Google
What to say about this restaurant? It smells so good once you enter. They have plenty of snacks and the food is delicious and very authentic. Friendly staff. We ordered lechón that melted in your mouth, sausage with rice. For dessert we got Halo, Halo which was my favorite and also a tofu dessert that I forgot the name. Everything tasted so good!

Google
The best Crispy pata! And mang inasal! Everyone is very nice and lots of Goldilocks products. Come and visit them!

Took my boyfriend (who is Filipino) to this restaurant as he really wanted to get some authentic Filipino food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the food was absolutely delicious. However, the service was just ok and for some reason their menu doesn’t have any prices except for a few things. If you wanted to do takeout I would highly recommend this but, if you want to dine in I would go somewhere else.

Google
I am not from the area but I wanted pancit and I got it!! It was so delicious!! And it came with lumpia which was amazing!! I have pictures of everything I got and the lady was so very nice and so was the young man that brought my food to me. I will definitely be back on my next trip down here, and bring my best friend with me so she can experience this Filipino cuisine! Thank you! I tipped in the tip jar and on the table because it was just that good!!

Google
We were a little disappointed this time. We tried their Fish Sisig, & fresh lumpia. Not sure if that's the way they make it. The fish was very dry. The pancit & pork dumplings were good. We were the only table, but it took them forever to serve us. Also, 2 tables had soiled plates, but it took them a while to clear them. Simply woah!! Not a good experience this time.

Google
Small Pinoy store but has the main items you need, friendly, good location. Update: Really nice Pinoy atmosphere, looks like they added some coolers in the back for shopping. Small over the counter drinks and food for sale, worth the drive. We come here to shop everytime we visit Miami. Good location easy access right next to a donut shop too. Nice little restaraunt to eat inside this store while you shop, plenty of seating. And... they got military discount.

Google
Good environment. Halo halo is ok, too milky for my taste.

Google
We hadn’t been in a few years, since before the pandemic, actually, and they redid the interior between then and now. The servers are great, the atmosphere is great, and the food is fire. We went in a group of five for dinner and had sisig, lumpia, karekare, adobo fried rice and adobo chicken, amongst other dishes, and everything was top tier. Halo-Halo and turon for dessert was also exceptional. Don’t skip the little market at the back, it’s worth a stop. This place is a gem and everything is good. You’ll leave full and happy.

Yelp
It was one of my first Filipino restaurants ever. Upon entrance, the place is clean, smells amazing and the staff is very welcoming. They have a little store as well where you can buy snacks and more things. We ordered the lechón that was so juicy and it melted in your mouth, sausage with rice and a fried egg that was yummy. For dessert we ordered halo, halo and also taho that is basically tofu with I think some type of sugar, it tasted sooo good but the halo halo was the winner. According to my partner who's from the Philippines, the place is authentic Filipino cuisine. I'll be back for sure.

Yelp
05/ 18/3025 . There was a young man who greeted us, but he didn't smile or show much attentiveness. Typically, when we visit Filipino restaurants, we're welcomed with a warm and cheerful 'hello' that friendly, enthusiastic greeting that Filipinos are known for was noticeably missing. The food here is excellent. We've tried both the buffet and the regular dinner menu, and everything has been consistently delicious. I'm very particular when it comes to Filipino cuisine it's one of my favorites and something I cook often myself, so it's impressive to find a place that truly gets it right. Although the service was meh the food made up for it. We had: 1. Lechon Paksiw - Not bad 2. Pork Adobo - very good 3. Pork Sisig - VERY GOOD 3. Lumpia - Not bad 4. Fiesta plate - Pork Adobo , Pancit, lumpia and rice - VERY GOOD , you get to try a taste of your basic Filipino dishes and each tasted very good. 5. Halo Halo - not bad 6. Toci log - my frid liked it alot

Yelp
This is our "goto" for Filipino food in Miami. We usually get a week's worth of takeout when we go, and we are never disappointed by the delicious food. The decor is charming and the service is prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for Filipino comfort food. We always order the chicken Shanghai Lumpia, Tortang Talong (eggplant omelette), beef bistec (super flavorful), pork sinigang, and pork bbq skewers. Yum! Don't forget to grab some snacks as well. You'll feel like you are in Manila.

Yelp
This place took me back to my roots! I felt so in touch with my own culture being away from home. It definitely got me sentimental! The ladies who were working there were so kind and attentive! Filipino food never disappoints me!! the mural was amazing teaching me of the history my ancestors went through!

