Luo’s Burgers

I received excellent service at Luo’s! The staff was super friendly and attentive, and everything I tried was fantastic. The chicken sandwich is a must-try — seriously delicious. Their burgers are out of this world, packed with flavor, and the desserts were just incredible. Everything was freshly made and perfectly prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The vibes were cool and welcoming, The food was very good and exactly what we expected. The service could have been a tad bit better. Overall would recommend this place for burgers and comfort food 🤘

I got a chance to try this burger spot in BK! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a cute burger joint. I was served by Maleny and she was nice! I ordered: Espresso Martini Double Cheese Burger Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich Buffalo Chicken loaded fries Boneless Chicken Wings Impossible Burger Tequenos Oreo Bites The food was really good and the Impossible Burger was my favorite! All in all, I had a good experience!

The food the vibes the staff all 10/10; thank you for having us we will be back. The Lou’s sauce, garlic aïoli, and the chipotle were such smashers, paired with the double cheeseburger & Lou’s burger - topped off nicely with Lou’s loaded fries. Come and get you some.

I really want this place to succeed, so I'm offering a bit of constructive feedback in this review. I'll start with the good, which is the most important thing: the food! Definitely one of the best smashburgers I've had in NYC, it really hits the spot when that craving hits. The not-so-good: the concept feels a bit confused between fast casual and full-service restaurant. Both times I’ve visited, there’s been just one person taking orders, making drinks, and running food. That setup doesn’t make much sense, even when it’s not busy, and it leads to long waits just to order or grab a drink. If the goal is fast casual, that’s great—just simplify. Skip the full bar and focus on easy-to-serve options like soda, beer, or wine (think Xi’an Famous Foods). But if the aim is a proper restaurant experience with cocktails and table service, it needs more staff to make that work smoothly. TL;DR: Amazing food, but the service model needs clarity. Either add staff and/or offer table service, or lean fully into fast casual so the experience matches the quality of the burger.

I really hatethat I have to write a bad review but unfortunately my fried chicken sandwich was terrible. It was a fried chicken with a bit of sauce, one pickle (literally) and a bun. I couldn’t finish it because of bad it was. I really hope they change it up and add more to it. The chicken was also not juicy and it just felt & tasty very unhealthy (if that makes sense). The onion rings were pretty good and the fries were normal. The atmosphere is chill and they have good music. ** suggestion: taller table and seats because the bench is too tall for the smaller tables and you have to bend a lot (not comfortable)

Solid and affordable smash burger! Coming from LA I had relatively high expectations for the smash burger and Luo’s did not disappoint! Nice vibes inside too with the neon and classic checkerboard tissue paper.

Hey first time I placed my order and paid I added a tip even though the young lady made me get up and place my order at the counter. The first thing I noticed was that I was charged a Delivery Fee to my card I asked the young lady about it and she replied it was not me it was the machine all restaurants do that. Are you kidding me I asked to please return my money or pay me for the delivery since I got up to place and get my food. She returned my money but not before she tried to convince me that this was normal. I also found out afterwards that tips collected from customers do not go to the staff it is kept by the owner. Shame!!!!!

Ordered burgers, onion rings, and loaded fries for myself and a few friends. Everything was fresh and delicious. Only have a picture of a half eaten burger because we ate it so fast. Will definitely order again!

Friendly staff and very solid burger & fries joint. I enjoyed the chicken burger (9.99) I like that they have a drink menu too! And happy hour!

Service is super friendly. A new go to spot in PLG. The buffalo chicken sandwich is amazing. Mozzarella stick also very good.

Ordered takeout and will definitely be back to dine in! Got a double cheeseburger, the buffalo chicken sandwich, fries, & wings. Everything was super fresh, especially the chicken was really good quality.

We live down the block from Luo's and finally tried it out. What a pleasant surprise burgers were great! I tried the Luo's and my husband did the impossible. Both were very good.

Easy priced , great, fast burger - added some salt and ketchup because of who I am. Specialty drinks not recommended.. but bottled beers and a yummy double smash chz burger as is, sauce and all.. hits the sweet spot. Better than SmashBurger!

Whoever is posting these reviews (all 5 of them) must be their friends because in my opinion this place is gross and the service is horrible. The "restaurant" if you want to call it that has plywood for seats. They do not serve you. You have to order your food and pick up your food, yet they expect a tip. I complained about my order and they initially refused to give me a refund (telling me they are making me another order of the same crappy food I wanted a refund for) until I had to argue for my money back. Try Black Horse, Prospect Bar & Grill or Dram Shop for a real quality burger and staff who knows something about customer service.

One of the best burgers in Brooklyn! the onion rings are also exceptional. great service and atmosphere too
