Luxury Cuisines- Clausell's Delightful & Tasty

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Luxury Cuisines a delightful Creole soul food Caribbean restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and made to order, ensuring each dish was fresh and flavorful. Chef Clausell passion for cooking truly shines through every bite, and their warm, sweet demeanor added to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy authentic, mouth-watering Creole and Caribbean cuisine.

Great chef. great individual who has a lot of passion and you can taste it on her food. She has a great attitude and it is contagious.

I ordered the Oxtails with Jerk Sauce and the Pasta with a Rasta. Both were great, and I would highly recommend both.

Last week, the guys who own Hoji Tea next door told me about Chef Clausell's, so I walked over and ordered some food. I had the oxtails with the Nigerian sauce and it was fantastic! On the side, I had the Pasta with a Rasta and it was also awesome. Chef Clausell was also nice enough to let me try five of the sauces--jerk, Nigerian, brown, coconut, and something else I can't remember. All the sauces were good, but the Nigerian sauce was the winner by far. The Pasta with a Rasta was so good that I went to get some Hoji Tea today, saw Chef Clausell's was open, and immediately ordered the pasta again. Five stars and highly recommended!

I enjoyed this place. I had shrimp and grits, plantains, and collard greens. I also purchased 2 bottles of her special seasonings. It's already time to order more.
