flawless!! they even had a little place to play games!!! 10/10 wait no 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000/10 because of the plush dog!!! they have little toys to play with!!! the cheese pulls were just so !!! everything was so clean!!! if this place doesnt get 5 stars then what is wrong with you people?! i love this!!! the designs are so cool as well!!! cheap and amazing i love this!!!

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of the unlimited topping BYO personal-sized pizza concept as popularized by Blaze and Mod. Luna offers something similar, though their version of "unlimited toppings" comes with the fine print of there being a surcharge after five items (this is slightly annoying and feels a little deceptive; however, five toppings on a pizza is plenty). Also, Luna is a fair bit pricier than either Blaze or Mod, and I'm on the fence about whether the difference is justified by the quality. I'll acknowledge that the crust at Luna is superior; also, the ambiance here is nicer. All things considered, if I lived in Houston, Luna would probably figure in my pizza mix, but wouldn't outright be my go-to option.
google avatar

Micayla S.

Yelp
I haven't had pizza in a while and my dad brought me to lunch and we decided to come eat here at Luna Pizzeria and we will definitely be back! The service was immaculate everyone is so nice and the layout is great everything is at hands reach and the pizza is served with a side of cheese, red pepper flakes, and basil! 10-10

Yelp
Very tasty pizza! It's unclear to me why I decided to come here, but I am glad I did! For starters, they have an actual parking lot, which makes coming here that much more enjoyable since I do not have to drive around in circles waiting for someone to leave. As one other reviewer said, you technically are suppose to go left once you have entered, and make your way in front of the toppings but order at the register. After about 5 minutes, I realize the set up is because this use to be Pie Five and it's exactly the configuration they had when they were open. So, if you do not want to make your way left, just to head right to the register, then walk in and literally walk straight ahead (assuming no one is in line waiting ahead of you). Problem solved. We ordered a pepperoni with mushrooms, and while waiting, they had those cute little breadsticks that are packaged and I was so hungry I devoured 2 of them. It's a great set up with a lot of families and some games, as well as wine, although I did not partake. They had jazz playing which didn't quite fit the vibe, but I am a roll with it kind of gal, so no biggie. Sadly, I was so hungry I got zero pictures, so I guess I'll have to make another trip there!

Yelp
I love Luna pizzeria, one of my top 5 places for pizza in Houston. Never really crowded and they have multiple locations. Never disappoints

sheri s.

Yelp
This pizza is not good. Also, they put hardly any cause on it. Not sure why because I'd think of all ingredients, tomato sauce is pretty cheap! Bread was chewy. There's so many better pizza places out there! Get with it! The Cesar salad dressing was good though
google avatar

Tori N.

Yelp
Amazing service! We had a very informative cashier/server that helped us by making menu suggestions. The small salad was quite large so I would opt for the mini chopped salad next time. You can get half and half on the large pizza! We split between Pepperoni and Margherita-- thin slices btw. They also had these mini bottles of olive oil which were super cute. Love the vibe and how they provide table settings and how it doesn't feel too casual. It's not New York pizza but it'll satisfy your pizza cravings!
google avatar

Roma B.

Yelp
Love the Monday deal for 1/2 off, must order in store. Got half Margherita pizza and half mushroom pizza. Large pizza was huge, plenty for 2 people to share. Mushroom was flavorful!
google avatar

Courtney W.

Yelp
Sunday lunch- not busy, plenty of seating options. Personal pizzas are $10 and 9 inches. Lemonade is tasty! I got a lunch special, which is a slice of the day, mini salad, and drink for $11.50. I got the vegetarian pizza, which ended up being 2 large slices. It has a variety of vegetables and was pretty tasty. Crust is crispy and hot. The mini chopped salad was a nice size as a side and well dressed. It tasted fresh and all the veggies were crunchy. Pizza is freshly made and service is good. They have some fun games available to play, such as cards against humanity. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking.

Yelp
Located in the Heights, next to Trendy Dumpling at the Yale Walmart lot. Pizza is a fast casual style like MOD but much better and with higher quality ingredients. You order and get your food, kind of like at Torchy's. Service is minimal but they bring you your food. Interior is clean and modern. We usually do a custom large pizza with a lot of veggies and smoked meats on there; it's good quality ingredients and the taste reflects it; especially for a non boujee pizza spot. Monday is half price all pizza's and it's great bang for the buck.