Yelp
The food was delicious. We ordered the Kare Kare, Bicol Express and Adobo fried rice. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was fun, reminded of Philippines. The had the colorful banners, TFC show going on.
google avatar

Yelp
Priced well. The food has flavor, I tried the Pork Adobo, Lumpia, Pancet. The service is attentive bearing in mind I was the only customer at the time. The ambience is inviting, lots of seats available. There is a store inside the restaurant selling Philippine's products. Definitely, worth trying.

Yelp
My first time here and I ordered takeout. I called ahead of time and ordered the sisig with pork and the langka with pork. The weight was not that bad. The food was ready in about 20 minutes and it was cooked fresh. But when I got home, I was a bit disappointed that the langka didn't have any shrimp paste in it. The whole reason why I wanted to order there was so I can get the shrimp paste. I know there's a band on shrimp pace right now, but I thought they would at least tell me if they didn't have the shrimp paste. The sisig was made with pigs ear, which was unexpected. That is my fault for not knowing what it was before I ordered it. I didn't mind the pig's ear, but there taste was only OK. But the lumpia that I got were good. I would go back to try other items. Maybe these items were just not for me.

Yelp
Lutong Pinoy in Pembroke Pines is a good place to introduce Filipino food to your friends! I have been looking for authentic Filipino food, and this place is as authentic as it gets. The Tita who was working at the restaurant was so welcoming. She recommended us to get the lumpia as an appetizer (which is always the best move). My friend and I shared the lechón belly and the sisig. After a while, they turned the karaoke machine, and there was an open microphone. It was a party. There is also a small section where it's like a mini market to buy Filipino snacks and goodies. It was a 10/10 experience.

Yelp
Stopped by with my son and his fiancé who both wanted lunch there. We took it to and and I tired both dishes (Not a clue what we had, but noodles, veggies, chicken, all of which were very good.

Yelp
Can't afford a trip to the Philippines? Stop by Lutong Pinoy and get a sliver of what it might be like- from food to decor. This is one of the few spots you can get Filipino food in Broward and lucky to have it in Pines. Admittedly, I don't get a lot of Filipino food because we always have some at home but came here recently to celebrate my god daughter's baptism with a very large party that filled the whole restaurant. This is ideal for big parties because its buffet-style. They had almost all my favorites here from pancit (noodles) to lumpia (eggrolls) to BBQ sticks plus so much more- definitely something to please everyone in our large group! You can also order drinks like Red Horse (beer) and desserts like halo-halo and even mais con yelo (which wasn't on the menu). From the decor to karaoke, you can feel a lot of our culture in this restaurant. They had a little stage area and a mic that anyone can sing from during our party. They had Filipino classic songs and even iconic sing-alongs like Backstreet Boys on the queue. In the back, they also had a little store, resembling sari-sari stores in the Philippines, with a lot of fun snacks and treats. Of course, my cousins and I had to pick up some of our favorites including Skyflakes crackers, Sweet Corn chips, and hopia.

Yelp
This is one of the few Filipino restaurants in south Florida. All the food is authentic and tastes like it was made by your grandma. FOOD I always get the lechon kawali and the bbq pork. Ifykyk. AMBIANCE a casual, no frill joint. ETC they have a market in the restaurant as well so you can pick up some pantry staples while waiting for your food! Also, easy parking!
google avatar

Yelp
This is where I go when I want mom's cooking! I'll gladly make the 30-min. drive from south Miami whenever I'm in the mood for comfort food. Lutong Pinoy is part restaurant, part grocery store. The menu is so big you'll go back and forth figuring out what to order. I have been here several times and have never had anything that wasn't delicious! I usually order my favorite, beef Kare Kare (peanut stew with string beans and eggplant), which comes steaming hot white rice and bagoong (shrimp paste) on the side. My bf is a fan of all of the silog dishes (fried rice, fried egg, and a meat). We usually like to get lumpia and siopao and take home whatever is leftover. Check out the grocery area in the back - I usually like to get ramen packets, shrimp chips and freshly made pandesal (dinner rolls) and suman (sticky rice dessert - so good with coffee) to take home. And say hi to the owner, Darren, if he's not out catering or showcasing Filipino food to the community!
google avatar

Karen N.

Yelp
The Pork Lumpia were ok. I'm giving a 4 star as I'll be back to have a full sit down dinner. There is a small grocery area in the back that you can peek at while waiting for your meal. Take out service isn't fast as the order is made fresh. Lots of seating inside.

