Lush on Pearl Street is amazing! The store smells incredible as soon as you walk in. They have the coolest bath bombs, so unique with many colors and scents. It’s such a happy place to shop!

I highly Lush Boulder to anyone due to high quality items, very knowledgeable employees, friendliness, and overall wonderful Customer Service! had a wonderful experience there today with recommendations of products I absolutely loved when I got home that will now be my signature scent. I had wonderful customer assistance to today with Chris, who recommended a product that l love and was so kind when I was checking out, Cassidy, Wren, Maggie, Dannie were there today also an were so kind, greeted me with a smile and were welcoming right away! I also noticed when checking out how quick all the employees are to help people entering the store and treat everyone so kindly!! They have so many scents and products that surely you will love too!! The employees are the reason I love and choose to come to this location!! I would give them a 10 star if it was possible. my husband and I were treated wonderful today!! _Melissa

We had my daughter's Birthday party here, with six of her friends. It was an excellent experience. They opted to make Bubble Bars, play games, and have mini makeovers. The staff were very well organized, welcoming, and communicative. They made my life easy - all I had to do was bring the cake. The kids LOVED this novel party 🎉 and I highly recommend Lush, Boulder. Thank you!

I’ve been a regular customer at this location for 5 years and I’ve always gotten the best and most attentive service from the staff. For holidays, a few associates have helped me curate special gift boxes for my son - they’ll theme them perfectly and pick out bath bombs they know he’ll love. (We still have the Minecraft one from his birthday!) They always have fun products out to demo and will hook you up with some samples of their favorites anytime you want to try them. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and matching with individual skincare needs. 10/10 experience every time!! Love these ladies!

It was my birthday when I walked into Lush. I was so excited to be there. My boyfriend said "get whatever you want - it's on me". As soon as I walked in, a sales woman approached. She started telling me about every single product. She listed every ingredient in every product. She did not stop talking for 20 minutes!!! This psychotic woman was relentless. As much as I wanted to get Lush on my birthday, I couldn't take the stress of the situation anymore. To save my sanity, I walked out disgusted and empty-handed. Hey corporate! If you're reading this and you don't understand why sales are down in this location. Now you know!

What a Great experience today! Gwen greeted me with a Smile and Warm demeanor, which was uplifting and needed. Gwen listened to my needs, asked the right questions and made sure I left with the right stuff! At checkout, Wren saw one of the products I had in hand, gave me a personal recommendation on it, which got me more excited to try it, and pointed out a nifty hack with the tins for bars. And the Finale - Jenny made sure my exchange went flawlessly and with kindness. This is what shopping should always be about - feeling good and excited on the way out. I will return!

Corporate greed and price gouging at its finest. Removed the 33oz option online and in store, so the only choice is a 47$ 16oz bottle which would be over 90$ for 2 vs 59$ for the 33oz. Rude staff too, no one offered to help find products, plus got the typical gen Z stare with no greeting and silence at checkout.

My daughter had her 9th birthday party here. They did an amazing job!! The kids made bath bombs, did face masks, lip treatments, and played games. My daughter was very happy with it, and her friends had a blast. They even put on a music playlist my daughter made. We also felt price was reasonable for the service provided, and it was a good value. We will be returning next year for my other daughter’s party too

What a perfect store! We were lucky to speak with Gus about further details on a birthday party and really enjoyed seeing all the different bath products. The kids loved touching all the "jello molds". And they had a bunch of bath bombs from wicked. Do yourself a favor and visit this location. Be sure to ask for Gus

I absolutely LOVE coming to this shop! It smells amazing and the people there are always so helpful and kind. I went in to find a good face mask for girls night and they asked me some questions about skin types and what I wanted from it before giving me the BEST recommendations. Last night we had a blast with the Prince of Darkness [for oily noses] and Beauty Sleep [which smells Ah-mazing]. Thanks again for all the help. I'll definitely be back to stock up for next time~

The manager a wlittle girlie name starts with a P, card skimming will use your account moments after you leave. I wouldnt give her my credit card, not again. This is a cautionary tale and all facts. It happened to me.

I always get the BEST customer service at this location! The employees are extremely kind, helpful, and always have amazing product recommendations. I always have a fantastic experience here, and also just love Lush and their products in general!

I have been a fan of Lush for years and used to visit the older location on Pearl Street all the time! Since becoming a Mom it's been harder to make the trek down. I managed to make it there with my 2.5 year old daughter while I'm 8 months pregnant. The new store is so much bigger and spacious! The staff immediately offered to show my daughter a demonstration of a rainbow bath bomb and she was in LOVE! There were stations where she could interact with the products and it helped make shopping experience happy for her and me! Never have I had so many employees go out of their way to accommodate us. As a parent this makes me a continuous happy and loyal customer to Lush! I also got new products specifically for pregnant Moms growing belly and many more products to help me have special "self care" time for me while postpartum.

Smells so decadent and yummy!!! I was afraid to start shopping because I thought I would never leave. Next time, definitely!!! I was so impressed with the employees and their kindness -I was allowed to use their restroom although most stores in the area allowed no such thing .... It makes such a difference. And it makes me want to go back and or order online soon. Thank you to Lush!

Lush cosmetics recently moved locations to a different store front on Pearl Street. The new location is much bigger than the previous store. Of the locations in Colorado, Lush Boulder is definitely my preferred because of the location, size, and customer service experience

I love this lush location! I come every time I am in boulder! Tons of great products and friendly staff! I like to get the bar lotion and solids perfumes!