Yelp
Catch Luna's on a good day, a peaceful, quiet day, where they aren't slammed, and you'll get quality pizza! Went back with my sister and the nephews a few days ago, and it was quiet, and peaceful, unlike the experience I had a few weeks ago when I went on a Monday night when they were slammed. My sister isn't nearly as picky as I am, but when she says something is good, that means it's really good, and she took notice. It's to no surprise that Luna's pizzas are tasty!! I love their pizzas, however, I tried their caesar salad for the first time, and it tasted like parmesan cheese with thousand island dressing....not the typical flavors you would expect out of a caesar salad. I personally did not like it, and I wouldn't recommend it. Also, the restaurant was freezing cold while we were enjoying our pizza, and I understand wanting to keep it cool inside the restaurant, but it was a bit excessive, and too cold for my preference. We ordered a large pepperoni and jalapeno pizza and a caesar salad and my nephews loved it. At Luna's, the fresher the better!...Choose delivery, and I'd recommend reheating or using the airfryer to get it back to its natural glory.

Yelp
We've loved Luna pizza as a whole for many years now. Therefore we've eaten it probably around 100 times maybe more. I usually get a plain pepperoni pizza. It's great. I've had it with pickled jalapenos added as well. That's great too. Used to, long ago, I loved dipping pizza in ranch. Not here or at any Luna. I thought no this pizza is far too good to drown it in ranch... Tonight... I thought well... what could it hurt, I'll give it a go, to change up the norm. Wow! They make their ranch in house and it is fantastic. I had pepperoni, pickled jalapeno, and drizzled with hot honey. Then I dipped it in ranch. I could taste all the flavors. The salty pepperoni, the sweetness of the honey, the spicy pickled jalapeno, dipped in a delicious creamy herby ranch. Perfection! ‍ I couldn't be happier. The place (including the bathroom) was clean and the staff are really nice as well.

Yelp
4.5/5 Stars. I stumbled across this place after a quick Walmart run. This location is right across the Walmart parking lot in a small shopping center; inside is clean, and the location is convenient. The Food: the pizza is pretty solid. It's top 10, if I had to categorize it. I had the pepperoni, and I always appreciate when a pizza place gets the pepperonis nice and crispy; Luna has that down. Minus .5 stars only because the caesar salad left a lot to be desired. If you do not like the taste of mustard, DO NOT order a caesar salad. It was weird to bite into a caesar salad and be overwhelmed by a mustard flavor/tang. As someone who doesn't like mustard, yuck. Lol. The service was also good. For this not to be a full service restaurant, the staff is still pretty welcoming and attentive. I'll be back, just not to get a salad.

Yelp
Mediocre food and high prices. Mod pizza is actually much better. Cobb salad however was huge.

Yelp
This was one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time. I ordered a large create-your-own and it was DELICIOUS! Also, I had hot honey on a pizza in Denver and was pleasantly surprised it was an option here as well. I will certainly visit again.

Yelp
The girls working behind the order are so patient and kind. I was a bit indecisive and I didn't feel rushed at all. I visited this location on July 17 at 1:30pm for lunch. The restaurant was about half full but the service and food flowed so effortlessly. I had a personal margarita pizza and a Caesar salad.....it was amazing. I love the individual bottles of olive oil and all the fresh herbs. The center table looks like a "community" table with all sorts of games and puzzles. This would is a good family spot, date spot or if you're like me and dining solo, it's still great. Highly recommend

Yelp
Stopped by after a visit to Levy park. Simple enough menu to figure out. Ordered a lunch special of a slice with chop salad. The mini size is plenty for two. The pepperoni pizza was crunchy which was so good. I'd get an entire pizza of it with this honestly. I think I like it more than some of their speciality meats. The service for the salad was a decent speed. The pizza took an okay speed. I love that the crushed peppers and fresh shaved cheese come out on a plate. I'd really like it. My stepson likes it.

Yelp
Was getting my car washed in the area and wanted something to eat. Came to Yelp and stumbled upon this place and thought I would give it a try. This pizza is absolutely amazing and for $12 and all you can order toppings the personal size is perfect for one person. It's like MOD Pizza, but way better. Better quality toppings, more selection, and better selection of toppings. Just all around great. For my first time I would definitely come back.