Yelp
We love the new makeover the restaurant has! The ambiance is perfect for treating yourself, a loved one or family from out of town. There's karaoke and even a Sari Sari store! The food is delicious and the employees with the service are great. When you are done eating make sure to have some Halo-Halo! It's a must!! P.S They offer catering! Perfect for parties!
google avatar

Yelp
Lutong is Filipino restaurant. They have another location, which I've tried a few times, in North Miami Beach. This was my first time at this location. It's located in a shopping plaza with sufficient parking. This spot is five times larger than the other location. It even has a small market with Filipino grocery items. I came for take out but ordered when I got there. The food is made to order so it took about 20 minutes. The service is welcoming and friendly. I ordered the pork lumpia and the Lechon Kawali fiesta plate. Both were good but sadly not as good as their other location.

Anoni M.

Yelp
Poor quality control. We ordered adobosilog ( pork adobo, garlic rice and fried egg) the pork has pig hair. It's disgusting! Who knows how the food is prepared?
google avatar

Alicia T.

Yelp
Delicious food. Good service. Unfortunately it is too far from where I live. If it was closer, I would visit more often.
google avatar

Jonathan S.

Yelp
Best Filipino food around. The adobo is amazing and perfect. Lumpia on point. Can't wait to bring the family.
google avatar

Ju S.

Yelp
Amazing filipino food! It's authentic and you can get a little taste of the Philippines! It makes me so proud to share this place with my non Filipino friends. I love their Laing, Sisig, and Tortang talong (eggplant omelette) It makes me feel like I'm back home, and the staff is so nice.
google avatar

Brooke A.

Yelp
The environment is so welcoming and the workers are so friendly. Very family like. The food is delicious. Still haven't found a Filipino restaurant as good as Lutong
google avatar

Helen S.

Yelp
I tried the Taro dessert and they are not very good tasting. Limited amount of Filipino sweet I am looking for.
google avatar

Marita S.

Yelp
Delicious halo halo dessert!!! The place also sells Filipino goods like garlic peanuts, dilis snacks, canned goods, chicharon, Puto, and other types of Filipino foods and desserts and more. We loved the halo halo dessert! We didn't have time to try the other foods on their menu. Great place for halo halo!

Marissa P.

Yelp
The food was amazing as described. The hosts in the restaurant Gives good service to us. Very nice

Yelp
Im definitely no pro when it comes to Filipino food but this place does not disappoint! I also rely pretty heavily on my boyfriends opinion here who is Filipino and always says this place is really authentic! The staff is super friendly and the food is prepared fresh every time I have been in there for take out. The portions are large! The pancit can easily be split among 2-3 hungry people. It's also equally as delicious! Fresh ingredients and still piping hot when you get home. This is also the first place I tried and fell in love with lumpia. Crisp, flavorful and come with a side of Thai dipping sauce. Yum! This place is part convenience store, part restaurant. Most people are doing take out when I come in for food, but there are definitely some that will take an eat in too. Whatever floats your boat! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking authentic and tasty Filipino food! Even if it's your first venture, you'll fall in love!

Yelp
Lutong Pinoy is a fun place to visit and enjoy Filipino cuisine. Myself and a few of my friends have visited the establishment for lunch during the weekdays and tried to go through the menu. Their dishes are different from what we are used to but they are all delicious. The ambience is great, and doing karaoke while you wait for your food can be fun. The food is slow to come out but it's because it is cooked fresh, and the prices are affordable. Highly recommend eating here.
google avatar

Yelp
Love the kindness of the people. They're super helpful and patient. They recommend some delicious plates ! Definitely recommend going ! The restaurant is clean and festive. And service is quick.

Yelp
I came for lunch today with a good friend who has never tried Filipino Food. Its a more casual spot as you order from the counter. I ordered the Kare Kare -peanut butter base stew which usually comes with ox tails, we had pork instead but it was soo tasty just the way my Lola use to make it, with eggplant, bok choy & green beans. I ordered the Pork Sisig which come sizzling on a skillet with onions and topped with an egg sunnyside it was my friend's favorite dish. Lastly we ordered the pancit which is a clear thin noodle with fresh vegetables sevred with small pork egg rolls. All this was so worth the 30 minute drive from Ft. Lauderdale, the food was tasty and the service was warm, we'll be back soon enough for their famous dessert halo-halo.
google avatar

Yelp
Halo Halo! Sarap Talaga Lutong Pinoy is my go to for anything I need for all my Filipino cooking....and anytime I go I always sit and enjoy some Halo Halo

Yelp
About 2 months ago, I ordered pick up of Filipino BBQ Sticks(INSANE) & Lumpa, which are Filipino Spring Rolls. Two Things: 1. They had a wild kids party when I went so it was bananas in there 2. I noticed they had a buffet setup so I will be coming back to see what that's all about Ok, back to the BBQ Sticks... if you don't try these, there is something seriously wrong with you. Being Filipino myself, obviously, I tend to know the amazing great eats Filipinos have... and then I know the scary or not great tasting foods of our culture. All have enough sodium to justify a helping of Coconut Water or Watermelon Water for a nice potassium flush afterward. Things I would recommend besides the BBQ Sticks & Lumpa already: 1. Kare Kare - Filipino Oxtail and get it with the Bagoong Sauce 2. Pork Adobo w/ Garlic Rice 3. Longanesa 4. Tocino 5. Sigsig You're welcome!

