The name is a reference to the book written by the chef’s partner. Authentic Thai cuisine is crafted with an intelligent blend of spices, fresh herbs and noodles that are cooked on the spot. An example: spicy green curry of beef, bamboo shoots, spring onions and an impossibly tempting unctuous sauce of lime leaves and spices that are crushed just before serving so that they explode in the mouth to reveal their full flavour. Best Thai I have been able to find in Brussels so far. Authentic taste, dishes from all over Thailand. Lovely presentation on the dishes. Place looks nice, has a good atmosphere. And not cheap, but good price-quality ratio. Worth a visit for sure!!

As a Thai I can say that this is an authentic thai food and the chef is Thai!!! I had Pad Ka Pao Moo and Pad Thai it was very tasty. Highly recommend. The owner and staff are very nice and welcoming. It was really nice experience there in Brussels.

Had a really great experience tonight with my friends In this wonderful new Thaï restaurant. The Owner are really sweet and welcoming, was really nice to meet and speak with the chef. The food was very flavorful, I felt transported back to Thaïlande where I went many times. So thank you and well done! Will definitely be back soon. Kap khun ka

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food was authentic, especially the Pad Thai, which tasted exactly like what I had in Thailand. The Gapao and Tom Yum Kung were also delicious. The staff provided excellent service and always took great care of us. If I visit Brussels again, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Easily our new favourite Thai restaurant in Brussels. We were 4, and everything was very good. You will find the classics (but always with a little something extra) , plus more authentic food that are a bit harder to find in Brussels, like sticky rice. Staff is kind and attentive, asking how spicy we want the dishes. The chef came to check on us at the end of the lunch to ask our feedback. Great experience, now we MUST go back to try the rest of the menu.