J M.

Yelp
First, the food is just OK. Both the tilapia and the lumpia tasted OK, but the pansit was bland, and the lechon kawali was not crunchy. The reason I gave this place a one-star is because of two things: First, service was extremely sloooow. It took over 35 minutes from the time we ordered our food, to the time it was delivered to our table, even though we were the only customer at that time. And second, and worse reason, is what they charge is not the same as the price on their menu. Specifically, on their menu, the Fiesta Plate cost $14.95, but they charged us $16.95. Plus, they charged our tilapia as "extra large", even though that thing was very small. That practice alone is enough for me not to come back, and not recommend this place.

Gennivieve B.

Yelp
We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. It was delicious and seved fresh and hot. We ordered the lumpia but forgot to take a photo. The place was homey, clean and everyone was very friendly, even the other customers. Some were singing karaoke. The server was great. I loved the little grocery store set up, it gave me flashbacks of the filipino items from the Philippines. I like the variety. I purchased some of their frozen items. I also bought some of the fresh suman desserts. We wanted to try the halo halo but we were too full. We will definitely go back to try the sisig and the pancit bihon.

Sebastian H.

Yelp
Our server sneakily included a service charge of 20% on our two person meal, I didn't notice until after I paid. This came out to $40 per person after the forced tip. On top of that, I look at my statements today and I was charged $48. Meaning he added tip on top of whatever he did. Between the two of us he got $34 in tip. He didn't communicate any of this, he didn't say anything, and now he has the audacity to charge me even more tip once I'm gone. It's so sad, because I loved the food, and even though his service was absolutely terrible, i was looking forward to coming back, but the server was nothing but a thief. These are the kind of short term moments of greed that don't pan out. I would've come every week, cater bdays, bring friends, and now the thought of even stopping by makes me furious.

Cindy C.

Yelp
I drove an hour for this restaurant. Food very bland! I asked for extra sauce on chicken he said no. It comes in its own portion. I like to mix my rice with sauce. Waiter never came around. We had to call him for service. TV was so loud you couldn't hear yourself talk. Will not revisit. Pancit no flavor. Spooo disppointed
google avatar

Ana S.

Yelp
I just want to preface that we have never had Filipino Food, but we loved this place and we are so happy that this was our first experience. We found it because of Josiah Eats and I had wanted to try it for months. We ordered so much food and it was still so affordable. HIGHLY recommend the lechon, that was absolutely delicious. Their ube ice cream is so creamy. We will be returning when we have more time to get their Halo Halo. The staff was so sweet and helpful as we had so many questions. We love to support local businesses and we will definitely be regulars here.

Yelp
Love this place !! Best Filipino place in town !! Darren and staff are great ! Very hospitable and food is authentic and delicious !! Highly recommend!!

Yelp
It was my last day in the south Florida area, and my friend and I were craving some authentic Filipino cusuine. Looking around, Lutong stuck out with strong photos and reviews. Going in, there was plenty of seating and we ordered: 1 pork belly (lechon Filipino), dinguan, palabok, garlic rice, and halo halo. Going into my review, the food today was not only authentic but highly delicious! For starters, we tried the dinguan, which is pork in a blood stewed soy vinegar sauce. This sounds gross to some, but it was highly delicious as it had unami flavor, and the pork was very tender. The garlic rice for this dish is recommended. Next, the pork belly was AMAZING. Super Crispy crackling skin, but the pork meat also just broke down perfectly in your mouth. Loved the mang tomas sauce with it - like a less sour sweet & Sour sauce. The palabok (compared to less enjoyable spots I've been too) had a nice flavor too! It didn't possess a super thick pork sauce, but you definitely can taste the minced pork and fish. In addition, shrimp was very tender, and eggs cooked well. Luckily, this place had some fresh calamansi juice and calamansi soy seasoning which really added more flavor to the dish. Lastly, the halo halo was certainly very unique and good too. It's a desert consisting of shaved ice, taro ice cream, flan, sweet beans, jello, banana, fruity pebbles, etc. The best way to eat it is mixing all the ingredients together. When you do, it tastes like creamy tarro shaved ice with other condiments too. Great to share with people. Overall, I was highly impressed with the quality and service, and would be open to come again!

Yelp
Looking for Filipino food? You're at the right place. So homey. Hospitable and nice servers.

Yelp
This place was THEBOMB.COM!!! I have been to the Philippines quite a few times and I have to say I love their cuisine! This is the first place I find that has the authentic flavor of the Philippines. Not only was the food delicious but the place was super cute, it truly took me back to Manila. They have karaoke nights like true Filipinos do. If you're ever curious about trying something new, I 100% recommend this place. They have a huge variety of dishes in their menu, I was amazed at how many different plates they had and all very authentic, the flavor was definitely there and the presentation was too!
google avatar

Zerlaine P.

Yelp
Authentic Filipino food done right at the right price! They also have Filipino snacks (chips, crackers) pastries (goldilocks) and drinks! It's a one stop shop! They also have a bufflehead fight that can be shared with a group of people. They take orders for parties as long as you order in advance. If you're here, I highly suggest getting the Filipino BBQ sticks and sisig!
google avatar

jason a.

Yelp
My go to Filipino restaurant. Bulalo, garlic rice, my girl friend loved. I always get pork adobo, dinuguan, and crispy pata. Only thing we didn't enjoy was the turon, which was kind of burnt. Every thing else was great!!
google avatar

Daniel R.

Yelp
So this was my first time at a Filipino restaurant and I had a good experience as far as the food is concerned but the service portion was poor. There might be a good reason behind it, or maybe Sunday is minimal staff day. So the food is prepared fresh and it wasn't exactly what I ordered but it was very good. Portion sizes are huge and if I would have known that I would have limited to one selection not two. It's tough finding Filipino vegetarian food and this was the only place that was able to tell me that they wouldn't use fish or oyster sauce to prepare my meal. It's located at the corner of Douglas and Pembroke Road in a small mall that has plenty of parking. They also have a market inside where you can purchase Filipino items that you aren't going to see anywhere else, certainly not Publix. Would like to try other items but I want to make sure the service portion gets better. Staff member was friendly. At the end of your meal please proceed to the cashier to pay for your food as they don't usually ring you up at the table or take the bill back.
google avatar

Alex M.

Yelp
Loooooove the food and getting some Ube ice cream to bring home. Chicken on a stick with garlic rice is my go to!
google avatar

Justin R.

Yelp
Although this place is a little drive away, the authentic food, hospitable atmosphere and great conversation makes the travel worth it. The food is always top notch quality and reminds me of a good old home cooked Filipino meal

Philip G.

Yelp
A wonderful family pinoy restaurant. Nice people and good solid food. While the entrees were great, the lumpia were just so-so. The meat inside was more of a paste than ground pork.
google avatar

Jazmin S.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've visited, but the decor and eating style have been updated since then. I'm not sure if they have a buffet anymore, but the food is still very good and the staff is always friendly. We ordered sisig, milk fish, pork adobo, kalabasa, tamarind soup, and arroz caldo. They were served family style and everyone gets an individual plate with rice. Everything tasted very fresh. I recommend you come with friends or family so you can try more dishes. I loved the updated decor, the signs were funny and it felt festive. The tables are still, benches if you want privacy or long family style ones. They also have kareoke if you're bold and want to have fun! Will continue to come back!

Yelp
Really incredible food. The best we've eaten in a very long time. We ordered about nine dishes including three appetizers and a dessert, and all of them were superb, even our picky two year old ate. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and entertaining. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Philip L.

Yelp
Place was quiet Thursday noon. One other group of three. Wife and I wanted Filipino food and the other place was closed. Service a little slow food decent. Ordered a few dishes and to go Was charged extra for some items not explained before hand. Place got busy They have a little grocery in the back with many Pinoy items. Food was good not great.

Gani S.

Yelp
So excited to see crispy pata in their menu. What a disappointment!!! We were expecting fall off the bones meat, but instead we got severely undercooked meat. I had to ask for a knife to cut the meat off the bones. When I did, blood started pouring off the meat. We sent it back and they put it back in the frier! I thought that's a major food/health violation. They served us the refried crispy pata, but blood continues to ooze out of the meat! Disgusting! They had the nerve to charge us 25 plus bucks for it too. Stay away!!!
google avatar

Nette A.

Yelp
Was homesick for Filipino food and this place did not disappoint. Had the Karekare, bbq and pancit canton, delicious. The bubble tea was disappointing
